Abstract

The research was carried out on tenant customers of the Angkasa Badminton center Pekanbaru sports building. In analyzing the data obtained from the research object using descriptive and quantitative methods, descriptive is comparing the actual reality with theories that have something to do with the problem in order to draw conclusions and tabulate it in tabular form and then analyze it according to the research objectives and quantitatively, namely by using statistical tools simple linear regression method to determine the relationship between the dependent variable (Y) with one independent variable (X). Judging from the calculation of the t-test, tcount (7.868) is greater than ttable (1.98969). So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a significant influence between service quality and customer satisfaction. Judging from the results of linear regression, that R2 is 43.3%, while 56.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. This means that service quality has a moderate effect on customer satisfaction. In connection with the lack of maximum service quality, the leadership of the Angkasa Badminton Sports Hall must improve the quality of service to customers in order to increase customer satisfaction, so that customers feel satisfied with the service. It is better if a suggestion box is provided so that the management of Angkasa Badminton Sports Hall understands customer complaints

Abstract

The aim of this research is to see the impact of rising fuel prices and inflation on average per capita expenditure in Riau. The data source obtained was secondary data obtained from BPS Riau in figures with a time series from 2015 to 2022. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that for the classical assumption test all independent variables have no problems (the data are suitable for use in this research). the results of multiple linear regression obtained Y=-5,154+1689,456BBM-25,156,816Infalsi. and the results of the t test showed that variable X1 had a significant effect on the dependent variable, while variable X2 had no significant effect on the dependent variable. Meanwhile, the results of the F test showed that all independent variables had a significant effect on the dependent variable and the magnitude of the effect was 73.0 percent.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and organizational culture on employee performance in the fire and rescue sector in Pelalawan district, Riau province. The types of data used in this research are qualitative data and quantitative data. The population in this study was all 41 employees, the sample in this study was 41 employees or respondents. The data analysis technique uses the analytical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and statistical t test. Research data was collected from respondents and analyzed using linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that the work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a t-count value of (1.685 > 7.881) and organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a t-count value of (1.685 > 3.119)

Abstract

This research was conducted at Privat MTs “X”, Pekanbaru City in 2023. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of School Image (X1) and Location (X2) on Choosing Decisions (Y) at Privat MTs “X”, Pekanbaru City. Because the image of the school and location can influence the decision to choose a school. The population in this study was 579 who chose schools at Privat MTs “X” Pekanbaru City, then based on the help of the Slovin formula the research sample was 86 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling. The research results showed that: first, the results of the F test concluded that jointly/simultaneously the variables School Image (X1) and Location (X2) influenced the decision to choose Privat MTs “X” Pekanbaru City. Second, partially, the School Image variable (X1) has an influence on the decision to choose Privat MTs “X” Pekanbaru City and is proven to have a positive and significant effect. Third, partially, the location variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the decision to choose Privat MTs “X” Pekanbaru City. Fourth, the contribution of the influence of the School Image and Location variables to changes in the Decision to choose variable is 41.4%. while the remaining 58.6% was influenced by other variables not examined in the research

Abstract

This Research Aims To Examine The Influence Of Relationship Marketing On Customer Satisfaction. Therefore The Variables Used Are Trust, Reciprocity, Commitment And Communication. The Type Of The Research Is Explanatory Research With Quantitative Approach. In This Study, Data Was Collected Through Questionnaires From 114 Customers. Quantitative Analysis Includes Verification, Reliability Testing, And Normality Testing. Data Analysis Technique Using A Simple Linear Test, Which Is Used To Test Hypothesis Using T-Test And Deterministic Test. From The Results Of Data Processing Via Spss, The Number Of T Is 3,304 , And From The Percent Distribution Of T, The Table T Is 1, 1981 . While The Table T Count > T, And The Significance Level Is Also 0.001 And Lt; 0.05. Therefore, The Results Of Hypothesis Testing In This Study Indicate That The Relationship Marketing Has An Influence On The Customer Satisfaction In Pegadaian Syariah Pekanbaru.  The Relationship Between Relationship Marketing Variable (X) And Customer Satisfaction (Y) Is Positive, As Evidenced By A Regression Coefficient Of Y= 4,658+0,230X , Which Means That Every 1% Increase In The Monitored Variable Will Increase Customer Satisfaction By 4,658. Abstract

