Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) perbedaan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada matakuliah Logika Komputer antara kelas yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran quiz team dengan kelas yang menggunakan metode konvensional, (2) perbedaan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada matakuliah Logika Komputer antara kelas yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran quiz team dengan kelas yang menggunakan metode konvensional ditinjau dari motivasi belajar, (3) interaksi antara metode pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar dalam pengaruhnya terhadap hasil belajar. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen semu (quasi-experimental research). Desain penelitian yang digunakan Nonequivalent Comparison-group Desig. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 2 kelas yang dipilih dari 6 kelas secara acak untuk dijadikan kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket motivasi dan tes hasil belajar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Anava Dua Jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada matakuliah Logika Komputer dengan kelas yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran quiz team antara kelas yang menggunakan metode konvensional (F ratio (14,788) > F tabel (3,99)), (2) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar mahasiswa terhadap matakuliah Logika Komputer antara kelas yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran quiz team dengan kelas yang menggunakan metode konvensional ditinjau dari motivasi belajar (kelompok motivasi tinggi harga p value = (0,042 < 0,05) kelompok motivasi rendah harga p value = 0,032 < 0,05)) , dan (3) tidak terdapat interaksi antara metode pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar dalam pengaruhnya terhadap hasil belajar (F ratio (0,450) < F tabel (3,99)). EFFECTIVENESS QUIZ TEAM LEARNING METHODE AGAINTS COMPUTER LOGIC COURSE JUDGING FROM THE STUDENT LEARNING MOTIVATIONAbstractThe study aimed to find out: (1) differences in student learning outcomes at the course Logic Computer between the classroom teaching methods and classroom quiz team using conventional methods, (2) differences in student learning outcomes at the course between the Computer Logic class that uses learning methods quiz team as well as the class that uses the conventional method in terms of motivation to learn, (3) the interaction between learning method and motivation in their influence on learning outcomes. This study was a quasi-experimental study (quasi-experimental research). Experimental design used in this study using Nonequivalent Comparison-group Design. The sample in this study amounted to 2 randomly selected classes from 6 classes to serve as the control and the experimental class. Data analysis technique used in this study using Anava two ways analysis The results indicate that: (1) there is a difference in student learning outcomes at the course Logic Computers in classroom teaching methods and classroom quiz team using the conventional method (F ratio (14,788) > F tabel (3,99)) , (2) there are differences in student learning outcomes in the course of Computer Logic class that uses learning methods quiz team and a class that uses the conventional method in terms of motivation to learn (high motivation team p value = (0,042 < 0,05) low motivation team p value = 0,032 < 0,05)), and (3) there is no interaction between method of learning and motivation to learn in their influence on learning outcomes (F ratio (0,450) < F tabel (3,99))

Abstract

Kemendiknas telah melakukan investasi cukup besar berupa pembangunan Jejaring komputer pendidikan nasional yang disebut Jaringan Pendidikan Nasional (Jardiknas), pada sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) di seluruh Indonesia yang dikenal dengan nama ICT center. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan model manajemen ICT center sesuai karakteristik SMK sehingga dapat memberikan kontribusi mutu pada SMK tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development yang dikembangkan oleh Borg and Gall. Hasil secara keseluruhan penelitian menunjukkan berdasarkan uji coba keefektivan kinerja manajemen pada skala terbatas dan lebih luas menunjukkan bahwa model manajemen ICT center memenuhi kriteria sangat efektif. DEVELOPING A MODEL OF ICT CENTER MANAGEMENTAbstractDeveloping a Model of ICT Center Management. The Ministry of National Education has made considerable investments in building National Education Computer Networks in vocational high schools (VHSs) all over Indonesia, well-known as ICT Centers. This study aims to develop a model of ICT Center management in accordance with the characteristics of VHSs so that it can give contributions to the quality of VHSs. This study was a research and development study using a model by Borg and Gall. The results for all of the study is small-scale and large-scale tryouts on the effectiveness of the management performance show that the model of the ICT center management is very effective.