Pase: Journal of Contemporary Islamic Educational berfokus pada kajian isu-isu pendidikan Islam kontemporer di berbagai lembaga pendidikan Islam. Abstract

This study aims to describe and explore patterns of internalization of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) values in improving religious culture at State Senior High School (SMA Negeri 3) Putra Bangsa, Lhoksukon, North Aceh through planning, implementation, and evaluation. The approach taken is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were analyzed by using the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/data verification. The results of the research are: 1) planning for the internalization of PAI values in improving the quality of religious culture is carried out by deliberation and consensus activities which are attended by school principals, committees, deputy principals, and teachers. 2) The implementation of internalization of PAI values to improve the quality of religious culture, is carried out in several steps: (a) the principal gives authority to teachers in carrying out extracurricular activities and intracurricular activities, (b) religious activities are always inserted in each subject and supervised, (c) the methods used in internalizing PAI values to exemplary and habituating students, (d) the teacher also provides guidance to students in carrying out extracurricular activities and extracurricular activities and provides rewards to students who excel in these religious activities, (e) the school principal gives reprimands and advice to students who do not carry out religious activity programs in good language. 3) Evaluation of the internalization of the values of Islamic religious education in improving the quality of religious culture is carried out at the end of each learning semester. The evaluation in question is an evaluation of teacher performance and evaluation of religious activities carried out at school.

Abstract

One of the managerial functions in educational institutions is academic supervision. This is to improve teachers' abilities in teaching and learning activities and managing learning in the classroom and outside the classroom. The purpose of this research is to obtain information about the implementation of academic supervision carried out by school principals in order to improve teacher performance. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The subjects of this study were the principals and teachers of Raudhatul Fuqara Private High School, North Aceh. The results of the research show that the implementation of academic supervision is carried out in three stages: 1) planning; by determining the objectives and making a supervision schedule, 2) implementation; by carrying out supervision outside the classroom and supervision in the classroom, 3) evaluation; by carrying out data collection, assessment, detection of weaknesses, repairing weaknesses, guidance, and development.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe teacher's role in the learning process has a very large influence and is a benchmark for success and moral improvement, but what has happened in this Madrasah is different, for several reasons. First, every disciplined student enters when the school or madrasa bell rings with the start of reading nadhom shorfiyah for grade level Wusho and nadhom alfiyah for Ulya level. Second, every student when the teacher passes, they are silent for a moment to wait for the teacher to pass. Third, every student who does not understand the lesson. will ask if the teacher has not finished explaining or is allowed to ask. Fourth. One of the behaviors of the students of Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Dayah Bustanul Arifin Putri is to wash the clothes and iron the clothes of the teachers without being asked and to turn the sandals of each teacher with the aim of obtaining blessings from the teacher. The results of the study show the role of the Fiqh teacher in improving the morals of students. Methods in the teaching and learning process are the methods used in teaching and learning activities or conveying material, which consists of the question and answer method, the lecture method, the memorization method, and the demonstration method. each, learning materials that are systematically arranged, the availability of facilities for the needs of students and both external factors of financial support to carry out various programs and activities originating from various stakeholders.Keywords: The role of the teacher, Jurisprudence, Moral Improvement

Abstract

This study aims to explain teacher professionalism in the use of audiovisual media in learning Fikih, and explain the constraints and efforts in using audiovisual media in learning Fikih at grade IV MIN 44 Bireuen. In this qualitative research, all data was collected through interviews, observation, and document study. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results showed that teacher professionalism in using audiovisual media in learning Fikih at grade IV MIN 44 Bireuen was shown by the teacher's ability to use audiovisual media, the ability to display learning videos related to everyday life. The obstacles faced by teachers in using audiovisual media in learning Fikih at grade IV MIN 44 Bireuen: (1) the limited LCD projector as a learning tool which requires a rotating schedule for its use, (2) the lack of time allotted for Fikih lesson. Efforts made by Fiqh teachers to overcome obstacles in the use of audiovisual media in learning Fikih at grade IV MIN 44 Bireuen by making rules and schedules for using the LCD projector with the permission of the Head of Madrasah and socializing it to the board of teachers regarding the learning schedule.

