Abstract

Perawatan paliatif adalah suatu pendekatan untuk mencapai kualitas hidup pasien dan keluarga yang menghadapi masalah yang berhubungan dengan penyakit yang mengancam jiwa dengan mencegah dan mengurangi penderitaan melalui identifikasi dini, penilaian yang seksama dan pengobatan nyeri dan masalah-masalah lain, baik masalah fisik, psikososial dan spritual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan sikap perawat dalam penatalaksanaan perawatan pasien paliatif di RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Kota Medan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitianini ini adalah menggunakan survei analitik dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 45 perawat. Dengan menggunakan alat ukur kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling dimana semua perawat yang bertugas di ruangan icu, iccu dan unit stroke. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa mayoritas responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang baik sebanyak 36 responden (80%), tingkat pengetahuan yang cukup sebanyak 9 responden (20%), dan tidak ada responden yang memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang kurang. Mayoritas responden juga memiliki sikap yang sedang sebanyak 26 responden (57,8%), sikap yang baik sebanyak 17 responden (37,8%), dan sikap yang buruk sebanyak 2 responden (4,4%). Hasil analisa data dengan uji Chi Square diperoleh dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001 < 0,05. Dengan demikian terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan sikap perawat dalam penatalaksanaan perawatan pasien paliatif di RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Kota Medan. Saran: Memperbaiki kualitas hidup pasien dan keluarga dari penyakit yang dapat mengancam jiwa, dengan pengetahuan yang baik di harapkan sikap perawat dalam memberikan perawatan paliatif kepada pasien dan keluarga menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

Stroke can affect the sufferer's life, including physically, emotionally, psychologically, cognitively and socially. The physical and psychological problems of stroke sufferers are factors that cause disruption to quality of life. Psychological well-being or psychological well-being is a condition where a person can accept one's own strengths and weaknesses as well as satisfaction from a psychological perspective. The aim of this study was to identify a clearer picture of the psychological well-being of stroke patients treated at RSUD Dr. RM Djoelham, Binjai City. This research is a descriptive study using a cross sectional approach. The respondents for this study were 40 patients, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection uses a questionnaire or questionnaire. The statistical test used is frequency distribution. Psychological well-being was high at 72.5%. It is recommended that further research be conducted regarding factors that can influence psychological well-being in stroke patients.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Customer Ethics in responding to food presentation at HUB D’Raja Coffee. The study emphasizes a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results of the study indicate that in carrying out the service provided by cafe waiters to customers, they always refer to the SOP that has been given by the owner and always adhere to three principles, namely Greeting, Smiling and greeting customers, both regular customers who often visit D’Raja and new customers who do not know about the cafe at all. This is inseparable from how employees or staff respond to what customers will order by using data management techniques, sources and methods accrding to the validity of the data they have.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the brand changes at D'raja Coffee, where the changes are clearly made starting from the Menu Book and Clothing used by the cafe employees, not only that, in the process the cafe also provides new menus that are no less delicious for cafe visitors because in the process d'raja is also not active in promoting its business, not always using social media such as Instagram but the level of satisfaction and trust of customers who visit the cafe. With this study, the researcher uses Branding theory to see the changes in the cafe logo starting from the menu book and clothing of D'raja cafe employees using qualitative methods and descriptive approaches that explain the process of change using interview techniques along with observation and documentation of the cafe which is associated with data triangulation methods and techniques.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze communication styles in overcoming learning boredom in the Communication course. The study emphasizes a qualitative approach, involving 2 lecturers, one lecturer as an observer and one lecturer acting as a direct participant, while the number of students is 45 people in class A. The results of the study indicate that in overcoming learning boredom, lecturers develop an active communication style, but still prioritize assertiveness, take full social initiative so that students can imitate, are able to integrate with their social environment, are able to express their opinions emotionally but in a controlled manner, send information with full attention, give orders but show assertiveness, and attention. In addition, lecturers have an imperfect Emotive style communication style, an unstable Director style, a Reflective style, and have a careful supportive style. The lecturer's communication style in learning will have an impact on the actualization and implementation of his social life.

Abstract

The more the internet develops, the faster and easier the flow of information exchange, this can make people more likely to communicate via the internet, one of which is Instagram social media. Instagram has features that are useful for marketing promotions, has a business account, and has weaknesses such as limited context, decreasing upload quality. The purpose of this study is to find out how the use of Instagram social media as a promotional media used by PT. Mitra Sejati Rezeki. This research method uses a descriptive approach with a qualitative research type and uses data collection with Observation, Interviews, and Documentation. The results of the study show that the use of Instagram social media as a promotional media for PT. Mitra Sejati Rezeki has had a good impact on the promotional activities carried out by the company, besides that PT. Mitra Sejati Rezeki has also utilized the Instagram social network as a promotional media because the Instagram social network has helped in promotional activities with the target market they want, because Instagram is considered more interactive and informative.

Abstract

The rapid development of Science and Technology, especially in the field of communication, has facilitated population mobility and communication that encourages an increase in the intensity of direct and indirect cultural contacts. This is clearly seen from the diverse origins and cultures of students in Malang City, especially at Tribhuwana Tunggadewi University, Malang. Of course, this is a challenge for students with diverse cultures that allow discrimination to occur, but it is actually a positive thing that plays a role in overcoming miscommunication between students. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with documentation data collection. Respondents were taken using sampling techniques (purposive sampling and snowball sampling). To measure the validity of the validity of the data in this study, an examination was carried out using the degree of trust technique, namely feer debriefing and triangulation. Furthermore, data analysis uses the interactive data analysis model of the Miles and Huberman model (1992) which includes data reduction as well as drawing conclusions and verification. This study can ultimately reveal several things as follows: The process of intercultural communication between students of the Communication Science Study Program is still regional. The role of intercultural communication is quite large in overcoming miscommunication between students.

Abstract

Communication is the basis of all human activities. Because without communication, interaction between humans, whether individually, in groups or organizations, is impossible. Most human interactions take place in interpersonal communication situations. Lobbying is an informal, persuasive effort carried out by one party (person, group, private sector, government) who has a particular interest to attract support from parties who have influence over the course of an interest. Negotiation is a bargaining process by negotiating with other parties to reach an agreement. Negotiation means discussing or having a discussion about something. So in the process, this communication will occur in two directions, namely involving the interested parties. The purpose of negotiation is to help the parties concerned to align their views and straighten out the problem. In addition, negotiations also often occur to resolve disputes.
