Abstract

This study aims to analyze the managerial strategies in implementing the Ihfadz method as an integrative learning approach to improve the quality of memorization and understanding of nahwu (Arabic grammar) at Darussalam Putri Islamic Boarding School, Blokagung. A qualitative case study design was employed, utilizing participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation analysis as data collection techniques. The research focused on the planning, implementation, and evaluation aspects of the Ihfadz method in teaching nadhom (structured poetic texts of grammar rules). The findings reveal that the success of the Ihfadz program is supported by systematic instructional management, active involvement of female teachers as facilitators, and continuous evaluation mechanisms. Effective managerial strategies in this method significantly contribute to both enhanced memorization and deep conceptual understanding of nahwu among students. These results offer valuable insights for developing a contextual and applicable learning management model in pesantren education that integrates memorization with comprehension. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi manajerial dalam implementasi metode Ihfadz sebagai pendekatan pembelajaran integratif guna meningkatkan kualitas hafalan dan pemahaman ilmu nahwu di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Putri Blokagung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Fokus utama penelitian adalah pada aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi metode Ihfadz dalam pembelajaran nadhom ilmu nahwu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan program Ihfadz didukung oleh manajemen pembelajaran yang sistematis, keterlibatan aktif ustadzah sebagai fasilitator, serta sistem evaluasi yang berkelanjutan. Strategi manajerial yang efektif dalam pelaksanaan metode ini berdampak langsung pada peningkatan kualitas hafalan serta pemahaman konseptual santri terhadap kaidah nahwu. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan model manajemen pembelajaran pesantren berbasis integrasi hafalan dan pemahaman yang aplikatif dan kontekstual.

