Abstract

The problem addressed in this study concerns the impact of implementing madrasah culture on students and the madrasah environment as a whole. MTs Al Mahrusiyah focuses on understanding the principles, values, and teachings of Islam, which involves theoretical knowledge of beliefs, worship, and Islamic jurisprudence, as well as their application in daily life. MTs Al-Maliki Cendekia, on the other hand, aims to create a learning atmosphere that supports students’ academic, social, and emotional development. This environment must be safe, inclusive, and stimulating to encourage creativity and positive interaction. In general, the understanding and experience of Islamic teachings are closely linked to an individual’s spiritual and moral aspects, while building a conducive student environment relates more to management and support within a broader educational context. Both institutions strive to become high-quality madrasahs those whose educational processes are able to enhance students’ intellectual, emotional, spiritual, and physical competencies in a comprehensive and simultaneous manner. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method to explain the concepts discussed by the author. Through this approach, the study examines the extent to which the implementation of madrasah culture in Islamic religious learning can produce positive impacts on students and the overall madrasah environment. In terms of spiritual and moral development, the improvement of worship practices is evident as students who participate in routine religious activities such as congregational prayers and Qur’anic recitation are able to deepen their understanding and practice.

Abstract

Multipurpose venue rentals in Pontianak are still largely handled manually, leading to inaccuracies in schedules, room availability, and transactions. This study designs and evaluates a web-based rental information system UI/UX using the Task-Centered System Design (TCSD) approach. The four TCSD stages identification, user-centered requirement analysis, design as scenario, and walkthrough evaluate were applied to map key user tasks (T1–T6), build user flows, and produce a high-fidelity Prototype. Usability was assessed with Maze remote testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS) on 15 participants. Results show a Maze usability score of 96 (High) and an average SUS score of 81.3 (Excellent), indicating that the Prototype is easy to learn, consistent, and effective. A relatively higher mis-click rate (21.1%) on package-selection highlights opportunities to refine selection controls and calendar affordances.

Abstract

Non-formal education, particularly through Community Learning Centers (PKBM), plays a strategic role in improving graduation rates among school dropouts in Belu Regency. PKBM provides equivalency education through packages A, B, and C, as well as skills programs for communities unable to access formal education. This study aims to analyze the role of PKBM in reducing dropout rates and improving student graduation. Through a qualitative approach and case study in two PKBMs, namely PKBM Deflobamora Atambua (urban) and PKBM Brithany Cendana Timur (rural), it was found that PKBM employs holistic, integrative, and flexible strategies tailored to the needs of students, both in terms of curriculum and learning time. Collaboration between PKBM, local government, and communities also plays a key role in the success of the program. However, PKBM still faces challenges such as limited human resources, funding, and facilities. Nevertheless, PKBM has achieved a high graduation rate (90-100%) in recent years, especially in package C, with a learning approach based on practice and technology. This study recommends strengthening PKBM capacity and expanding service coverage to rural areas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dampak persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi manfaat terhadap perilaku konsumtif pengguna e-commerce di SMA Negeri 1 Mangunjaya, dengan menggunakan perspektif ekonomi Islam. E-commerce telah berkembang pesat, terutama selama pandemi COVID-19, yang berdampak pada peningkatan jumlah pengguna di Indonesia. Fasilitas dan keuntungan yang ditawarkan oleh platform e-commerce memiliki peran penting dalam mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linear berganda untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 60 guru. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa persepsi manfaat memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif, sementara persepsi kemudahan menunjukkan pengaruh positif meskipun tidak signifikan. Persepsi manfaat, seperti efisiensi waktu dan biaya, terbukti mendorong konsumen untuk lebih aktif dalam berbelanja online. Sebaliknya, meskipun kemudahan penggunaan e-commerce penting, pengaruhnya terhadap perilaku konsumtif tidak cukup signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil ini, disarankan agar kebijakan e-commerce lebih memperhatikan prinsip ekonomi Islam dengan mengutamakan transaksi yang adil dan tidak berlebihan, menghindari perilaku konsumtif yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan.

Abstract

This research was conducted to provide a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between risk and return in the investment decision-making process in the modern financial era, which is characterized by technological advancements, market digitalization, and changes in investor behavior. A qualitative approach with a literature study method was used to examine fundamental theories such as Modern Portfolio Theory (MPT) and the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM), as well as to review contemporary research findings related to current financial market dynamics. Through an in-depth analysis of various academic sources, this study found that although the basic principle of a positive relationship between risk and return remains a mainstay in financial science, in reality, this relationship is becoming increasingly complex due to high market volatility, the rapid spread of information, and the emergence of diverse digital investment instruments and platforms. Technological developments such as artificial intelligence, big data analytics, and automated investment systems (robo-advisors) are also changing the way investors evaluate risk and develop portfolio strategies. The ability of technology to provide real-time data and predictive analysis offers opportunities for investors to conduct risk assessments more accurately and responsively. On the other hand, the emergence of phenomena such as herd behavior, fear of missing out (FOMO), and other psychological biases adds a layer of complexity in understanding the relationship between risk and return in modern investments. Overall, this study affirms that achieving optimal and sustainable investment decisions requires an integration of understanding classical theory, the ability to adapt to changes in market behavior, and the utilization of advanced financial technology. Therefore, the results of this study are expected to serve as a reference for academics and practitioners in formulating more effective investment strategies amid the increasingly fast and uncertain dynamics of the global market.

