Abstract

The implementation of the Regional Minimum Wage (UMR) is a policy established by the government as a form of legal protection for workers' rights to receive a decent wage. Workers and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have complained about asking for wage increases. In Palembang, there are a large number of MSMEs, ranging from selling pempek to songket crafts. In this study, we wanted to examine the impact of the UMR on MSMEs in Palembang by reading journals and news articles and analyzing eight sources from 2019 to 2025. The results show that the UMR this year is still considered sufficient for the needs of one person, even though the average employee already has a family. As a result, even being paid according to the UMR is still insufficient to meet the needs of a family. Moreover, MSMEs with limited capital are ultimately forced to pay below the standard. The impact on employees is very real, such as decreased work enthusiasm and decreased productivity, even many people are leaving work. There is a study from Lampung that uses a profit-sharing system (mudharabah) in MSME restaurants and shows positive results with an average above the UMR.

Abstract

- Indonesia merupakan negara dengan populasi muslim terbesar di dunia sehingga memiliki potensi yang sangat besar dalam perkembangan industri fashion halal, khususnya fashion muslim. Perkembangan media sosial yang semakin pesat turut memengaruhi gaya hidup masyarakat, terutama mahasiswa, dalam menentukan pilihan produk fashion. Selain itu, penerapan Islamic branding juga menjadi salah satu faktor penting yang mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk fashion muslim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lifestyle, media sosial, dan Islamic branding terhadap keputusan pembelian fashion muslim pada mahasiswa perguruan tinggi swasta di Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada mahasiswa perguruan tinggi swasta di Kota Palembang yang pernah membeli produk fashion muslim. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistics melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Model persamaan regresi linear berganda yang diperoleh yaitu Y = 5,986 + 0,264X1 + 0,273X2 + 0,212X3 + e. Persamaan regresi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa variabel lifestyle, media sosial, dan Islamic branding memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian fashion muslim. Artinya, semakin baik lifestyle, media sosial, dan Islamic branding yang dirasakan mahasiswa, maka keputusan pembelian fashion muslim juga akan meningkat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Variabel media sosial menjadi variabel yang paling dominan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian karena memiliki nilai koefisien regresi terbesar, yaitu sebesar 0,273, diikuti oleh lifestyle sebesar 0,264 dan Islamic branding sebesar 0,212. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of business capital, labor, and product innovation on income improvement among purun mat craftsmen in Pedamaran District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, from an Islamic economic perspective. This research used a quantitative method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 96 respondents. The sampling technique used was the Lemeshow technique. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics.The results of the t-test showed that the business capital variable had a positive and significant effect on income improvement, labor had a positive and significant effect on income improvement, and product innovation had a positive and significant effect on income improvement. The simultaneous test results (F-test) indicated that business capital, labor, and product innovation simultaneously had a significant effect on the income improvement of purun mat craftsmen in Pedamaran District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. From the perspective of Islamic economics, business capital, labor, and product innovation are considered part of effort, creativity, and business development in accordance with Islamic principles to improve community welfare. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknologi, risiko, dan fitur layanan secara bersama-sama terhadap minat nasabah dalam menggunakan perbankan seluler di Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah KCP UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah yang memiliki tabungan di Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah KCP UIN Raden Fatah Palembang, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, dan pengujian hipotesis (uji t dan uji F). Hasil pengujian hipotesis parsial menunjukkan bahwa teknologi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat nasabah dalam menggunakan perbankan seluler di Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah KCP UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Risiko memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat nasabah dalam menggunakan perbankan seluler di Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah KCP UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Fitur layanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat nasabah dalam menggunakan perbankan seluler di Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah KCP UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Hasil pengujian hipotesis simultan menunjukkan bahwa teknologi, risiko, dan fitur layanan secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat nasabah dalam menggunakan perbankan seluler di Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah KCP UIN Raden Fatah Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Independent Commissioners, Corporate governance, and Leverage on the Integrity of Financial Statements in Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia during the period 2020–2025. This research employs a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The population consists of all Islamic Commercial Banks registered with the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK) during the 2020–2025 period. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, resulting in 10 Islamic Commercial Banks with a total of 60 observations. The data used are secondary data obtained from annual reports, financial statements, and Good Corporate governance (GCG) reports of each bank. The data were analyzed using panel data regression with the assistance of Eviews 12 software. The results indicate that Independent Commissioners have a positive effect on the Integrity of Financial Statements. Corporate governance also has a positive effect on the Integrity of Financial Statements. Meanwhile, Leverage has a negative effect on the Integrity of Financial Statements. Simultaneously, Independent Commissioners, Corporate governance, and Leverage significantly affect the Integrity of Financial Statements in Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia during the 2020–2025 period.This study implies that the implementation of good corporate governance and effective supervisory mechanisms can improve the integrity of financial statements, while a high level of leverage may reduce the quality and reliability of financial information presented by the company. Abstract

Marketing strategy plays an important role in increasing sales and maintaining business competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by Pempek Rajo Salman 26 Ilir Palembang in increasing sales and to examine them from the perspective of Islamic economics. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that Pempek Rajo Salman applies product, price, place, and promotion strategies effectively to increase sales. From the perspective of Islamic economics, these strategies are in accordance with the principles of honesty, fairness, and responsibility. Therefore, the implementation of marketing strategies contributes to business growth while reflecting Islamic business ethics. Keywords:MarketingStrategy,Sales,IslamicEconomics,MSMEs.
