Abstract

This study explores the role played by financial institutions in supporting community economic empowerment. In this context, the role of financial institutions is not only limited to traditional functions such as financial intermediation, but also involves important aspects such as financial inclusion, financial education, and access to financial services. This research analyzes the impact of active community participation in financial services on economic growth, poverty alleviation and increased welfare. The findings of this research provide insight into how financial institutions can be a catalyst for community economic development through various initiatives and programs that support accessibility, inclusiveness and understanding of the benefits of finance.

Abstract

The Islamic economic philosophy is based on the interconnectedness of God, Man (Cosmic), and Nature (Cosmos), and is directed towards financial tasks such as economic principles, consumption, production, sales, and economic development. In Indonesia, the development of Islamic economics is influenced by internal and external factors. The key principles of Islamic economics in Indonesia are Tawhid, Maslahah, and Fair, which emphasize the relationship between humans and God, and humans and nature based on the principles of sharia. The country has also developed a masterplan for Islamic economic development, focusing on areas such as strengthening the halal value chain, the Islamic financial sector, and micro, small, and medium enterprises

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of competence in human resource planning. The research method used in this journal is a literature review based on 5 international journals which discuss the role of competence between employees in human resource planning. The results of this research show that competency has long been a top priority, but is a serious challenge for organizations and human resource planning. In the current era of globalization and technology, competition is becoming increasingly fierce in terms of product quality, price, service, delivery, and so on. Therefore, businesses need to acquire knowledge and skills faster than competitors in order to stand out and thrive. Human resources, with the necessary knowledge and skills, are the main mechanism that allows any type of business to gain a competitive advantage and influence its overall performance.

Abstract

This research explores the impact of digital transformation on data collection and analysis, as well as responsive strategies to changes in the global market. The findings indicate that companies adopting Big Data Analytics gain access to unprecedented volumes of data, including transaction data, customer interactions, and social media information, allowing for a deeper understanding of consumer behavior. The integration of current technologies not only pertains to data collection but also influences the implementation of marketing strategies. Responsive strategies to changes in the global market require a profound understanding of factors influencing consumer behavior, and modern technology enables companies to shift towards a robust data-driven approach. In conclusion, companies need to focus on developing their team's skills in managing current technologies to maximize the benefits of the global marketing research transformation and maintain competitiveness in the ever-evolving global market.

Abstract

Job achievement assessments are a central element in the management of human resources that have a significant impact on the performance of individuals and organizations as a whole. In an effort to further study the performance assessment practice in the context of modern organizations, this study has taken a deep look at the findings of the five international journals regarding job achievement assessments. Our analysis opened up insights into a significant trend change in the achievement assessment approach, gave valuable insights into its practical implications, and provided a number of strategic Suggestions that could be used to improve the effectiveness of job achievement assessments in various types of organizations. The findings of this study offer a deeper understanding of how achievement assessments of work can be a more effective tool in achieving organizational goals and managing human resources more efficiently.

Abstract

Companies must pursue technological development to gain competitive advantage and improve performance. To achieve and improve performance, companies require active participation of employees by increasing motivation and ensuring job satisfaction.. This research aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee productivity. This research uses qualitative descriptive research. Qualitative descriptive research is used to describe situations or events precisely and accurately. Job satisfaction discussed in this paper is the quality and nature of a person/employee in an organization who carries out their work according to their heart and the desire to fulfill it so that the employee feels satisfied in creating the work they do, and is in line with the organization's mission Although employee engagement does not have a direct impact on performance, its mediating effects on motivation and job satisfaction can have a significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this journal is to analyze and compare the five international journals that discuss Human Resources Education and Training. The theme raised was regarding the influence of education and training on employee performance. The research method used is qualitative with library study data collection techniques. The results of the analysis prove that the existence of HR education and training in the world of work greatly influences employee performance, therefore companies should be more open to training and education.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and describe how work culture is implemented and what motivates employees to improve their work at the Surabaya City Tourism and Culture Office. This can be seen from various factors, namely, intrinsic (internal) factors and extrinsic (external) factors. In obtaining quality Human Resources, the work process runs smoothly, and the work results are in accordance with what is desired must come from the behavior of each individual. This means that in forming a work culture and work motivation from leaders or employees it must be consistent with good coordination so that the vision and mission of the organization can be realized in accordance with what is desired. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection used interview techniques and carried out observations through purposive sampling techniques. The results of the research show that employee motivation has a big influence on improving the performance of employees at the Surabaya City Culture and Tourism Office. This can be seen from intrinsic (internal) factors and extrinsic (external) factors. Intrinsic (internal) factors are the achievements of the employee himself. Meanwhile, extrinsic (external) factors are in the form of communication relationships experienced between employees and superiors. So it can be concluded that employee work motivation must be maintained from an early age in order to achieve maximum results in accordance with the goals of the organization itself.

Abstract

There is no way to completely escape work-related issues like conflict and stress. workers' performance is negatively impacted by work conflict and stress. This indicates that when workers encounter high levels of stress and job conflict, their performance will fall dramatically. Finding out how stress and conflict at work affect productivity is the driving force behind this study. The research in this study is descriptive in nature and employs qualitative approaches. Findings from studies This demonstrates that stress at work has a negative and statistically significant effect on employee performance, whereas conflict at work has a positive and statistically significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Compensation is a key element in human resource management that has a significant impact on employee performance in the company. Fair pay and financial motivation have long been topics of deep research in a variety of disciplines, including management, economics, and psychology. Compensation has a role in helping employees perform better. Employee performance will be influenced by compensation, so to ensure that workers work professionally, organizations must consult with them to decide on compensation levels. Business effectiveness and efficiency will be influenced by the quality of human resources, which will be determined by success in determining appropriate compensation for employees. This journal uses the library research or literature review method as the main basis in the process of writing scientific articles or journals. The reference sources used in this article were obtained through Google Scholar, a platform that facilitates access to various sources of scientific literature. In this way, we can ensure that this scientific article is supported by quality and relevant sources. The implications of this research indicate that companies should consider these factors in the planning and implementation of their human resource policies to achieve optimal employee performance and ensure employee well-being. Thus, these aspects can serve as guidelines in improving human resource management in organizations.
