Abstract

This study aims to describe professional competence and the factors that influence it in Islamic Religious Education subject teachers at SMA Negeri 10 Bengkulu City. This research method uses a qualitative type with a naturalistic approach, as well as data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the research in this thesis are: 1) The Professional Competence of PAI teachers at SMA Negeri 10 Bengkulu City has not been implemented optimally: a). Mastery of PAI teacher material is obtained from various sources (Al- Qur'an, hadith, scholars' opinions, and books) b) Mastery of SK and KD has not been implemented optimally due to changes in curriculum flow, difficulties in determining KKO, long time allocations, missed learning objectives, and several teachers unifying their learning tools. c) Material development is less creative because it only uses book media and lecture methods. d) Reflective actions in the form of PTK, teacher reflection, and reflection on students, and fellow teachers have not been carried out optimally. e) The use of ICT is well implemented in communicating using WhatsApp grub, while selfdevelopment has not been carried out optimally. 2) Factors that influence the professional competence of PAI teachers at SMA Negeri 10 Bengkulu City: (1) internal factors: a) The background of all PAI teachers comes from PAI graduates. b) The teaching experience of senior teachers has advantages in mastering the material, understanding children's characteristics, and motivating children, while junior teachers in using ICT. c) The state of health through programs of morning exercise, culture, healthy eating, and healthy UKS. d) The economic welfare of PNS and PPPK teachers is guaranteed, while honorary teachers receive relatively low salaries below the minimum wage. (2) External factors: a) Educational facilities already exist but are inadequate. b) Time discipline and task discipline have been implemented properly. c) Supervision of the principal through individual techniques and group techniques.

Abstract

The aim of this research is (1) to analyze the magnitude of the influence of religious activities on the performance of PAI teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Bengkulu City. (2) Analyzing the magnitude of the influence of competency on the performance of PAI teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Bengkulu City. (3) Analyzing the magnitude of the influence of religion and competence on the performance of PAI teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Bengkulu City. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research, the research instrument used is a questionnaire, the data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics, basic assumption tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression, t test and F test. Research results: (1) There is an influence of religious activities on the performance of PAI teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Bengkulu City which is shown at t count (2.053) > t table (5% = 1.70) and a significance level of 0.046 < 0.05. (2) There is an influence of COMPETENCY on the performance of PAI teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Bengkulu City which is shown in t count (2.862) > t table (5% = 1.70) and a significance level of 0.007 < 0.05. (3) There is an influence of religious activities and competence on the performance of PAI teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Bengkulu City which is shown in t count (3.875) > t table (5% = 2.85) and a significance level of 0.032 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research  is to know whether  there is influence from using audiovisual method and microsoft power point learn- ing media  to motivation of student  learning on Islamic Education subject in SD Negeri 86 Kota Bengkulu.This research  uses quantitative approach. The population is all elementary school students  86 Bengkulu City. sampling is done by purposive sampling  that is determination technique with certain  consideration. Data  were analyzed  using simple linear re- gression test. The results showed  that the variable  of audiovisual method (X1) and  microsoft power  point (X2) had  a positive effect on students’  learning  motivation State  primary  school 86 Bengkulu  city. In the test, it can be seen  that the influence  of visual audio  method variable  (X1) on student  learning  motivation (Y) is 9,3%,  while the rest 90,7%  influenced  by other  than variable  X1. Variable  of learning  media  of Microsoft Power  Point  (X2) can  influence  Student Motivation  Motivation  variable equal to 34,5%,  while the rest of 65,5%  influenced  by other variable besides variable of learning media  Microsoft power point. Together, the variables  of audio  visual method and  learning  media  of Microsoft power  point can influence  student’s  learning motivation equal  to 34,6%,  while the rest of 65,4%  influenced  by other  variable  beside  variable  of audio  visual method and Microsoft Power Point learning media

Abstract

This study describes the religious values that are internalized in the learning of Islamic Religious Education in fifth grade students of Rantau Jaya Elementary School, Karang Jaya District, Musi Rawas North Regency. In this study using field research (field research) with a descriptive approach. The results of the study found that the internalized religious values in the learning of Islamic Religious Education in class V Rantau Jaya Elementary School, Karang Jaya District, Musi Rawas North Regency, namely the value of devotion, the value of student courtesy towards teachers, tolerance and harmony among school members. both teachers and students, respect for fellow school members, discipline in terms of dress and time, concern for fellow school members and community members who need it, and moral values for the environment, namely the value of cleanliness in terms of preserving the school environment through an internalization process through exemplary and habituation.