Abstract

This research focuses on the moral building of students (santri) in Integrated Pesantren of Nurul Islam Integrated. The purpose of this study is to explain the use of the Discovery Learning model and the constraints encountered in using the Discovery Learning learning model and to describe the The students moral building through the learning system. This study uses qualitative research by using a pedagogic approach. Data obtained through observation, interviews, and document study. The results of this research are: 1) The learning process in class is no longer focused on the teacher as the main source of knowledge but the role of students is also very good. 2) The use of the Discovery Learning model at the Nurul Islam Integrated Pesantren Nurul Iman is carried out in several steps, namely: stimulus, problem statement, data collection, data processing, and verification. 2) The obstacles encountered in using the Discovery Learning model are: the process of forming groups for students takes a long time, students find it difficult to identify problems. 3) The The students moral building at Integrated Pesantren of Nurul Islam Blang Rakal use the individual and classical system.

Abstract

In increasing the understanding of Islamic Religious Education for students at the Al-Aziziyah Samalanga Islamic Religious Education Institute (IAI) Higher Education implements a boarding school education system, so that students are not only focused on deepening the understanding of Islamic Religious Education on campus but they can study more broadly in Islamic boarding schools through the study of turat books taught in Islamic boarding schools. This research is a field research (field research) which is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show that, First, the administrators of the Al-Aziziyah Samalanga Islamic Institute of Higher Education apply lectures with a boarding school education system by placing students in Islamic boarding schools. Second, in increasing understanding of Islamic religious education, students are more focused on deepening their understanding of Islamic Religious Education in boarding houses by studying turat books taught in Islamic boarding schools. Following the implementation of a comprehensive exam for students before attending the thesis munaqasyah session, the material tested was the recitation of the Qur'an with correct recitation, understanding of Fiqh, Tauhid, Sufism. Third, the obstacles encountered in implementing the boarding school education system at IAI Al-Aziziyah Samalanga are limited time for students, and limited facilities at boarding schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the model of economic empowerment through the entrepreneurship program at Dayah Nurul Huda, as well as to examine its challenges, supporting factors, and development strategies within the context of modern Islamic boarding school education. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design, using in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. Data were analysed thematically to identify patterns of meaning emerging from entrepreneurial practices within the dayah. The findings reveal that the entrepreneurship program at Dayah Nurul Huda integrates Islamic values such as ikhtiar (effort), amanah (trustworthiness), and barakah (divine blessing) with modern management principles based on competence and collaboration. This model gives rise to the concept of “spirituality-based entrepreneurship”, which harmonizes economic orientation with the cultivation of religious character. The main challenges identified include limited financial resources, insufficient entrepreneurship training for teachers (ustaz), and traditional management practices. Meanwhile, significant support stems from collaboration among the dayah, local government, universities, and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), which collectively expand business networks and strengthen institutional capacity. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for enhancing the economic self-reliance of Islamic boarding schools and for developing an Islamic entrepreneurship curriculum that remains relevant to contemporary challenges.

