Abstract

IL-5 is an important role cytokine on the RA. IL-5 has an important role on eosinophils. ARIA-WHO made classification of RA based on how long the clinical symptoms and the impact on quality of life. The aim of this study was to know the classification of RA with IL-5 on RA study. This study used a cross-sectional method with 39 samples. The examination of IL-5 used ELISA. The highest classification of RA was medium-severe persistent of 43.58% with the mean value IL-5 was 56.25 pg/ml. Based on the test of Kruskal Wallis, it was obtained p-value = 0.664. Conclusion: There was no significant relation between classification RA and IL-5.

Abstract

Dalam upaya sosialisasi informasi hukum dan meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap Jaminan Fidusia, sebagai upaya meminimalisir permasalahan hukum di bidang fidusia, memberikan pelayanan pendaftaran jaminan fidusia kepada masyarakat. Namun tidak sedikit masyarakat yang belum paham dan kurang memahami tentang jaminan fidusia. Dalam pendekatan penelitian hukum yuridis normatif, objek kajiannya bersifat normatif murni dan dianggap sesuatu yang otonom, sehingga penerapannya ditentukan berdasarkan undang-undang itu sendiri dan bukan oleh faktor di luar undang-undang. Pembebanan suatu benda dengan jaminan fidusia harus dilakukan dengan akta otentik dan dicatat dalam Buku Daftar Fidusia. Apabila ketentuan tersebut tidak dipenuhi maka hak kreditur tidak mendapat perlindungan hukum sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Jaminan Fidusia. Dengan kata lain, pendaftaran jaminan Fidusia memberikan kepastian hukum kepada pihak yang berkepentingan dan memberikan hak diutamakan kepada Penerima Fidusia dibandingkan dengan kreditur lainnya. Sistem ini tidak diterapkan secara konkrit, dalam sistem pelaksanaan perlindungan melalui pelaksanaan jaminan fidusia, yang pada akhirnya memberikan pilihan kepada kreditur untuk mengambil jalan damai yang berarti memberikan biaya tambahan lainnya, serta memberikan apresiasi yang buruk dan tidak optimal mengenai hukum perlindungan bagi kreditor.

Abstract

Background: Indonesia is targeting to reduce stunting by 14% in 2024. Behavior change communication is one of the 5 (five) pillars of national stunting prevention. Previous research explained that the Interpersonal Communication (KAP) approach succeeded in modify behavior changes to reduce the incidence of stunting. Objectives: This study aims to analyze the efficacy of Interpersonal Communication (KAP) training on the knowledge of Puskesmas health workers to change community behavior related to stunting. Methods: This study used a quasi-experimental design with one pre-posttest group. Total samples were purposively selected, 168 nutritionists and midwives at the health center in the work area of the Sidoarjo District Health Office. The effectiveness of KAP training was assessed by the KAP knowledge indicator using 20 multiple choice questions questionnaire. The questionnaire was filled out twice. KAP training is handled by 4 (four) trained health workers from the Ministry of Health for 6 hours/ day for 2 days. Paired t-test statistical test was used to see the significant changes in knowledge. Results: Based on the results of the analysis, there was a significant increase in both the total correct answers and knowledge scores at KAP training (p<0.000). Conclusions: The efficacy of KAP training showed that similar programs can be implemented with broader targets such as cadres, PKK, religion leaders, and society leaders.

Abstract

Background: Mental health is a part that is related to health and wellness. One of the indicators in Gerakan Masyarakat (GERMAS) [”society movement”] stated that people with mental disorders should be treated and not abandoned. Nevertheless, nowadays it is still common to find people with mental disorders that do not receive proper medical care. Aims: The aim of this research is to measure cues to action and self-efficacy of the family behavior in seeking treatment for people with mental disorders within the work area of the Public Health Centre Taman Sidoarjo. Method: This research utilized the observational method with the cross-sectional study design and was analyzed with the Health Belief Model (HBM) theory approach. Result: The statistical analysis results using the Pearson Chi-Square test with a significance level of < 0.05 showed a p-value of 0.034 for perceived susceptibility and severity, a p-value of 0.180 for perceived threat, a p-value of 0.009 for perceived benefit, a p-value of 0.696 for perceived barriers, a p-value of 0.555 for self-efficacy, and p-value of 0.099 for cues to action. Based on these results, it can be concluded that perceived susceptibility and severity have a positive relationship with the family behavior in seeking treatment, which means the more perceived susceptibility, and severity increase, the more the family behavior in seeking treatment for people with mental disorders increases. Conclusion: Likewise, perceived benefit has a positive relationship with the family's behavior in seeking treatment. However, perceived threat, perceived barriers, self-efficacy, and cues to action have no relationship with the family behavior in seeking treatment for people with mental disorders.

Abstract

Era digital telah membawa kemudahan dalam mengakses informasi, namun tantangan baru muncul dalam memastikan kualitas literasi akademik di kalangan mahasiswa. Banyak mahasiswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami, mengelola, dan menulis karya ilmiah secara efektif, terutama di tengah tingginya jumlah informasi yang tersedia secara daring. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi informasi dan keterampilan penulisan karya ilmiah bagi mahasiswa melalui edukasi berbasis lokakarya dan pendampingan intensif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan teknik pencarian literatur, evaluasi sumber, penulisan akademik, serta etika publikasi secara digital. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman mahasiswa terkait literasi digital dan kemampuan menulis akademik yang lebih terstruktur. Program ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat keterampilan akademik mahasiswa serta meningkatkan kontribusi mereka dalam dunia ilmiah.

