Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze in depth how principals implement academic supervision in curriculum management at SD Darussalam Blokagung. This study uses a qualitative case study approach with the location at SD Darussalam Blokagung, which was selected purposively because it integrates the national curriculum and Islamic values. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, with subjects including the principal, teachers, and curriculum staff. Data analysis was conducted interactively through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Triangulation techniques were used to test the validity of the data. This study aims to understand academic supervision strategies and their impact on curriculum management in the context of pesantren-based education. The results of this study show that the implementation of academic supervision by the principal at SD Darussalam Blokagung has distinctive characteristics, namely being based on Islamic values, being transformational, and being able to harmoniously integrate the national curriculum and pesantren curriculum. This supervision does not only focus on technical aspects but also nurtures teachers' moral, spiritual, and professional development. This approach fosters a religious and collaborative school culture. These findings indicate that value-based supervision is highly relevant for implementation in Islamic boarding school-based schools and can serve as a model for developing more contextual, humanistic, and visionary academic leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of Islamic values-based content marketing strategies in enhancing the reputation of Islamic educational institutions on social media, with a case study at TK Islam Terpadu Permata Kraksaan. This research was conducted to identify how Islamic educational institutions utilize social media to introduce themselves, build their image, and improve their relationship with their audience, particularly parents, by emphasizing the moral and spiritual values contained in Islamic teachings. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a case study, where data is obtained through in-depth interviews with the school principal, teachers, and parents, as well as an analysis of social media content published by the institution. The results of the study show that TK Islam Terpadu Permata Kraksaan has successfully utilized social media to convey content that combines academic aspects and the teaching of Islamic values. The content published, such as educational videos, quotations from the Qur'an and Hadith, and documentation of activities, has been proven to increase positive interaction with the audience. However, the challenge faced by this institution is to maintain the consistency of content that is relevant to Islamic values without getting caught up in temporary trends. This study concludes that a content marketing strategy based on Islamic values can significantly enhance the reputation of Islamic educational institutions on social media and strengthen relationships with parents.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the transformation of Islamic educational institutions' marketing strategies through digital advertising, with a focus on theoretical reviews and contemporary practices at MI Ihyauddiniyah. The research was conducted at MI Ihyauddiniyah, an elementary madrasah that is currently striving to develop a digital-based promotional strategy. The research approach is qualitative, employing data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The findings reveal that digital advertising practices have begun to be implemented through social media platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok, but these efforts remain sporadic and unstructured. There is a gap between the institutional vision and the implementation of digital promotion, where the promotion strategy is not yet fully based on a solid theoretical framework and Islamic values that form the identity of the madrasah. The involvement of internal stakeholders is also not yet integrated into the digital promotion management system. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that the transformation of digital marketing strategies at MI Ihyauddiniyah shows a positive direction but requires strategic planning based on theory and Islamic values, strengthening promotion management, and enhancing human resource capacity. This study recommends the formation of a specialized digital marketing team and the development of systematic communication strategy guidelines to strengthen the madrasah's positioning in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of digital marketing on the effectiveness of learning and the quality of education at MI Miftahul Ulum Banyuanyar Lor, Probolinggo Regency. The location of this study was chosen because this Madrasah has begun to integrate digital technology into the learning process. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with a case study approach, involving interviews with the principal, vice principal for curriculum, five educators, two students, and two parents of students. The data obtained through interviews and observations were then analyzed to see how digital marketing is implemented in this Madrasah. The results of the study show that the use of social media and other digital platforms increases interaction between schools, students, and parents, and makes learning more interesting and interactive. Digital marketing makes it easier for students to access teaching materials more flexibly. However, there are challenges related to limited internet access and the influence of social media on students' learning concentration. In conclusion, digital marketing has great potential to improve the quality of Islamic education in this Madrasah, but proper supervision and regulation are needed so that technology is used effectively and does not interfere with students' focus on learning.

Abstract

Basically customer satisfaction includes service levels and perceived performance. Starting from the complaints felt by BMT DRI Muamalat members regarding the service and performance of KSPPS DRI Muamalat Central Java employees in Tegal Regency, this research was conducted to determine the extent of the influence of service and employee performance carried out by BMT DRI Muamalat employees on member satisfaction. This study is aims to determine the influence of employee’s service and performance to member’s satisfaction of KSPPS BMT DRI Muamalat Jawa Tengah di Kabupaten Tegal. Employee’s service and performance are the the independent variable. Whereas member’s satisfaction is the dependent satisfaction. This type of research uses a quantitative approach to test the theory about satisfaction.  The population in this study was all the member of KSPPS BMT DRI Muamalat in the year 2021. Sampling design that used was probability sampling by incidental technique which produce 92 respondents. So, every member of KSPPS BMT DRI Muamalat in the year 2021 that met randomly can be respondent. A quistionnare is used for colleting the data that needed that had been tested for the validity and reliability. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, simultaneous F test, partial t test) and estimation of coefficient parameter values. The result of this research indicate that, employee’s service has a positive and significant effect on member’s satisfaction of KSPPS BMT DRI Muamalat by the t-test 3,628>1,987 and a significance of 0,000<0,05. Whereas employee’s performance has a positive and significant effect too on member’s satisfaction of KSPPS BMT DRI Muamalat by the t-test 7,684>1,987 and a significance of 0,000<0,05.

