Abstract

Covid 19 yang muncul di akhir tahun 2019 merubah cara kerja SDM dari berkerja di kantor (WFO) menjadi bekerja di rumah (WFH). Peristiwa ini menyebabkan keraguan kinerja, disiplin dan keseimbangan keluarga para pegawai yang bekerja dari rumah (WFH) tetap sama baiknya ketika bekerja dari kantor (WFO). Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan komparatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu simple random sampling dengan penentuan jumlah melalui teknik slovin. Data dikumpulkan dengan instrumen koesiner serta diolah dengan uji asumsi klasik dan dianalisis dengan analisis linier berganda. Adapun pengujian lain yang akan dilakukan adalah uji hipotesis, uji simultan (F) dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik disiplin kerja maka semakin baik kinerja pegawai tersebut. Disiplin kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pegawai UIN Alauddin Makassar. Dari sini dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik keseimbangan antara keluarga dan pekerjaan, maka produktivitas karyawan akan semakin meningkat.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of advances in digital application-based technology on work quality through employee work effectiveness at PT. PLN (Persero) Sulselrabar Main Unit. In the research, the variables used are advances in technology based on digital applications as the independent variable, work quality as the dependent variable and work effectiveness as the intervening variable.The type of research used is quantitative research with an associative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and documentation, with a total sample of 135 respondents.. In this study using SPSS 26 software as a data analysis technique. The results showed that advances in digital application-based technology had a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness, advances in digital application-based technology had a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness, work effectiveness had a positive and significant effect on work quality, and advances in digital application-based technology had a positive and significant effect on work quality through employee work effectiveness Keywords: Advances in Digital Application-Based Technology, Quality of Work, Work Effectiveness.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of the research was to find out whether there was an influence of personality towards financial management behavior with financial literacy as intervening variable in micro small and medium enterprises in Makassar. The objective of the research was the subject of micro small and medium enterprises (UMKM) in Makassar. The research conducted quantitave design. The samples of the research were 160 UMKM registered in economic enterprises and UKM official of Makassar. The sampling techniques used was non probability sampling used to give equal chance or opportunity for every member of population to be selected as a sample. The clarity level of the research used associatif problem statement to find out the correlation or influence between two or more variables. The data used were primary and secondary data where the data was collected by using questionnaire, observation and bibliography study. Data analysis used qas PLS (Partial Least Square). The research result shown that there was positive influence of personality towards financial management, there was positif ilnfluence of personality towards financial literacy, there was postitive influence of personality towards financial management behavior, and also there was positive influence of personality towards financial management behavior with financial literacy as intervening variable. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of workload and self-efficacy on performance with burnout as an intervening variable in health workers at the Islamic Faisal Hospital, Makassar. In this research, the variables used are workload and self-efficacy as independent variables, performance as the dependent variable, and burnout as the mediating variable. This research is quantitative research. The data source in this research comes from primary data, where the method for collecting data is using interviews and questionnaires which are distributed to all nurses at the Faisal Islamic Hospital in Makassar. The number of samples used was 110 samples. The data analysis technique in this research is using the Microsoft Excel computer program and your Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) version 26. The results of this research show that workload has a positive and significant effect on burnout, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on burnout, workload has an effect positive and significant effect on performance, self efficacy has a positive and significan effect on performance, workload has a positive and significant effect on performance mediated by burnout, self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on performance mediated by burnout. Abstract

Changes in people's behavior and needs in utilizing digital technology to carry out banking activities independently are taking place very rapidly. This is proven by the number of e-banking users (SMS banking, telephone banking, mobile banking and internet banking which increased by 270% in the 2012 – 2016 period. Moreover, with the digital acceleration in recent years after Covid-19, the number of e-banking users has drastically increased, especially digital transactions via mobile banking with 24.21 million users in 2020. This research was conducted to evaluate the features of the Muamalat Digital Islamic Network (DIN) mobile banking service. In this case, researchers will focus on evaluating speed, security, accuracy and trust in the Muamalat DIN mobile banking application and its relationship with customer satisfaction. The research method used is to use the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method or analysis of the level of importance and performance through GAP analysis and quadrant analysis. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to customers using the Muamalat DIN Makassar Branch Office mobile banking. The sampling technique is carried out using the Hair formula, where if the population size is unknown then use a size of 5-10 multiplied by the research instrument variable. The research results show that there are 6 attributes in quadrant II in the "Keep Up The Good Work" category and there are 8 attributes in quadrant III in the "Low Priority" category. Meanwhile, in quadrants I & IV, no attributes were found that needed improvement or were considered excessive by the respondents

