Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has significantly impacted children's lives, bringing both positive and negative consequences. While it facilitates access to information and communication, technology also introduces challenges such as a decline in learning enthusiasm, entertainment addiction, and exposure to harmful content that can damage moral values. Additionally, inadequate parenting practices exacerbate this issue, with many parents failing to integrate Biblical values in raising their children. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Positive Action Bible Curriculum in character development for children aged 6-12 years at School of Victory. The research employs a quantitative approach with a pre-test and post-test experimental design. The innovation presented in this study is the integration of Christian religious education into character development through a Bible-based curriculum. The results show a significant improvement in the children's cognitive, emotional, and moral development, supporting the ultimate goal of raising a generation that fears God and embodies the character of Christ.

Abstract

The real man was created in a likeness to God the Creator -who created the universe with the words of his word, so that man could be a representation of god in this world. Yet, from time to time, it has often been a disregard for the power of the words of god that have been placed in his mouth and heart (Deuteronomy 30: 14). Problems arise when man uses his words without understanding of the truth and is not based on an attitude of respect and respect for the divine power embodied in them. The purpose of this study is to describe the effects of humans as bearers of God’s word based on Genesis 1:3.26 as applied in Genesis 2:19 and Numbers 14:22-23. In this study, the methods used are descriptive qualitively with an approach to an understanding and understanding of the God reflected in each human.

Abstract

The role of social media as an effective means of evangelism in reaching souls around us. With the development of technology and the high use of social media among the community, this media platform has become a strategic tool for evangelists to spread the message of faith. This Media Role study analyzes various methods and content used in digital evangelism. Through a qualitative approach, data was collected from interviews, surveys, and content analysis published on social media. The results of the study indicate that social media not only expands the reach of evangelism, but also facilitates more personal and in-depth interactions with individuals. Thus, social media has proven to be a very useful innovative tool. Evangelization efforts, which can overcome geographical and cultural boundaries, and respond to the spiritual needs of modern society.

Abstract

God tests a person's faith through problems that come repeatedly in life. God is sovereign and in control of every human life, history, existence and order of the universe. God's extraordinary involvement in human life, especially in the book of Job, is in the form of providence or God's care and provision for Job. The book of Job discusses how Job experienced God's extraordinary providence in his life and family. The author uses the literature study method to describe the form of God's providence in the book of Job. Through literature studies by reading books, the author can formulate a useful view of the existence of God in the book of Job.

Abstract

The Christian home is like a vast ocean to be crossed. On the journey across the vast ocean, sometimes you will experience calm, but often it will be turbulent, through typhoons, filled with rocks and icebergs. However, many arks of Christian households are sunk or divorced because of hitting rocks or complicated problems, and innocent children remain as victims. This happens because of the lack of preparation that is carried out before entering the household or also because of the lack of preparation that is carried out before entering the household or also because of a lack of vigilance in living a household life, it is necessary to provide God's providence in the household. Therefore, the author uses an inductive method in the form of literary studies as the theological basis for God's providence in marriage for the happiness of Christian households.

Abstract

According to the Bible, life outside of Christ is the old life, Col.3:29. This new human lifestyle is very important for every believer to have so that he becomes a different person from the previous one and becomes a renewed person. The pattern of life prepares humans to have eternal life. Indicators of a new human life pattern in Christ are; putting off the old man by leaving the old life, being renewed in Spirit and mind, or being in a position of spirit and mind having been renewed by God, putting on the new man by leaving the things of the flesh (flesh), and Putting on the New man in Christ. Putting on the new man means living in the truth of God's Word and putting His Word into practice. People with a new life will radiate through various behaviors such as; words that can be controlled, don't become angry, working hard, and becoming a person who doesn't grieve the Holy Spirit. In the discussion, using qualitative methods, namely literature or literature studies.

Abstract

Every believer who wants to experience God in daily life in making important and less important decisions, both consciously and unconsciously. The message that was conveyed was that a man by grace made the decision to redeem and renew a lost inheritance, and pure love removed all difficulties. The method used to explain the meaning of redemption in the book of Ruth is a literature study in the form of a literature study. Through the description of the literature review, the author finds the results of several biblical reviews of the concept of redemption in the book of Ruth.

Abstract

The church is not only an organization but also an organism so that the church must grow both in quality and quantity. The church is not only managed by church leaders but all church members have responsibilities that God has given according to their respective gifts or talents for their spiritual growth and church growth. Church members play an important role in the growth of the church. This is a divine mandate that God celebrates for church members. In this study, the author uses a qualitative method, namely a literature study to describe the role of church members in church growth. Abstract

Culture in each region has its own characteristics. But these characteristics do not limit the evangelism is carried out through and within culture. Culture as access in evangelism. The relationship between culture and evangelism is that the evangelist understands the culture and thoughts or beliefs of the local community, then finds the right method to carry out the evangelism. Abstract

The success of the child's growth and development process is an important task for parents in accompanying and guiding children to reach the top of the destiny of every talent, passion and longing to be realized. With world conditions that are not getting better, even if technology is getting better and even starting to replace the roles and functions of humans in carrying out the process of daily activities. It really creates a lot of new problems, especially for the future generations of God's church in the future. Parents as the holder of an important role in the process of growth and development and formation of children's character are expected to become a dependent place for children in the world as representatives of God on earth. The author uses the literature study method to describe the form of God's intervention in parental involvement in the learning style of the Self-Learning Generation (Homeschooling). Through literature studies by reading books, the author can formulate a useful view of God's intervention in parental involvement in the Learning Style of the Independent Learning Generation (Homeschooling)
