Abstract

In the current era of advancing digitalization, technology, particularly digital and computational technology, is increasingly being applied in various aspects, including sales. One notable example is the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI), which enables the processing of large volumes of data and provides rapid and precise results. Our Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to fulfill the Tri Dharma of Higher Education by delivering benefits to the community through knowledge sharing for businesses within the community. In this undertaking, our PKM activities are directed towards the management of a beverage company named WEDRINK, situated in the Emporium Pluit Mall Complex, CBD Pluit Block B-01. The purpose of this initiative is to impart knowledge to business management regarding how technological advancements can be harnessed for financial analysis and the assessment of customer satisfaction in order to establish a competitive sales strategy. The PKM team also introduces several technologies that can be employed to enhance customer satisfaction in sales activities. The outcomes produced through this endeavor include a module and a report on the execution of the PKM task, which is submitted as a means of accountability to LPPM Untar. ABSTRAKDalam era digitalisasi yang sedang berkembang saat ini, teknologi terutama teknologi digital dan komputasi banyak mulai diaplikasikan dalam berbagai aspek termasuk pada aspek penjualan. Salah satunya adalah penggunaan kecerdasan buatan atau Artificial Intelligence (AI) yang memungkinkan pengolahan data dalam jumlah besar serta memberikan hasil secara cepat dan akurat. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) kami bertujuan untuk mewujudkan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi dengan memberikan manfaat kepada masyarakat lewat berbagi ilmu untuk usaha yang ada di masyarakat. Dalam kegiatan ini, kegiatan PKM ditujukan untuk manajemen perusahaan minuman ringan dengan nama WEDRINK, yang berlokasi di Komplek Ruko Emporium Pluit Mall, CBD Pluit Blok B-01. Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk membagikan ilmu kepada manajemen usaha terkait bagaimana perkembangan teknologi dapat dimanfaatkan dalam melakukan analisis keuangan dan analisa kepuasan pelanggan untuk strategi penjualan yang unggul. tim PKM juga memperkenalkan beberapa teknologi yang bisa digunakan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dalam aktivitas berjualan. Luaran yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini adalah modul dan laporan pelaksanaan tugas PKM yang diserahkan sebagai pertanggungjawaban kepada LPPM Untar.

Abstract

It is not an easy thing for schools to change the curriculum, as currently the government is changing the curriculum from the previous curriculum, namely the 2013 Curriculum (K-13) to the new curriculum, the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum. The Merdeka Curriculum aims to create diverse intracurricular learning, where the content will be more optimal so that students have enough time to deepen concepts and strengthen competencies, whereas for the 2013 curriculum teachers are required to seek as much knowledge as possible because rapid technological developments make it easier for students to learn. get information. This curriculum transition is also felt by the teacher of grade 1 and grade4 of Elementary School 02 Ciherang, where the teacher need time to understand and implement the Merdeka Curriculum as a reference for teaching and learning activities. This reason is the background for students in Group 02 MBKM KKN- T Tarumanagara University carrying out community services to help teachers and students get to know the curriculum they will use in the future. The activities carried out by Group 02 MBKM KKN-T Students are to hone the intrapersonal and cognitive interaction skills that exist in children, as well as to apply teaching materials through media that activate student responses and generate student learning motivation. The activities carried out are project-based learning, namely by providing science projects to improve students' knowledge and skills. The project given is the Bean Sprouts Planting project where students study the growth stages of plant life. This bean sprout planting project also supports the learning of Natural Sciences and the activity is attended by students from grade 1 and grade 4 accompanied by students from Group 02 MBKM KKN-T. The results obtained after the program was implemented were an increase in students' response and enthusiasm for learning outside the classroom. Students also actively ask questions about planting bean sprouts. From this activity it can be concluded that learning outside the classroom can be applied to increase the response of grade 1, grade 4 and grade 6 students at Ciherang 2 Elementary School to learning material. ABSTRAK Bukan hal yang mudah bagi Sekolah ketika melaksanakan pergantian kurikulum, seperti saat ini dimana pemerintah melakukan perubahan kurikulum dari kurikulum terdahulu yaitu Kurikulum 2013 (K-13) menjadi kurikulum yang baru Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar. Kurikulum Merdeka ialah bertujuan agar terciptanya pembelajaran intrakurikuler yang beragam, dimana konten akan lebih optimal agar peserta didik memiliki cukup waktu untuk mendalami konsep dan menguatkan kompetensi, sedangkan untuk kurikulum 2013 guru dituntut untuk mencari pengetahuan sebanyak – banyaknya karena perkembangan teknologi cepat membuat siswa lebih mudah dalam mendapatkan informasi. Transisi kurikulum ini juga dirasakan oleh tenaga pengajar kelas 1 dan kelas 4 Sekolah Dasar Negeri 02 Ciherang, dimana para tenaga ajar membutuhkan waktu untuk memahami dan mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka sebagai acuan kegiatan belajar – mengajar. Alasan ini melatarbelakangi mahasiswa/i Kelompok 02 MBKM Kuliah Kerja Nyata - Tematik Universitas Tarumanagara melaksanakan kegiatan kepada masyarakata untuk membantu para guru dan murid dalam mengenal kurikulum yang akan mereka gunakan kedepannya. Kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh Mahasiswa/I Kelompok 02 MBKM KKN-T adalah untuk mengasah kemampuan interaksi intrapersonal serta kognitif yang ada pada diri anak – anak, serta untuk mengaplikasikan materi ajar melalui media yang sifatnya mengaktifkan respon siswa serta membangkitkan motivasi belajar siswa. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan adalah pembelajaran berbasis project yaitu dengan memberikan project sains untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa. Project yang diberikan yaitu project Penanaman Tanaman Tauge dimana siswa mempelajari tahap pertumbuhan hidup tanaman. Project penanaman tanaman tauge ini mendukung pula pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan kegiatan diikuti oleh murid – murid kelas 1 dan kelas 4 didampingi oleh mahasiswa/i Kelompok 02 MBKM KKN-T. Hasil yang dapatkan setelah program tersebut terlaksana adalah meningkatnya respon dan antusias murid – murid pada pembelajaran di luar kelas. Siswa juga aktif bertanya mengenai Penanaman Tanaman Tauge. Dari kegiatan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran di luar kelas dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan respon siswa kelas 1, kelas 4 dan kelas 6 Sekolah Dasar Negeri Ciherang 2 terhadap suatu materi pembelajaran.