Abstract

The Society 5.0 era requires education to adopt flexible and innovative learning models. Hybrid learning, combining face-to-face and online methods, is an effective strategy in Islamic education development. This study analyzes hybrid learning strategies at SMA Darussalam Blokagung using a qualitative approach, including literature review and limited observation. The findings reveal that success is influenced by appropriate technology use, the teacher’s role as facilitator, and students’ digital literacy and infrastructure readiness. Hybrid learning enhances engagement, flexibility, and 21st-century skills such as collaboration and independence. This strategy is not only a response to emergencies but also a sustainable educational transformation. Era Society 5.0 menuntut dunia pendidikan untuk mengadopsi pembelajaran yang fleksibel dan inovatif. Strategi hybrid learning, yang menggabungkan pembelajaran tatap muka dan daring, menjadi solusi efektif dalam mengembangkan Pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi hybrid learning di SMA Darussalam Blokagung melalui pendekatan kualitatif, dengan studi literatur dan observasi terbatas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan strategi ini dipengaruhi oleh pemanfaatan teknologi yang tepat, peran guru sebagai fasilitator, serta kesiapan infrastruktur dan literasi digital siswa. Hybrid learning terbukti meningkatkan partisipasi, fleksibilitas, dan keterampilan abad 21 seperti kolaborasi dan kemandirian. Strategi ini bukan hanya respons terhadap kondisi darurat, tetapi juga bagian dari transformasi pendidikan jangka panjang yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the challenges faced by the education sector in the era of Society 5.0, as well as how the education system can adapt to rapid technological and social changes. The era of Society 5.0 is characterized by the integration of the physical and digital worlds, which impacts various aspects of life, including education. This study uses a qualitative approach with literature review and in-depth interviews with educators, academics, and education practitioners. The findings show that the main challenges in education in the era of Society 5.0 include the digital divide, the need for curriculum updates, and limited digital skills among educators and learners. Additionally, there are obstacles in facilitating technology-based learning and developing learners' character to adapt to rapid changes. This study suggests the need for enhanced digital training for educators, the involvement of government policies supporting educational innovation, and collaboration between the education sector and the technology industry to optimize the potential of Society 5.0 in the education field. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis tantangan yang dihadapi sektor pendidikan di era Society 5.0, serta bagaimana sistem pendidikan dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan teknologi dan sosial yang pesat. Era Society 5.0 ditandai dengan integrasi antara dunia fisik dan dunia digital, yang mempengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur dan wawancara mendalam dengan para pendidik, akademisi, dan praktisi pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tantangan utama dalam pendidikan di era Society 5.0 meliputi kesenjangan akses teknologi, kebutuhan akan pembaruan kurikulum, serta keterampilan digital yang masih terbatas di kalangan pendidik dan peserta didik. Selain itu, terdapat hambatan dalam memfasilitasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dan membangun karakter peserta didik yang adaptif terhadap perubahan cepat. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya peningkatan pelatihan digital bagi pendidik, peran serta kebijakan pemerintah yang mendukung inovasi pendidikan, serta kolaborasi antara sektor pendidikan dan industri teknologi untuk mengoptimalkan potensi Society 5.0 dalam dunia pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the strategic reinterpretation of Islamic values to strengthen cultural integration within a multicultural educational environment, focusing on Insan Mulia Integrated Islamic Senior High School in Manokwari, West Papua. The school represents an Islamic educational institution serving students from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds, including Papuan, Javanese, Bugis, and Minang communities. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis of the curriculum and extracurricular activities. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model involving data reduction, presentation, and verification. The findings reveal that the contextual reinterpretation of Islamic values not only fosters tolerance and inclusivity but also functions as a managerial strategy for establishing a harmonious and culturally adaptive school climate. This study contributes to the development of a multicultural-based Islamic education management model that is responsive to the sociocultural realities of local communities. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi reinterpretasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam memperkuat integrasi budaya di lingkungan pendidikan multikultural, khususnya di SMA Islam Terpadu Insan Mulia Manokwari, Papua Barat. Sekolah ini menjadi representasi institusi pendidikan Islam yang melayani peserta didik dari berbagai latar belakang etnis dan budaya seperti Papua, Jawa, Bugis, dan Minang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, serta teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi kurikulum serta kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, mencakup reduksi, penyajian, dan verifikasi data. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa reinterpretasi nilai-nilai Islam secara kontekstual tidak hanya menumbuhkan toleransi dan inklusivitas, tetapi juga menjadi strategi manajerial dalam menciptakan iklim sekolah yang harmonis dan adaptif terhadap keberagaman. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam pengembangan model manajemen pendidikan Islam berbasis multikultural yang responsif terhadap konteks sosial-budaya lokal.

Abstract

This study examines sharia marketing management strategies in developing Islamic boarding schools through a case study at Pesantren Miftahul Ulum Lumajang. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. Findings show that the pesantren applies a holistic, value-based marketing strategy rooted in honesty, trustworthiness, and public benefit across the marketing mix. A hybrid model combines digital approaches with traditional pesantren networks, with the Kyai serving as an ethical guide, framing marketing as da'wah rather than mere economics. The study offers a conceptual model of Islamic marketing that is ethical, educational, and spiritually grounded, contributing to theory and providing practical insights for pesantren development. Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi manajemen pemasaran syariah dalam pengembangan pesantren melalui studi kasus di Pesantren Miftahul Ulum Lumajang. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus, data diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan strategi pemasaran berbasis nilai kejujuran, amanah, dan maslahat pada seluruh bauran pemasaran. Model hybrid marketing diterapkan melalui kombinasi digital dan jaringan tradisional pesantren, dengan Kyai berperan sebagai penjaga etika sehingga pemasaran diposisikan sebagai dakwah. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model konseptual pemasaran syariah yang etis, edukatif, dan spiritual, serta memberi kontribusi teoritis dan praktis bagi pengembangan pesantren.

