Reflektika is a journal which is highly dedicated as public space to deeply explore and widely socialize various creative and brilliance academic ideas, concepts, and research findings from the researchers, academicians, and practitioners who are concerning to develop and promote the religious thoughts, and philosophies. Abstract

Golden Indonesia is predicted to reach a tipping point in its development as a sovereign, advanced, just, and rich nation in 2045. The golden Indonesia 2045 Vision is supported by four pillars: Human development, scientific and technological mastery are prioritized, followed by sustainable economic development, equitable development, national resilience and government consolidation. Pesantren, as one of the oldest educational institutions in Nusantara, plays a key role in supporting the government in achieving the above-mentioned vision. The goal of this article is to look at the concept of a new pesantren trend for responding emerging issues in 2045 for succeeding the vision of a golden Indonesia. The research methodology used in this research was a qualitative method with library research. Academic texts (manuscripts) were used as primary data sources. The researcher intentionally applied the content-analyzed to read and analyze the data collected from the source mentioned above. The following were the study's findings: First, renewing the governance architecture of Islamic boarding schools entails: a. improving the quality of learning, which can enhance students' ability to read classical texts, memorize the Al-Quran, and increase a capacity in practicing Islamic religion and Islamic values in daily life; b. improving the quality of learning English, mathematics, and science; and c. providing adequate practice allocation supported by the availability of resources. Second, create new forecasts for pesantren graduates by requiring them to possess fundamental competencies, holistic integrative competences, and skills in cultivating the priority sectors tied directly to natural capital in the areas surrounding their homes.

Abstract

Student well-being is an element that students must own, this functions in increasing positive emotions, developing academies, improving relationships, improving mental health and developing a sense of responsibility for what they have decided. Islamic Boarding School is an Educational Institution that educates 24 hours. Islamic boarding schools in this study do not just provide academic education but also develop emotional abilities and build students' morals and character. This study aims to discover how to strengthen student wellbeing in Islamic boarding schools by studying it based on positive education. This research uses a literature research methodology. This study found that student wellbeing is embedded in some activities during 24 hours of education in Islamic boarding schools. The application process is reflected in students' characteristics, such as honesty, high discipline, paying attention to personal and environmental hygiene, mutual care, independence, hard work, politeness, responsibility, and development of creativity. While this is instilled in students through several stages: 1) knowing the rules, 2) action, and 3) habituation. Strengthening the welfare of students in Islamic boarding schools adopts the five elements of positive education called PERMA (positive emotion, engagement, relationship, meaning, and achievement). Similarly, in its application, positive education is implemented in some stages, 1) studying it, 2) teaching it, and 3) embedding it.

Abstract

Instilling Monotheistic Values in Learning Arabic. Arabic Language Education Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN North Sumatra Medan. This study discusses instilling the values of monotheism in learning Arabic. The problem studied is what are the monotheistic values instilled in learning Arabic. This study aims to find out how students change in learning after the inculcation of monotheistic values is included in learning. This study uses library research methods, namely searching for data, collecting data and analyzing data. The results of this study indicate that there are several ways to instill the value of monotheism in learning Arabic. The reason why it is necessary to instill the value of monotheism in learning Arabic is so that students are not only experts in the cognitive field, but so that students understand that everything in this world must have something to do with Allah SWT, especially in the field of education. And also so that students have good morals and manners in their daily lives.

Abstract

Refleksi kondisi perkembangan anak pada era sekarang membutuhkan tingkat pengawasan yang lebih dari orang tua sebagai penentu awal perkembangan kepribadian anak yang baik. Krisis moral pada anak sudah menjadi menu informasi yang sangat menghawatirkan dalam fase perkembanganya. Oleh karena itu, analisis karakter anak menjadi penting. Analisis karakter anak yang disesuaikan dengan perkembangannya mempunyai tujuan untuk membentuk pribadi anak yang unggul dan mempunyai karakter yang baik sesuai dengan perkembangan dan kebutuhan anak pada masanya. Pembentukan karakter malu pada anak di lingkungan keluarga sejak dini mempunyai peran utuh dalam perkembangan emosional anak dan mampu menumbuhkan kesadaran serta menanamkan nilai-nilai positif (nilai ke-Tuhanan dan nilai sisi asas kemanusiaan). Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to explore the application and impact of cooperative learning in increasing students' learning motivation at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Sabilul Muttaqien Buddagan Pamekasan. This research uses a qualitative approach with a field research method, where data is collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results show that the application of Cooperative Learning in this madrasah involves several approaches that are tailored to the students' conditions, including Jigsaw and Think-Pair-Share. The implementation of cooperative learning has a positive impact on students' intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. Students become more actively involved in the learning process, experience increased self-confidence, and show better cooperation skills with their classmates. In addition, the findings also indicated implementation challenges, such as different levels of student engagement, time management, and diverse academic abilities within the groups. However, through adjustments in learning strategies, such as clearer role setting and intensive guidance from teachers, these obstacles can be overcome.

Abstract

This paper seeks to explore in detail about Islam as a religion of compassion and love in the wrap of Sufism. This research is a literature that takes its main source from various literature related to the above theme. The results of the analysis state that Islam is not in the least ordered to be anarchic and intolerant, but instead Islam teaches and educates people to be gentle, appreciative, kind, compassionate to all creatures of Allah as Allah Himself is kind to His creation. This is in accordance with the teachings of Sufism (Sufistic Islam), which confirms noble morality, moral hygiene, soul and mind that are very far from negative elements and all bad deeds, for that the idea of Islam as a religion of mercy and love is very important especially strengthened by the Sufistic dimension.

