Abstract

Pendidikan abad 21 menuntut guru untuk mengembangkan kompetensi, agar mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi dan metode pembelajaran yang baru. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru yaitu melalui program pengembangan profesionalisme. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pengembangan profesionalisme yang diterapkan di SDN Waringin telah berhasil meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran, dengan guru yang lebih kompeten dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, serta lebih mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Selain itu, pengembangan kompetensi sosial dan kepribadian guru juga mengalami peningkatan, sehingga terciptanya hubungan yang harmonis di sekolah. Meski demikian, beberapa hambatan seperti keterbatasan anggaran, akses pelatihan yang sulit, dan kendala kebijakan menjadi tantangan dalam pelaksanaan program. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun menghadapi beberapa kendala, program pengembangan profesionalisme guru di SDN Waringin memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi dan kualitas pendidikan.

Abstract

The transformation of the role of school supervisors into one of the change agendas is very necessary to support the realization of student-centered learning through the mentoring cycle. The mentoring referred to is the activity of school supervisors working with school principals in increasing the capacity and quality of education unit services to carry out student-centred learning using relevant strategies and methods. Assistance of school supervisors in implementing the school principal's progress achievements as an implementation of the commitment of the head of the educational unit of each assisted school in realizing their school's work program. This activity is carried out through discussions, interviews and recorded results are expressed in the form of data processing instruments according to the results obtained by each -each head of educational unit. The aim of this writing is to provide a comprehensive overview of the implementation of supervisory duties in supporting the development and improvement of the quality of education in educational units. This study is divided into seven parts, namely: 1) Progress of Educational Report Card achievements, 2) Progress of development of infrastructure, 3) Progress of PTK competency development, 4)Progress of Student Competency Development, 5) Academic/non-academic achievement of Persetadik and PTK, 6) Data-Based Planning, Preparation of RKT/RKAS documents, and 7)Preparation of Education Unit Curriculum Documents. Conclusion: The mentoring that has been implemented in 18 educational units/facilitated schools has succeeded in making a positive contribution to improving the quality of learning, both in terms of curriculum, teacher competency, school management and infrastructure development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Independent Curriculum through the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning in class VIII of UPT SMP Negeri 3 Gresik. The KurikulumMerdeka encourages more flexible, inclusive, and student-based learning, while the TGT model facilitates collaboration, active interaction, and healthy competition between students to improve their understanding and involvement. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the TGT model can increase students' active participation in PAI learning. Students who previously tended to be passive became more involved in group discussions and more confident in expressing their opinions. In addition, students' understanding of PAI material also increased, especially in connecting religious values with their personal experiences.

Abstract

Standar tingkat pencapaian pembelajaran mahasiswa melalui proses internalisasi Al Qur'an dan Hadits dalam proses pembelajaran. Penanaman nilai Pendidikan Agama Islam pada mahasiswa hal yang penting dan sesuatu yang bersifat abtrak, maka diperlukan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi yang tepat yang dilakukan oleh dosen dalam menanamakan nilai abstrak tersebut kepada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis internalisasi Al Qur'an dan Hadits Pada Kegiatan Perkuliahan. Penelitian ini digolongkan kepada penelitian kualitatif dengan diskriptif analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data menggunakan triangulasi data dengan melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data dan kesimpuan. Lokus penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni sampai bulan Agustus 2024 dengan informan yaitu Dosen dan mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada proses kegiatan perkuliahan setiap dosen menyisipkan Al-Qur’an dan Hadits dalam memberikan materi yang terkait dalam pembahasan di saat perkuliahan. Adapun rekomendasi dari penelitian ini agar penelitian selanjutnya dapat melakukan penelitian yang dilakukan pada setiap mata kuliah umum juga.

Abstract

Education in the digital era faces very tough challenges, both from character formation to the independence of a student which is still not visible. This research aims to identify educational supervision as an important aspect in achieving the goals of Islamic education. The Qur'an emphasizes the importance of supervision in forming character, improving the quality of education, and preventing mistakes. Therefore, the implementation of educational supervision that is effective and in accordance with the values of the Qur'an needs to be carried out to achieve this goal. The research results show the importance of (1) Periodic Supervision: Carrying out regular supervision to monitor the educational process. (2) Evaluation and Feedback: Provide constructive evaluation and feedback to improve the quality of education. Guidance and Counselling: Providing guidance and counseling to help students overcome difficulties. (3) Collaboration with Parents: Collaborating with parents to ensure harmony between education at school and at home.

Abstract

This study evaluates the anti-bullying digital complaint service program "SiLaMis" at SD Negeri 11 Padangsambian Denpasar, Bali, which aims to create a safe and comfortable learning environment for students. Using the CIPP program evaluation model, this study found that the SILAMIS program is aligned with the school's vision, has quality resources, innovative features, and adequate training. This program is also carried out according to procedures and is effective in suppressing bullying cases, and shows a positive impact on reducing bullying cases, increasing student comfort, and service user satisfaction. The results of the study recommend that the SILAMIS program be continued by strengthening the existing advantages and improving the quality and efficiency of the program.