Abstract

This article explores the management of diagnostic assessment for learning difficulties integrated with Islamic values in the implementation of remedial learning within Islamic educational institutions. Using a library research approach, this study analyzes theoretical concepts, principles, and relevant scholarly findings from books and reputable journals. The results reveal that diagnostic management is essential for systematically identifying students’ learning barriers and determining appropriate remedial interventions. Integrating Islamic values into remedial learning not only supports cognitive improvement but also strengthens spiritual, moral, and emotional dimensions in accordance with the principle of rahmatan lil ‘alamin. Core values such as patience, trustworthiness, cooperation (ta‘awun), and excellence (ihsan) provide an ethical foundation for educators in conducting humanistic, fair, and transformative diagnostic and remedial processes. Artikel ini mengkaji manajemen diagnostik kesulitan belajar yang dipadukan dengan nilai-nilai Islam dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran remedial di lembaga pendidikan Islam. Melalui pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan, studi ini menganalisis konsep teoretis, prinsip, serta temuan ilmiah yang relevan dari buku dan jurnal bereputasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen diagnostik berperan penting dalam mengidentifikasi hambatan belajar peserta didik secara sistematis dan menentukan intervensi remedial yang tepat. Integrasi nilai Islam dalam pembelajaran remedial tidak hanya mendorong perbaikan kognitif, tetapi juga penguatan spiritual, moral, dan emosional sesuai prinsip rahmatan lil ‘alamin. Nilai-nilai seperti sabar, amanah, ta‘awun, dan ihsan menjadi landasan etis bagi pendidik dalam menjalankan proses diagnosis dan remedial yang humanis, adil, dan transformatif.

Abstract

This study examines the management of the “Jum’at Mengabdi” program in enhancing students’ preaching abilities at MAN 2 Langkat. The program is part of the Preaching Cadre Course (KKD) and is designed to provide structured training and practical preaching experience in the community. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model. The findings show that the management of the Jum’at Mengabdi program—covering planning, organizing, implementation, supervision, and evaluation—runs systematically and contributes significantly to the development of students’ cognitive, affective, and psychomotor preaching competencies. The program improves students’ mastery of preaching materials, public-speaking skills, confidence, and Islamic character. Effective coaching, scheduled practice, and community involvement are key factors supporting program success. Penelitian ini mengkaji manajemen program Jumat Mengabdi dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berdakwah siswa MAN 2 Langkat. Program ini merupakan bagian dari Kursus Kader Dakwah (KKD) yang dirancang sebagai pelatihan terstruktur sekaligus praktik dakwah langsung di masyarakat. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis menggunakan model Miles, Huberman dan Saldana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen program—meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, dan evaluasi—berjalan sistematis dan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik siswa dalam berdakwah. Program ini memperkuat penguasaan materi, keterampilan berbicara di depan umum, rasa percaya diri, serta pembentukan karakter Islami. Pembinaan yang intensif, jadwal praktik teratur dan dukungan lingkungan menjadi faktor utama keberhasilan program.

Abstract

This study analyzes the management of implementing Islamic character-building programs through ROHIS activities at Madrasah Al-Washliyah Stabat. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and document review. The results show that the implementation of ROHIS is managed through structured planning, including annual activity design, selection of mentors, and student coordination. The organizing stage involves the division of tasks among ROHIS officers and collaboration between teachers and students. Program implementation includes regular Qur’an studies, mentoring, speech practice, daily prayer memorization, and social activities. Monitoring is carried out continuously through attendance, mentoring reports, and direct evaluation by advisors. This managerial system contributes significantly to strengthening students’ Islamic character, especially in discipline, responsibility, politeness, and religious commitment. ROHIS becomes an effective medium for integrating Islamic values into students’ daily behavior through well-managed and sustainable activities. Penelitian ini menganalisis manajemen implementasi program pembinaan karakter Islami melalui kegiatan ROHIS di Madrasah Al-Washliyah Stabat. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif digunakan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi ROHIS dikelola melalui perencanaan terstruktur meliputi penyusunan program tahunan, penetapan pembina, serta koordinasi pengurus dan siswa. Tahap pengorganisasian dilakukan dengan pembagian tugas pengurus ROHIS serta kerja sama antara guru dan peserta didik. Pelaksanaan program mencakup kajian Al-Qur’an, mentoring, latihan ceramah, hafalan doa harian, dan kegiatan sosial. Pemantauan dilakukan secara berkelanjutan melalui absensi, laporan kegiatan, dan evaluasi pembina. Sistem manajemen ini berkontribusi besar dalam memperkuat karakter Islami siswa, terutama dalam hal kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, kesopanan, dan komitmen beribadah. ROHIS terbukti menjadi media efektif dalam menanamkan nilai Islam melalui kegiatan yang terkelola dan berkesinambungan.

