Abstract

This study examines the impression of performance appraisal and organizational structure as a correlation of school teacher performance in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The population of this study consisted of 13,039 public secondary school teachers in the Province of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. By using simple random sampling technique, as many as 440 respondents. Three (3) questionnaires developed by the researcher; entitled: Organizational Structure Questionnaire (OSQ), Performance Assessment Impression Questionnaire (PAIQ), and Teacher Performance Questionnaire (TJPQ) with reliability coefficients of 0.73, 0.69 and 0.76 were used for data collection. It was found that there was a significant relationship between organizational structure and teacher performance in public secondary schools in the Special Region of Yogyakarta in the order (r = 0.191, P<.05). It was also found that there was a significant relationship between performance appraisal impressions and the performance of public secondary school teachers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta in the order (r = 0.112, P<.05). There is a significant joint contribution of the independent variables (organizational structure and impression of performance appraisal) to the dependent variable (performance of public secondary school teachers); R = 0.457, P < 0.05. It was further revealed that {32.0% (Adj. R2 = 0.320)} that about 33% of the variance in the performance of public secondary school teachers was due to a linear combination of organizational structure and performance appraisal impressions. Organizational structure and performance appraisal impressions were found to be significant and highly determine the performance of school teachers with a P value of less than 0.05 and the magnitude of the organizational structure (ÿ = 0.265, t = 5.328, P<.05) and performance appraisal impressions (ÿ = 0.193, t). = 3.644, P<.05).

Abstract

One of the national cultures of Srandul is recorded as a folk performance art originating from Yogyakarta. Diera today, especially in the younger generation, many are not familiar with traditional arts, especially Srandul, which has faded its existence. Many factors are the cause of the lack of public interest in traditional arts, one of which is the lack of information provided about traditional arts and technological advances that are not accompanied by readiness to compete with outside cultures, making local cultures begin to fade in demand. This research uses a qualitative approach and selects the types of data collection carried out in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. The communication strategy by using festivals as a medium in conveying efforts to preserve Srandul traditional art will be appropriate and in accordance with the younger generation who are targeted

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction of non-health workers in the Technical Implementation Unit of the Yogyakarta City Pratama Hospital.The population in this study amounted to 67 people, while the sample in this study amounted to 57 people. The results of this study indicate that the magnitude of the Influence of Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction of Non-Health Workers Employees in the Technical Implementation Unit of the Pratama Hospital, Yogyakarta City is 0,718.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work climate on employee performance at KSPPS Tunas Artha Mandiri Tasikmalaya Branch employees (Case Study on KSPPS Tunas Artha Mandiri Tasikmalaya Branch). The method used is a quantitative approach with a research sample of 36 respondents from employees of KSPPS Tunas Artha Mandiri Tasikmalaya Branch. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results show that simultaneously leadership style and work climate have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially the work climate has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was conducted at CV.Panda Food Industry Sidoarjo. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of servant leadership style on job satisfaction and commitment. The results of the analysis show that concurrent servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and engagement if the results are treated with a social support beta score of 0.961 sig. 0.000, sign. 0.000 0.05 shows that servant leadership has a significant influence on job satisfaction, while the results of the calculation obtained a self-efficacy beta score of 0.949 sig. 0.000, sign. 0.000 shows that servant leadership has a significant effect on work engagement.

Abstract

The problem of human resources is still in the spotlight for companies to survive in the era of globalization, because they have control factors that can determine the sustainability of a company. By improving the quality of human resources, it is expected that employees can work productively and professionally so that the performance they achieve will be more satisfactory according to the existing work standards in the company. The factors that influence employee performance include job training and work motivation. This study aims to determine the conditions and influence of job training and work motivation on employee performance at PT R.TRI Cahya Agatha Tasikmalaya. The type of research used is descriptive associative with a quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data with questionnaires distributed to 32 employees of the Field Division. The data processing analysis technique is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the hypothesis, Job Training and Work Motivation both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Unemployment and inflation are related problems, common in all countries of the world. This article analyzes the government's policy on inflation-induced unemployment with Indonesia as the object. This article uses quantitative techniques to compare figures from previous years. Poverty rates increase with the number of unemployed, high unemployment rates can lead to lower national incomes in a country. Of course, the crime rate will go up. High inflation is usually caused by large amounts of debt and money in circulation in the country. Inflation also raises the price of commodities and lowers the exchange rate. In 2020, the unemployment rate in Indonesia reached its highest level due to the impact of the new coronavirus infection, which also affected the economic level of Indonesia, and Indonesia experienced a drastic economic decline in 2020.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of school service quality on guardian student loyalty, to analyze the effect of school image on student guardian loyalty and to analyze the effect of guardian student loyalty on parents' decision to choose. The data analysis used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS). Guidelines in PLS-Parth. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive relationship between service quality and student guardian loyalty. There is a positive relationship between school image and student guardian loyalty. There is a positive relationship between service quality and parents' decision to choose. Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan 21 perusahaan enrgi yang terdaftar di BEI 2018-2021 dengan metode Purposive Sampling bertujuan untuk menguji pertumbuhan perusahaan, leverage, profitabilitas terhadap earning response coefficient. Yang di analisis dengan metode regresi data panel. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pertumbuhan perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Earning Response Coefficient, Leverage memiliki pengaruh negative terhadap Earning Response Coefficient, dan Profitabilitas tidak memiliki pengaruh Terhadap earning response coefficient.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Asset Daerah (BPKAD) Kab. Pemalang. Populasi pada penelitian adalalah 52 pegawai dan dengan sampel 34 Pegawai Pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Asset Daerah (BPKAD) Kab. Pemalang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, penelitian ini digolongkan dalam jenis explanatory research yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara variabel-variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Metodologi data penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dalam bentuk kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan alat bantu yaitu program SPSS (Statistical Product and Services Solutions) for windows versi 25.0 melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas), uji T, uji F dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan
