Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepatuhan penyelenggaraan prosedur pinjaman sebagai upaya strategis dalam pengendalian pinjaman bermasalah (Non-Performing Loan/NPL) serta membandingkan kepatuhan tersebut pada dua Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) di Kabupaten Kuningan, Jawa Barat. Tingginya rasio kredit macet dan penurunan Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) menjadi latar belakang urgensi penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan komparatif. Sampel ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling pada KSP Abadi Karya dan KSP Mitra Makmur dengan total 230 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang mencakup dimensi pengajuan, analisis, keputusan, pencairan, dan monitoring pinjaman. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan Uji Beda Mann-Whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan tingkat kepatuhan prosedur antara kedua KSP. KSP dengan tingkat kepatuhan prosedur yang lebih tinggi terbukti memiliki rasio NPL yang lebih terkendali. Implementasi prosedur yang ketat, khususnya pada tahap analisis kelayakan dan monitoring, menjadi faktor kunci dalam mitigasi risiko kredit.

Abstract

In the digital Society 5.0 era, organizations are encouraged to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) technology to improve efficiency and productivity in office automation. This study aims to analyze the role and impact of AI on three main aspects of office automation: document management, communication, and decision-making processes. This research employs a library research method with a descriptive qualitative approach by reviewing various scientific sources such as journals, books, government reports, and credible publications. The findings indicate that AI implementation in document management reduces document retrieval time by up to 60% and increases data accuracy to 95%. In communication, AI-based technologies such as chatbots and digital collaboration platforms enhance employee satisfaction by 35% and accelerate response time by 45%. Meanwhile, AI-supported decision-making improves decision accuracy by up to 75% through real-time data analysis and predictive capabilities. The study concludes that AI integration significantly contributes to improving operational efficiency and productivity in office automation. However, challenges related to human resource readiness, data security, and infrastructure must be addressed to ensure optimal implementation.

Abstract

Introduction of social commerce has changed the digital trade system in Indonesia and Shopee Affiliate is one of the platforms that uses automatic workflow to increase the effectiveness in promoting a product. The objective of this study is to determine the extent to which the Shopee Affiliate system can automate these three key components, i.e., product promotion, affiliate link management and sales conversion. Qualitative research with case study design was conducted and the data were gathered through platform observation, interviews with active affiliate marketers, and examination of system documents. It was found from results that the automated process of Shopee Affiliate increases promotional efficiency by using product recommendation engine, easy to track and manage links with the help of integrated dashboard and boost sales conversion compared to manually link promotion. However, some limitations were highlighted including the reliance on platform algorithms and the presence of a learning curve in how to optimize promotional strategies. This study improves our understanding of the impact of automation on social commerce and suggests insights for affiliate marketers to explore how they can better utilize automated workflow systems.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of maqashid sharia in the distribution of financing in sharia cooperatives in Indonesia. Maqashid syariah, which is the main objective of sharia, focuses on the protection and enhancement of community welfare through principles of justice and balance in transactions. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The research results show that Islamic cooperatives have implemented the principles of maqashid sharia in various aspects of financing distribution, such as in the selection of appropriate financing products, risk management, and transparency. Additionally, this research also identifies supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of maqashid sharia, as well as its impact on the welfare of cooperative members. These findings provide recommendations to enhance members' understanding of sharia finance and the need for better regulatory support for sharia cooperatives, in order to optimally achieve the goals of maqashid sharia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji reorientasi koperasi syariah di Indonesia dari kepatuhan formalistik terhadap akad syariah menuju perwujudan substantif keadilan ekonomi. Meskipun jumlah koperasi syariah terus meningkat, banyak di antaranya masih beroperasi dengan pola yang menyerupai lembaga keuangan konvensional, dengan penekanan pada imbal hasil tetap dan penghindaran risiko, alih-alih kemitraan usaha, pemberdayaan anggota, dan redistribusi kekayaan. Kondisi ini melemahkan peran transformatif koperasi syariah sebagai instrumen keadilan sosial-ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif dan konseptual melalui analisis berbasis literatur serta sintesis analitis atas teori ekonomi Islam dan koperasi kontemporer untuk membangun kerangka normatif dan kelembagaan. Pendekatan ini mengintegrasikan maqasid al-shariah, prinsip koperasi, dan perspektif keuangan mikro Islam guna mengidentifikasi ketidaksesuaian struktural antara praktik yang berjalan dan landasan etika ekonomi Islam. Hasil utama penelitian ini adalah perumusan Model Koperasi Syariah Berbasis Keadilan Ekonomi (KS-KKE) yang terdiri dari empat pilar: orientasi maqasid, pembiayaan partisipatif, distribusi nilai yang adil, dan pemberdayaan anggota. Model ini menggeser paradigma dari tata kelola berbasis kontrak menuju desain kelembagaan yang berorientasi pada keadilan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberlanjutan dan legitimasi koperasi syariah tidak ditentukan oleh formalitas akad semata, melainkan oleh kemampuannya dalam mendorong pertumbuhan inklusif, pemerataan distribusi kekayaan, dan pemberdayaan ekonomi anggota.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the institutional framework of Islamic cooperatives from the perspective of the Islamic Economic System proposed by Taqiyuddin an-Nabhani. Islamic cooperatives, as community-based economic institutions, play a strategic role in promoting distributive justice and social welfare. However, in practice, many Islamic cooperatives still adopt capitalist economic principles, particularly in terms of ownership structure, management, and profit orientation. This research employs a qualitative method using a library research approach by examining the works of Taqiyuddin an-Nabhani as well as relevant literature on Islamic cooperatives and Islamic economics. The findings reveal that, according to an-Nabhani, the Islamic economic system emphasizes a clear distinction between individual ownership, public ownership, and state ownership. Within this framework, Islamic cooperatives are categorized as part of individual economic activities and must fully comply with Islamic legal principles in contractual arrangements, capital management, and profit distribution. The study concludes that strengthening the institutional foundation of Islamic cooperatives should be directed toward comprehensive adherence to the Islamic economic system rather than partial implementation of sharia principles. Therefore, Islamic cooperatives are expected to function not merely as profit-oriented entities but as institutions that embody Islamic values holistically.