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) menghasilkan model pembelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan  dengan prinsip “The Great Young Entrepreneur” di SMK untuk kurikulum 2013; (2) menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan di SMK untuk kurikulum 2013 yang dapat menumbuhkan mental dan motivasi peserta didik untuk berwirausaha; (3) mengetahui tingkat kepraktisan model pembelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan dengan prinsip The Great Young Entrepeneur yang telah dikembangkan; dan (4) mengetahui tingkat keefektifan model pembelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan dengan prinsip The Great Young Entrepreneur yang telah dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Model pembelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan dengan prinsip The Great Young Entrepreneur dapat digunakan dengan baik.(2) Perangkat pembelajaran yang dihasilkan yaitu: buku panduan model dan materi ajar. (3) Model pembelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan dengan prinsip TGYE dan perangkat pembelajaran berdasarkan hasil ujicoba memenuhi kriteria praktis.(4) Model pembelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan dengan prinsip TGYE dan perangkat pembelajaran memenuhi kriteria efektif. DEVELOPING A CRAFT AND ENTREPRENEURIAL LEARNING MODEL WITH THE PRINCIPLE OF “THE GREAT YOUNG ENTREPRENEUR” AT SMK FOR CURRICULUM 2013 Abstract The purposes of this study were (1) to produce a craft and entrepreneurship learning model with the principle of "The Great Young Entrepreneur" at SMK's for curriculum in 2013; (2) produce craft and entrepreneurial learning tools at SMK for curriculum 2013 that can grow mental and motivation of learners to be an entrepreneur; (3) determine the level of practicality of the learning model with the principle of “The Great Young Entrepreneur which was developed; and (4) determine the level of effectiveness of the learning model with the principle of the great young entrepreneur which was developed. The results of the study are as follows (1) Craft and entrepreneurial learning model with the principle “The Great Young Entrepreneur” can be used (starting from the beginning of the formatiom of groups up to business assistance through “The Great Young Entrepreneur” Community). (2) learning device resulting from the development of craft and entrepreneurial learning model with “The Great Young Entrepreneur” principle is guide book model and teaching materials. (3) craft and entrepreneurial learning model with “The Great Young Entreprenuer” principle and learning device based on the results meet the practicality criteria. (4) craft and entrepreneurial learning model with “The Great Young Entrepeneur” principle and learning device based on the results meet the criteria of effectiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi yang dikembangkan di SMK Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan dan relevansinya dengan kebutuhan industri servis mobil. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu statistik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian (1) relevansi kurikulum SMK Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan dengan kebutuhan industri servis mobil di Kabupaten Sleman untuk bidang engine sebesar 100%, chasis 100%, dan kelistrikan 91,67%; (2) kompetensi yang dibutuhkan industri servis mobil yang tidak disediakan dalam kurikulum untuk bidang engine sebesar 15%, chasis 4%, dan kelistrikan 0%; (3) kompetensi yang tidak dibutuhkan industri servis mobil namun dilaksanakan dalam kurikulum untuk bidang engine dan chasis 0%, dan kelistrikan 0,08%; (4) kompetensi yang dibutuhkan industri servis mobil dan ada dalam kurikulum tapi tidak dilaksanakan di SMK untuk bidang engine sebesar 22,88%, chasis 14,60%, dan kelistrikan 12,02%. Kesimpulan secara umum adalah bahwa kurikulum dalam kategori relevan, namun ada beberapa kompetensi yang tidak terlaksana. Kata kunci: relevansi, kurikulum, dan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan dunia industri. RELEVANCE OF VOCATIONAL CURRICULUM COMPETENCE OF LIGHT VEHICLE ENGINEERING EXPERTISE ON INDUSTRIAL WORLD NEEDS IN SLEMAN REGENCYAbstractThis research aims to find out a competence which was developed in SMK of light vehicles engineering skill competence and its relevancy by the need of car service industry. This research is a descriptive research. The analysis technique used was descriptive analysis. The result shows that (1) the curriculum relevancy of SMK light vehicles engineering skill competence and the need of car service industry in Sleman in engine field is 100%, chassis 100%, and the electricity 91,67%; (2) the competence needed in car service industry which is not provided in the curriculum in the engine field is 15%, chassis 4%, and the electricity 0%; (3) the competence which is not needed in car service industry but provided in the curriculum, in the engine and chassis field is 0%, and the electricity 0,08%; (4) the competence needed in car service industry and is available in the curriculum but is not provided in SMK, in the engine field is 22,88%, chassis 14,60%, and the electricity 12,02%. The general conclusion is that the curriculum is in the relevant category, but some competencies are not developed.