Abstract

In improving the mastery of Teacher of Counselling and Guidance’s service skill requires counselling and guidance supervision. In implementing this supervision, the most common agreement is to make contact section with a supervised client for several time periods. There is a model of the supervision process which is very useful to explain some of these issues that is by analyzing the reflection of the counselling process. Focus of this level is the client by analyzing what is said, how the various parts of client’s life is interlocked, and what the client wants from the oversight of the supervisor’s feelings in response. The grabbed information provided a guidance to see the cases which unconsciously can be articulated by supervisors. This library research was performed to explain the best method which can be applied by supervisors in conducting supervision to their client.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the emotional intelligence of Prophet Musa as the leader of the Children of Israel in Surat al-Qasas. The stories displayed by the Quran are displayed in scriptable language, a language that is difficult to decipher. Based on this fact, the understanding of the story of Prophet Moses in the Qur'an will not be holistic without using the theory of interpretation, one of which is semiotics. To describe the emotional intelligence of Moses Prophet using the theory of semiotics Charles Sanders Peirce synergized with the theory of emotional intelligence Daniel Goleman. Inside Peirce semiotics marks are built on a triadic system. Three triadic points are representamen, object, and interpretan. In the presentation of research results, researchers used qualitative research methods. Description of research data is described with a holistic and radical narrative based on the theory used. The results of this study are (1) Prophet Moses is able to motivate his self and has high optimism, (2) able to overcome the aggressiveness of self, (3) able to overcome anxiety, (4) able to empathize, (5) wise, and (6) able assessing potential and self-awareness.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the improvement of learning outcomes of learners using Jigsaw Learning model on the subjects of Fiqh class X: Study on MAN Kotabumi. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in MAN Kotabumi class X students, amounting to 37 students. This research was designed in two cycles consisting of: (1) Planning, to plan the learning activities and prepare the research instrument, (2) Implementation, that is to carry out the learning activities in class by using Jigsaw Learning model on Fiqih subjects, (3) Observation, data collection through observation sheet and learning result test, (4) Reflection, that is analyzing observation result and data analysis using the average formula. Based on the learning outcomes of learners after using the learning model Jigsaw Learning has increased. This can be seen from the improvement of students' learning mastery in the first cycle of 58.33% and the second cycle of 83.33%. So this means an increase of 25%. From the analysis of data can be understood that the type of learning model Jigsaw Learning can improve learning outcomes in the subjects Fiqih. It can be concluded that the learning model Jigsaw Learning can improve the learning activity between educators and learners, because the materials and methods used are appropriate and more varied so that can be used as further input. Therefore, it can be an alternative that can contribute thoughts and information to educators, principals, and learners in improving learners' learning outcomes through Jigsaw Learning learning method.

Abstract

It has been widely accepted that writing is a productive skill in English language instruction. The students need to involve themselves mentally and physically. Indeed, cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domain have been believed to be crucial factors in writing instructions. This research, on the contrary dealt with the affective domain variable. Such variables as mental block, self confidence, and self concept were reflected with the students’ writing performance of English Department of STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro. The students’ perception toward writing subject caused the writer’s block. I believed that journal can be an alternative medium to solve the students’ mental block problem. Thus, this research mainly analyzed self concept of writing performance found in the students’ journal.

Abstract

Divorce is the cause of marriage breakdown according to the Islamic and Consitutional Law No. 1 of 1974 about marriage. When there is a marriage, the husband and wife both bear the rights and duties that must be fulfilled in order to build a sakinnah, mawaddah and rahmah family. When thay cannot execute their duties, it can be categorized as Nusyuz. The concept of Nusyuz is still very general and has various interpretation, depending on judge's views of who handles divorce cases in religious courts. It induces differences in defining and categorizing nusyuz among judges. This field research was conducted to discover judges' opinions at Riau religious court about the concept of nusyuz and what actions considered to be nusyuz. Observation and interview were employed to collect the data from judges and litigants purposively by using the socio-legal approach. The results of this research showed that Nusyuz means an act of wife which consciously disobey her obligation to her husband. In determining nusyuz, the judges also examined the action consideration.