Abstract

In a competitive business environment, companies continuously seek ways to optimize financial performance, one of which is through effective tax management. Legitimate tax planning in compliance with tax laws and regulations serves as a vital instrument to minimize tax burdens and enhance after-tax profits. This article employs a literature review methodology by analyzing and synthesizing various studies, scientific journals, books, and other relevant publications that discuss the concept of tax planning, the mechanisms of Income Tax Articles 22, 23, and 26, as well as their relationship with Corporate Income Tax. The findings indicate that strategies such as selecting appropriate partners, utilizing tax facilities, managing transactions, and choosing suitable tax withholding methods can significantly reduce the tax credits of Income Tax Articles 22 and 23/26, ultimately contributing to greater efficiency in Corporate Income Tax payments. These strategies assist companies in managing cash flows and reducing the amount of tax payable at year-end. In conclusion, a comprehensive understanding and application of tax planning concerning withholding and collection taxes is a key factor in achieving legal corporate tax efficiency.

Abstract

Tax law enforcement is one of the main pillars in maintaining the sustainability of state revenue. Sanctions in taxation are an important tool in the tax law system in Indonesia that aims to increase compliance and provide a deterrent effect for taxpayers who violate the rules. However, the application of these sanctions is often the subject of debate, especially regarding whether the sanctions given are in line with the principles of justice. In practice, the application of sanctions is not always consistent and proportionate, thus giving rise to a view of injustice, especially for taxpayers who experience limitations in access to information and legal resources. This study aims to examine the phenomenon of injustice in the provision of tax sanctions by examining juridical and ethical aspects in tax law enforcement in Indonesia. The methods used are literature studies from tax regulations, scientific journals, and empirical studies on taxpayer perceptions and behaviors. The results of the study show that there is a discrepancy between positive legal rules that regulate sanctions normatively and practices in the field that often ignore the principles of substantive justice and law enforcement ethics. Factors that cause this imbalance include a lack of socialization of regulations, a lack of understanding of taxpayers of their rights and obligations, and the potential for abuse of authority by tax officials. Therefore, reforms are needed in the design and implementation of tax sanctions that not only focus on fiscal aspects, but also ensure procedural fairness, transparency, and legal protection for taxpayers. The research recommends a more humane, proportional, and ethical-based approach to law enforcement as an effort to increase public trust in the national tax system.

Abstract

This study examines the phenomenon of casual sex within the context of European culture, particularly in Denmark, Italy, and Germany, which are known for their high levels of acceptance and legalization of premarital sex. Adolescence is a transitional phase marked by physical, psychological, and social changes that influence sexual desire. In several European countries, casual sex is not only socially accepted but also constitutionally legalized on the grounds of individual freedom and the protection of human rights. The aim of this study is to understand how the culture, social norms, and policies of European countries shape their views on casual sex and how this phenomenon differs from the generally negative perceptions prevalent in other countries. The research method used was qualitative with a library research approach through analysis of academic literature, mass media, and public policy documents. The results show that casual sex in Denmark is seen as a freedom of individual expression and is supported through open sex education. Italy places casual sex within the framework of a legally regulated prostitution industry, while Germany makes prostitution a legal occupation with social and health protections for its workers. In conclusion, the culture of casual sex in Europe is rooted in respect for individual freedom and legal regulations aimed at mitigating the negative impacts of sexual criminalization. The implications of this research provide new perspectives on the relationship between public policy, individual freedom, and cultural norms in shaping sexual behavior in modern society.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product innovation and brand trust on the purchasing decision of Infinix products in the city of Bima, both partially and simultaneously. The background of this study arises from the phenomenon of increasing demand for high-quality smartphones at affordable prices, as well as the importance of innovation and brand trust in influencing consumer behavior. The research method used is an associative quantitative method with a survey approach. Data was collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire from 96 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, as well as t-tests and F-tests using SPSS version 26. The results show that the product innovation variable does not have a significant effect, while brand trust has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions. This finding emphasizes the importance of building brand trust in Infinix's marketing strategy, while product innovation needs to be directed towards aspects that are more relevant to the needs of local consumers.

Abstract

Islam viewed electricity as part of public ownership, ideally controlled by the state. The word "controlled" was still a dilemma because it would affect government policies in the electricity supply business. PT. PLN (Persero), as a BUMN, was given the authority to provide electricity services to the public. In implementing its functions, PT PLN (Persero) did not escape obstacles and problems. Hence, the private sector could participate in the electricity supply business. In this discourse on electricity, the research focused on how to apply Articles 4, 10, and 11 in Law No. 30 of 2009 concerning Electricity under the Perspective of Islamic Economic Law. The research design was library research using a normative approach. The source of data in this research was Law No. 30 of 2009 on Electricity and several other sources. The research method used was descriptive analysis. The research results revealed that Islam viewed electricity as public ownership that must be controlled and managed by the state for the benefit of its people. The government's policy of allowing the private sector to participate in the electricity supply business already contained elements of maslahah and was based on the rules of Taṣarruf al-Imam ‘ala Al-Ra’iyyah Manuṭun bi Al-Maṣlahah, as long as under state control. In a sense, the government still controls the involvement of the private sector, both in terms of business areas, business permits, and electricity tariffs sold to the public.
