Abstract

Along with the rapid development of technology and information, many schools have emerged by presenting new educational concepts. This makes schools in various places in Indonesia vying to make their schools so much in demand by students. This high level of competition makes school management need to formulate marketing strategies to increase interest in entering their educational institutions. In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, the use of digital media as a means of communication is very relevant considering the target market, namely prospective students and parents of students, also uses the media a lot. Strategies that can be carried out by educational institutions in the context of marketing communication are: Publication (Publication and Publicity), Event (Programming events), News (Creating news), Community involvement (Caring for the community), Inform or image (Notifying or gaining an image) , Lobbying and Negotiation (Approach and Negotiation), Social Responsibility (social responsibility). Marketing optimization can be done by using digital media channels, including: utilizing school websites, school social media, online communities, email marketing and digital advertising.

Abstract

The nature of training is the desire for all gatherings, the two understudies, instructors, society, government and even Islam. Incidentally, a few Indonesians, who are overwhelmingly Muslim, actually peer down on madrasas. In amount, confidential MTs are better than State MTs, however in quality they are as yet falling behind. There are 107 confidential MTs in South Lampung region yet just 6.5% have grown well. In view of this peculiarity, scientists are keen on understanding what methodologies are utilized by MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jatiagung and MTs Al Islah Natar, so they can foster well. madrasas in working on the nature of schooling. It is trusted that the consequences of this examination can give motivation, inspiration, advancement and procedures for fostering the nature of training in madrasas overall. This study is a subjective exploration, information assortment strategies utilizing meetings, perception, and documentation. Essential information as words from meetings and auxiliary information is documentation and notes from perceptions with inductive information examination. In view of the consequences of the review, there are 5 moral-based quality administration procedures that were grown, to be specific: 1) Student the board, 2) Infrastructure the executives, 3) Education educational plan the executives, 4) Educational faculty the executives, and 5) Financial administration which is overseen in such a manner from the part of arranging, execution, and assessment to work on the nature of training become a wellspring of motivation, inspiration for each party connected with working on the nature of instruction at MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jatiagung and MTs Al Islah Natar specifically and madrasas or schools in everyday in working on the nature of schooling

Abstract

Al-Qur'an and Hadith are the main sources of Islamic teachings which contain the principles of muamalah and some special rules regarding various aspects of life. Today's Muslims, especially those who adhere to Islamic law, , want whatever is learned and implemented in life to always be oriented towards the Qur'an and hadith. Abstract

This study discusses professional ethical issues related to scientists and other professionals in the scientific field from an Islamic perspective. A series of actions characterized by a strong sense of professionalism is what researchers think contributes to the growth of knowledge. In fact, the direction and management of the development of science and technology depend on the moral foundation on which these two things depend. Qualitative descriptive research methods are used in this study. The results show An exemplary work ethic is very important for the advancement of science. Because dedication to professionalism is the engine that drives scientific progress and increases the value of human resources.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan multikultural di Indonesia saat ini dan di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang suatu masalah di lingkungan sosial dengan melakukan percakapan ekstensif antara peneliti dan subjeknya. Peneliti adalah subjek penelitian, namun target penelitian ini adalah implementasi pendidikan multikultural yang ada dan yang akan datang. Wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan data semuanya tergabung dalam pendekatan analisis interaktif yang dijelaskan oleh Miles dan Huberman. Pada akhirnya ditemukan bahwa penyelenggaraan pendidikan multikultural yang banyak mengalami penyimpangan meliputi dimensi konsep multidimensi serta dimensi makna dan isi serta dimensi budaya dan primordialis serta dimensi egosentrisme dan religiositas serta pendidikan multikultural diprediksi akan tumbuh baik secara kuantitas maupun kualitas di masa mendatang. Sebaliknya, masyarakat Indonesia harus sadar betul bahwa pluralisme adalah investasi yang sangat berharga. Orang Indonesia mungkin hidup, inventif, dan inovatif karena keragaman budaya. Akibatnya, anak-anak dari latar belakang sosial ekonomi yang beragam, identitas gender, orientasi seksual, dan asal etnis, ras, dan budaya harus diajarkan sejak usia dini bahwa pendidikan multikultural dapat memberikan kesempatan pendidikan yang adil bagi semua siswa. Itu juga didasarkan pada gagasan bahwa murid tidak belajar dalam ruang hampa, melainkan dipengaruhi oleh cara mereka dibesarkan dalam budaya mereka sendiri. Peneliti sampai pada kesimpulan bahwa implementasi pendidikan multikultural di dunia modern menghadapi masalah yang kompleks. Alhasil, peneliti berkeyakinan bahwa penyelenggaraan pendidikan multikultural di masa depan harus mampu meminimalisir berbagai bentuk permasalahan yang muncul saat ini.