Abstract

Mastery of literacy and numeracy skills is important for everyday life, not just in school. Literacy is a general term that refers to a set of individual abilities and skills in reading, writing, speaking and solving problems at a certain level of expertise needed in everyday life, and numeracy is a special ability in counting, and knowledge of using various kinds of symbols related to basic mathematics to solve practical problems so that numerical abilities affect students' ability to understand and solve problems related to numbers. This problem is the background for the activities of Group 2 KKN-T students to carry out a work program to improve students' literacy and numeracy skills. This program is aimed at grade 1 and grade 4 students considering that grade 1 and grade 4 students have changed the curriculum from the 2013 curriculum (K-13) to the 2021 curriculum, namely the Merdeka Curriculum. Grade 1 and grade 4 students were selected for the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum, before it was implemented at all grade levels. The purpose of this program is to hone and strengthen students' literacy and numeracy knowledge and skills in interpreting numbers, and enriching vocabulary. The activities carried out are by giving practice problems in the form of stories and conducting questions and answers to increase interaction between students and teaching staff. Based on the results of the assessment of students, it is known that this program received a good response from students. The results of this activity became a benchmark for creating teaching materials that were submitted to teachers to help improve literacy and numeracy skills, especially for grade 1 and grade 4 students, as well as for all students of State Elementary School 02 Ciherang. ABSTRAK Penguasaan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi adalah hal yang penting bagi kehidupan sehari – hari, bukan hanya dalam lingkup sekolah saja. Literasi adalah istilah umum yang merujuk kepada serangkaian kemampuan dan keterampilan individu dalam membaca, menulis, berbicara dan memecahkan masalah pada tingkat keahlian tertentu yang diperlukan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, dan numerasi adalah kemampuan khusus dalam hitung menghitung, dan pengetahuan menggunakan berbagai macam simbol terkait matematika dasar guna memecahkan masalah praktis sehingga kemampuan numerik mempengaruhi kemampuan siswa dalam memahami dan menyelesaikan soal yang berhubungan dengan angka. Hal ini melatar belakangi kegiatan mahasiswa Kelompok 2 KKN-T untuk melakukan program kerja peningkatan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa. Program ini ditujukan kepada siswa kelas 1 dan kelas 4 mengingat para siswa kelas 1 dan kelas 4 mendapati pergantian kurikulum yang semula kurikulum 2013 (K-13) menjadi kurikulum 2021 yaitu Kurikulum Merdeka. Siswa kelas 1 dan kelas 4 dipilih untuk implementasi kurikulum Merdeka, sebelum diimplementasikan di semua tingkatan kelas. Tujuan dari program ini adalah untuk mengasah serta menguatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan literasi dan numerasi siswa dalam menginterprestasikan angka, serta memperkaya perbendaharaan kosa kata. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah dengan memberi latihan soal dalam bentuk cerita maupun melakukan tanya jawab untuk meningkatkan interaksi antara siswa dengan tenaga pengajar. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian terhadap siswa, diketahui bahwa program ini mendapat respon yang baik dari para peserta didik. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menjadi tolak ukur untuk membuat materi ajar yang diserahkan kepada guru untuk membantu meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi, khususnya pada siswa kelas 1 dan kelas 4, maupun untuk seluruh siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri 02 Ciherang.