Abstract

Sebagian masyarakat menganggap dayah salafiyah merupakan lembaga kuno karena kurang mampu mengatur aspek manajemen. Lulusan seringkali dicap kurang berpendidikan dan hanya berkutat dengan urusan agama, serta kesulitan berkompetensi dalam dunia kerja. Namun, beberapa dayah salafiyah telah menerapkan manajemen modern, termasuk Dayah Raudhatul Ma'arif Cot Trueng. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan manajemen dayah dalam mewujudkan mutu lulusan di Dayah Raudhatul Ma'arif Cot Trueng dengan sub fokus pada proses membangun kepercayaan masyarakat dan implementasi manajemen peningkatan mutu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Proses membangun kepercayaan masyarakat dilakukan dengan membangun reputasi melalui penjaminan mutu, kemudian kegiatan keagamaan yang menghasilkan rekam jejak yang terlihat melalui tiga dimensi Landasan Kepercayaan Kognitif, yaitu: (a) kemampuan dan pengetahuan agama yang telah dibina sejak dini, (b) kebaikan dayah sebagai bentuk perhatian dan tanggung jawab untuk memberikan pendidikan yang terbaik bagi masyarakat, dan (c) integritas dalam sikap dan cara berpikir lulusan sebagai representasi dari dayah untuk mewujudkan visi dan misi dayah. (2) Pelaksanaan peningkatan kualitas Dayah Raudhatul Ma'arif Cot Trueng dilakukan melalui empat tahapan, yaitu: (a) perencanaan di masing-masing bidang melalui rapat formatur pengurus dan stakeholders dayah dan pembentukan kepengurusan, (b) pelaksanaan kegiatan harian, (c) pemeriksaan dengan pengawasan langsung dan mendeteksi kekurangan, dan (d) tindak lanjut dengan mengambil tindakan terhadap hasil tahap pemeriksaan. Jika hasilnya tidak sesuai target, maka akan diperbaiki. Namun jika sudah mencapai target, maka hasil tersebut akan dikembangkan sebagai standar baru dalam operasional dayah.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat terus menerus memberikan dampak pada sisi pendidikan. Untuk menyajikan pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif, seorang guru dituntut agar mampu memanfaatkan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan mutu pembelajaran PAI dan manajemen kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran PAI di SMP Negeri 1 Lhokseumawe di era revolusi industri 4.0. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mutu pembelajaran PAI di SMP Negeri 1 Lhokseumawe dan bagaimana manajemen kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran PAI di era revolusi industri 4.0 di sekolah tersebut. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian kualitatif atau penelitian yang terbatas pada usaha mengungkap suatu masalah dan dalam keadaan apa adanya, sehingga hanya merupakan penyingkapan fakta. Pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi dan wawancara serta dokumentasi yang berlokasi di SMP Negeri 1 Kota Lhokseumawe,dimulai dari tanggal 1 s/d 21 Maret 2022. Data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisa melalui validasi data, kategorisasi data, reduksi data, penyajian data hingga penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasanya mutu pembelajaran PAI di SMP Negeri 1 Lhokseumawe sangat memuaskan. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan nilai ujian akhir semester peserta didik di atas nilai batas minimal. Hal tersebut merupakan hasil kesuksesan pembelajaran PAI yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang variatif dan inovatif seiring berkembangnya zaman. Manajemen kepala sekolah SMP Negeri 1 Lhokseumawe terhadap mutu pembelajaran PAI di era revolusi industri 4.0 melalui penerapan pembelajaran berbasis literasi digital dengan mengupayakan dan mendorong guru PAI agar memaksimalkan pengguanaan teknologi sebagai sarana pendukung dalam proses pembelajaran PAI, seperti penggunaan aplikasi canva sebagai penyedia materi pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan manajemen pendidikan dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala dan Guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan adalah teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan prosedur analisa data yang dimulai dari proses pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kompetensi manajerial kepala madrasah dilakukan melalui beberapa peran. Pada peran perencanaan, kepala madrasah mampu menyusun program kerja dan Rencana Kegiatan Madrasah. Pada peran pengorganisasian diwujudkan melalui pemeliharaan sarana prasarana dan fasilitas madrasah, menerapkan budaya Senyum, Salaman dan Sapa, menerapkan kurikulum 2013, menyusun RKAM dan RAPBM, menyediakan Kelas Kreatifitas Siswa, dan mengadakan pertemuan dengan masyarakat setiap awal dan akhir tahun pelajaran. Pada peran memimpin guru, kepala madrasah melakukan pembagian tugas pokok dan fungsi yang sesuai dengan kompetensi yang dimiliki, dan memimpin rapat. Dan pada peran pengendalian, kepala madrasah melaksanakan rapat evaluasi setiap akhir tahun. Disamping itu motivasi kerja guru sangat dipengaruhi oleh terpenuhinya segala kebutuhan guru berupa tersedianya ruang kelas yang nyaman, kantin yang sehat, toilet yang bersih, adanya suasana lingkungan madrasah yang aman dan nyaman, terjalin hubungan yang baik antar sesama guru dan antara guru dengan siswa, adanya izin melanjutkan pendidikan yang lebih tinggi, adanya gaji, tunjangan, kompensasi, dan insentif. Dalam menjalankan perannya, Kepala madrasah melaksanakan beberapa peran yaitu sebagai manajer; kepala madrasah mampu menyusun visi, misi dan tujuan madrasah, sebagai organisator; kepala madrasah mampu membagi tugas pokok dan fungsi masing-masing, sebagai supervisor; kepala madrasah mampu melakukan supervisi guru, dan sebagai motivator; kepala madrasah mampu menyediakan segala kebutuhan yang dibutuhkan oleh guru.