Abstract

Gutter Saling is a village located  in Seluma is located  in the District Seluma District, which has made  the expansion in2003, which split from  South  Bengkulu, the  result  of the  division, is certainly  going to change the  order of life, whether from the government, in terms of revenue, culture, infrastructure, people’s  behavior, both  in terms of children ages pre-teens, teens, adults, or even parents themselves,  so that with the changes  become Seluma,  people in the Village of Salado Saling into society began  gradually  leave traditional traditions that  have been  there, so do not  have a traditional or a new life style, resulting in behavior  or morals are not good in everyday life, which ultimately  lead to non  selarasan  in behavior.  This study used a qualitative descriptive  approach. In obtaining the data, the authors using observation, interviews, and documentation of previous research. From the  research inidi get the  result  that  moral  education is adopted by parents in the  family in child  preteen in the  Village of Talang  Saling District of Seluma not been  implemented properly by parents who have children with pre-teens, because  there are many parents who do not implement it, most parents just rebuked him away without  giving punishment to his son. As well as the pattern of moral  education of children of pre teen  in the family environment Village of Talang  Saling District of Seluma applied by parents is lacking once  adopted by parents in the  family environment, these  are all visible from  the  percentage of parents just give the pattern direction, that each what we do have consequences, should  the parents were able to give firmness to provide  education to their  children so that  the  pattern can be complied with and  implemented in everyday life

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative method with a type of library research, while the data collection technique used is a documentation technique, namely collecting data from sources of notes, transcripts, books and so on. The results of the concept of Islamic and Western education with a focus on a comparative analysis between the thoughts of Ibn Khaldun and Paulo Freire, and their relevance to modern education, namely, Ibn Khaldun, a 14th-century Muslim scholar, is known for his deep thoughts on education rooted in moral, social and cultural values. He emphasized the importance of the environment in shaping the character and morals of individuals and understanding the relationship between education and the development of society. On the other hand, Paulo Freire, a 20th-century Brazilian educator, developed a critical education theory that emphasized the active participation of students in the learning process, as well as the importance of education for social empowerment and justice. By examining these two thoughts, this thesis aims to see the similarities and differences in their approaches to education, and how both concepts can contribute to modern education. The relevance of Ibn Khaldun and Paulo Freire's thoughts in the context of education today is very important, considering the global challenges faced by the world of education, such as inequality of access and quality of education. Therefore, this study is expected to provide new insights into the importance of integrating universal values in education to form individuals who are not only intelligent, but also have noble character and are critical of the social reality around them

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative design with the type of field research. Data were collected by using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of religious education values in Surah Al-Muzammil verse 20 at MI Al-Ba’ani Bengkulu City is in the form of religious programs such as; pray, read the Qur’an, teach children to give alms and zakat. The prayer program was carried out at the madrasa is the Duhah prayer and the Dzhur prayer. The activity of reading the Qur’an juz 30 which was carried out before starting the lesson. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Ba’ani also implements the alms program every Friday, but the program has not yet been fully implemented, due to the economic background of the students parents who have not made it possible to run the alms program on Friday. And Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Ba’ani also implements a zakat program, where zakat payment activities ware carried out at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, then zakat distribution were given to students, orphans, the rich and the poor.