Abstract

The era of globalization has propelled the use of computer devices as an integral part of daily human life. The Ministry of Education and Culture responds to this change by integrating the Computer-Based National Assessment Program (ANBK) into school activities. ANBK aims to measure basic and specific competencies of students according to the curriculum, including literacy, numeracy, and skills in critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication. Primary School Negeri 02 Ciherang involves fifth-grade students in ANBK, but challenges arise as most students have not mastered computer usage. Students from Group 2 of the Thematic Real Work Lecture (KKN-T) initiative participate by organizing computer usage training and ANBK problem simulations. The training covers literacy and numeracy questions, computer operation, and direct simulation of ANBK problems using computers. Over three weeks, the training takes place twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Gradual evaluations are conducted to identify challenges. In the first week, some students face difficulties, but progress is evident in the second week, where they can operate computers and complete ANBK simulations on time. In the third week, additional literacy and numeracy questions are introduced, involving all students. With the initiative of KKN-T students, the challenges are overcome, showing positive developments in computer proficiency, and preparing the students of SDN 02 Ciherang to confidently participate in ANBK ABSTRAK Era globalisasi mendorong penggunaan perangkat komputer sebagai bagian integral dari kehidupan sehari-hari manusia. Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan merespons perubahan ini dengan mengintegrasikan Program Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer (ANBK) ke dalam kegiatan sekolah. ANBK bertujuan mengukur kompetensi dasar dan khusus siswa sesuai kurikulum, termasuk literasi, numerasi, dan keterampilan berpikir kritis, kreatif, kolaboratif, serta komunikatif. Sekolah Dasar Negeri 02 Ciherang melibatkan siswa kelas 5 dalam ANBK, namun tantangan muncul karena sebagian besar siswa belum menguasai penggunaan komputer. Mahasiswa Kelompok 2 Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik (KKN-T) turut ambil bagian dengan menyelenggarakan pelatihan penggunaan komputer dan simulasi soal ANBK. Pelatihan mencakup soal literasi membaca dan numerasi, pengoperasian komputer, serta simulasi mengerjakan soal ANBK langsung menggunakan komputer. Selama tiga minggu, pelatihan dilaksanakan dua kali seminggu pada hari Selasa dan Kamis. Evaluasi bertahap dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi kendala. Pada minggu pertama, beberapa siswa mengalami kesulitan, tetapi kemajuan terlihat pada minggu kedua, di mana mereka sudah mampu mengoperasikan komputer dan menyelesaikan simulasi ANBK tepat waktu. Pada minggu ketiga, tambahan soal literasi membaca dan numerasi diberikan, melibatkan seluruh siswa. Dengan inisiatif Mahasiswa KKN-T, siswa SDN 02 Ciherang berhasil mengatasi kendala awal, menunjukkan perkembangan positif dalam penguasaan komputer, dan mempersiapkan mereka untuk mengikuti ANBK dengan lebih percaya diri.