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menghasilkan perangkat penilaian autentik mata pelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan di SMK, dan (2) mengetahui karakteristik perangkat penilaian autentik mata pelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan dari segi validitas, reliabilitas, dan kepraktisan perangkat penilaian yang dihasilkan. Penelitian pengembangan ini mengacu langkah yang dikembangkan oleh Borg & Gall yang dimodifikasi menjadi delapan langkah pengembangan. Langkah pengembangan tersebut yaitu studi pendahuluan, perencanaan produk, pengembangan produk, uji coba terbatas, revisi, uji coba lapangan, revisi akhir, dan diseminasi produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) perangkat penilaian autentik terdiri dari perangkat penilaian kompetensi sikap berupa lembar penilaian observasi sikap spiritual, lembar penilaian observasi sikap sosial, lembar penilaian diri, dan lembar penilaian teman sebaya, perangkat penilaian kompetensi pengetahuan berupa lembar penilaian tes tertulis dan lembar penilaian penugasan, dan perangkat penilaian kompetensi keterampilan berupa lembar penilaian unjuk kerja; (2) perangkat penilaian autentik yang dikembangkan dinyatakan memenuhi kriteria valid, reliabel, dan praktis. Kata kunci: penilaian autentik, prakarya dan kewirausahaan, SMK DEVELOPING AUTHENTIC ASSESSMENT KIT FOR HANDICRAFT AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP SUBJECTS AT VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL Abstract This study aimed to: (1) produce an authentic assessment kit for Handicraft and Entrepreneurship subjects at vocational high school and (2) investigate the characteristics of the authentic assessment kit developed for Handicratf and Entrepreneurship subjects from the points of vie of its validity, reliability, and practicality. This research and development adapted the model by Borg and Gall which modified the procedures into eight development stages. The stages were exploration, product planning, product development, preliminary testing, revisions, field testing, final revision, and dissemination. The results were: (1) the authentic assessment kit consisted of the attitude assessment set in the form of observation sheets, self-assessment and peer assessment for attitude competence assessment in the form of spiritual attitude observation sheet, social attitude observation sheet, self-assessment sheet, peer assessment sheet, knowledge assessment kit in the form of written tests and project assessment sheets, and skils assessment kit in the form of performance assessment sheet; and (2) the authentic assessment kit developed was considered fulfilling the criteria of validity, reliability, and practicality. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of Referral Vocational School (SMK Rujukan) program in financial management of production units in the DI. Yogyakarta province. This research was an evaluative research which described problem of financial management of production unit at SMK Rujukan. The approach used of this research were mixed methods which combined quantitative and qualitative research. The evaluation model of this research were an adversary model. An adversary evaluation model were an evaluation that seeked to uncover all the important aspects of the program being evaluated. The results showed that of the 5 SMK studied, there is only 1 SMK that had adequate financial management system of production unit, while 4 other SMK not yet adequated. Forms of protection to financial management of production units for SMK in the DI. Yogyakarta province had not been established yet. No school of the 5 schools studied, had implemented a pattern of financial management in accordance with applicable regulations.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan, pengalaman praktik kerja industri, dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha siswa.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa SMK Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan di Kabupaten Gunungkidul, yang berjumlah 221 siswa. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 135 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil sebagai berikut: 1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara pengetahuan kewirausahaan dengan kesiapan berwirausaha (rx1y = 0,53; p < 0,05); 2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara pengalaman praktik kerja industri dengan kesiapan berwirausaha (rx2y = 0,77; p < 0,05); 3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan keluarga dengan kesiapan berwirausaha (rx3y = 0,37); 4) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara pengetahuan kewirausahaan, pengalaman praktik kerja industri, dan lingkungan keluarga dengan kesiapan berwirausaha (rx1,rx2rx3y = 0,56). Dari hasil ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan kewirausahaan, pengalaman paktik kerja industri, dan lingkungan keluarga secara bersama-sama mampu memberikan pengaruh sebesar 56% terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha. ENTREPRENEURSHIP READINESS OF STUDENTS VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL MAJORING IN NETWORK AND COMPUTER ENGINEERING SKILLS PROGRAM IN GUNUNGKIDUL REGENCYAbstractThis study aims to reveal the effects of entrepreneurship knowledge, industrial job practicum experience, and family environment on the entrepreneurial readiness students. This was an ex post facto study. The research population comprised students of Computer an Network Engineering Expertise Competence in VHSs in Gunungkidul Regency with a total of 221 students. The research sample, consisting of 135 respondents. Base on the research results show. 1) There is a positive and significant effect of the entrepreneurship knowledge on the entrepreneurial readiness (rx1y = 0.53; p < 0.05). 