Abstract

Kepribadian adalah keseluruhan cara seorang individu bereaksi dan berinteraksi dengan indivisu lain. Kepribadian adalah sifat, watak atau watak yang dibedakan dari dalam diri seseorang yang bersumber dari bentukan yang diperoleh dari lingkungan sekitar sebagai keliarga dan juga bawaan sejak lahir. Ada dua tipe kepribadian yang umumnya dimiliki manusia, salah satunya akan secara alami melekat sebagai sifat atau karakteristik bawaan sejak lahir, yaitu Introvert dan ekstrovert. Penelitian ini akan mengulas fenomena siswa Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin kelas XI MIA 1 yang memiliki kepribadian Introvert dan kepribadian Ekstrovert di dalam menyenangi pembelajaran di madrasah . Untuk mengkaji fenomena tersebut, maka peneliti memiliki pendekatan yang penulis gunakan adalah enelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian didapat bahwa: (1) mata Pelajaran yang dominan diminati oleh peserta didik Introvert antara lain yaitu mata pelajaran yang bersifat hafalan, kesenian, dan keagamaan; (2) Sedangkan mata pelajaran yang dominan diminati oleh peserta didik Ekstrovert yaitu mata pelajaran yang bersifat ekspresif, analitis dan dialogis. (3) Perbedaan dan kesamaan peserta didik Introvert dan peserta didik Ekstrovert dalam menguasai pelajaran yang diberikan di Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin sebenarnya dari segi perbedaanya: antara peserta didik Ekstrovert dan Introvert terletak dari cara mereka menerima ilmu, yang mana jika Ekstrovert lebih lebih condong meminati cara lisan dan komunikasi secara langsung antara peserta didik dengan pendidik dan pendidik dengan peserta didik lainnya. Sedangkan peserta didik Introvert lebih menguasai pelajaran dengan cara tidak langsung, melainkan dengan cara mengandalkan media komunikasi sebagai perantaranya

Abstract

Kitab Ta'lim al-Mutta'alim adalah kitab yang membahas tentang etika belajar yang membahas tentang akhlak untuk meraih manfaat dan keberkahan ilmu. Santri Pondok Pesantren Mukhtar Syafa’at merupakan anak-anak yang memang mereka tujukan untuk tetap menjadi lebih baik lagi, namun pada kenyataannya sangat sulit untuk mengubah kebiasaan buruk menjadi baik, sehingga kebiasaan buruk itu masih dilakukan ketika menjadi santri dan membutuhkan banyak pekerjaan rumah bagi pengurus pesantren untuk selalu membimbing santri menjadi pribadi yang baik sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. dengan ajaran Islam sesuai dengan isi kitab Ta'limul Muta'alim. Maka penelitian ini tentang: Implementasi Kitab Ta'limul Muta'alim dalam Pembentukan Etika Belajar di Pondok Pesantren Mukhtar Syafa’at Sukamukti Mesuji. Dalam penelitian ini akan dibahas bagaimana konsep pendidikan di pondok pesantren dalam Kitab Ta’lim al-Muta’allim yang kemudian akan diterapkan dalam kehidupan santri dalam menjalankan kehidupan sehari-hari khususnya dalam menuntut ilmu atau mengaji Qur'an. Jurnal ini mengkaji implementasi kitab Ta'lim Al Muta'allim dalam pembentukan akhlak belajar siswa dengan jenis penelitian yang akan dibahas adalah penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif ini digunakan, karena penulis mencoba, mengamati, melihat dan mengkaji penerapan kitab Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim dalam pembentukan akhlak belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kitab Ta'lim Muta'alim memuat pendidikan akhlak yang berorientasi pada pembentukan akhlak belajar siswa. Dari berbagai isi kitab ta'limul muta'alim tentang ilmu pengetahuan, sebagian besar berisi perbaikan akhlak yang harus dilakukan oleh santri dalam menuntut ilmu. Tujuan pembelajaran kitab Ta’lim al-Muta’allim yang diterapkan di Pondok Pesantren Mukhtar Syafa’at Sukamukti Mesuji adalah untuk membentuk kepribadian santri yang beradab, beretika. menuntut ilmu untuk menghasilkan ilmu yang bermanfaat dan barokah, bermanfaat bagi peserta didik