Abstract

This study wanted to find out whether there was an influence of student aggressiveness on student achievement in MI. Al-Amien Tegal Prenduan Sumenep Madura for the 2016-2017 academic year, and wanted to find out how much influence student aggressiveness had on MI student achievement. Al-Amien Tegal Prenduan Sumenep Madura academic year 2016-2017. This study uses quantitative research. The subjects of this study were students with a population of 249 students. But only took a sample of 50 students with a presentation of 20%. While the data collection techniques used questionnaires, observation and documentation, as well as data analysis using Linear Regression with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics v 22 for Windows Software. From the results of data analysis using Linear Regression with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics v 22 for Windows software, the R squere value or Coefficient of Determination (KD) is 0.301 which implies that the effect of the independent variable on changes in the dependent variable is 0.301 (0.301 X 100% = 30.1%). Based on the results of the analysis, it turns out that the significant level or linearity of the regression is 0.000 <0.05. Thus it can be concluded that the working hypothesis (Hi) which states that there is an effect of student aggressiveness on student achievement MI. Al-Amien Tegal Prenduan Sumenep Madura Academic Year 2016-2017 can be accepted. Meanwhile, the null hypothesis (Ho) states that there is no effect of student aggressiveness on MI student achievement. Al-Amien Tegal Prenduan Sumenep Madura Academic Year 2016-2017 may be rejected.

Abstract

This paper set out from the condition of muslims in Indonesia during the Dutch colonial era which filled with deviant practices such as shirk (polytheism), bid’ah (any newly invented matter that is without precedent), and khurafat (superstition). The condition is exacerbated by the Dutch government's policy that restricted Islamic education to expedite their christian mission. The appearance of Ahmad Surkati and Ahmad Dahlan with their concept of education had successfully change the condition. This paper is to find out theirIslamic education concept and to compile it, as well as to look for the implications of both in national education. This is a qualitative research. This research studies the literatures related to Ahmad Surkati and Ahmad Dahlan, in form of manuscripts or other forms. Descriptive analysis method is employed to analyze their concept.The result shows that their concept of education are both based on al-Quran and al-Sunnah with the understading the Salaf. The main purpose of their education concept are both to restore the purity of Islam, but they have slightly different focus. Ahmad Surkati focused on Arabic while Ahmad Dahlan focused on Indonesian natives. The implication of their concept are the spread of tauhid, aqidah shahih, manhaj salaf, Arabic language teaching and learning, Islamic education reform, and the spread of Al-Irsyad and Muhammadiyah schools around the nation of Indonesia.

Abstract

AbstractThe concept of happiness is a complex concept among experts who measure the well-being of a person's life, in terms of their happiness and life satisfaction. Of course, Western and Muslim philosophers have many differences of opinion in various aspects, including in the field of science. because of the difference in their worldview that distinguishes the understanding between philosophers. The purpose of this research is to incorporate the Islamic worldview into aspects of science so as to be able to present insight and knowledge and become an acceptable psychological solution, not only accepted by Muslims but also acceptable to the general public. The type of research in this study uses qualitative research methods using a literature study approach. The results of this study indicate that the Islamic worldview in achieving happiness, religion directs humans to have the primacy of reason and intellect. The virtue of reason encourages humans to think and learn many things, reason is also the one who can think about the great favours he receives from God, the glory and the invaluable height so that he is free from humiliation and part of the perfection of reason is his preference for choosing noble behaviour. humans must optimise their minds and always maintain sincerity of heart, and strive to always put their trust in God. So, if a person has the pleasure of doing good because of his habit and hates disobedience, then he has reached the perfection of physical and mental happiness.

Abstract

The combination of Religion and Philosophy has brought Islam to a glorious period in the history of classical Islamic intellectuals. But it does not escape from the opposition of the theologians who argue that the religion which is the absolute truth derived from god can not unite with the truth of philosophy derived from the results of human effort. The most industrious theologian in opposing the mixture of religion and philosophy is Al-Ghozali who disbelieves the muslim philosophers because of their three ideas of natural qadim, Allah does not know the details of nature and the bodily resurrection of the Hereafter does not exist. This led to a long debate between theologians and philosophers. Ibn Rushd, for example, opposes Al-Ghozali's opinion by saying that Al-Ghozali is mistaken in drawing conclusions on what he understood about the thoughts of earlier Philosophers. Indonesian thinkers such as Harun Nasution not only remain silent in addressing it. He says that the inappropriate use of reason will lead to the backward and slow Islam in Indonesia. This research is focused on Harun Nasution's view of religion and philosophy as well as factors of Islamic intellectual awakening in Indonesia. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to know the three things. The research approach is the library (Library research) which is based on Harun Nasution's ideas contained in some of the books we use as the main source. Whatever the result of this research is that Harun Nasution holds that between religion and philosophy there is no contradiction, even go hand in hand and support each other. This is evident in the process of decline wah yu that occurred because of communication between God which he calls the "mind" with human beings who have a sense as well. So it is not impossible if God as a mind that has the power of thought and will to create and regulate nature can communicate with the human mind. While the factors of the Islamic intellectual revival of Indonesia is nothing more than three things namely, Optimizing the role of reason, traditional theological renewal to the theology that upholds the function of reason and the last interpretation of revelation.