Abstract

The development of digital technology, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI), has brought significant changes to the field of education, including Islamic Religious Education (PAI). This study aims to describe the impact of AI usage on students’ intellectual abilities and independent thinking. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method, with participants consisting of 25 first-semester students at a state polytechnic in Kediri City. Data were collected through participatory observation, unstructured interviews, and documentation of learning outcomes. The findings indicate that the use of AI provides students with easier access to information and facilitates task completion; however, it also leads to intellectual stagnation. Students tend to rely on AI for instant answers without engaging in critical and reflective thinking processes. This condition results in weakened analytical skills, argumentative abilities, and internalization of religious values. The study concludes that technology possesses a paradoxical nature: on one hand, it simplifies learning processes, but on the other hand, it may hinder intellectual development if not used wisely. Therefore, PAI lecturers must act as facilitators who guide students to utilize AI as a tool to support thinking, rather than a substitute for thinking.

Abstract

The phenomenon of using language mixing (code mixing) in interacting on social media by teenagers continues to increase as the culture of digital communication develops. This research aims to explain various forms of mixed language use as well as identify functions and social factors that affect their use in conversations and uploads by teenagers on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and WhatsApp platforms. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach by indirectly observing and recording the speech of teenagers in comments, captions, and online conversations. The results show that the most commonly used forms of mixed languages are insertion (65%), then alternation (25%), and intra-lexical hybrid (10%). The use of mixed languages is used to express self-identity, strengthen the sense of togetherness in the peer group (in-group identity), create a modern and expressive impression, and increase the effectiveness of communication. Factors that affect include the frequency of using social media, the influence of peers, exposure to global content, and English language skills. In conclusion, language mixing is a communication strategy that reflects the linguistic identity and interaction style of adolescents in the digital era, not just a form of deviation from the standard language rules.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) at RSUD K.H. Mansyur Kintap, South Kalimantan, as an effort to improve service effectiveness and administrative efficiency within the hospital. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and document studies involving system users, including medical staff, administrative officers, and IT personnel. The results indicate that the implementation of SIMRS has contributed to faster patient registration processes, better management of medical record data, and improved hospital financial reporting. However, several challenges were identified, such as insufficient user training, limited network infrastructure, and suboptimal integration between system modules. Overall, the implementation of SIMRS at RSUD K.H. Mansyur Kintap is considered fairly effective, but improvements in human resources and technical support are still needed to ensure optimal and sustainable system performance.

Abstract

Ulumul Qur’an is a field of knowledge that discusses the Qur’an, including its history such as how it was compiled, written, the reasons for its revelation, whether it is Makkiyah or Madaniyah, as well as abrogation Naskh-Mansukh. This field of knowledge also covers understanding Qira’ah al-Qur’ān, I’jaz Al-Qur’an, al- Munasabah, al-Muhkamat and al-Mutashabihat, translation, Tafsīr, Ta`wīl, and various methods of interpreting the Al-Qur’an. This article aims to discuss one branch of Ulumul Qur’an, namely Munasabah, systematically and describe it in terms of cause and effect relationships, specifications, explanations, reinforcement, comparison, or other aspects that connect one verse with another. Munasabah is one branch of Ulumul Qur’an that is very necessary for understanding the content or meaning contained in the Al- Qur’an. This research uses the literature study method, which is a technique for collecting data or information by reading articles, journals, and books to be reviewed. The importance of understanding the relationship between verses of the Al-Qur’an in religious life makes the author interested in analyzing Munasabah in order to be beneficial, especially in daily life. Therefore, understanding the role of Munasabah is very important for Muslims to gain a deep comprehension of the chronological meanings contained in the Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the teacher communication model in shaping students’ character at Madrasah Diniyyah Haji Ya’qub, Kediri City. The research employs a qualitative field approach with a descriptive-analytical design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using a flow model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the teacher’s communication process begins with verbal communication, reinforced by nonverbal interactions and the supportive school environment. Teachers apply the Berlo communication model and the stimulus–response model through persuasive and spiritual approaches in the learning process. The effectiveness of character formation is influenced by three main factors: the teacher’s communication model, the educational environment, and spiritual development pathways, all of which are harmoniously integrated into the teaching and learning activities.