Abstract

The quality of the young generation is a reflection of the nation's future. Jakarta is one of the big cities, but there are still many schools in this city that do not have adequate facilities and even use under bridges as learning places. Character education, academic education, creativity education and communication education must be implemented well. Ethics is a very important education because ethics concerns a person's morals in behaving and communicating. Therefore, ethics must be formed and taught to an individual from a young age, even when a child is still at an early age. Ethics in communication is also influenced by moral principles in accordance with the social environment. The method we use is the implementation method. Implementation methods include observing the implementation location, discussions with the SAJA Studio principal, implementing activities by providing materials and playing. This community service activity has produced results in the form of material regarding communication ethics education which was well received by Sanggar SAJA school students. ABSTRAK Kualitas generasi muda menjadi cerminan bagi masa depan bangsa. Jakarta sebagai salah satu kota besar, namun masih banyak sekolah di kota ini yang tidak memiliki fasilitas memadai bahkan sampai menggunakan kolong jembatan sebagai tempat pembelajaran. Pendidikan karakter, pendidikan akademik, pendidikan kreativitas, maupun pendidikan komunikasi harus diterapkan dengan baik. Etika merupakan pendidikan yang sangat penting karena etika menyangkut moralitas seseorang dalam berperilaku dan berkomunikasi.Oleh karena itu, akhlak harus dilatih dan diajarkan kepada setiap individu sejak dini, bahkan ketika anak masih kecil. Etika berkomunikasi pun dipengaruhi oleh prinsip moral sesuai dengan lingkungan sosial. Komunikasi tidak hanya sekedar berbicara, menyampaikan pesan, menerima pesan, serta mengolahnya saja. Jika anak-anak tidak mampu berkomunikasi, maka anak dapat kesulitan belajar, bersosialisasi, bahkan menggapai cita-citanya. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, Metode pelaksanaan melingkupi observasi tempat pelaksanaan, diskusi dengan kepala sekolah Sanggar SAJA, pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan memberikan materi dan bermain bersama. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini telah membuahkan hasil berupa materi mengenai edukasi etika komunikasi yang diterima baik oleh siswa-siswi sekolah Sanggar SAJA.

Abstract

In December 2022, the Faculty of Communication Sciences, Tarumanagara University, in collaboration with the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of Tarumanagara University, held Community Service activities for victims of the earthquake disaster that occurred in Cianjur, Bogor, in November 2022. In this activity, the Untar Fikom Team had the opportunity to provide training related to disaster journalism for teenagers. From this activity, four teenagers (Ciherang Youth Journalism Team) will manage Instagram from the activities they carried out while participating in the Untar PKM Program and upload information about what happened. in refugee areas and others. However, the Ciherang Youth Journalism Team is still experiencing problems regarding managing Instagram after the disaster victim management process is complete and what material should be uploaded next. It can be seen from the uploads on Instagram @cianjurpkm that they have yet to upload information regularly, and the material uploaded is monotonous or only reposts information from other media, as well as upload criteria that do not meet the standards of journalism. Based on this information, the Tarumanagara University Faculty of Communication Sciences team plans to carry out further mentoring activities to provide refresher information, knowledge, and insight to the Ciherang Youth Journalism Team in managing Instagram. With the theme Instagram Management Training for Online Journalism for Teenagers After the Earthquake in Ciherang, it is hoped that the Ciherang Youth Journalism Team can provide various information and manage Instagram according to Online Journalism standards. The result of this activity is that the Team provides input regarding the development of other content regarding daily activity content or MSME activities that can be developed further. ABSTRAK Pada Bulan Desember 2022 Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Tarumanagara bekerja sama dengan Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) Universitas Tarumanagara menyelenggarakan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat untuk korban bencana gempa bumi yang terjadi di Cianjur Bogor pada bulan November 2022 lalu. Pada kegiatan tersebut Tim dari Fikom Untar berkesempatan untuk memberikan pembekalan terkait jurnalisme bencana untuk remaja, dari kegiatan tersebut diperoleh empat remaja dengan sebutan (Tim Jurnalisme Remaja Ciherang) yang akan mengelola Instagram dari kegiatan yang mereka jalani selama mengikuti Program PKM Untar dan mengunggah informasi yang terjadi di daerah pengungsian dan lain-lain. Namun hingga saat ini Tim Jurnalisme Remaja Ciherang tersebut masih mengalami kendala terkait pengelolaan Instagram tersebut selanjutnya setelah proses penanggulangan korban bencana selesai, dan materi apa yang harus diunggah selanjutnya. Terlihat dari unggahan di Instagram @cianjurpkm yang belum secara rutin mengunggah informasi, dan materi yang diunggah monoton atau hanya melakukan repost informasi dari media lain, serta kriteria unggahan yang belum memenuhi standar sebagai Jurnalisme. Atas informasi tersebut Tim dari Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Tarumanagara berencana melakukan kegiatan pendampingan selanjutnya untuk memberikan penyegaran informasi, pengetahuan dan wawasan kepada Tim Jurnalisme Remaja Ciherang dalam pengelolaan Instagram. Dengan tema Pelatihan Pengelolaan Instagram Untuk Jurnalisme Online Bagi Remaja Pasca Gempa Bumi Di Ciherang, diharapkan Tim Jurnalisme Remaja Ciherang dapat memberikan informasi yang beragam dan dapat mengelola Instagram sesuai standar Jurnalisme Online. Hasil dari kegiatan tersebut adalah Tim memberikan masukan terkait pengembangan konten yang lain terkait konten kegiatan sehari-hari atau kegiatan UMKM yang dapat dikembangkan selanjutnya.

