Abstract

This study aims to examine the verses of the Qur'an that serve as the theological foundation of Islamic education, including QS. Al-Baqarah verse 269 and QS. Al-An'am verse 165. The research method used is a literature review (library research) and conceptual analysis of the verses of the Qur'an, by identifying, grouping, and analyzing key concepts in the Qur'an and establishing their implications for contemporary Islamic education. Through the analysis of these verses, it was found that Islamic education is not only oriented towards mastering knowledge, but also on the formation of character and spiritual awareness of humans as servants and caliphs of Allah on earth. Thus, this theological foundation provides direction for the implementation of Islamic education that is oriented towards the development of the whole person, including the dimensions of reason, faith, and charity.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the audit practices implemented by Public Accounting Firm (KAP) XYZ in the audit of current liabilities, with a focus on compliance with SA 500, SA 501, and SA 505. Current liabilities accounts have the potential for misstatement, either due to understatement or fictitious debt (overstatement). This study uses a qualitative methodology with interviews with KAP XYZ auditors as primary data to assess the stages of implementation, objectives, mechanisms, and compliance of procedures with audit standards. The results show that the audit practices of current liabilities have met most of the requirements of Auditing Standards. The vouching procedure uses a materiality-based sample (approximately 70%-80% of the total account value) and confirmations are carried out in a controlled manner using the positive confirmation method, which successfully increases the reliability of evidence related to the Existence assertion. The main conclusion is that KAP XYZ's audit practices have demonstrated compliance with SA 500 in practice. However, there is room for improvement in the aspects of the independence of confirmations and the identification of contingent liabilities.  Further research is recommended to conduct comparative studies involving several Public Accounting Firm of different scales to identify variations in audit procedure.

Abstract

Domestic violence (KDRT) is a leading cause of divorce initiated by women in Indonesia. This study analyzes how Indonesia’s legal system protects the rights of female victims during divorce proceedings and examines the legal consequences for children born from such marriages. Using a normative juridical approach and case studies from South Jakarta and Bandung Regency (2023–2025), the research reveals that despite strong legal frameworks—particularly Law No. 23/2004 on the Elimination of Domestic Violence and Law No. 1/1974 on Marriage—implementation remains weak due to limited legal aid access, bureaucratic court procedures, and entrenched patriarchal norms. Children from these dissolved marriages often face uncertainty regarding custody, maintenance, and inheritance rights, especially when fathers deny post-divorce responsibilities. Bandung Religious Court Decision No. 102/Pdt.G/2024/PA.Bdg exemplifies this gap, where child support was awarded but never enforced. The study concludes that procedural reform in religious courts, integrated one-stop services for victims, and stronger state accountability are essential to uphold the best interests of the child. Without systemic intervention, divorce due to domestic violence risks becoming a new form of structural violence against women and children.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze how entrepreneurship courses influence the entrepreneurial activities of economics students. The background to this research arises from the increasing need to develop an entrepreneurial spirit during college, particularly due to increasingly fierce job competition and the demand for graduates to be able to create business opportunities. This study applies a descriptive qualitative method with data collection methods that include in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation of students who have taken entrepreneurship courses. The data analysis process is carried out through the steps of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings show that practical learning experiences, such as assignments in developing business plans, business simulations, and field visits, have a significant influence on increasing students' motivation and courage to start a business. In addition, this course also fosters creative thinking patterns, improves problem-solving skills, and strengthens students' confidence in making business decisions. These findings confirm that entrepreneurship learning not only provides theoretical knowledge but also creates practical experiences that encourage students to participate in actual business activities. This research provides an important foundation for the development of a more practical entrepreneurship curriculum that focuses on hands-on experience.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja makroekonomi negara-negara ASEAN terhadap permintaan pariwisata Indonesia yang diproksikan melalui jumlah kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara. Variabel independen yang digunakan meliputi PDB per kapita, jumlah penduduk, Bilateral Trade Index dan kurs. Data yang digunakan merupakan data panel tahunan dari delapan negara ASEAN, yaitu Brunei Darussalam, Filipina, Kamboja, Laos, Malaysia, Singapura, Thailand dan Vietnam, selama periode 2019-2024. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan pendekatan Common Effect Model (CEM). Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa PDB per kapita dan Bilateral Trade Index berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara ke Indonesia Sementara itu, jumlah penduduk menunjukkan pengaruh negatif dan signifikan serta nilai tukar memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada α=10%. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan daya beli dan intensitas hubungan perdagangan antarnegara ASEAN memiliki peran penting dalam mendorong permintaan pariwisata internasional ke Indonesia. Penelitian ini dihaharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi pemerintah dalam merumuskan kebijakan pengembangan pariwisata berbasis kerja sama ekonomi regional.

