Abstract

The non-formal education of an education service that is not limited by age, time, gender, race (ethnicity, descent), economy, socio-cultural conditions, religion and so on, although formal education is an essential component of lifelong education, Informal education in the framework of lifelong educational services for the community is needed now and in the future. Herewith the Researcher uses analytic descriptive method with case study variation. Descriptive analytic method is a method of research that emphasizes the effort to obtain information about the status or symptoms at the time of the study, provide an overview of the phenomena, also further explain the relationship, and draw the meaning of a desired problem. The research in Learning centers al-Suroya in which there is Non Formal Education which is carried out especially Package B and Package C and others can fulfill a function in the effort to serve the needs of society outside the school system, the main target of non formal education and is needed by the community especially the people who want Continuing education, as well as developing the ability of interest and talent as well as training, in the hope that this program is implemented in accordance with the ability of the community despite many obstacles.

Abstract

Maqashid Sharia is the purpose of Allah Swt, as syar'iah maker to give the benefit of his servant, both in this world and in the hereafter when they acting accordance with the rules of the Shari'ah Allah.In the curriculum, wich includes materials jurisprudence of the reasons why someone must worship according to Islamic law, what is the purpose and benefit to them is maqashid al-Sharia. Jurisprudence based material maqashid al-Sharia will emphasize why the students should worship, what are the benefits, uses, benefits and wisdom for them. Knowing maqashid Sharia, students will be motivated to perform worship that was taught by sincere, foster a sense of obedience to Allah and to develop awareness of themselves in religious practice in everyday life. The effective and efficient of concept learning that is delivering materials maqashid Sharia-based jurisprudence, namely the principles of learning utilizes brain potential students, grow the insight or perception of the students, emotions, putting the procedural capabilities, meaningfull learning, and learning by fun. The strategy used collaboration of inquiry learning, contextual and expository, lectures method, story telling, demonstrations, resource person, recitation and questioning. Media studies; visual, audio, visual and audio environment. Learning resources are books, magazines, newsletters, the Internet, and bring in natural resources (actors). Evaluation adheres to the principle of continuity, integrity and holistic.

Abstract

This research is intended to describe critically and qualitatively the synergy among Islamic education supervisor, head master, and Islamic education teacher in implementing 2013 curriculum through academic supervision. The data collecting techniques used in this research are observation, interview, and document review. The results of the research are (1) the supervision is conducted by Islamic education supervisor not only gradually but also incidentally through academic, administrative, and clinical supervision; (2) the academic supervision of Islamic education at MA Metro city is conducted based on qualified Islamic education supervisor, eight education quality standards, prime duty and function of Islamic education supervisor, effective madrasah management by head master, vision, mission and Islamic education strategy, and terms of reference of Islamic education supervision; 3) there are several problems that supervisor, head master, and Islamic education teacher have in implementing 2013 curriculum; 4) the synergy of quality assurance in implementing K13 must be based on maximum effort of Islamic education supervisor, head master, and Islamic education teachers at MA that are conducted according to eight terms of reference: inspecting, advising, monitoring, reporting, coordinating, and performing leadership.

Abstract

Being introduced the concept of diversion arranged in constitution of child criminal justice system 2012 gives the different nuance for the implementation of child criminal justice system in Indonesia. Therefore, the implementation of diversion concept becomes a definiteness that must be noticed. In realizing the retroactive justice for children, the implementation of law becomes one of the important components. Thus, it is need to be understood the strategy of implementation carried out by the upholder as the law structure. This is a library research by using documentation as the data collection technique. The result of the research shows that the preparation of facilities and infrastructure in handling the diversion problem for children is one of the implementation strategies done by the state court of Metro. Whereas, the investigation in police resort of Metro has not had special space used, so that it can be one of the constraint faced by the institution of diversion implementer if considered from the culture aspect.

