Abstract

Important components of the industrial workplace include work motivation, job satisfaction, interpersonal relationships, and non-financial rewards. The purpose of this study is to look into how various motivational factors affect leaders' and employees' communication and cooperation, as well as how non-financial incentives and interpersonal relationships affect workers' job satisfaction and work motivation in the electronics manufacturing sector. Purposive sampling was used in the study to select 91 respondents who worked for Indonesian companies that manufactured electronics. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was used to analyse the data that was gathered, and the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool was helpful in this process. The findings indicate that employee work motivation is significantly impacted by non-financial incentives. In other words, offering non-monetary rewards by top business executives raises worker motivation. The study's results also demonstrate that interpersonal relationships have no appreciable impact on workers' motivation for their jobs. This indicates that employees' levels of motivation at work are not directly influenced by the interpersonal relationships that exist between them and their bosses. Additionally, the study discovered that employee job satisfaction is significantly impacted by work motivation.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to examine the Takalar Regency Fisheries Service's strategies for empowering fishermen through the fishermen group program, in the hope that the welfare and independence of fishermen will improve, thereby influencing regional economic growth. A descriptive qualitative research methodology was adopted. Informants are selected using purposive sampling. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews with informants including the Head of the Department, the Head of the relevant Division at the Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, Fisheries Extension Officers, and fishermen leaders. In addition, observations and a literature review were done. The SWOT technique was used to analyze the data. The results demonstrated that the Fisheries Service's plan followed the correct flow and adhered to the appropriate SOPs. Internal and external elements are equally influential in the implementation of the fisherman group program, where external factors have a good chance, but must also be balanced with the ability to manage and protect the sea's potential from irresponsible parties. Internal variables have a negative impact on the program if the service apparatus fails to carry out a decent work ethic in accordance with their individual obligations.

Abstract

The number of corruption cases in Indonesia is rising; the ministry of education sees an annual increase in corruption cases, and the country is among the top five areas in the world for the number of corruption cases. The majority of corruption cases in Indonesia are committed by civil servants. Both public confidence in the government and government performance may suffer as a result. Based on the opinions of Education Service personnel, this study attempts to examine the effects of Pressure, Collusion, Capability, Opportunity, Rationalization, and Ego on Corruption. There were 253 workers at one of the East Java Regional Education Services that made up the study's population. A total of 82 respondents were included in the convenience sampling, which was conducted. Using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software, multiple linear regression analysis is used in this study to evaluate hypotheses through the distribution of questionnaires and primary data collected through quantitative research. According to this study, ego has a strong detrimental impact on corruption while rationalization has a favorable and large impact. In the meanwhile, corruption is unaffected by pressure, collusion, capability, and opportunity. Because Fraud Hexagon is still relatively new, there aren't many comparable references in this research, which is one of its drawbacks. Another is that the direct distribution of questionnaires takes a long time. The distribution was restricted to one government agency, which further confined the research area and the samples used.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Central Government in supervising Regional Governments in the context of regional autonomy implementation in Indonesia. Regional autonomy grants broader authority to local governments to manage their internal affairs; however, it remains within the framework of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI), which necessitates oversight by the Central Government. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, employing a literature review approach and documentation of statutory regulations. The results show that the role of the central government in supervising regional governments is crucial to ensure that the implementation of regional autonomy aligns with the principles of a unitary state and does not deviate from national objectives. The central government has strategic functions in providing guidance, supervision, monitoring, evaluation, and revocation of regional policies that contradict public interests and legal regulations. However, the implementation of this supervision faces several complex challenges, such as a lack of coordination between central and regional governments, limited human resource capacity, weak transparency and accountability in regional financial management, and inadequate law enforcement and sanctions for violations. These challenges impact the effectiveness of supervision and open up opportunities for deviations and corrupt practices at the regional level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of business process automation as an innovative strategy in driving the modernization of business administration. Amid the rapid development of digital technology, organizations are required to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and speed in administrative management. Automation serves as a strategic solution to replace manual processes that tend to be slow and prone to errors. The research method used is a descriptive approach with qualitative analysis of the implementation of automation across various business sectors. Data were collected through interviews, literature studies, and observations of digital system-based administrative practices. The findings show that business process automation significantly contributes to the modernization of business administration by positively impacting operational efficiency, data accuracy, information-based decision-making, and customer service quality. Through the integration of Business Process Automation (BPA), companies are able to streamline various processes such as employee onboarding, purchase order management, contract management, marketing, and sales, thereby reducing reliance on manual processes that are susceptible to errors and delays. These findings reinforce that automation not only boosts productivity and reduces costs but also accelerates business responsiveness to market dynamics, enhances competitiveness, and strengthens the organizational foundation for long-term growth in a technology-driven business environment.