Abstract

At this time, the entire human form, not intelligence alone but the whole psychic prowess. Experts call this period as the golden age of development. Early childhood education is very important because it determines the quality of human resources in the future. This is due to the formation of the human brain is most rapid at the age when the child is at an early age. The problem in this research is how the implementation of character education, a model developed and the character values instilled in early childhood in Raudhatul RA Ministry religion Dharma Wanita South Bengkulu. This study aims to determine the implementation, the model and the value of character education in early childhood in Raudhatul Raudhatul RA RA Ministry religion Dharma Wanita South Bengkulu. This research is a field research using qualitative descriptive method. The research subject throughout the teacher / tutor in Raudhatul RA. Raudhatul RA Ministry of Dharma Wanita South Bengkulu religion which amounted to 7 people. Data collection instruments used were interviews, documentation and observation. The results showed that the implementation of character education in Raudhatul RA RA Raudhatul Dharma Wanita South Bengkulu religious ministry is carried out through three main pillars, namely the development of policies, the development of learning and partnership. The value of the characters are developed that character value in relation to God (Allah Habl min) Rated character in relation to oneself (Habl min al-nafs) Values in conjunction with other characters (Habl min al-nas wa al- bi'ah) value nationality (Habl min al-watan). Models developed in the cultivation of character is a model of collaboration and integration models ekstrakuikuler models.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the presence and glory of the Umayyad Dynasty: As an effort to instill multicultural values in the history of Islamic civilization. The research method used is a literature study, which involves analysis and synthesis of various sources of literature related to this topic. In this study, an in-depth review of academic literature, books, articles, and relevant official documents related to multicultural values during the Umayyad civilization was conducted. The results of the analysis that the researcher studied show how the role of the Umayyad Dynasty provided multicultural values in its civilization. Based on the search for multicultural values during the Umayyad era, it was found that there were several characteristics of multiculturalism during the Umayyad era such as upholding tolerance and giving rights and obligations to minority religions at that time. Finally, by reflecting on the process and dynamics of the growth and development of multicultural values in the Umayyad dynasty, it is hoped that it can provide benefits and is expected to enlighten the thoughts of readers, especially for theorists and practitioners of Islamic education.

Abstract

TPA Al-Fatah kota Prabumulih terletak di jln.Lekipali Prabumulih timur kota Prabumulih,Sumatera Selatan. TPA Al-Fatah kota Prabumulih melakukan aktivitas belajar mengajar layaknya sekolah pada umumnya. Dimana guru masih menggunakan sistem yang masih terbilang sederhana, manual (konvensional) yaitu dengan menggunakan buku yang dinilai masih kurang interaktif khususnya dalam mengajarkan hadist-hadist Rassullah SAW. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan aplikasi kumpulan hadis yang berbasis android pada anak usia dini pada proses pembelajaran yang bertempat pada TPA Al-Fatah Kota Prabumulih. Pada Aplikasi ini terdapat pengajaran tentang materi-materi hadis sehari-hari seperti hadis tentang kewajiban menuntut ilmu, hadis tentang Sholat, Hadis Tentang Puasa dan Niat dll. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Ada pun data di peroleh dengan menggunakan observasi wawancara dan dokumentasi. Setelah data di kumpulkan dengan menggunakan rumus persentase, lalu disusun, dijelaskan dengan Proses dan makna (perspektif subjek) lebih di tonjolkan dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan landasan teori lebih di manfaatkan sebagai pemandu agar fokus penelitian sesuai dengan fakta di lapangan. Sementara analisa data yang di gunakan yakni: mencatat hal-hal yang di temukan di lapangan mengumpulkan dan mengategori data menyimpulkan data dari analisis data lalu di peroleh lah hasil dari penelitian yaitu: Implemetasi Aplikasi Kumpulan hadis Berbasis. Android pada TPA Al- Fatah kota Prabumulih meliputi: pertama Pelaksanaan implementasi dari Aplikasi Adobe Flash CS6 terhadap materi hadis dan yang ke dua dengan menggunakan Aplikasi Adobe Flash CS6 menggunakan metode MDLC berbasis Android ini anak anak dapat mempelajari tentang hadis lebih menyenangkan dan mudah menghafalnya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