Abstract

The independent curriculum as an effort to improve the quality of Indonesian education gave birth to a new character education known as the Pancasila student profile. The Pancasila student profile answers the character problems of the nation's children in the current era. The aim of the Pancasila student profile is to produce students who have basic competencies and behavior that is in line with Pancasila values. Seeing this urgency, the cultivation of the Pancasila student profile is now starting to be carried out at various levels of education. This research is a descriptive study which aims to analyze the strengthening of the profile of Pancasila students through habituation activities based on Islamic values at Madrasah Tsanawiyah. The subjects of this research were teachers and students at MTsN 1 Yogyakarta. The data collection technique used was semi-structured interviews or in-dept interviews with informants as primary data and document studies as secondary data. The collected data will be analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that efforts to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students can be done through habituation activities based on Islamic values. Habituation activities carried out consistently will shape the behavior and character of students in accordance with the six dimensions of the Pancasila student profile.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji tentang Implementasi Manajemen Kelas di SDIT AL ISHLAH Cibinong. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru-guru dan siswa-siswa SDIT AL ISHLAH Cibinong. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode kualitatif. Implementasi manajemen kelas di SDIT AL ISHLAH Cibinong menerapkan (1)pengelolaan fisik dan (2) pengelolaan siswa, Pengelolaan kelas yang bersifat fisik ini meliputi pengaturan intensitas cahaya, tempat duduk siswa, metode pembelajaran, media pembelajaran, tata tertib di dalam kelas dan lainlain sebagai inventaris kelas. Pengelolaan siswa, Pengelolaan siswa yaitu berkaitan dengan pemberian stimulus dalam rangka membangkitkan dan mempertahankan kondisi motivasi siswa untuk secara sadar berperan aktif dan terlibat dalam proses pendidikan dan pembelajaran di sekolah. Manifestasinya dapat berbentuk kegiatan, tingkah laku, suasana yang diatur atau diciptakan oleh guru dengan memberikan stimulus kepada siswa seperti ikut serta berperan aktif dalam proses pendidikan dan pembelajaran secara penuh. Pengelolaan siswa yang meliputi membina dan membimbing siswa, menetapkan hubungan emosional, mempertahankan minat dan perhatian siswa dan displin di dalam kelas. Sedangkan faktor pendukung manajemen kelas di SDIT AL ISHLAH Cibinong adalah kondisi fisik kelas dan faktor penghambat dalam implementasi manajemen kelas di SDIT AL ISHLAH Cibinong adalah kurangnya pelatihan-pelatihan untuk menunjang kinerja guru.

Abstract

Penerapan kode etik pegawai merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang profesional dan bertanggung jawab. Namun, penerapan kode etik ini tidak selalu berjalan lancar, karena terdapat berbagai tantangan, seperti kurangnya pemahaman tentang implementasi kode etik yang efektif, rendahnya kedisiplinan sebagian pegawai, dan keterbatasan dalam pengawasan yang menyebabkan ketidakpatuhan terhadap budaya kerja yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh lima budaya kerja (integritas, profesionalisme, inovasi, tanggung jawab, dan keteladanan) Kementerian Agama terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan budaya kerja tersebut dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin, dan melibatkan 337 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kode etik pegawai melalui lima budaya kerja di Kementerian Agama memiliki pengaruh sebesar 52% terhadap kinerja pegawai di UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah profesionalisme, inovasi, tanggung jawab, dan keteladanan. Dengan demikian, penerapan kode etik pegawai dalam implementasi budaya kerja Kementerian Agama dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, yang terlihat dari diterimanya sebagian besar hipotesis dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan bagi pimpinan UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih baik dan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Islamic Religious Education in increasing anticorruption awareness among students. The widespread corruption phenomenon in Indonesia shows the importance of character education from an early age, especially through religious education. Islamic Religious Education has great potential in shaping anti-corruption character in students. In addition, this study identifies several factors that affect the effectiveness of Islamic religious education, such as the quality of lecturers, a conducive learning environment, and student involvement in religious activities. With a descriptive qualitative method, data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis of student learning in the Islamic Religious Education course at the University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta. The results of the study show that Islamic Religious Education that integrates anti-corruption values is effective in forming students' awareness of the dangers of corruption and the importance of personal integrity. The research also shows the importance of a more intensive curriculum in terms of anti-corruption materials to support the achievement of anti-corruption attitudes among students. The findings of this study also recommend that universities pay more attention to the quality of Islamic religious education and integrate anti-corruption values more systematically in all aspects of learning. In addition, further research is needed to measure the long-term impact of Islamic religious education in shaping anti-corruption character in university graduates. It is hoped that it can produce a young generation who has high integrity and is able to contribute to building a nation that is clean from corruption.