This research was conducted on CV. XY, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions at CV. XY, with the population in this study were 780 people and a sample of 89 people. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and data analysis techniques used with a significant level of 0.05 were validity test, reliability test with Cronbach alpha, t test, and simple linear regression analysis and analysis of determination R Square (R^2). The results of the analysis and the data of this study using SPSS version 21, the results of the simple linear regression equation are Y = 13,121 + 0,775 X. Based on the results of research on the t test, the value of t_count> t_table (8,272> 1,987) then the results of this study indicate that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the data obtained from the results of the correlation analysis between variables X and Y variables obtained R Square (R²) of 0.440 or 44.0%, this shows that the percentage of the contribution of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 44.0% while the remaining 56, 0% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. Thorn. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership on employee work discipline at PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk Duri. The population in this study was 342 people. In this research, the sample was taken using a random sampling technique, namely 77 people. The data used is primary and secondary data with analysis using simple linear regression with the equation Y= 10.352+ 0.898X. The research results show that the t_count > t_table (9,968>11.9921) and the Sig. smaller than 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between leadership on employee work discipline at PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk Duri. The results of the coefficient of determination obtained obtained an R_square value or coefficient of determination of 0.570, which means that the influence of the independent variable/leadership on the dependent variable/employee work discipline is 57.0 percent while the remaining 43.0 percent is influenced by other independent variables which were not observed in the research. such as compensation, work environment, and so on

Abstract

This research was carried out at the Koto Kampar Hulu Community Health Center. The aim of this research is to determine the importance of service quality in increasing patient satisfaction at the Koto Kampar Hulu Community Health Center. In analyzing the data obtained from the research object using quantitative analysis and the number of respondents was 98 people, based on the discussion using simple linear regression, the resulting regression equation was Y=14.095+0.680 X. This means that the value of a is 14.095, this value shows that When the service quality variable (variable patient satisfaction (variable Y) will increase by 0.680 units. The t-count value is 10.611. So when compared to the t-table at significant a = 5%, namely 1.98498, it can be seen that the t-count is greater than the t-table (10.661 > 1.98498). Thus it can be concluded that variable X or the service quality variable has a positive and significant influence on patient satisfaction at the Koto Kampar Hulu Community Health Center. This means that the hypothesis answer for this research is Ha accepted and Ho rejected. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.540 or 54.0% shows that the service quality variable contributes to the patient satisfaction variable by 54.0% while the remainder is 46. 0% (100% - 54.0%) was influenced by other factors not examined in this study

Abstract

To achieve this goal, a study was conducted using a sample of 50 people, using a random census method. Methods of data analysis using simple linear regression. Based on the results of work ability testing has a significant effect on employee productivity Harvesting at PT. YZ, Bengkalis Regency, this is proven based on the t test, it found that t-count is greater than t-table (5.797 > 2.011). The value of R. Square (R2) = (0.642 X 0.642 = 0.412) or 41.2%, the percentage of contribution or contribution of the workability variable to the productivity variable is 0.412 or 41.2% while the remaining 68.8% is influenced by other variables that ignored or not examined in this study. Recommendations that can be submitted It is expected that work supervision of employees must be further improved because from the respondents' answers about the field foreman continuing to supervise harvester activities the lowest response was in the statement quite agree, it can be said that supervision must be a top priority for employees.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Pinasthika Mustika Motor Pekanbaru Partner. The aim of this research is to find out whether work ability influences employee performance at PT. Pinasthika Mustika Motor Pekanbaru Partner. The population in this study was 50 people. This research took samples using a saturated sampling technique, namely the entire population was sampled, namely 50 people. The data used is primary and secondary data with analysis using simple linear regression. The results of the research found that the regression equation was Y=17.614+ 0.617X and the value obtained was t_count > t_tabel (7.129 > 2.01063) with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05 so that H_0 was rejected and H_a was accepted or it could be concluded that work ability had a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Pinasthika Mustika Motor Pekanbaru Partner. The results of the coefficient of determination obtained an R_square value or coefficient of determination of 0.514, which means the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable (work ability) on the dependent variable (employee performance) at PT. Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Motor Pekanbaru was 51.4 percent while the remaining 48.6 percent was influenced by other independent variables that were not observed in this research, such as compensation, work environment, etc
