Abstract

Digital transformation in business operations has been spurred by the increasing worldwide awareness of environmental concerns. This includes micro, small, and medium businesses (MSMEs) in Indonesia's food and beverage sector. The purpose of this research is to analyze how digital green innovation, information management integration, and technical assistance affect the long-term viability of companies. In this study, 90 MSMEs were chosen using a purposive sample method, and a quantitative approach was used with a cross-sectional design. A 5-point Likert scale questionnaire was used to collect data, which was then analyzed in SPSS using multiple linear regression. The results show that, simultaneously, all three independent variables significantly affect business sustainability. However, partially, only information management integration and digital green innovation show significant influence, while technological support does not have a direct significant effect. These findings emphasize that technology must be strategically aligned with innovation and integrated information systems. Theoretically, the study supports the Resource-Based View approach, highlighting internal resources as the foundation of sustainable competitive advantage. Practically, MSMEs are encouraged to enhance information integration and digital green innovation as part of their digital transformation strategy to strengthen competitiveness and achieve long-term sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the practice of product endorsement and reviews by social media influencers, particularly in promoting skincare products without BPOM distribution permits, through the lens of contemporary Islamic commercial jurisprudence (fiqh muamalah). In the digital era, marketing strategies have shifted significantly with influencers playing a key role in shaping consumer opinions and purchasing decisions. However, many endorsements omit legal information and promote products containing harmful substances. This research employs a qualitative approach through literature review, analyzing scholarly articles, fatwas, regulations, and official BPOM data. Findings indicate that promoting unregistered products may involve elements of najasy (fraud), gharar (uncertainty), and tadlis (concealment), which contradict the Islamic principles of honesty and transparency. Therefore, ethical guidelines rooted in Islamic law are essential to ensure fair, halal, and consumer-protective digital marketing practices.

Abstract

This research aims to examine Property and Property Rights in Islam: Property Distribution and Its Legal Consequences. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of literature study (library research). This method aims for a Qualitative Study of Shirkah Its Implications on Sharia Banks and Islamic Financial Institutions, focusing on the application of application in daily life. The data in this study were collected through the search of relevant documents and secondary sources, such as Articles from national and international journals indexed by SINTA and Scopus, Property and Property Rights. The concept of property and property in Islam reflects the balance between individual freedom and the interests of society. Islam not only guarantees the right to property, but also sets limits so that wealth becomes a blessing and beneficial to all. By understanding this principle, Muslims are expected to be able to manage their property in a trustworthy and responsible manner. Islam recognizes and protects individual property as part of human rights. However, this right is not absolute, but is bound by moral values and Sharia law. Ownership must be used fairly, beneficially, and not cause social damage or inequality

