Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of profitability, asset growth, and profit growth on firm value in technology sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2024 period. The research population includes 47 technology companies, from which 9 companies were selected using a purposive sampling technique to meet the study criteria. This research applies a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypotheses. Data analysis includes descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing using t-tests and F-tests. The results of the partial test (t-test) indicate that profitability and profit growth have a positive and significant effect on firm value, demonstrating that higher profitability and sustained profit growth increase investors’ confidence, which leads to improved valuation. Conversely, asset growth does not significantly influence firm value, suggesting that an increase in assets does not necessarily reflect better performance or market perception in the technology sector. The simultaneous test (F-test) produces an F-value of 10.203 with a significance level of 0.000, confirming that profitability, asset growth, and profit growth collectively exert a significant effect on firm value. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.489, meaning that 48.9% of the variation in firm value is explained by these three independent variables, while the remaining 51.1% is influenced by other factors not included in this model. These findings imply that firms should prioritize profitability and profit growth strategies to enhance their market value in the competitive technology industry.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of price, promotion, and brand image on consumers’ repurchase intention of Mixue products in Garut Regency. This research employs a quantitative approach using primary data collected through a structured questionnaire distributed to 120 respondents who have purchased Mixue products. Respondents were selected using a convenience sampling method to ensure accessibility and relevance. The research instrument was tested for validity and reliability, and both were confirmed to meet statistical standards. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS Statistics version 27, applying multiple linear regression to test the hypotheses. The results indicate that price, promotion, and brand image each have a positive and significant impact on repurchase intention. These findings suggest that competitive pricing, effective promotional strategies, and a strong brand image are key determinants in fostering consumer loyalty and encouraging repeat purchases. Furthermore, this study highlights the importance for Mixue’s management to continuously evaluate and improve these factors in order to enhance consumer retention and sustain long-term business growth. The study provides practical implications for marketing strategy formulation in highly competitive markets, especially within the food and beverage industry. Additionally, future researchers are encouraged to include other variables such as product quality, customer satisfaction, and consumer trust to obtain a more comprehensive understanding of factors influencing repurchase intentions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work focus and productivity on employee performance at PT Nipro Indonesia Jaya. Work focus is defined as the employees’ ability to concentrate and maintain attention when completing tasks, while productivity reflects their effectiveness in producing outputs in accordance with established performance targets. The research employs a quantitative approach with an associative design, using data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents selected by simple random sampling. The collected data were processed and analyzed through a series of statistical procedures, including validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that work focus does not have a significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by statistical values that do not support the proposed hypothesis. In contrast, productivity demonstrates a positive and significant influence on employee performance, suggesting that higher productivity levels directly contribute to improved performance outcomes. Furthermore, simultaneous testing confirms that work focus and productivity together influence employee performance, although productivity serves as the stronger determinant. These findings suggest that efforts to enhance employee performance at PT Nipro Indonesia Jaya should primarily be directed toward strategies that increase productivity, while also considering other potential factors beyond work focus, such as motivation, teamwork, and leadership.

Abstract

This study evaluates the capacity of regional bureaucracy in implementing inclusive economic development policies in Indonesia. Using an evaluative-qualitative approach, the research explores four fundamental dimensions of bureaucratic capacity: institutional, human resources, operational-procedural, and relational-coordinative. Case studies were conducted across three regions representing different socio-economic and administrative typologies, allowing for comparative insights into the strengths and weaknesses of bureaucratic performance. The findings reveal significant disparities between the required bureaucratic capacity for inclusive policy implementation and the actual conditions encountered in practice. Among the four dimensions, relational-coordinative capacity emerges as the most decisive factor influencing the effectiveness of inclusive economic development initiatives. This dimension is closely tied to the ability of bureaucratic actors to engage in adaptive leadership, foster inter-organizational collaboration, and build trust with stakeholders. Furthermore, the study highlights how institutional rigidity, limited human resource competencies, and procedural constraints often hinder the realization of inclusive objectives. To address these challenges, the research recommends institutional reforms that prioritize the enhancement of collaborative capacity, encourage decentralized and context-sensitive decision-making, and promote inclusive economic literacy within bureaucratic structures. By strengthening these aspects, regional bureaucracies will be better equipped to design and implement policies that foster equitable growth and social inclusion. Overall, the study contributes to the literature on bureaucratic capacity by elucidating the interconnections among different capacity dimensions and by demonstrating their collective significance in advancing inclusive economic development. These insights provide both theoretical implications for understanding bureaucratic governance and practical guidance for policymakers seeking to strengthen institutional readiness in diverse regional contexts

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of live streaming and digital payment systems on purchasing decisions for hats on the TikTok platform. Live streaming has emerged as an effective marketing strategy to increase real-time interaction between sellers and buyers, creating a sense of trust, engagement, and immediacy that traditional online marketing often lacks. Meanwhile, digital payment systems play a crucial role in facilitating smooth and secure financial transactions, reducing barriers in the purchasing process, and enhancing consumer convenience. The research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method as the primary data collection instrument. A total of 96 TikTok users who had purchased hats through live streaming sessions and utilized digital payment systems participated as respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the hypotheses. The findings indicate that both live streaming and digital payment systems have a statistically significant effect on purchasing decisions. These results highlight the synergistic relationship between interactive marketing and transaction convenience, showing that when combined, they substantially increase purchase intentions and conversions on e-commerce platforms. The study concludes that business actors should prioritize the integration of live streaming features with optimized digital payment options to improve competitiveness, strengthen customer trust, and foster loyalty in the highly dynamic digital marketplace.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, analyze, and explain the influence of taxpayer knowledge and taxpayer awareness on taxpayer compliance among MSME actors in Karawang Regency. Tax compliance is an important aspect in ensuring the effectiveness of the tax system and the achievement of national revenue targets, especially given the significant contribution of MSMEs to Indonesia’s economy. A quantitative research approach was employed, with a sample size of 150 respondents selected from registered MSME taxpayers. Data were collected through questionnaires and subsequently analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. Prior to hypothesis testing, validity and reliability tests were conducted to ensure the quality of the research instrument. The results of the study revealed that taxpayer knowledge did not have a positive but showed a statistically significant influence on taxpayer compliance. This suggests that knowledge alone is not sufficient to ensure compliance unless it is accompanied by awareness and willingness to comply. Conversely, taxpayer awareness demonstrated a positive and significant influence on compliance, highlighting the crucial role of intrinsic motivation and understanding of the importance of taxes for national development. Furthermore, the results also showed that taxpayer knowledge and taxpayer awareness together have a simultaneous effect on taxpayer compliance. These findings indicate that efforts to increase tax compliance should not only focus on disseminating knowledge but also on cultivating taxpayer awareness through education, counseling, and effective communication strategies. Such initiatives are expected to foster a culture of voluntary compliance among MSME actors, ultimately supporting sustainable tax revenue.
