Abstract

The effectiveness of group guidance services uses cinema therapy techniques to increase the entrepreneurial interest of students of SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali. Article, Guidance and Counseling Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Tunas Pembangunan University of Surakarta. This research was motivated by the low interest in entrepreneurship of students of SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali. The low interest in entrepreneurship is shown by the number of students who do not want to become entrepreneurs because many students are afraid to build their own business or business, they do not have the courage, are not confident in their abilities, many students think that when building their own business, they will fail and cannot guarantee their success later. Many students of SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali prefer to become employees rather than having to build their own business. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of group guidance services using cinema therapy techniques to increase the entrepreneurial interest of students of SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali. This study uses a quantitative method with a type of pre-experimental research design model one groub pretest-posttest design. The population in this study is 34 students in grade XI of SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali. The sampling technique uses the purposive sampling technique, where the sampling in this study amounted to 8 students of class XI RPL SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali. The data collection method uses questionnaires and documentation. The instrument validity test uses the product moment formula, reliability with the Cronbach alpha formula, and data analysis uses the paired sample t test. The results of data analysis with the paired sample t test, showed that (M = 86.63, SD = 11. 526) while the post test value after the treatment changed to (M = 97.38, SD = 12.397), t (7) = -8.700, sig. (2 Tailed) = 0.000 p < (0.05) means that there is a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test results. Based on the results of the test, it can be concluded that group guidance services using Cinema Therapy Techniques are effective in increasing the entrepreneurial interest of students of SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali. Abstract

This research explores how effective leaders manage their emotions in organizations, focusing on practical strategies that can be used in real-life situations. This research will use a literature review approach. The literature used in this research will be taken from various credible academic sources, including scholarly journals, books, and articles from Google Scholar. Keywords such as "leadership psychology," "emotional intelligence," "emotion management," "emotion management in leadership," and "leadership in crises" will be used in the literature collection. Researchers will use literature published within the last 10-15 years to ensure relevance to the modern context, although relevant classic research will also be considered. The literature collected will be selected based on the following main criteria: relevance, credibility, and timeliness. Data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model includes data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results of this research found that there are several main strategies that leaders can use to manage their emotions in organizations, namely: mindfulness, self-regulation, use of humor, and reframing. Each of these strategies plays an important role in helping leaders manage emotions positively and constructively.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a PPKn Interactive E-Module to increase students' understanding of SMA Negeri 1 Malinau regarding threats to the position of the Republic of Indonesia. It is hoped that the use of innovative learning media can improve the quality of learning and students' understanding of the material being taught. The development of this E-Module uses the ADDIE method, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The final product is tested for suitability by experts. The material expert's assessment resulted in an average score of 3.8 with a percentage of 95%, which is in the "very decent" category. The media expert's assessment resulted in an average score of 3.87 with a percentage of 97%, also in the "very decent" category. The average result of the material and media validator assessment is 3.83 with a percentage of 96%, indicating that this Interactive E-Module is "very suitable" to be used as teaching material regarding threats to the position of the Republic of Indonesia. Product effectiveness testing was carried out through pre-test and posttest, with the t test results showing a significant value (sig) = 0.000, smaller than ? 0.05, so that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The students' average pre-test score was 55.00 and the posttest average score was 85.83, indicating an increase of 30.83. This indicating that there is a significant increase in understanding among class XI students after using the PPKn Interactive E-Module on material regarding threats to the position of the Republic of Indonesia. Thus, the PPKn learning E-Module for class XI at SMA Negeri 1 Malinau is effective in increasing students' understanding of this material

Abstract

The family is the place where a child gets the first education before school. However, many parents do not care about the development of their children’s education, especially in getting closer to the Qur’an. Currently, the Qur’an memorization program is developing rapidly, judging from the number of tahfidz houses that have been established. So it takes the role of parents in building their children as memorizers of the Qur’an. The purpose of this study is to find out how the parenting style of parents to build children as memorizers of the Qur’an. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The subjects of the research are parents and their children. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews and observations. The results of the study show that the parenting style carried out by parents in fostering children as memorizers of the Qur’an is often reading the Qur’an since the child is in the womb, listening to murottal at all times, helping children memorize every time they finish the dawn prayer, helping children leave their memorization every afternoon before Maghrib and choosing a good school to support the Qur’an memorization program in children. This parenting style can help children memorize the Qur’an 1 juz within 40 days so as to build children as memorizers of the Qur’an.

Abstract

The growing concern over employee productivity and job satisfaction has led organizations to focus on welfare programs as a strategic tool. In many companies, these programs are designed to enhance employees’ well-being, which is expected to boost productivity and job satisfaction. However, the effectiveness of these programs remains a topic of debate. This research examines employee welfare programs’ impact on productivity and job satisfaction within various organizational settings. The study utilizes a quantitative approach, employing surveys and questionnaires distributed to 200 employees from diverse industries. Data were analyzed using statistical methods, particularly regression analysis, to determine the correlation between the presence of welfare programs and improvements in productivity and job satisfaction. The findings reveal that companies offering comprehensive welfare programs, such as health benefits, flexible working hours, and professional development opportunities, see significant improvements in employee productivity and job satisfaction. Moreover, employees who feel supported by these programs are likelier to exhibit higher organizational engagement and commitment. In conclusion, welfare programs play a crucial role in enhancing not only productivity but also the overall job satisfaction of employees. Organizations are encouraged to invest in such programs as a long-term strategy for workforce development and retention.
