The Methods/approaches – The research employs a quantitative descriptive approach, utilizing financial ratio analysis and the Price Earnings Ratio (PER) method to calculate the intrinsic value of the company’s stock. The data used consists of audited financial reports of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk for the period 2020 to 2024. Financial performance is evaluated using key ratios, including Return on Equity (ROE), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Earnings per Share (EPS), Dividend per Share (DPS), and Price Earnings Ratio (PER). The Results – The results indicate that the company’s financial performance remained stable over the observed period, with an average ROE of 22.72% and consistent growth in EPS and DPS. The intrinsic value of the stock was estimated at IDR 2,852.39 for the second quarter (Q2) of 2025, while the market closing price in Q2 2025 was IDR 2,390.00.