Abstract

This study examines the management of implementing the Talaqqi method and its effectiveness in the Tahfidz Al-Qur’an program at Darussalamah Al Mubarok Islamic Boarding School, Cianjur. The research aims to analyze how planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the Talaqqi method contribute to improving students’ memorization quality. Using a qualitative field-study approach, data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation involving tahfidz supervisors and students. The findings reveal that the management of Talaqqi implementation is carried out systematically through structured scheduling, grouping based on ability levels, and regular evaluation of memorization progress. The method proved effective in strengthening students’ mastery of tajweed, fluency, and discipline due to intensive face-to-face interaction between teacher and student. However, challenges remain, including limited teacher-student ratio, varied memorization abilities, and time constraints. Strengthening human resources, optimizing group management, and improving review schedules are essential to enhance the sustainability and effectiveness of the program. Penelitian ini mengkaji manajemen implementasi metode talaqqi serta efektivitasnya dalam program tahfidz Al-Qur’an di Pondok Pesantren Darussalamah Al Mubarok Cianjur. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis bagaimana proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi metode talaqqi berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kualitas hafalan santri. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi lapangan, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan para ustadz pembimbing dan santri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen talaqqi diterapkan secara sistematis melalui penyusunan jadwal hafalan, pembagian kelompok berdasarkan kemampuan, serta evaluasi berkala terhadap perkembangan hafalan santri. Metode ini efektif meningkatkan ketepatan tajwid, kelancaran hafalan, dan kedisiplinan belajar karena adanya interaksi tatap muka yang intensif. Namun, hambatan seperti keterbatasan jumlah guru, variasi kemampuan santri, dan waktu belajar yang terbatas masih menjadi tantangan. Penguatan kapasitas guru, optimalisasi manajemen kelompok, dan penjadwalan murojaah yang intensif perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan program.

Abstract

This study examines the strategies implemented by Islamic Education (PAI) teachers in shaping students’ moral character through the management of learning and the strengthening of a religious school culture at MTs Darussalam Al Mubarok Cianjur. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation to understand how pedagogical planning, classroom management, and religious habituation programs support character formation. The findings reveal that PAI teachers employ three integrated strategies: exemplary behavior, habituation of religious practices, and affective approaches that build emotional closeness with students. These strategies are reinforced by a well-managed religious school environment, principal support, and structured programs such as daily Quran recitation, congregational prayers, and routine mentoring. Challenges encountered include variations in student motivation and limited instructional time. Overall, the study highlights that effective learning management combined with a strong religious culture plays a crucial role in fostering students’ Islamic morals and disciplined behavior. Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi yang diterapkan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam membentuk akhlak siswa melalui pengelolaan pembelajaran dan penguatan budaya religius di MTs Darussalam Al Mubarok Cianjur. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk memahami bagaimana perencanaan pembelajaran, manajemen kelas, serta program pembiasaan religius mendukung proses pembinaan akhlak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI menerapkan tiga strategi yang saling terintegrasi, yaitu keteladanan, pembiasaan praktik keagamaan, dan pendekatan afektif yang membangun kedekatan emosional dengan siswa. Strategi tersebut diperkuat oleh budaya madrasah yang religius, dukungan kepala madrasah, serta kegiatan terstruktur seperti tadarus harian, salat berjamaah, dan pembinaan rutin. Adapun hambatan yang dihadapi meliputi perbedaan motivasi siswa dan keterbatasan waktu pembelajaran. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pengelolaan pembelajaran yang efektif dan budaya religius yang kuat berperan penting dalam pembentukan akhlak Islami siswa.
