Abstract

This research aims to develop a website-based inventory system for Occupational Health and Safety (K3) equipment procurement at PT Wijaya Karya Beton Majalengka. The study was conducted because the manual system still used by the company causes various problems such as inefficiency, recording errors, lack of data transparency, and difficulties in tracking and reporting. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a RAD (Rapid Application Development) approach consisting of four stages: Requirements Planning, Design User, Development, and Testing & Implementation. Data collection techniques include interviews with factory managers, field observations, and literature studies. The system was developed using web technology with Next.js as the framework, PHP as the server-side programming language, and MySQL as the database. System design uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) consisting of use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. System testing was carried out using the Black Box Testing method with feature testing techniques. The research results show that the system was successfully developed with main features in the form of goods management (add, update, delete), management of goods usage and return, as well as inventory reporting. The system has proven to improve procurement process efficiency, minimize administrative errors, increase data transparency and accuracy, and facilitate inventory tracking and reporting of K3 equipment. Implementation of this system is expected to support better K3 implementation and create a safer and healthier work environment

Abstract

Lokasi Jalan tersebut sebelum di laksanakannya pemeliharaan jalan yang kondisinya sudah rusak parah dengan tingkat kerusakan mencapai 75% sehingga timbulnya ketidaknyamanan dalam berkendara dan juga dapat mengakibatkan kecelakaan bagi pengguna jalan maka dilakukannya rehabilitasi jalan untuk memperbaikinya, Jalan tersebut termasuk kedalam jalan Kabupaten yang menghubungkan antar Kecamatan Conggeang – Buah Dua. Kerja Praktik adalah pengamatan terhadap suatu proyek di lapangan, sehingga mahasiswa diharapkan dapat kesempatan untuk mengetahui kegiatan di lapangan secara langsung dan mampu mengaplikasikan sesuai dengan teori dan praktik yang didapatkan selama perkuliahan. Kerja Praktik merupakan salah satu mata kuliah yang wajib bagi mahasiswa Program Studi Teknik Sipil, sesuai kurikulum di Universitas Majalengka yang merupakan salah satu syarat untuk Tugas Akhir. Secara umum dalam pekerjaan teknik sipil dengan skala besar, tidak mungkin tidak menggunakan alat berat. Begitu pula dengan proyek pembangunan jalan raya, sumber daya alat berat menjadi faktor utama dalam pelaksanaan suatu proyek jalan. Berdasarkan perhitungan produktivitas alat berat pada proyek konstruksi jalan, efisiensi dan jumlah alat berat yang digunakan sangat mempengaruhi durasi pekerjaan. Dalam perhitungan volume agregat dan aspal yang dibutuhkan, penggunaan alat berat secara optimal dapat mempercepat penyelesaian proyek. Sebagai contoh, penggunaan 3 alat berat dengan produktivitas rata-rata 36 m³/jam mampu menyelesaikan pekerjaan dalam waktu kurang dari 1 hari untuk volume pekerjaan sebesar 285,7m³/jam. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan alat berat yang tepat akan menghasilkan efisiensi waktu dan biaya yang signifikan.

Abstract

One of the main infrastructures that supports people's mobility and economy is roads. Roads play a role in connecting various regions, facilitating the movement of people, goods, and services, and being the main driver of economic growth, so road safety and security are very important to consider. In the 2024 Cikopo-Palimanan toll road widening project, especially in the Rigid Pavement Reconstruction work, the safety of construction workers and road users is very important. Therefore, in this rigid pavement reconstruction work, the Traffic Management Plan (TMP) system is implemented to anticipate traffic accidents and construction accidents. The method used in the implementation of this practical work is the literature study method and field study on the 3rd Lane Widening project of the Cikopo-Palimanan Toll Road KM 87+350 to KM 98+275. The implementation of this Practical Work was carried out on the 3rd Lane Widening Project at KM 87+350 to KM 98+275 of the Cikopo - Palimanan Toll Road in 2024 Package 1 located in Subang. Traffic management arrangements and completeness of traffic signs in the 3rd Lane Widening project at KM 87+350 to KM 98+275 of the Cikopo - Subang Section, Cikopo - Palimanan Toll Road have been implemented properly in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation in 2014 concerning Traffic Signs, so as to minimize the risk of traffic accidents at the project location.

Abstract

The implementation of bore pile foundations on the Cirebon Palimanan Sumedang KM. BDG. 70 + 100 Sumedang Regency road preservation project is one of the landslide handling work items that aims to strengthen the retaining wall structure, where the retaining wall structure that was built, because the new retaining wall had to be built because the previous existing condition had collapsed. The foundation for building a retaining wall uses a borepile foundation, which is a type of deep foundation. The installation method is to first use a large borepile machine to drill the soil with a certain diameter on the soil until it reaches the specified depth, then install the assembled steel rods. Frame and insert it into the drill hole, then insert it into the drill hole. The purpose of implementing this practical work is to understand the implementation of field construction, especially in road preservation projects, to understand the Bore Pile foundation work process in retaining wall construction, especially in handling landslides. In the method of implementing bore pile foundations in the landslide handling work of the Cirebon - Palimanan Sumedang road preservation project, there are several stages of work including preparation work, reinforcement work, drilling work, bore pile casting work, and Test Pile work.