Abstract

The Qur'an is an eternal miracle from Allah SWT whose truth is increasingly proven as science develops. In Indonesia, the tradition of memorizing the Qur'an has been going on for a long time and is growing rapidly, especially through Islamic boarding schools founded by clerics who have memorized the Qur'an. This research aims to examine the implementation of Al-Qur'an memorization activities among JQH Putri IDIA Prenduan students. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with a type of field research, which collects data through observations and interviews. The research results show that the Al-Qur'an memorization program at JQH Putri IDIA Prenduan is implemented using various methods, such as sorogan and face-to-face methods, as well as a minimum target of one verse per day. Supporting factors in memorizing activities include the influence of good friends, adequate facilities, and a conducive environment, while inhibiting factors include laziness, impatience, and lack of seriousness among students. In conclusion, the implementation of memorizing the Al-Qur'an at JQH Putri IDIA Prenduan is going well, although there are several obstacles that need to be considered to increase the effectiveness of the memorization program.

Abstract

Di Lombok Barat, banyak peternak mengalami kesulitan karena minimnya lahan untuk menggembalakan ternak akibat konversi lahan menjadi perumahan dan area industri. Dalam situasi ini, peternak mungkin lupa atau tidak tepat waktu dalam memberikan pakan, serta menghadapi kesulitan dalam mencari rumput. Sebagai solusinya, dikembangkanlah sistem pemberian pakan pelet otomatis untuk sapi yang berbasis Internet of Things (IoT). Metode yang diterapkan dalam pengembangan sistem ini adalah metode prototype. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pemberian pakan otomatis berbasis IoT berfungsi dengan baik sesuai dengan komponen yang digunakan. Sistem ini memanfaatkan servo, sensor ultrasonik, sensor RTC, dan dilengkapi dengan LCD untuk menampilkan informasi mengenai sisa pakan dan status pakan (on atau off).

Abstract

Pengelompokkan siswa Sesuai Level Literasi siswa sangat dibutuhkan untuk menunjang masing-masing literasi siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dampak pengelompokan siswa sesuai level literasi di SDN Tanak Embang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kulaitatif deskriptif dengan siswa mengalami keterlambatan dalam membaca, masih terbata-bata dalam membaca dan belum bisa mengenal huruf. Jumlah sunjek penelitian adalah 235 siswa dari kelas 1 hingga kelas 6. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan yaitu, triangulasi sumber data, teori dan metode. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan adalah pengelompokan siswa yang dilakukan di SDN Tanak Embang menimbulkan dampak positif dan berdampak negatif. Ada siswa yang mengalami dampak positif diantaranya terpenuhinya fasilitas belajar peserta didik, siswa memiliki rasa nyaman ketika mengikuti kegiatan belajar mengajar, dan memudahkan guru dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran. Selama penerapan pengelompokan siswa, siswa merasa senang dan terbantu untuk mengatasi kesulitan dalam membaca berbagai banyak hal, dan siswa yang sudah bisa membaca dikonsepkan untuk bisa memahami makna cerita yang ada. Sedangkan dampak negatif diantara lain adalah tidak semua pihak setuju terhadap pengelompokan peserta didik, siswa dengan kempuan rendah terkonsep sebagi siswa yang kurang pandai.

Abstract

Program "Speak to Lead" merupakan pengembangan soft skills yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan public speaking dan mental leadership siswa sekolah menengah. Tujuan utama dari program ini adalah membentuk siswa yang mampu berkomunikasi secara efektif, percaya diri saat berbicara di depan umum, serta memiliki ketangguhan mental dalam memimpin dan mengambil keputusan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan berbasis praktik, diskusi kelompok, role-play kepemimpinan, serta sesi refleksi diri. Program ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan partisipatif yang menekankan pembelajaran aktif dan pengalaman langsung. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada aspek keberanian berbicara di depan umum, artikulasi dan intonasi bicara, serta kemampuan mengambil peran kepemimpinan dalam situasi kelompok. Selain itu, peserta juga menunjukkan perkembangan positif dalam hal empati, pengambilan keputusan, dan manajemen emosi. Dengan demikian, Speak to Lead efektif dalam membekali siswa dengan keterampilan komunikasi dan kepemimpinan yang relevan untuk menghadapi tantangan global di masa depan.

Abstract

Humans as creatures created by Allah SWT have diverse intelligence, which is not limited to intellectual ability as measured through IQ. The Multiple Intelligence Theory proposed by Howard Gardner identifies nine types of intelligence, namely linguistic, logical-mathematical, spatial, kinesthetic, musical, interpersonal, intrapersonal, naturalist, and existential. This research uses descriptive methods to describe the importance of the multiple intelligences approach in education. The results show that learning that is diverse and appropriate to student characteristics can increase motivation, prevent feelings of low self-esteem, and support academic achievement and social-emotional development. Therefore, educators are expected to adapt learning strategies that cover all aspects of intelligence, so that students can reach their maximum potential in the learning process. Success in the real world requires a holistic understanding of intelligence, involving a combination of multiple abilities.
