Abstract

Some of the case of juvenile delinquency often occur in Indonesia, one of them is the case of six vocational school students who were arrested by the police after abusing a grandmother who was known as a person with mental illness. This incident occurred in Panompuan village, Angkola Timur, South Tapanuli, and several other cases of juvenile delinquency. This case occurs because of the lack of character possessed by young people. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative method, using library research as a type of research. According to the Ministry of Education and Culture, there are five values of character education in the novel entitled Ranah 3 Warna by Ahmad Fuadi, namely religious, nationalist, integrity, independence and mutual cooperation. So that young people become good citizens of Indonesia. Alif Fikri, the main character in the novel entitled Ranah 3 Warna, reflects the attitude and character of young people who have big dreams of becoming writers and want to pursue their dreams to get to America. Despite all the economic limitations, it doesn't make Alif discourage his intention. Thanks to the effort and character he has, he can achieve his dream.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of school environment on character education of fifth grade students at SDN Pekapuran Raya 5 Banjarmasin City. The research method used in this research is a quantitative approach with experimental research type. The data collection tools in this research are questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the results of the calculation test, obtained the value of the regression equation is Y = 2.688 + 1.917X. based on the results of the calculation obtained the value of t count (tb) of tcount = 2.63> t table = 1.69 or tcount = 2.63> t table = 2.45 then Ho is rejected or Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence between the school environment on student character education at SDN Pekapuran Raya 5 Banjarmasin City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of teacher activity, student activity and to improve student learning outcomes in mathematics learning. This study used a qualitative research approach with the type of Classroom Action Research (PTK). The setting of this research was carried out at SDN Kelayan Selatan 3 Banjarmasin City in even semester with a total of 20 students. Data collection techniques in this study are qualitative data and quantitative data, which are obtained through observation of teacher activities, observation of student activities, and learning outcomes through evaluation tests. Data analysis with descriptive analysis techniques presented in tables interpreted with percentages and indicators of learning completeness set. The results showed that the quality of teacher activity from teacher activity in implementing learning through a combination of Student Teams Achivement Division (STAD) and Numbered Heads Together (NHT) learning models on the material of the perimeter and area of flat shapes in class IV SDN Kelayan Selatan 3 Banjarmasin Even Semester with a score of 29 achieved very good criteria. Student activity in learning the material of the perimeter and area of flat shapes through a combined learning model of Student Teams Achivement Division (STAD) and Numbered Heads Together (NHT) in class IV SDN Kelayan Selatan 3 Banjarmasin Even Semester with a score of 90% reaching very good criteria. There was an increase in the learning outcomes of grade IV students on the concept of properties of flat shapes through a combination of Student Teams Achivement Division (STAD) and Numbered Heads Together (NHT) learning models in grade IV SDN Kelayan Selatan 3 Banjarmasin Even Semester with the completeness of student learning outcomes reaching 100% of the number of students who participated in the learning.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze students' reading comprehension of narrative texts. A qualitative descriptive method with observations, interviews, and documentation is utilized as instruments. The results showed that students had a variety of abilities in understanding narrative texts, from the interviews and existing observational data. Moreover, it was found that 16 students understood this material because they could explain the meaning, cite the examples, mention the general structure, and determine the general structure of narrative texts in the text entitled "Lake Toba." It was also found that nine students understood this material quite well, but imperfectly because they did not mention all the general structures of narrative texts; the other five students did not understand this material because, during the interview, they could not explain the meaning, examples, and general structure of this material. Abstract

Humans are endowed with intelligence that can exploit and utilise the natural environment to improve their welfare and survival. However, human greed can cause damage or use natural resources beyond their capacity. So humans need to preserve their environment. These efforts have been reflected by Bumi Langit Institute as a solution to technological advances. This research uses a qualitative research approach, which involves research in the field and uses data collection methods such as observation, interviews, and recording. The results show that humans and nature are interconnected, as both contribute to maintaining environmental balance. The Islamic Education values of Bumi Langit Institute are simplicity, gratitude to Allah, awareness value, being kind to Allah, preserving each other, devotion value, giving selflessly, sincerity.

Abstract

The development of data mining cannot be separated from technological developments, especially in determining association rules to determine the relationship between elements/attributes in the process of students receiving information at any point in time. When it comes to permissions, there are many factors that influence permissions. However, not all of these factors are considered important so research is carried out to determine the relationship between these factors. The topic research method is data collection and data analysis. By using the Association Rule technique we can obtain information from large data such as data from universities. The aim of this research is to determine the pattern of study duration for Graha Nusantara University F-KIP students. using the Association Rule Data Mining method and comparing a priori algorithms and hash-based algorithms. The data used is Graha Nusantara University F-KIP master data which is processed using the Association Rule Data Mining technique with an a priori algorithm and a hash-based algorithm with a minimum support of 1% and a minimum confidence of 1%. The results of data processing with the a priori algorithm are the same as the results of data processing with the hash-based algorithm, namely 49 2-itemset combinations.