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Qualitative Study of Shirkah, Its Implications on Sharia Banks and Sharia Financial Institutions. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of literature study (library research). This method aims for a Qualitative Study of Shirkah, Its Implications on Sharia Banks and Islamic Financial Institutions, focusing on the application of application in daily life. The data in this study were collected through the search of relevant documents and secondary sources, such as Articles from national and international journals indexed by SINTA and Scopus, related to shirkah and its Application to Sharia Bank Transactions. The result of the research is that the musyarakah contract is recorded and witnessed. Second, the contracting party: it is required that the partner must be competent in granting or being given the power of representation. The three objects of the contract (funds and work): the capital provided must be in cash, gold, silver, or of the same value. The ulama agree on this.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Literature Study of Hawalah and Ji'alah: Implementation and Application of Akad in Sharia Bank Transactions. This method aims to develop the Study of Hawalah Dan Ji'alah Literature: Implementation and Application of Akad in Sharia Bank Transactions, focusing on the application of application in daily life. The data in this study was collected through the search of relevant documents and secondary sources, such as: Articles from national and international journals indexed by SINTA and Scopus, related to the Literature Study of Hawalah Dan Ji'alah and its Application of Akad in Sharia Bank Transactions. The results of the research are that the Hawalah and Ji'alah Contracts are part of the muamalah instrument in Islam which has an important function in regulating sharia economic activities. Hawalah as a debt transfer mechanism has evolved from traditional practices to financial instruments used in various Islamic banking services such as credit cards and factoring. Meanwhile, Ji'alaj as a contract to provide rewards for a service or work whose results are uncertain, provides space for flexibility in various fields such as education, business, and technology.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of human capital strategy and adaptive leadership in strengthening organizational resilience at PT PLN (Persero), one of Indonesia's key state-owned enterprises. Amidst global challenges such as digital transformation, energy transition, and post-pandemic dynamics, the need for superior human resources and responsive leadership is increasingly critical. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through literature studies, internal documents, and supported by relevant empirical findings. The results indicate that the integration of competency-based HR strategies and adaptive leadership significantly enhances organizational resilience to disruption. Strategies such as succession planning, digital learning, and collaborative culture have proven effective in boosting flexibility and innovation. The study provides practical implications to reinforce HR's role in PLN’s strategic transformation process in facing uncertainty.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of family ownership and institutional ownership on company performance. The population used in this study were companies included in the trade, services and investment sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2021 to 2023. Through the purposive sampling method, 631 companies were obtained that met the requirements, namely publishing annual reports and sustainability reports and financial reports in rupiah currency during that period. After removing 441 outlier data from the total sample, the final number of companies used in the analysis was 138. The analysis technique applied in this study was multiple linear regression. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is known that family ownership and institutional ownership have a negative effect on company performance

Abstract

Employee work motivation is an important factor in increasing productivity and achieving organizational goals, which can be influenced by a pleasant work environment and a strong organizational culture. This study aims to determine the work environment and organizational culture on the work motivation of employees of PDAM Tirta Kencana, Samarinda City. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of Google Forms to respondents who are permanent employees of PDAM Tirta Kencana, Samarinda City. The study population was 412 respondents and the sample was determined as many as 203 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using instrument testing, classical acceptance testing, multiple linear regression testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the study showed that: (i) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, (ii) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, and (iii) both independent variables, namely the work environment and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation. These results indicate that companies need to create a conducive work environment and build a healthy organizational culture in order to increase employee work motivation sustainably.

Abstract

Squid (Loligo sp.), which is high in protein, minerals, and omega-3 fatty acids, is one of the fisheries products that Indonesia, a coastal nation with abundant marine resources, has great potential to grow. Salted squid is a popular but less favored product because it is impractical, and squid processing is still subpar despite Bandung's growing demand. Although consumer views of food safety and quality are important when making purchases, issues with raw material quality, preservatives, and hygiene still exist. The purpose of this study is to determine the elements that influence Bandung consumers' opinions about the safety and quality of squid products. Direct observations, in-depth interviews, and focus groups with producers and customers were used to gather data using a qualitative methodology. The results show that consumers are quite interested in processed squid items, especially flavored ones, but they are also very concerned about safety and quality. Limited processing techniques and an inconsistent raw material supply make it difficult for producers to maintain consistent quality. The report emphasizes the need for better quality control, transparency in product information, and government support for supply chain management and standardization in order to close the gap between consumer expectations and producers' capabilities. Improved labeling, higher production standards, and legislative actions are among the suggestions made to support Bandung's squid processing sector. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand awareness and celebrity endorser on the purchasing decisions of Wardah products at Toko Jakarta Geudong, North Aceh. The research employed a quantitative approach, involving 96 respondents and using SPSS 25.0 for data analysis. The results indicate that brand awareness has a partial effect on purchasing decisions (t-value = 2.825 > t-table = 1.661; sig = 0.002), as does the celebrity endorser variable (t-value = 3.417 > t-table; sig = 0.000). Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (F-value = 31.321 > F-table = 3.09; sig = 0.000). The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.410, indicating that 41% of the variation in purchasing decisions is explained by the two independent variables, while the remaining 59% is influenced by other factors outside this study.