Abstract

(RPM) from the turbine to the mill roll. An accurate rotational speed ratio is crucialfor improving the efficiency and performance of the milling system. In this study,the rotational speed ratio was calculated based on the turbine RPM and the gearratio between the turbine and the mill roll. The results show that accurate rotationalspeed ratio calculations can help improve milling system performance and reducethe risk of equipment damage. This research can serve as a reference for industriesusing milling systems to improve efficiency and production performance.

Abstract

The Boiled Water Business (UAR) in Kertasari Village, Ciamis Regency is one of the micro-enterprises that focuses on providing hygienic drinking water through a boiling process. The production process, which is still done manually, leads to several problems, such as unstable water temperature, potential hazards for operators due to exposure to hot water, inefficient production time, and energy wastage. This research aims to design and create an automation and temperature control system based on a microcontroller, equipped with a cooling system, so that the water boiling process becomes more efficient, safe, and stable. This system is designed to automatically regulate the water temperature until it reaches boiling point (100°C) using a temperature sensor connected to the microcontroller, and automatically channels the water to the cooling system through a solenoid valve once the temperature is reached. The research method used is research and development with an experimental approach, which includes stages of system design, component selection, hardware assembly, microcontroller programming, and performance testing of the system in a real operational environment. The results of this research are expected to improve the efficiency of UAR production by minimizing manual intervention, reducing energy consumption, accelerating the cooling process, and lowering the risk of workplace accidents. With this system, the Boiled Water Enterprise can operate more optimally and consistently in meeting the hygienic standards of drinking water.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has influenced various aspects of life, including entertainment and social interaction. This practicum focuses on the development of an interactive game called Timbel Curhat at Warung Nasi Timbel Mista Cigasong as a medium for building positive communication between customers. The research method used is the Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC), which consists of the initiation, pre-production, production, testing, beta, and release stages. The testing method used is black-box testing to ensure functionality. The result of this practicum is an interactive game that encourages customers to communicate positively while waiting for or after enjoying their meal. The implementation of this game is expected to increase customer engagement, create a more enjoyable dining atmosphere, and strengthen social interaction among visitors.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has increased the need for digital media that can effectively represent the identity and activities of institutions. Majalengka Creative Center (MCC), as a hub for creative economy development in Majalengka Regency, requires a digital platform to present its profile, potential, and programs. This study aims to design and develop a company profile website as a digital identity of MCC. The development method applied is Rapid Application Development (RAD), consisting of requirements planning, design, development, and implementation stages. The main technologies used include Next.js as the frontend framework, React.js for user interface components, Tailwind CSS for styling, and Vercel for hosting and deployment. The result is a static website that provides comprehensive information about MCC’s profile, organizational structure, creative economy potential, thematic villages, building facilities, and contact information. The implementation of this website strengthens MCC’s identity, improves public access to information, and supports the promotion of creative economy potential in Majalengka. In the future, the system can be further enhanced by integrating a dynamic database, admin login features, and content management functions to make it more interactive and adaptive to user needs.

Abstract

The advancement of multimedia technology has fostered the emergence of interactive learning media that can enhance students’ interest and comprehension, particularly for early childhood education. This study aims to develop an educational Game using Construct 3 as an interactive learning medium at RA Al-Farisi. The development process applied the Single Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a Rapid Prototyping approach, which included needs analysis, design, prototyping, testing, and evaluation. The Game content integrates basic educational materials such as the introduction of animals, the solar system, family members, communication tools, and religious values. The usability testing involved teachers and students of RA Al-Farisi using the System Usability Scale (SUS) instrument. The results indicate that the developed educational Game demonstrates good usability, is easy to understand, and engaging for young learners. Therefore, this Game is effective as an alternative interactive learning medium that stimulates children’s cognitive and motor development while enhancing their learning motivation.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has significantly impacted the education sector, particularly in the management of academic data. Manual data processing often leads to delays, errors, and inefficiencies in academic services. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Academic Information System using the Laravel 11 framework at SMKN 1 Palasah. The research was conducted by applying the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, which includes stages of requirement analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), implementation, and system testing. The proposed system integrates features such as student and teacher data management, subject scheduling, attendance, assessments, online examinations, and discussion forums. The system was tested using the black box testing method to ensure functionality and reliability. The results show that the developed system successfully improves the efficiency of academic data management, minimizes errors caused by manual processes, and provides a secure and structured platform for academic services. This system is expected to support digital transformation and enhance the quality of education services in schools.