Abstract

PKM software-based accounting digitization training with the topic of sales at SMA Santo Kristoforus I West Jakarta aims to provide an understanding of software-based accounting digitization, the operation of accounting software for sales transactions in trading companies, and financial reporting, especially profit and loss reports for trading companies with the help of accounting software. The problem faced by partners is that there is no software-based digital accounting training at Santo Kristoforus I High School before, so the PKM team is trying to provide a solution by holding software-based accounting digitalization training. The method used in PKM is a training method using theoretical discussions and calculation questions related to sales accompanied by inputting transactions into accounting software. The training at Santo Kristoforus I High School, West Jakarta was carried out on October 27 2023 and November 8 2023, from 14.45 – 16.45, located in the computer laboratory room of Santo Kristoforus I High School. The results of the training contributed positively to the students of Kristoforus High School, where the students /i gain knowledge about software-based digital accounting.

Abstract

Rasulullah SAW Orphanage Foundation is one of many registered social institution in Jakarta. As one of the facilitator for orphans and homeless kids, the foundation tries to develop the children to save the future of the country. Leading for some innovations, the foundation had already digitized donation process far before the team arrived. However, the number of donations still sometimes not sufficient to help the student enroll normally. For example, they need the bag that not included from the local goverment social donation for education. Sometimes they also possesed excessive food stocks while they need other urgent equipments for the education process. Based on those problems, the CSR team from UNTAR try to develop their marketing communication skills by arranging the scheduled training session. The objective of the session is to develop the marketing communication skills for both the student and its foundation. As a result, both the student and the comittee from the foundation enthusiasticly participated the event. For the post-session expectations, they can enhance both their awareness and crowdfunding system by implementing a good marketing communication skills. The CSR team concluded that this program can work excellently if the foundation periodically develop their students’ skillsets by practicing the marketing communication techniques.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the micro businesses that empower home industries. In an effort to increase competitiveness and expand marketing reach, MSMEs can take advantage of information technology. Several ways to increase competitiveness and marketing, one of which is to provide information about MSMEs so that more people can get this information. The development of the food and beverage home industry recently has increasingly led to brand awareness, with many of these brand owners developing their businesses by opening up opportunities for the wider community to use the MSME trade brand, namely by franchising. As a new brand, Roti Teteh faces an obstacle, namely that the name of this MSME is not well known to the public. In its young age, built in February 2022, Roti Teteh only has 1 sales location, and plans to build in other locations. Roti Teteh faces difficult competition amidst the rise of similar businesses that offer collaboration in the form of franchises. These MSMEs do not yet have the means to disseminate information about products and cooperation packages that can be accessed by the wider community. This PKM activity is concentrated on gathering needs and building a corporate profile website which is equipped with a franchise package collaboration offer feature. The results of the work have been published and well received by partners.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus is the cause of 1.5 million deaths, and 48% of all diabetes-related deaths occur in individuals under the age of 70. Monitoring blood glucose levels is a crucial part of preventive measures against diabetes mellitus. Many people are unaware of their blood sugar levels due to laziness and a belief that it is not important, as diabetes mellitus often shows no symptoms. Partners in this activity rarely undergo blood glucose checks due to their busy schedules and a perception that checking blood sugar levels is unnecessary when no symptoms of diabetes mellitus are present. Blood glucose testing is the initial step in early detection of diabetes mellitus and raising awareness about the importance of regulating blood sugar levels in partners. Based on the issues with the partners, the objective of the health service team from FK UNTAR is to increase awareness of blood glucose testing for early detection of diabetes mellitus. A total of 23 educators underwent testing. The fasting blood glucose results revealed that 17.4% of participants had levels in the range of 100-125 mg/dL, and 4.3% had levels ≥ 126 mg/dL (due to a history of diabetes). This activity was carried out as an early detection effort to prevent the development of diabetes mellitus in the future. Therefore, further activities are needed to assist educators with results falling into the prediabetes category, encouraging preventive measures to avoid the progression to diabetes mellitus, and for those with high results, immediate consultation with a doctor for further management.