2) There is positive and significant effect of th industrial job practicum experience on the entrepreneurial readiness (rx2y = 0.77; p < 0.05). 3) There is positive and significant effect of the family environment on the entrepreneurial readiness (rx3y = 0.37; p < 0.03). 4) There are positive and significant effect of the entrepreneurship knowledge, industrial job practicum experience, and family environment on the entrepreneurial readiness ( rx1,rx2,rx3y = 0.56). Base on the result entrepreneurship knowledge, industrial job practicum experience, and family environmentas an aggregate have effects of 56% on the entrepreneurial readiness.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hasil penilaian ahli terhadap draf modul-modul mata kuliah statistika berbasis spreadsheet untuk mahasiswa Jurusan Akuntansi Politeknik  yang telah dihasilkan pada penelitian tahap sebelumnya (tahap pertama), untuk mengetahui bagian dari modul  yang perlu direvisi, dan untuk mengetahui hasil uji coba terbatas dari draf modul-modul tersebut. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk penilaian terdiri atas lima aspek yaitu aspek pendahuluan, pembelajaran, isi, tugas, evaluasi, penilaian,  dan rangkuman. Uji coba terbatas dilakukan pada dua kelompok mahasiswa Jurusan Akuntansi Politeknik Negeri Bali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penilaian ahli materi yaitu secara keseluruhan modul-modul dikategorikan baik dan tiap-tiap modul dari tujuh modul dikategorikan baik. Bagian dari modul-modul yang perlu direvisi terutama dalam hal   kecukupan contoh yang disertakan pada aspek isi, tingkat kesulitan soal pada aspek tugas, evaluasi, penilaian, dan ketepatan dalam penjelasan materi teoritis pada aspek pembelajaran. Hasil uji coba secara keseluruhan modul-modul mata kuliah statistika ini memberikan nilai yang lebih baik secara signifikan bagi mahasiswa yang menggunakan  modul dibandingkan mahasiswa yang tidak menggunakan modul. Semua modul memberikan nilai yang lebih baik secara signifikan kecuali modul Regresi dan Korelasi.Kata kunci: Implementasi, Statistika, modul, berbasis spreadsheet TRIALS IMPLEMENTATION OF SPREADSHEET BASED STATISTICS COURSE MODULES FOR ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT OF POLYTECHNIC STUDENTSAbstractThis research aims to know the results of the expert assessment on the module drafts that have been generated in  the previous research stage (first stage), to determine which part of modules need to be revised, and to know the results of  trials implementation of the module drafts. The instrument used for assesment covering five aspects: the introduction, learning, content, task,evaluation, assessment, and a summary. The trials implementation involving  two groups of students from the Accounting Department Bali State Polytechnic. The results of the research show  assessment  of the  expert is the overall modules are categorized good and all of the seven modules are also categorized good. Part of the modules need to be revised, especially in terms of examples adequacy, difficulty level of problems, and explanation accuracy in theoretical materials are included in the  aspects of content, task/evaluation/assessment, and  learning. The trials implementation of the overall statistical modules provide better results significantly for students who used the modules compared to students who did not use the modules. Every module provide better results signifcantly  except on Regression and Correlation module.Keywords: statistics, implementation, module, spreadsheet-based

Abstract

Delphi technique was developed in 1950 by researchers at the Rand Corporation led by Norman Delkey and Olaf Helmer and has since been used in hundreds of businesses forecasting in the public and private sectors. Delphi technique is a judgmental forecasting procedure for obtaining, exchanging, and developing an informed opinion about future events. Therefore, the Delphi technique is a systematic way to get a consensus of opinion among the experts who have related interests through a panel discussion. The objective of most Delphi is the reliable and creative exploration of ideas or the production of suitable information for decision making. The key features of the Delphi technique, namely: (1) systematic, (2) questionnaire, (3) expert judgment, (4) iteration process, and (5) feedback. Baseline characteristics of the Delphi technique (conventional) there are five, namely: (1) anonymity, (2) iteration, (3) controlled feedback, (4) statistical group response, and (5) expert consensus. While the characteristics of a policy Delphi also five, namely: (1) selective anonymity, (2) informed multiple advocacies, (3) polarized statistical response, (4) structured conflict, and (5) computer conferencing.
