Environmental education at an early age is a strategic step to shape children's character who care about the sustainability of nature. This article examines the role of simple but meaningful activities, namely coloring used buckets and planting green beans, in fostering environmental awareness in PAUD children. By using an experiential learning approach, children not only learn through theory, but also experience the recycling and planting process directly as a form of contribution to the environment. This study was conducted through a literature study of relevant literature in the fields of early childhood education, environmental education, and experiential learning approaches. The results of the study show that this activity is able to instill the values of sustainability, responsibility, and social awareness from an early age.

Both scenarios are applied to analyze their impact on Indonesia's macroeconomy which includes welfare, Gross Domestic Product (GDP), government and private consumption, investment, government spending, trade balance, and inflation. The analysis method used is the simulation of Global Trade Analysis Project (GTAP) versi 9 database. Indonesia's welfare, consumption (government and private), investment, government spending, and inflation increased in both tariff reduction scenarios, while Indonesia's trade balance declined in both tariff reduction scenarios. In Article 112 of Law Number 3 of 2020 concerning Amendments to Law Number 4 of 2009 concerning Mineral and Coal Mining, there are provisions that require mining companies to sell a portion of their shares to the government or State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN). This obligation aims to control the exploitation of natural resources, enhance the state's control over strategic mineral and coal resources, and promote the sustainable utilization of natural resources. This journal comprehensively reviews the legal processes and implementation of the nationalization of share divestment, including potential challenges that may arise and their impact on the mining industry in Indonesia. The journal provides valuable insights into how this law governs vital natural resources for the country and contributes to the discourse on granting rights and state control over the extractive sector, with significant implications for mining policies in Indonesia and the potential for improved natural resource management.

The legal protection of well-known trademarks in Indonesia still faces various challenges, especially in overcoming passing off actions that can harm trademark owners and mislead consumers. The doctrine of likelihood of confusion becomes the main instrument in determining the extent to which the similarity of a brand can cause confusion among consumers. This research aims to analyze the implementation of legal protection of well-known trademarks from the act of passing off in Indonesia, focusing on the Golden Goose case. The research method used is doctrinal legal research with a statute approach and case approach. The data used is secondary data obtained through a literature study of legal regulations, court decisions, and relevant academic literature. The results show that although Indonesia has adopted the doctrine of likelihood of confusion in the Trademark Law, its application still faces various obstacles. The first to file system adopted in trademark registration opens up opportunities for parties with bad intentions to register trademarks that resemble well-known trademarks. This can be seen in the Golden Goose case, where another party registered a similar mark before the legal owner registered in Indonesia, triggering a legal dispute. The court eventually canceled the mark based on significant similarity and potential consumer confusion. This study confirms that it is necessary to strengthen the legal protection mechanism of famous marks, including increased supervision in trademark registration as well as strengthening regulations to prevent passing off.

Globalization has increased consumption of imported products in Indonesia, including snacks such as Latiao from China. However, a number of cases of poisoning due to consumption of Latiao show that this product can endanger consumers' health. This research aims to analyze consumer protection regulations in Law no. 8 of 1999 as well as the government's role in handling the circulation of dangerous imported products. The research method used is doctrinal legal research with a statutory approach and case studies. The research results show that even though consumer protection regulations are in place, weaknesses in supervision mean that there are still dangerous products circulating on the market. BPOM and related agencies have taken steps such as product recalls and investigations into dangerous ingredients, but supervision needs to be tightened. Synergy is needed between the government, business actors and the community to ensure food safety and increase consumer awareness of their rights

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a developmental disorder that affects an individual's ability to communicate, socialize, and adjust to his or her environment. Children with ASD often face barriers to building social relationships and exhibiting contextual behaviors. One of the widely used approaches to address this challenge is the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) method, which focuses on reinforcing positive behaviors through learning principles. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the ABA method in improving social skills and adaptive behavior of 1st grade ASD students of SD Panca Budi Medan. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study revealed that ABA interventions had a positive effect on improving communication skills, participation in social activities, and reducing negative behaviors in ASD students. In addition, the successful implementation of ABA depends on the active involvement of teachers in the learning process as well as parental support. The study also found obstacles such as limited parental understanding and lack of teacher training related to the ABA method. ABA is an effective method if it is carried out on an ongoing basis with collaborative support between schools and families.

This study discusses the transformation of equity crowdfunding regulations in Indonesia through Financial Services Authority Rehis study discusses the transformation of equity crowdfunding regulations in Indonesia through Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) Number 57/POJK.04/2020, with a focus on legal protection for PT Santara Daya Inspiratama as one of the providers of information technology-based crowdfunding services. The background of this research is based on the need for alternative funding schemes for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises and startups, which have difficulty in obtaining access to funding from conventional financial institutions. The research method used is normative juridical with an analytical approach to related laws and regulations and literature studies as primary and secondary data sources. This study examines the differences in regulations between POJK No. 37/POJK.04/2018 and POJK No. 57/POJK.04/2020, as well as their impact on the implementation mechanism of equity crowdfunding in Indonesia. The results of the study show that although POJK No. 57/POJK.04/2020 provides a stronger legal basis for the protection of investors and issuers, there is still ambiguity in its implementation, especially regarding the obligation to register securities at the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI) for non-limited liability company issuers. The case of sanctions against PT Santara illustrates this regulatory challenge, where the provisions are not fully in accordance with the characteristics of issuers in the form of Commanditaire Vennootschap (CV) or individuals. Therefore, further evaluation is needed to ensure that the regulation can provide optimal legal protection and support an inclusive and sustainable equity crowdfunding ecosystem in Indonesia.