Abstract

Koperasi Pemasaran Mitra Jaya Mandiri Ciwidey as a marketing cooperative focused on managing and selling fresh cow’s milk produced by its member farmers. The milk business unit faces some challenges in increasing sales volume. One of the problems addressed in this study is the suboptimal marketing communication strategy, which has not yet reached end consumers broadly and sustainably. Although the cooperative has established close relationships with consumers, the communication approach used is still unstructured and has not fully leveraged the potential of other promotional media. This study aims to analyze the marketing communication strategies applied by the cooperative to increase the sales of fresh cow’s milk to end consumers. The communication strategies examined include Public Relations, Personal Selling, and Direct Marketing. Data were collected through questionnaires from end-consumer respondents and analyzed using descriptive statistical tabulation. The results indicate that Personal Selling is the most effective communication dimension in influencing purchasing decisions, while Public Relations requires improvement, particularly in delivering product information. Direct Marketing is proven effective in facilitating access to product information and ordering for consumers. Overall, the communication strategies implemented by the cooperative increase sales volume, but the purchase frequency still needs to be enhanced through additional strategies, such as regular promotions or loyalty programs

Abstract

The adoption of the Financial Accounting Standards for Private Entities (SAK EP) by cooperatives after the issuance of the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives Number 2 of 2025 demands more than mere normative adherence, as it also requires sufficient operational preparedness. This study seeks to conceptually analyze the readiness of accounting digitalization within cooperatives in supporting the implementation of SAK EP. Employing a qualitative approach with a literature-based research design, the study examines accounting standards, regulatory provisions, and relevant scholarly literature. The analysis reveals that accounting digitalization readiness in cooperatives constitutes a multidimensional framework comprising technological readiness, human resource capabilities, organizational support, and regulatory alignment. Collectively, these dimensions shape the capacity of cooperatives to implement SAK EP in a consistent and sustainable manner. From a conceptual perspective, accounting digitalization plays a strategic role in enhancing the quality of cooperative financial reporting, particularly with respect to accuracy, timeliness, and information traceability. This study enriches the literature on cooperative accounting and offers policy-oriented insights for strengthening financial governance in cooperatives.

Abstract

Cooperatives constitute a cornerstone of the national economy, grounded in the principles of economic democracy and oriented toward enhancing members’ welfare. Nevertheless, the development of cooperatives in Indonesia continues to face various structural and managerial challenges, as reflected in their low rankings and levels of financial and organizational health. Furthermore, challenges related to member regeneration and the declining interest of Millennials and Generation Z have intensified the urgency for renewing cooperative development strategies. This study aims to analyze the development of cooperatives in Indonesia based on cooperative ranking indicators and to examine the role of cooperative rebranding as a strategy to improve performance and attractiveness. This research employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method, drawing on scientific journals, books, and reports from relevant national and international institutions published over the last ten years. The findings indicate that cooperative challenges encompass institutional, managerial, business, financial, and member benefit aspects. Cooperative rebranding is viewed as a comprehensive strategy that extends beyond changes in visual identity to include transformations in governance, services, and organizational values. This study concludes that integrating cooperative rebranding with cooperative ranking indicators can serve as a strategic approach to enhancing the sustainability and competitiveness of cooperatives in Indonesia.

Abstract

Digital transformation has driven fundamental changes in the ways economic organizations create and distribute value, including cooperatives. However, the development of digital cooperatives in Indonesia remains predominantly focused on technical and operational aspects and has not yet been fully integrated into a comprehensive framework of business models, governance, and cooperative policy. This study aims to analyze innovations in the platform-based business model of Koperasi Merah Putih by positioning digital platforms as institutional architectures that shape value creation, benefit distribution, and power relations within cooperatives. The study employs a qualitative-descriptive approach through a literature review and analysis of policy documents. The findings indicate that digital platforms have the potential to strengthen member participation, governance transparency, and cooperative competitiveness, provided they are designed with collective ownership, democratic governance, and supported by appropriate regulatory and policy frameworks. This study underscores the crucial role of the state in promoting cooperatives as owners and managers of digital platforms to achieve an inclusive, equitable, and public value–oriented digital economic transformation.
