Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of collaborative governance in the development of digitalization of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Society 5.0 era. MSME digitalization is a crucial strategy for increasing the economic competitiveness of communities amidst the increasingly rapid development of information and communication technology. However, the digitalization process cannot be carried out independently by MSMEs, requiring collaboration between the government, the private sector, academics, and the community. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through a literature review of various journals, books, and scientific documents related to collaborative governance and MSME digitalization. The results show that the implementation of collaborative governance can create synergy between actors in increasing MSME capacity through digital training, technology-based marketing, and strengthening digital market access. Supporting factors for the success of collaborative governance include effective communication, shared commitment, and technological support. Meanwhile, obstacles identified include low digital literacy, limited infrastructure, and minimal participation of some MSMEs. This study concludes that collaborative governance plays a strategic role in supporting the development of MSME digitalization in the Society 5.0 era.

Abstract

This study explores the monodisciplinary approach in the development of Islamic Education Management (MPI) as an epistemic foundation to strengthen the identity, structure, and scientific orientation of the discipline. The research aims to analyze the urgency of adopting a monodisciplinary approach within MPI studies and to evaluate its contribution to reinforcing fundamental concepts and theoretical frameworks before moving toward cross-disciplinary integration. The method employed is a library research approach with descriptive qualitative analysis by reviewing various academic sources related to monodisciplinary development, Islamic epistemology, and the contextualization of MPI. The findings indicate that monodisciplinarity plays a pivotal role in enhancing specialization, clarifying conceptual frameworks, and establishing methodological legitimacy for MPI as an autonomous and scientifically accountable discipline. Nevertheless, the study also reveals that a dominant reliance on a purely monodisciplinary approach may lead to fragmented knowledge and limited capacity in addressing the complexity of contemporary educational challenges. Therefore, this approach should be positioned as an initial and progressive stage toward more comprehensive interconnection and integration of knowledge. Overall, the monodisciplinary approach remains a necessary foundation in the development of MPI; however, its implementation must be adaptive and open to dialogue with contemporary management perspectives, Islamic values, and the global dynamics of education.

Abstract

Collaborative governance has emerged as an important approach for addressing complex public policy issues that involve multiple stakeholders with diverse interests, resources, and authority. However, coordination difficulties and accountability gaps often hinder the effectiveness of collaborative arrangements. This study aims to develop a collaborative governance framework that strengthens stakeholder coordination and accountability in the Indonesian policy context. Using a conceptual research design based on literature synthesis, the study analyzes key dimensions of collaborative governance and integrates them into a structured analytical framework. The findings indicate that effective collaborative governance depends on five interrelated elements: clarity of mandate, inclusive and legitimate stakeholder participation, structured role allocation, transparent decision-making procedures, and an operational monitoring–evaluation–learning system. The framework demonstrates that clear responsibilities, transparent processes, and accountability mechanisms can reduce coordination failures, prevent responsibility diffusion, and improve policy implementation outcomes. Furthermore, continuous monitoring and learning enable collaborative arrangements to adapt to changing institutional and policy environments. The proposed framework contributes both theoretically and practically by providing an analytical lens for future empirical studies and practical guidance for designing and implementing collaborative governance initiatives in Indonesia.

Abstract

Traditional markets play a crucial role in supporting people's economies, but face various challenges such as declining infrastructure quality, competition with modern markets, and changes in people's spending patterns. One of the steps to strengthen the competitiveness of the traditional market is to implement a revitalization program. This study aims to analyze collaborative governance in the revitalization of the Sukorejo Cross Market in Pasuruan Regency based on a literature review and identify the role of stakeholders, supporting factors, and obstacles in its implementation. This research applies a qualitative approach through the literature study method. Information is drawn from academic journals, books, government documents, official reports, and other relevant written sources. Data analysis is carried out through content studies by identifying, grouping, and interpreting information from various sources. The research findings show that the revitalization of the Sukorejo Cross Market requires the implementation of collaborative management involving the local government, market managers, traders, and the community. Supporting factors include efficient communication, active involvement of traders, as well as the government's dedication to policy design and budget allocation. Inhibiting factors include traders' disapproval of change, lack of transparency of information, and weak coordination between institutions. This research indicates that the success of the revitalization of traditional markets is determined not only by physical improvements, but also by effective cooperation among stakeholders.

Abstract

This research endeavors to investigate and dissect innovations in information technology-enabled collaborative governance as a means to augment the caliber of public services within Indonesia. In an era characterized by digital advancements, the provision of public services that are both effective and efficient remains a paramount societal expectation, thereby underscoring the need for a collaborative governance framework bolstered by the judicious application of information technology. This inquiry adopts a systematic literature review (SLR) approach, consulting scholarly publications, policy assessments, and official governmental records. The findings suggest that the incorporation of information technology into the collaborative governance paradigm leads to a substantial improvement in citizen engagement, transparency, accountability, and the operational effectiveness of governmental services. Key advancements identified encompass unified e-government frameworks, inter-agency cooperative data systems, and digital citizen feedback mechanisms. The research further highlights significant obstacles to adoption, specifically the disparity in digital access, administrative inertia, and inadequate technological infrastructure in geographically isolated regions. These conclusions are anticipated to offer substantial contributions to the formulation of public service strategies in Indonesia that are more equitable, adaptable, and forward-thinking, while simultaneously outlining a course toward practical remedies with tangible societal benefits.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profit sharing rates and financing risks on customer investment interest at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), with customer trust as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to Bank Syariah Indonesia customers. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) using the SmartPLS 4 application. The results show that the profit sharing rate has a positive and significant effect on customer investment interest. This indicates that the higher and more competitive the profit sharing rate offered, the higher the public's interest in investing in Islamic banking products. Financing risk does not significantly affect customer investment interest because most people still have a high level of trust in the ability of Islamic banks to manage financing and maintain financial stability. In addition, customer trust has been shown to have a positive and significant effect on customer investment interest. However, customer trust is unable to moderate the relationship between the profit sharing rate and financing risk on customer investment interest. This study shows that the main factors influencing customer investment interest at Bank Syariah Indonesia are the profit sharing rate and customer trust. Therefore, Islamic banks need to improve transparency, service quality, and maintain the stability of their profit-sharing systems to sustainably increase public investment interest.