Abstract

Multidisciplinary approaches are a model that integrates various disciplines to comprehensively analyze and solve complex problems. This model transcends the traditional boundaries between fields of study, such as natural sciences, social sciences, and humanities, to create a more holistic framework. Its goal is to combine diverse methodologies, theories, and perspectives to produce a richer and deeper understanding of a phenomenon, which would be impossible to obtain from a single viewpoint alone. Thus, this model encourages innovation in research, increases the social relevance of scientific findings, and enables the creation of more sustainable solutions. Nevertheless, there are several challenges in implementing a multidisciplinary model. The main obstacles often arise from differences in terminology and methodology between disciplines, as well as institutional structures in academia that tend to favor specialization. However, with strong collaboration and effective communication, these challenges can be overcome, making the multidisciplinary approach a key to building a model of scientific integration that is more adaptive and responsive to the complexities of the modern world.

Abstract

An interdisciplinary approach to Islamic education offers a path to integrating Islamic values with general sciences to address the complexity of social, technological, and ethical problems in the modern era. Interdisciplinary Islamic education is a comprehensive approach that integrates various disciplines in understanding, developing, and applying Islamic educational values. This approach emerged in response to the complexity of modern educational problems that can no longer be solved by a single field of study. Interdisciplinarity serves to enrich the perspective of Islamic education by integrating social sciences, humanities, psychology, philosophy, and even natural sciences. This article examines the concept, theoretical and philosophical foundations, scope, implementation models, benefits, and challenges of interdisciplinary Islamic education, as well as its implications for curriculum and learning practices. Policy recommendations are provided for curriculum development, teacher training, and follow-up research. Building Islamic education based on religious moderation through interdisciplinary Islamic studies is an inseparable link. Using library research, this paper is born from in-depth reflection based on the literature review obtained. To realize the interdisciplinary Islamic studies movement and strengthen Islamic education based on religious moderation, it is necessary to take firm steps, with encouragement and cooperation from various parties. The method used is a literature review of a number of recent publications. The results of this study indicate that interdisciplinary Islamic education can produce educational formulations that are more relevant, adaptive, and responsive to the demands of the times.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors affecting the income of oil palm farmers and formulate strategies to improve it in Muara Tembesi District, Batang Hari Regency. The variables examined include land area, capital, labor, and market price. The research applies a field research method with a descriptive quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 98 oil palm farmers selected using a random sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 27, while a SWOT analysis was used to formulate income improvement strategies. The results indicate that both simultaneously and partially, land area, capital, labor, and market price significantly influence farmers’ income. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.935 shows that 93.5% of the variation in income can be explained by these four variables, while 6.5% is explained by other factors outside the model. The SWOT analysis positions oil palm farming in Quadrant I (aggressive growth strategy), with key strategies including strengthening farmer institutions, improving access to capital, adopting modern cultivation technologies, and encouraging price stabilization policies for fresh fruit bunches (FFB).

Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan abad ke-20 ditandai oleh munculnya pendekatan monodisiplin, yaitu cara pandang yang menekankan kajian mendalam pada satu bidang ilmu secara tertutup. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pendekatan monodisiplin dan dampaknya bagi dikotomi ilmu. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka (library research) dengan menelaah berbagai sumber referensi, seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah, hasil penelitian, dan literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan monodisiplin banyak dikritik karena fokusnya yang terlalu sempit pada satu bidang ilmu sehingga menghambat integrasi dan kerja sama antar disiplin. Pendekatan ini kurang mampu menjawab persoalan kompleks karena metode yang kaku dan orientasi positivistiknya yang kuat sering mengabaikan aspek sosial, budaya, dan humaniora. Selain itu, pendalaman yang berlebihan dalam satu disiplin juga memperkuat dikotomi ilmu, khususnya antara ilmu agama dan ilmu umum dalam konteks keilmuan Islam. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perubahan menuju pendekatan yang lebih terbuka dan integratif seperti interdisipliner, multidisipliner, dan transdisipliner untuk mengatasi pemisahan ilmu agama dan ilmu umum, terutama dalam konteks keilmuan Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the economic and social impacts of oil palm plantations in forest areas on community welfare in Batanghari Regency during the period 2020–2025. A quantitative approach was used to measure objective indicators such as income and access to facilities, as well as community perceptions regarding economic benefits. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews from approximately 100 households using a stratified random sampling technique. The results indicate that land area, community participation, land legality, and market access have a positive influence on welfare, while environmental factors and management sustainability are important concerns. This study recommends policies that balance economic benefits and environmental preservation for sustainable development.
