Eko dan Bisnis: Riau Economic and Business Review
Jurnal ini terbit empat kali setahun pada bulan Maret, Juni, September dan Desember berisi artikel, tulisan ilmiah dalam bentuk hasil penelitian dan non penelitian, kajian analisis, aplikasi teori dan review tentang masalah-masalah ekonomi dan bisnis di masyarakat. Penerbitan jurnal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas serta menyebarluaskan kajian ilmu ekonomi bisnis sekaligus sebagai wahana komunikasi di antara cendikiawan, praktisi, mahasiswa dan pemerhati masalah-masalah ekonomi bisnis. To achieve this goal, a study was conducted using a sample of 50 people, using a random census method. Methods of data analysis using simple linear regression. Based on the results of work ability testing has a significant effect on employee productivity Harvesting at PT. “SSS”, Bengkalis Regency, this is proven based on the t test, it found that t-count is greater than t-table (5.797 > 2.011). The value of R. Square (R2) = (0.642 X 0.642 = 0.412) or 41.2%, the percentage of contribution or contribution of the workability variable to the productivity variable is 0.412 or 41.2% while the remaining 68.8% is influenced by other variables that ignored or not examined in this study. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision on employee work discipline at PT. ABC Pekanbaru. To achieve this goal, a study was conducted using a sample of 31 people, using the census method. Methods of data analysis using simple linear regression. Based on the results of partial t-test testing, it was found that supervision had a significant effect on employee work discipline at PT. ABC Pekanbaru, this is proven based on the t test found that t-count is greater than t-table (10,637 > 2,023). The magnitude of the influence of the supervision variable on the employee work discipline variable is 0.744 (74.4%) this is proven based on the results of the determination test where an R2 value of 0.744 is obtained. Recommendations that can be submitted are expected that the company will carry out careful supervision by the leadership because this gets the lowest response from respondents.

This research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Pekanbaru. The population in this study were 77 people. In this study, the sample was taken using a census technique, namely 77 people. The data used are primary and secondary data with analysis using simple linear regression with the result of the equation Y = 17.062 + 0.672X. The results showed that the t_count > t_table (5.741> 2.0210) and the Sig. smaller than 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between organizational culture on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Pekanbaru. The results of the coefficient of determination obtained the R_square value or the coefficient of determination of 0.452 which means that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 45.2 percent while the remaining 54.8 percent is influenced by other independent variables not observed in this study, such as compensation, environment work, and others.

The aim of this study is to find out the impact of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction on Coffeeshop XYZ City Pekanbaru. To that goal, the research was conducted using a sample of 100 people, using simple random methods. (accidental random sampling). Data analysis methods use simple linear regression. Basing the t test results partially obtained that t-count is larger than t-table (12,711 > 1,984). Thus it can be concluded that the service quality variable has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction on Coffeeshop XYZ Kota Pekanbaru. The R. Square (R2) value of 0.622 (62.2%) explains that the service quality variable contributes an influence on consumer satisfaction on Coffeeshop XYZ City Pekanbaru by 62.2%. The remaining 37.8% describes other free variables not observed in this study. Recommendations that can be submitted are expected that the company pay attention to employees of Coffeeshop XYZ Kota Pekanbaru have expertise in using aiding tools in the service process as this gets the lowest response from respondents

The research conducted at XYZ analyzed data using descriptive and quantitative methods to compare actual reality with theories. The data was tabulated and analyzed according to research objectives. The results showed that respondents strongly agreed with the motivation variable (X) and agreed with the performance variable (Y). The regression equation derived from the research indicated that when the motivation value is 0, teacher performance is positive at 9.829. The motivation coefficient value of 0.734 suggested that a unit increase in motivation led to a 73.4% change in teacher performance. The R Square (R2) value of 0.520 indicated that 52.0% of the teacher performance at SD XYZ in Pekanbaru can be explained by motivation, while the remaining 48.0% is influenced by other factors not examined in the research.

This research was conducted at the Skechers Mall Ciputra Seraya Pekanbaru Store which is located at Jl. Riau No.58, Kampung Baru, Senapelan District, Pekanbaru City. The research aims to determine the effect of promotions on purchasing decisions for Skechers shoe products at the Skechers Mall Ciputra Seraya Pekanbaru Store. the results of simple regression analysis are as follows Y= 10,850 + 0.422X, meaning that when there is an increase in the value of the promotion variable (variable X) by 1 (one) unit, the purchasing decision (variable Y) will increase by 0.422 units. the results of t count > t table are 6,644 > 1,984. The test results show that promotions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Skechers shoe products at the Skechers Mall Ciputra Seraya Pekanbaru Store. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.771 or 77%. So it can be concluded that the promotion variable contributes to changes in purchasing decision variables by 77%. while the remaining 23% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

The aim of the research is to determine the influence of brand image on consumer purchasing decisions for Takoyaki Janda snacks, Raun-Raun Food Park Pekanbaru branch. The population in this study was 99 people and the research sample was 99 people. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The average score for the overall statement about Brand Image is 3.48, meaning that the respondent's answer to the statement about the brand image of Janda Takoyaki Snacks, Raun-Raun Food Psark Pekanbaru Branch is in agreement. Meanwhile, respondents' answers to the Purchase Decision statement indicator averaged 3.13, which means quite agree. The data analysis used is simple linear regression with the regression results obtained, namely, Y= 8,645 + 0.614 Based on the results of the t test, it was found that the t value was 4,035 > 1.985 with a significance level of 0.000< 0.05. This means that brand image has a significant influence on buyers' decisions about Janda Takoyaki Snacks, Raun-Raun Food Park Pekanbaru Branch. The R square value is 0.667 or 66.7%. This means that the influence of Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions is 66.7%. Meanwhile, the remaining 33.3% was influenced by other variables outside this research

This research aims to determine the influence of work enthusiasm on the performance of warehouse employees at PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara. The sample in this research was 34 people with quantitative data processing methods. The results of this research hypothesis test are t count 3.945 > 2.03452 and also a significance level of 0.000 < 0.005. And the results of the hypothesis test in this research are that work morale has a significant effect on the performance of warehouse employees at PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara. The simple regression equation is as follows Y = 29.604 + 0.547 Meanwhile, the relationship between work morale and employee performance in the warehouse section of PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara is positive as evidenced by the results of the regression coefficient (b) of 0.547, which means that every increase in work morale in the warehouse section of PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara Besar influences work morale on employee performance in the warehouse section. PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara is 32.7%.

This research was conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nahdhatul Islam in Mandau District. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of professional competence on the performance of MTs teachers in Mandau District. To achieve this goal, a study was conducted using a sample of 35 people, using the census method. The data analysis method used simple linear regression. Based on the test results on the professional competence variable (X), it was obtained that t count (4.117) was greater than the t table value (2.035) with a significance level of 0.00 <0.05. So it can be concluded that teacher competence has a significant effect on teacher performance at MTs in Mandau District. The R. Square (R2) value is 0.339 or 33.9%, so the percentage of contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 0.33.9 or 33.9% while the remaining 66.1% is influenced by other variables that are ignored or not examined in this study. The recommendation that can be submitted is that the teacher's professional competence variable must carry out continuous scientific development for a better learning plan in order to improve teacher performance at MTs in Mandau District.