Abstract

Indonesia has a plurality of tribes and religions. The plurality of this tribe is one of the characteristics of Indonesian society that can be proud. However, we do not realize that the plurality also holds the potential for conflict that can threaten the life of the nation and the state. This has been proven in some areas of Indonesia such as the Sampit conflict between the Madurese and Dayaks, in Poso between Christians and Muslims, in Aceh between GAM and RI, the Ahmadiyah conflict, religious blasphemy, the infiltration of radicalism and terrorism, HTI dissolution etc. To minimize this, in schools must be instilled togetherness values, tolerant and able to adapt in various differences. The purpose of this study is to determine the urgency of multicultural education in Indonesia. With multicultural education, it is hoped to build multicultural discourse among teachers and students that not only able to build students' skills on subjects taught but be able to apply the values of pluralism, humanism and democracy directly in schools so that the nation is able to face various forms of conflict social. This research method is literature study (Library Research). In the approach using normative descriptive with more emphasis on the power of data analysis on existing data sources. The method uses content analysis is a method that prioritizes on the disclose aspects of the content (essence) of some existing proportions. From the results of this study, the authors conclude that the urgency of multicultural education in Indonesia is as an alternative means of solving conflicts, fostering students not deprived of cultural roots, as the foundation for the development of the national curriculum, and the realization of a multicultural Indonesian society. The implementation of the school, in the context of learning needs integrative learning model approach (teachers organize the material by linking several themes from various relevant subjects eg through religious subjects and civics), teachers have relevant learning strategy that is student centered instruction through discussion, simulation and games, strengthening character education in schools such as religious, nationalist, independent, mutual cooperation and integrity, growing religious tolerance values by schools must prepare a curriculum that includes the values of pluralism and tolerance

Abstract

Educational responsibility is not just transferring knowledge but also transferring the values to the students themselves. The responsibility aims to form students in order to have a whole personality, ie a person who not only has a wide knowledge, but also has a deep spirituality. To achieve this noble goal is partially burdened to religious teachers in schools through Islamic Religious Education. At the level of Senior High School, students are required to have high morality and spirituality. Students are required to have a good religious knowledge as well as to practice the teachings of religion in daily life. This paper seeks to reveal the religiosity of high school students associated with learning of Islamic Religious Education in schools. More specifically, this research-based article seeks to express the high school religious religiosity in Metro City. Then know the effectiveness of PAI in SMA towards the formation of values of religiosity residing in student. And knowing the implementation of PAI in high school does substantively give emphasis on the internalization of religious values or limited to cognitive knowledge only religion. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that in terms of the level of religiosity or religious level of high school adolescents in Metro City, found the findings that 30% of them including Less religious categories, the remaining 47.50% including the category is quite Religious and 22.50% including the Religious category. While viewed from the effectiveness of the success of PAI in SMA towards the achievement of high school religusitas level found the fact that only 9% of the high school adolescents who claimed learning PAI is the main factor causing the achievement level of religiousity they feel. The remaining 45% is due to family factors, 12.5% because of their liveliness factor in Rohis. And the remaining 20% due to their intersection with mosques, madrassas and boarding schools (pondok pesantren). Overall implementation of learning PAI in SMA has been planned and implemented with reference to three aspects of learning objectives, namely coginitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. However, in the affective aspect, religious teachers are only able to assess the attitudes and behavior of students when in the classroom, while religious behavior outside the classroom or outside the school can not be known. The difficulty of PAI teachers in looking at the success rate of PAI is on the affective aspect, ie whether the religious values that have been implanted to the students can be internalized in the student's personal.