Abstract

This study examines the Teaching Knowledge Test (TKT) to increase the English teacher Pedagogical Competence of senior high school in Metro and Its Impact on the Asean Economic Community (AEC). This purpose of the study are (1) to explain and to describe the Teaching Knowledge Test (TKT) can increase the english teacher pedagogical competence in Metro City; (2) to explain and to describe the Teaching Knowledge Test (TKT) can help the English teacher in developing their competencies in english teaching and learning and its impact on AEC.This study is a qualitative research with analitical approach. The data resources consists of primary and secondary data. The primary data source is the documentation and secondary data is interviews. The techniques data collection in this study are documentation and interview techniques. The data validation is triangulation method by Creswell.The findings of this study are: first, Teaching Knowledge Test (TKT) can increase the teacher pedagogical competence of senior high school in Metro City. It can be seen that the pre-test and post-test TKT result, namely, all participants of TKT get bandmark 3, and it means is good score. Second, Teaching Knowledge Test can provide a positive contribution in increasing the teacher pedagogical competence. This can be proved from the TKT result, that is, just one participant of TKT gets bandmark 4 with a range of score is 60-80 (very good score), and 4 participants get bandmark 3 with a range of score is 41-60 (good score).Based on the findings of the study concluded that Teaching Knowledge Test (TKT) gives a positive contribution to increase the English teacher pedagogical compentence of senior hight school in Metro city, and they are ready to face of AEC with their to cooperate and collaborate the human resources from abroad.

Abstract

Micro business is currently getting a share of the government and financial institutions because it has an important role in increasing the economic growth of the community. Currently the development of micro-enterprises faces several problems, one of which is limited capital, therefore KSPPS BMT BUS Pati was presented as a provider of financial services for micro-entrepreneurs. KSPPS BMT BUS Pati emphasizes the use of sharia principles in its contracts, one of which is the Mudharabah financing agreement. This contract is theoretically difficult to implement in terms of profit sharing, because capital must be fully from the capital owner and the possibility of moral hazard from related parties. This study aimed to determine the factors that influence the return on profit sharing. The research method used in this study is descriptive analysis and OLS. The results of the analysis show that the factors that influence the return of profit sharing practices at KSPPS BMT BUS Pati were the relationship between BMT and customers, business sector, financing amount, length of business, and payment period.

Abstract

The mission of national education is to educate and shape the generation that has a good personality characteristic. This research was conducted in order to support the success of achieving above mission by investigating the influence of religious activities in the school and family environment in shaping the Islamic character of students. Muhammadiyah 2 Junior High School of Yogyakarta provides character and religious education with the programs integrated with learning inside and outside the classroom such as Tahsin Al-Quran, Tahfizh Al-Quran, and so forth. The implementations of religious activities are expected to influence the students’ religious experiences to become the expected character.

Abstract

This research was conducted to investigate the process of spirituality values in the counselling process carried by counsellors to students of Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Ummah Kota Gede Yogyakarta. The urgency of this study is according to the facts in which show that Guidance and Counselling is considered as something that is scary,shunned and becomes an enemy to students. This condition occurs because the majority of Counselling Guidance in schools are considered as school police, lawyers, guardians of the rules and courts for sanctioned students. This qualitative research was conducted by interviewing and observing counselling teachers at the Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Ummah regarding spirituality values in its implementation. Based on the results of the analysis, Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Ummah has unconsciously practiced spirituality values in the Guidance and Counselling process by conducting classical counselling services such as providing understanding and socialization about Guidance and Counselling, learning motivation, inspirational stories (role models). Besides that, the Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Ummah also teaches values and spirituality by commanding students to read the Asmaul Husna, and dhikr at every morning to strengthen their piety and characteristic.

Abstract

The study of hadith book is important and must be preserved in order to enrich the knowledge about hadith, one of them is the study of book of Al-Arba'in namely the Al-Fikriyyah Al-Khil'ah book bi Syarh Al-Minhah Al-Khairiyyah by Syaikh Mahfūdz Al-Tirmasī and the book Al-Arba'ūna Al-Buldāniyyah Arba'ūna Hadītsan 'an Arba'īna Syaikhan min Arba'īna Baladan by Syaikh Yasin Al-Fādāī. Based on the results of the study, there are differences in motivation and drafting methods of these two hadith books. The compilation of the Al-Khil'ah Al-Fikriyyah book is due to the existence of the Al-Bukhari Tsulatsiyat book which numbered 22 hadiths, so that the author was motivated to complete it into 40 hadiths which as a whole had a high sanad (isnad ‘ali). While the method of composing the book Al-Khil'ah Al-Fikriyyah was compiled with the names of books starting from Kutub Al-Sittah, Al-Muwatha 'and Tsulatsiyat al-Bukhari. The motivation for compiling the book Al-Arba'ūna Al-Buldāniyyah was that Syaikh Yasin Al-Fadānī should facilitate Muslims in response to the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad. While the method of compiling the book al-Arba'ūna al-Buldāniyyah was the traditions listed therein purely the traditions of the nabawiyyah and arranged in a juz model (part), it made it seemed simpler. The location of the equations of the two books of the hadith is the existence of syarh (explanatory) on each hadith, the number of hadiths, and the sanad that arrived at the Prophet Muhammad. In terms of scientific quality, Sheikh Mahfudz Al-Tirm and Sheikh Yasin Al-Fadani received much recognition from both Arab scholars and the archipelago as scholars who mastered various disciplines, especially Hadith.