Abstract

Keterlibatan orang tua menjadi sangat penting dalam mewujudkan profil pelajar Pancasila. Akan tetapi sekarang ini orang tua menyerahkan seluruh tanggung jawabnya kepada pihak sekolah dalam membentuk perilaku ataupun karakter anak yang sesuai nilai-nilai pancasila. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui urgensi dan upaya sekolah dalam mewujudkan profil pelajar Pancasila dalam keterlibatan orang tua. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat empat program kegiatan keterlibatan orang tua dalam meujudkan profil pelajar pancasila. (1) pembentukan paguyuban orang tua (2) mengadakan kelas orang tua; (3) mengadakan kelas inspirator; (4) mengadakan pentas seni perpisahan 9.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan upaya sadar yang dilakukan oleh individu, pada kehidupan pribadi, masyarakat,dan alama sekitar dengan cara pengajaran sebagai aktivitas asasi dan sebagai profesi-profesi asasi dimasyarakat, demikian yang dikata Omar Muhammad al-Toumy al-Syaibani sebagaimana yang dikutip oleh Abudinata dalam bukunya ilmu pendidikan islam. Dalam islam mendidik tidak hanya dilakukan saat anak baru dilahirkan kedunia,namun proses Pendidikan sudah mulai dikenalkan dari masa kehamilan atau yang dikenal dengan masa prenatal hingga pasca melahirkan dan terus tumbuh menjadi anak, orang dewasa hingga menjemput kematian. Oleh karenanya dalam islam dikenal dengan slogan Tuntutlah ilmu dari mulai sejak buaian hingga liang lahat. Setiap orangtua berharap memiliki anak yang sehat, pintar, dan cerdas sehingga menjadi kebanggaan bagi keluarga, oleh karena beragam cara dilakukan oleh seorang ibu dalam mendidik dan melatih sibuah hati, maka banyak pola pendidikan yang dilakukan oleh ibu hamil dalam mengawali usahanya agar memiliki anak yang sehat, pintar dan cerdas baik dari sumber ilmuwan barat maupun dari ilmuwan muslim. Artikel ini disusun agar menjadi salah satu rujukan dalam menggali informasi-informasi tersebut sehingga bisa dijadikan pijakan dalam mendidikan anak dimasa kehamilan baik dalam perspektif barat maupun islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan yang diambil dari beberapa sumber seperti al-Quran, al-Hadits, buku kesehatan ibu hamil dan artikel. Abstract

The research method used is classroom action research using two cycles carried out in the first semester with Number Pattern Material. The sample in this research was 30 students in class VIII-2 of SMP Negeri 7 Padangsidimpuan who would use the Talking Chip Learning Model in learning. The data collection techniques used were tests, questionnaires and observation sheets. The data analysis used is descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the research show that the ability of students' learning outcomes in learning Mathematics through the Talking Chip learning model for class VIII-2 students at SMP Negeri 7 Padangsidimpuan in the Number Patterns material for the 2021/2022 academic year has increased with a completion percentage of 93.3% in the "Good" category. Furthermore, the teacher's ability to manage learning increased to 97.90% with the "Very Good" category. For this reason, the expected results have been fulfilled because they are in accordance with the minimum good category with a percentage of 80%.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara yang majemuk. Kemajemukan Indonesia berlangsung di dalam segala aspek salah satunya adalah kemajemukan dalam aspek kepercayaan dan keberagaman dalam menganut agama. Adanya perbedaan agama di masyarakat mengakibatkan pemerintah memberikan jaminan kebebasan memeluk agama yang diatur dalam Pancasila dan UUD 1945. Namun, pada kenyataannya masih terjadinya konflik yang dilatarbelakangi oleh perbedaan agama di beberapa daerah Kelurahan Kratonan merupakan salah satu daerah yang memiliki perbedaan agama, tetapi warganya bisa hidup rukun sampai sekarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana implementasi hubungan umat Islam dan umat Kristen Protestan di kelurahan Kratonan serta tantangan dalam membangun hubungan umat Islam dan Kristen Protestan di kelurahan Kratonan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi hubungan umat Islam dan umat Kristen Protestan adalah hubungan yang bersifat sosial. Mereka selalu menanamkan rasa persaudaraan, gotong royong serta menjunjung tinggi sikap toleransi. Tantangan dalam membangun hubungan umat Islam dan umat Kristen Protestan yaitu dalam hal komunikasi.
