SECAD (Secretary Administration Journal) menerbitkan artikel hasil penelitian, studi kasus, dan tinjauan pustaka di bidang kesekretariatan dan administrasi perkantoran, meliputi namun tidak terbatas pada: manajemen administrasi, otomasi perkantoran, manajemen arsip dan informasi, korespondensi dan dokumentasi, layanan pelanggan, komunikasi organisasi, tata kelola dokumen digital, e-office, etika profesi sekretaris, serta integrasi teknologi informasi dalam proses administrasi (mis. OAS, ERP ringan, dan aplikasi kolaborasi). Jurnal menerima naskah berbahasa Indonesia atau Inggris yang orisinal, belum pernah dipublikasikan, dan melalui proses double-blind peer review. Terbit dua kali setahun (Juni & Desember) sejak 2021 dan dikelola oleh ASM Kencana Bandung.

Abstract

Digital transformation has significantly altered job structures and workforce competency demands. The professional world no longer solely requires workers with high technical skills but also individuals equipped with communication, adaptability, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. Vocational education, as a pathway directed toward job readiness, faces challenges in adjusting its curriculum to align with these evolving requirements. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of integrating soft skills and hard skills on the outcomes of vocational education graduates in the digital transformation era. Employing a descriptive quantitative approach based on secondary data and simulations, the research develops the Work Effectiveness Index (Indeks Efektivitas Kerja/IEK) as a measurement model. Data were sourced from labor market competency reports and previous studies. The simulation results indicate that graduates with integrated competencies possess higher work effectiveness levels compared to those with solely technical orientation. These findings affirm that the integration of soft skills and hard skills is a key strategy in enhancing the relevance and effectiveness of vocational education in the digital transformation era

Abstract

The main problem in this research is how much influence leadership and work discipline have on teacher performance at SDN Mekarwangi 04 Bekasi School, both simultaneously and partially. The author's aim in conducting this research is to determine and analyze school culture, leadership and teacher performance as well as the magnitude of the influence of leadership and work discipline on teacher performance at SDN Mekarwangi 04 Bekasi School, both simultaneously and partially. The method used in this research is a descriptive and verification approach. The population in this study were teachers at SDN Mekarwangi 04 Bekasi School with a sample of 30 people. The data in this research is primary data, where the data is obtained from respondents' answers to the questionnaire that the author distributed. As a result of the data analysis that the author has carried out, the results show that there is an influence of Leadership and Work Discipline on the performance of Teachers at the Mekarwangi 04 Bekasi SDN School, both partially and simultaneously. Leadership and Work Discipline have a significant influence simultaneously and partially on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of self-efficacy and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Asia Tritunggal Jaya, both simultaneously and partially. The research method used is a survey method with data collection techniques through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The population consisted of 251 employees of PT Asia Tritunggal Jaya, with a sample of 155 respondents selected through random sampling. The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that both partially and simultaneously, the variables of self-efficacy and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Asia Tritunggal Jaya.

Abstract

Masalah utama yang akan dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah Kinerja karyawan di PT Trisula Textile Industries, yang diduga dipengaruhi oleh faktor komunikasi. seberapa besar pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Trisula Textile Industries. Tujuan penulis melakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis komunikasi dan kinerja karyawan PT Trisula Textile Industries, serta pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Trisula Textile Industries sebanyak 30 responden. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, dimana data tersebut didapatkan dari jawaban responden terhadap kuesioner yang penulis sebarkan. Hasil analisa data yang telah penulis lakukan, maka didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari komunikasi baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Trisula Textile Industries

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the implementation of dynamic archive storage at the Bandung High Religious Court. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method, namely describing, researching, and explaining something that is studied as it is, and drawing conclusions from phenomena that can be observed using numbers, the number of respondents is 32 people at the Bandung High Religious Court. Based on the results using data tabulation and where the data is obtained from respondents' answers to the questionnaire that the researcher distributed. With a result of 3,981 and it is considered "Well Implemented" regarding dynamic archive storage at the Bandung High Religious Court

Abstract

The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach. The respondents in this research were 30 employees of PT Trisula Textile Industries. The data in this research is primary data, where the data is obtained from respondents' answers to the questionnaire that the author distributed. The results of the data analysis that the author has carried out show that there is a significant influence of communication, both simultaneously and partially, on the performance of PT Trisula Textile Industries employees.