Abstract

Perkembangan globalisasi dan era informasi yang disertai dengan semakin terbukanya perdagangan bebas merupakan tantangan dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan Bangsa Indonesia. Menghadapi tantangan tersebut, pemerintah mengeluarkan beberapa kebijakan pembangunan antara lain dengan pendayagunaan aparatur Negara dan meningkatkan sumber daya manusia termasuk pada institusi pendidikan. STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro sebagai penyelenggara Pendidikan Tinggi menjadi bagian yang sangat panting terkait pengelolaan pendidikan dalam keikutsertaannya mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan nasional. Tercapainya tujuan organisasi pendidikan tidak hanya tergantung pada ketersediaannya sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, akan tetapi tergantung juga pada peran Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dalam melaksanakan tugas dan perannya. STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro merupakan satu-satunya perguruan tinggi Islam di Rota Metro. Pengaruh motivasi kerja yang ditunjukan dengan motivasi dari gaji secara langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai telah dibuktikan oleh penelitian Yuwono dan Hajar. Yaitu motivasi kerja yang tinggi akan berdampak pada kinerja pegawai yang tinggi pula. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pengujian hipotesis terbukti bahwa variabel motivasi kerja yang terdiri dari keberhasilan pekerjaan (Xl), Pengakuan alas prestasi (X2). Pekerjaan itu sendiri (X3), Tanggung jawab (X4) dan Pengembangan (X5) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dalam mengembangkan sistem informasi akademik di STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro. hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai Fhitung lebih besar dibandingkan dengan nilai PWC (16,62l>4,3874) dan nilai signifikan F sebesar 0000 yang lain kecil pada taraf signifikan 5%. Dengan nilai koefisien determinasi berganda (R square) sebesar 0,681 artinya variabel bebas terdiri dari keberhasilan pekerjaan, pengakuan atas Prestasi, pekerjaan itu sendiri. Tanggung jawab dan pengembangan memiliki kontribusi sebesar 72,93% dan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya. Kinerja dosen berdasarkan pengajaran, penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat ditunjukan dengan nilai Ftabel lebih besar dibandingkan dengan Fhitung yaitu 23,41>19,68 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih besar dibandingkan taraf signifikan yaitu sebesar 5% maka model dikatakan signifikan ada pengaruh antara kinerja dosen dalam mengembangkan sistem informasi akademik.

Abstract

The study about empowerment of people with disability is often done by government and social organizations. This can be seen from the publication of the regulation on the fulfillment of the rights of Personal with Disability (PwDs) summarized in Law number 8 of 2016. Previously, children with special needs (disable) get their right of education only in special schools, thus it impacts to social interaction with children who have no obstacles. Inclusive education offers an integrated education model. Inclusive education is conducted to train the interaction of all people from various circles in order to build friendship and association naturally. It also to motivate children who have special needs to be more confident. Through this background the writer conducted research on the interaction process of people with disability and accessibility and academic services at State Institution for Islamic Studies (IAIN) of Metro by using qualitative descriptive method. It is explorative or developmental in interpreting and drawing conclusions. The result of this research is the process of social interaction between PwDs and the academic community runs fairly. The academic service and the fulfillment of the right to education at IAIN Metro are excellent. However, architectural accessibility on the campus of IAIN Metro needs the significant shortcomings that require continuous improvement. So that the IAIN Metro environment can become an educational institution that is friendly to the environment and can realize inclusive education.

Abstract

This study aimed to improve the memory of students of the Arabic Language Education Study Program at the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training in State Islamic University of Raden Fatah Palembang through Advance Organizer Learning Models based on concept maps. This experimental research employed 40 students consist of experimental and control class. According to Pre-survey data showed that students' average memory in the experimental class reached 4.59%, while the control class reached 4.45%. The target of this study was to improve the students’ memory until 81%. Data collection techniques was employed using action tests were then analyzed quantitatively. After being given a treatment using the Advance Organizer Learning Model based on Concept Maps, the memory of students in the experimental class was obtained 8.05%. Thus, it can be concluded that Advance Organizer Learning Model based on concept maps can improve student memory in Qowaid courses.

Abstract

Sharia economics has been discussed lately, which is all lines call sharia. Islamic banks, sharia pawnshops, sharia insurance, sharia gold, scattered as if fight for sharia title, which is resulted in doubt into the sharia itself. Sharia economy have the complexity and complicated situations, when faced to market management phenomena and wider relugation as well as implications and solutions of sharia economy. Sharia economy in Pancasila perspective becomes important to be lifted with consideration that sharia economy growth in Indonesia, managed by many private sector, it shows where the position of state in this context along with widespread of decentralization issue. Public support for sharia economy is strengthening, sharia economy not just calling or spreading syaria in his efforts but requires the provisions of the Qur'an and Hadith. Economic concepts practically relate to various issues, political, legal, social, cultural, religious and so forth. economic enforcement adopted by the Indonesian people ideologically refers to Pancasila which means incorporating the values of Pancasila in it.