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter atau pendidikan watak muncul di Indonesia di tengah-tengah sistem pendidikan Islam yang diterima oleh Masyarakat muslim dengan karakter-karakter yang dirumuskan sebagai penguat terhadap pendidikan Islam sehingga pendidikan karakter pada hakikatnya adalah ruh dalam pendidikan Islam. Pendidikan Islam memiliki ruang lingkup yang jelas dan terperinci. Ruang lingkup tersebut merupakan komponen yang satu sama lain saling keterkaitan, tak dapat dipisahkan sehingga membentuk sebuah sistem. Eksistensi pendidikan Islam tidak hanya ditentukan dengan bagus atau tidaknya salah satu komponen melainkan semua komponen berjalan searah demi terciptanya pendidikan Islam di manapun dan sampai kapanpun. Sekolah atau lembaga pendidikan sebagai salah satu basis dalam pengembangan pendidikan karakter harus dapat mengimplementasikan pendidikan karakter pendekatan holistis, yaitu mengintegrasikan perkembangan karakter ke dalam setiap aspek kehidupan sekolah dengan menggunakan berbagai pendekatan. Disini dibutuhkan keseriusan seluruh komponen yang ada.

Abstract

Education management plays an important role in determining the direction of development of a nation. To achieve this, character education must be implemented in every world of a child's life, from the family to the school system. Cooperation between character education and educational curricula is needed to ensure that all children develop positive attitudes and behaviors. Therefore, this study aims to describe and understand education management in developing students' interests, attitudes and positive behavior at SMP Quran Darul Fattah Lampung Selatan. This qualitative research method uses three different data collection techniques to obtain a more complete picture of the situation. The research location is in the Tanjung Sari sub-district, Natar sub-district, South Lampung. The results showed that the implementation of character education management in developing students' interests, attitudes and positive behavior was based on planning objectively with clear and specific goals, having regular education programs, developing activities in the form of intra-curricular, extracurricular, guidance and counseling program activities with the aim of as the formation of student character education, improving student skills in humanizing practices and other skills. Determination of character education management in developing students' interests, attitudes and positive behavior in the form of long-term and short-term programs carried out by example, direction, assignments, habituation, and the creation of an environment. This affects the character of students in the form of leadership, discipline, trustworthiness, sincerity and decency. These conditions support the creation of an environment that is a healthy and conducive learning environment, everything that is heard, seen, and suggested by students is an element of education.

Abstract

When doing a job, a person's style and motivation will show whether he works seriously or just pretends to. If you are responsible or not, etc. The views, expectations, and habits of the work group shape how a person lives and does their job. So, a person's work ethic can be changed by the work ethic of the group. The goal of this study was to find out how hard the principal of the Quran Darul Fattah High School in Bandar Lampung City's Rajabasa District works. This type of research is called "qualitative descriptive research." It is a method of research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the people and actors observed, directed from the background of the individual as a whole (holistic) without isolating individuals and their organizations in variables but looking at them as part of a whole. This study used different ways to collect data, such as interviews, observations, and written records. In this research, qualitative analysis is the method used to look at the data. Based on what was found in the analysis and discussion, the results of this study show that the work ethic of the Principal of SMA Quran Darul Fattah in the Rajabasa District of Bandar Lampung City is still getting better. It's clear from the improvements that have been made that the principal has worked hard, both in his own job and in trying to get his subordinates to improve. His discipline can be used as a model for improving the work ethic of the principal of Quran Darul Fattah High School in Rajabasa District, Bandar Lampung City. The work ethic of the principal of the Darul Fattah Quran High School in Rajabasa District, Bandar Lampung City keeps getting better, as shown by the indicators in the concept of a good work ethic. As a result, the principal's innovations at the Darul Fattah Quran High School in Rajabasa District, Bandar Lampung City have become a breakthrough that helps schools get better at competing globally. Because schools should be a good example of how to teach good character, especially if everyone in the school, especially the principal, has a good work ethic.
