Abstract

The third national survey of financial literacy and inclusion (SNLIK) conducted by the financial services authority (OJK) in 2019 showed that the financial literacy index had increased by 8.33% compared to the previous SNLIK in 2016 and similarly the financial inclusion index had also increased. amounting to 8.39% from before. The rapid development of technology in the financial services sector also requires Indonesian people to be able to adapt. Thus, this research aims to determine the effect of financial literacy on financial inclusion with financial technology as an intervening variable in MSMEs in the city of Makassar. This research uses primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique in this research was using a probability sampling technique, so the number of samples in this research was 348 respondents. The data analysis technique in this research is using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS version 3.0 for Windows. The results of this research show that financial literacy has a positive effect on financial inclusion, financial literacy has a positive effect on financial technology, financial technology has a positive effect on financial inclusion, and financial literacy has a positive effect on financial inclusion through financial technology.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of pocket money and the hedonistic lifestyle of adolescents on the decision process of buying fast food with consumptive behaviour as an intervening variable. In this study the variables used are pocket money and hedonistic lifestyle as independent variables, the purchase decision process as a depedent variable, consumptive behavior as an intervening variable (mediation). This research is quantitative research. The data source in this study is sourced from primary data which the data collection method uses a questionnaire method that is distributed to all teenagers in Makassar city. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. With primary data management by using path analysis using the help of Statistical Package for Social Sciencee (SPSS) Software. The results of this study show that partially it wass found that the support of pocket money variables and hedonistic lifestyle variables had a positive and significant effect on the Burger King fast food purchase decision process in Makassar City. Partially pocket money is negative and has no significance influence on consumptive behaviour and hedonistic lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behaviour. Indirectly pocket money, and a hedonistic lifestyle affect the purcase decision process through consumptive behaviour. Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of organizational and non-organizational factors on organizational commitment with work discipline as an intervening variable. This research uses quantitative research with an associative approach. The data analysis method used in this research is path analysis. This research was conducted at PT. Gojek Indonesia Cab. Makassar by distributing questionnaires to 130 respondents. Testing the research hypothesis used model testing techniques (path analysis) with the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 26 application tool. The results of this study found that organizational and non-organizational factors had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational factors had a positive effect and significant on organizational commitment partially, non-organizational factors have a positive and insignificant effect on organizational commitment partially, and finally work discipline has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment partially.

Abstract

Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuaan untuk mengetahui pengaruh inflasi, nilai tukar, bi rate dan pandemic covid 19 terhadap tabungan mudharabah pada Bank Umum Syariah Indonesia secara parsial dan simultan. Naskah masuk: Direvisi: Dipublikasikan: Metodologi: penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan data Time Series. Data yang digunakan pada[enelitian ini adalah data sekunder . populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah data inflasi, nilai tukar, bi rate dan covid 19. Adapun populasi bank pada penelitian ini adalah bank umum Syariah yang terdaftar di otoritas jasa keuangan. Tekhnik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda. Hasil: secara parsial variabel inflasi dan covid 19 berpengaruh positif terhadap tabungan mudharabah pada bank umus Syariah Indonesia sementara variabel nilai tukar dan bi rate berpengaruh negative terhadap tabungan mudharabah. Secara simultan inflasi, nilai tukar dan covid 19 tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tabungan mudharabah sedangkan bi rate berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tabungan mudharabah. Keterbatasan Penelitian: penelitian ini hanya mengkaji factor eksternal yang mempengaruhi jumlah tabungan mudharabah di bank umum Syariah dan tidak mengkaji factor-faktor internal yang bias saja mempengaruhi jumlah tabungan mudharabah. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the influence of human capital on self-efficacy, human capital on the performance of marine employees, the influence of self-efficacy on employee performance, and the influence of self-efficacy as an intervening variable in mediating the relationship human capital on the performance of marine employees at PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Selayar Branch. The sample collection technique used was the saturated sample technique. The type of research used is explanatory research. The data source used is primary data, by distributing questionnaires to respondents to fill in. The number of samples used was 113 respondents. The data processing method used in this research uses SmartPLS software. The results of the research show that human capital has a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy, human capital has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the intervening variable self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect in mediating the effect of human capital on performance. marine employees. Abstract

