This study aims to prove the effect of the circuit games learning model on students' motor skills through the motor fitness test instrument. Motoric abilities start from basic locomotor and non-locomotor movements to the occurrence of manipulative movements in students. Motoric abilities are thought to be able to develop students' movement and physical abilities. 30 students of SDN Kendalbulur I were selected consecutively to take part in the study using the circuit games learning model experiment. The research instrument used the motor fitness test. The statistical test uses an influence test using the pre and post-test format. The results showed that all motor fitness test items experienced an increase in value before and after the circuit games learning model was implemented (p <0.05). This shows that the motor skills of students have increased after learning is done. Recommendations from the results of the research are that PJOK teachers can apply game-based learning models, especially in circuit games. Furthermore, other game-based learning models are studied to be able to complement the learning model of circuit games.

The main objective of this research is to analyze the effect of target game practice and over-the-wall practice to increase the accuracy of the top serve. This research was conducted on 30 students participating in volleyball extracurricular activities at SMAN 1 Balinggi. There were three groups, each group numbering 10 people, namely group 1 was given target game practice, group 2 was given training on serving against the wall with a target and the control group. Data retrieval is done by testing the service accuracy using the service accuracy test. Data analysis used paired t-test and Way ANOVA with = 0.05. Results: there is a significant effect of target game practice on the accuracy of the upper serve with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. There is a significant effect of top-serve training with a target on the accuracy of the top service with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. There was a significant difference between the three groups in the accuracy of serving over 18.894>t3.39. Group 1 was better than Group 2 and Group 3 in improving their top serve accuracy. Conclusion: There is a significant effect of target game practice and over-the-wall practice with targets in improving the accuracy of the top serve.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the coaches work cultural behavior in DIY province in the context of POPNAS 2023 (National Student Sports Week) Indonesia. The importance of this study is to evaluate the trainer's performance during the training periodization. This research uses survey method, its analysis uses quantitative descriptive. The sample of this research is 40 trainers consisting of 15 types of sports, these sports will be competed in the Indonesian POPNAS (National Student Sports Week). The research instrument was a questionnaire in the form of a Google form consisting of 24 statement items. The indicators of the coache work culture behavior are divided into attitudes toward work and behavior on time work. Test the validity of the instrument using Aiken's with a value of 0.898 and Cronbach's Alpha reliability test with a value of 0.791. The results of this study indicate that the cultural behavior of DIY provincial trainers shows the results of "very poor" 4 coaches (10%), "less" 7 coaches (17.5%), "enough" 21 coaches (52.5%), "Good" 6 coaches (15 %), “very good” 2 coaches (5%). Based on the results of research on work behavior, the work culture of DIY coaches is in the dominant category of "enough". Thus it can be an evaluation material for all levels of coaches and sports organizations about the importance of coach awareness and other support including sports institutions so that they pay more attention to coaches. Suggestions from this study so that research can be developed by adding samples or research variables. Because research that examines the work culture of coaches is still a little published.

Adopting a sedentary lifestyle can elevate the likelihood of developing non-communicable illnesses like obesity and cardiovascular issues. Employees often engage in prolonged sedentary behaviour due to spending over 6 hours gazing at computer screens. This research endeavours to investigate the potential impact of mixed-impact aerobics on Body Mass Index (BMI) as well as its ability to lessen sedentary behaviour. The study employed a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pre-test-post-test design. Sixty individuals were chosen through purposive sampling and split into two groups, but only the experimental group consisting of 30 individuals underwent a pretest-posttest treatment that lasted for 8 weeks with a frequency of 3 treatments per week. The findings of the study indicated a significant impact on the incidence of BMI, as well as a reduction in sedentary behaviour, as evidenced by the values (p=0.001 and 0.0065 <0.05). This study shows that mixed-impact aerobic exercise has a significant effect on BMI and decreases sedentary behaviour in employees.

The passing technique is the technique most often used in football games. Passing is a technique for passing the ball between one player and another. The problem in this study is that many passes are not on target by players so the game becomes ineffective. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of small-sided games on improving the accuracy of football passing. This research is experimental research with a matching-only design. The research sample used was 20 players from the DESEAD FC Bangkalan team aged 12-14 years. The division of the experimental and control groups will use the MSOP technique. The results of the descriptive analysis of the experimental group obtained the mean pretest and mean posttest, while for the control group the mean pretest and mean posttest. For the results of the paired sample t-test in the experimental group, the Sig. 0.000 <0.05, so there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest data. Meanwhile, in the control group Sig. 0.148 > 0.05 there was no significant difference in the pretest and posttest results of the control group. From the results of the independent sample t-test, the value of Sig. (2-tailed) 0.001 <0.05 There is a significant difference between the post-test results of the experimental group and the control group. For the percentage increase in data on passing test results, the experimental group had a significant increase of 21.59%. Meanwhile, the control group did not have a significant increase of 1.53%. So it can be concluded that small-sided games training is very influential in increasing the accuracy of football passing.

Persons with disabilities were people who had long-term physical, mental, intellectual or sensory limitations. People with disabilities were divided into several types, namely physical disabilities, sensory disabilities, mental disabilities, and intellectual disabilities. Deaf people are included in sensory disabilities who have limited senses. So people with disabilities need special assistance, especially in starting swimming. The purpose of this study was to determine whether deaf swimmers need a swimming start aid. The research method used was a descriptive method with a survey technique. The time of study was carried out in 2022 starting from April to July. The location for data collection was carried out at the Senen Jakarta swimming pool. The population and samples used were athletes with hearing impairment in DKI Jakarta, totalling 20 people using total sampling. The research instrument used was a questionnaire to analyze the need for start aids for deaf swimmers by having three indicators as a decision maker on whether or not to use start aids for deaf swimmers. The data analysis technique used was the descriptive analysis technique. The results showed that deaf swimmers needed a start aid. Further research is expected to be able to make starting aids that can be used by deaf swimmers to achieve optimal performance.

Tension-type headache is one of the most common complaints of musculoskeletal pain due to myofascial trigger points. The presence of pain and soreness in the neck and head, tightness, stiffness, spasms, and limitation of motion is a complaint that is often experienced by patients. Methods: This study aims to determine the effect of the Integrated Neuromuscular Inhibition Technique exercise on increasing the functional ability of the neck in Tension-Type Headache conditions. This research is a pre-experimental study with a pre-test and post-test one-group design using an accidental sampling technique with a total sample of 30 people. The place of research was conducted at the Telkomedika Makassar Clinic. A tool to measure the functional ability of the neck using the Neck Disability Index (NDI). Result: The results of the study were an increase in the functional ability of the neck based on measurements of the Neck Disability Index (NDI), namely a pre-test value of 48.80 to a post-test of 41.13 in the condition of Tension-Type Headache at the Telkomedika Clinic Makassar because after being given Integrated Neuromuscular Inhibition Technique therapy (INIT) decreased neck pain, decreased spasm of the neck muscles, and increased functional ability of the neck. Conclusion: Integrated Neuromuscular Inhibition Technique exercises can improve the functional ability of the neck in Tension-Type Headache conditions at the Telkomedika Clinic in Makassar.