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Burnout level and Work Environment on Employee Engagement and performance of nurses at Nene Mallomo Hospital, Sidrap Regency, both directly and indirectly. The type of research carried out was quantitative research with a saturated sampling method which resulted in 110 respondents. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires and processed using statistical techniques such as classical assumption tests, path analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that burnout has a negative and significant effect on employee engagement, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, burnout has a negative and insignificant effect on performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance, employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on performance, employee engagement mediates the effect of burnout on performance, and mediates the effect of work environment on performance.

Abstract

penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan finger print terhadap kualitas kerja dan efektivitas kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada pegawai rumah sakit umum Daerah RSUD Haji Makassar, Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu nonprobability sampling dengan Teknik sampling purposive sehingga jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu berjumlah 189 responden. Pendekatan penelitian ini merupakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dimana metode ini mengumpulkan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini adalah finger print berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas kerja, sedangkan hasil kedua finger print berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja kemudian hasil ketiga kualitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja, kemudian hasil keempat efektivitas kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh antara finger print terhadap kualitas kerja.dengan demikian rumah sakit umum Daerah RSUD Haji Makassar telah menerapkan absensi finger print untuk mempermudah mengumpulkan data kehadiran pegawai dalam bekerja sehingga pemimpin dapat melihat dan menilai kualitas kerja dan efektivitas kerja semua pegawai

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) To determine the effect of workload on work stress. 2) To determine the effect of work-family conflict on work stress. 3) To determine the effect of workload on employee performance. 4) To determine the effect of work-family conflict on employee performance. 5) To determine the effect of work stress on employee performance. 6) To determine the effect of workload on employee performance through work stress. 7) To determine the effect of work-family conflict on employee performance through work stress. This research is a type of quantitative research and the research sample is 105 employees of Pt. Bank BRI (Persero) Tbk Panakkukang Makassar Branch. This research uses path analysis for data analysis with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the research show that 1) Workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress. 2) Work-family conflict has a positive and significant effect on work stress. 3). Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 4) Work-family conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 5) Work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. 6) Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance but cannot be mediated by work stress. 7) Work-family conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance which is mediated by work stress.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer bonding dan customer relationship marketing terhadap loyalitas pelanggan BNI Kota Makassar dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder, teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan pengukuran menggunakan rumus Hair, sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 170 responden. Objek penelitian ini yaitu pelanggan atau nasabah bank BNI Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan bantuan SmartPLS versi 4.0 for windows, Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan Customer Bonding berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan BNI Kota Makassar, Customer Relationship Marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan BNI Kota Makassar, Customer Bonding berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan BNI Kota Makassar, Customer Relationship Marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan BNI Kota Makassar, Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan BNI Kota Makassar, Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan memediasi pengaruh Customer Bonding terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan BNI Kota Makassar, Kepuasan Pelanggan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan memediasi pengaruh Customer Relationship Marketing terhadap Loyalitas BNI Kota Makassar. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of decision making and risk taking on the performance of franchise businesses in Makassar City: the moderating role of financial technology. This research uses primary data, the sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling technique using the Slovin formula, so the total sample in this research is 70 respondents. In this research, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used using SmartPLS version 4.0 for Windows as a data analysis technique. The results of the research show that decision making has no direct effect on BExpress Fried Chicken Franchise business performance, risk taking has a significant positive effect on BExpress Fried Chicken Franchise business performance, decision making has a direct effect on Franchise business performance in Makassar City: through The Role Moderating of Financial Technology, and Risk taking has a direct effect on franchise business performance in Makassar City: through The Role Moderating of Financial Technology.