This research examines the influence of financial attitudes and social media on stock investment decisions in Makassar City with risk preferences as a moderating variable. This research uses an associative method with a quantitative approach, a survey using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The sample in this research is the people of Makassar City who actively use social media and have also invested in shares. The data analysis technique in this research is structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS version 4.0 for Windows. The research results show that financial attitudes and social media have a significant positive influence on stock investment decisions in Makassar City. However, risk preferences cannot moderate the relationship between financial attitudes and social media on investment decisions. This research provides practical and theoretical implications for stock investors and academics in understanding the factors that influence stock investment decisions in the digital era and information that is increasingly easy to access.

Abstract

This research focuses on the financial performance between Bank BTPN Syariah and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah before and during the COVID-19 pandemic period. The method used is a quantitative approach using the Return on Assets (ROA), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Non-Performing Financing (NPF) ratio as the main indicators. The data analyzed covers the period 2018 to 2021 for the two banks. Testing was carried out four times to obtain a comprehensive understanding. First, the dependent sample t-test was carried out at Bank BTPN Syariah, comparing performance before and during the pandemic. Second, the dependent sample t-test was carried out at Bank Panin Dubai Syariah, to compare performance before and during the pandemic. Third, an independent sample t-test was carried out to compare Bank BTPN Syariah with Bank Panin Dubai Syariah before the pandemic. Finally, an independent sample t-test was carried out to compare the two during the pandemic.The research results show that there is no significant difference in the ROA of Bank BTPN Syariah before and during the pandemic, while the CAR and NPF have a significant difference where the CAR and NPF during the pandemic have increased more than before the pandemic. The ROA and NPF of Bank Panin Dubai Syariah before and during the pandemic did not have a significant difference, while there was a significant difference in the CAR. Before and during the pandemic, there were significant differences between the ROA, CAR and NPF of Bank BTPN Syariah and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah.Suggestions for future researchers are to increase the ratio and periodization of the data so that they can get different research results

Abstract

This research is a type of research with a quantitative approach with a sample of 150 respondents at MSME players in Makassar City with a sample withdrawal using the Hair formula. With data processing using SmartPLS.This application is also used to test or find out how the Machiavellian, Love of Money, and Religiosity variables relate to the Ethical Perceptions of MSMEs in the Makassar City Culinary Sector. The results of this study indicate that: 1. Machiavellian has a negative and significant effect on the ethical perceptions of MSMEs in the culinary sector in Makassar City; 2. Machiavellian has a positive and significant effect on the love of money of MSMEs in the culinary sector in Makassar City; 3. Love of money has a negative and significant effect on the ethical perceptions of MSMEs in the culinary sector in Makassar City; 4. Love of Money mediates the influence of Machiavellian on the Ethical Perceptions of MSMEs in the Culinary Sector in Makassar City; 5. Religiosity moderates the influence of Machiavellian on the Ethical Perceptions of MSMEs in the Culinary Sector in Makassar City. Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Job Demands, Job Resources on Turnover Intention with Work Engagement as an Intervening Variable. This research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The population in this study were nurses who worked at the Faisal Islamic Hospital in Makassar The sample in this study was 96 nurses taken using the Slovin formula. The data collection method uses a quantitative method, where data collection uses a questionnaire distributed directly from the first source or place where the research object is carried out. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of premium price variables (X1) and green product quality (X2) on consumer satisfaction (Y) with purchasing deci sions as intervening variables (Z). This study uses a type of quantitative research by reviewing the results of respondent questionnaire data as many as 108 respondents and carried out in October 2023, the population of consumer data recorded in consumer books in galleries and using purposive sampling techniques is processed with SPSS. The results of this study show that premium prices have no effect on consumer satisfaction, the quality of green products does not affect consumer satisfaction, consumer decisions have a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, premium prices have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, and the quality of green products affects purchasing decisions in Bengok Craft consumers Keywords: premium price, green product quality
