Abstract

Tantangan moral dan etika dalam upaya pembentukan karakter peserta didik oleh Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) semakin kompleks di tengah dinamika kehidupan modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui proses pengklasifikasian informasi serta penafsiran terhadap sumber-sumber tertulis yang relevan, seperti buku dan jurnal ilmiah. Guru PAK memiliki peran strategis sebagai pendidik, pembimbing rohani, sekaligus teladan dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai moral dan etika Kristen kepada peserta didik. Namun, berbagai tantangan muncul, antara lain pengaruh lingkungan sosial, pergaulan teman sebaya, keluarga, serta perkembangan teknologi digital yang sering melemahkan nilai-nilai kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan integritas peserta didik. Internalisasi moral dan etika Kristen menjadi sangat penting agar pembentukan karakter tidak hanya bersifat kognitif, tetapi juga terwujud dalam sikap dan perilaku nyata. Melalui pengajaran yang berlandaskan kasih, kebenaran, keadilan, kerendahan hati, dan integritas, Guru PAK diharapkan mampu membimbing peserta didik untuk hidup sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Kristiani. Pendidikan Agama Kristen berfungsi sebagai sarana pembentukan karakter iman, moral, dan etika yang utuh, sehingga peserta didik mampu menghadapi tantangan moral secara bijaksana. Dengan demikian, peran Guru PAK sebagai agen perubahan moral menjadi kunci dalam membentuk pribadi peserta didik yang berkarakter, beretika, dan berintegritas di lingkungan sekolah maupun masyarakat.

Abstract

The fundamental problem faced by members of the "Firtalia" language interest group at TMI Al-Amien Prenduan is the low retention of vocabulary (mufradat) memorization, which negatively impacts their active communication skills. This study aims to enhance vocabulary mastery through the implementation of visual word wall media. The method employed is Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in four cycles, comprising planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects were 24 new members of the Firtalia group. Data collection instruments included participatory observation, interviews, written/oral tests, and documentation. Success indicators were set at an individual score of ≥ 65 and classical completeness of 75%. The results demonstrated a significant upward trend: in the pre-cycle, classical completeness was only 29.1% (average score 60). Following the intervention, there was a gradual increase in Cycle I (58.3%), Cycle II (79.1%), peaking in Cycles III and IV with stable completeness at 95.8% (average score 81.5). This study concludes that integrating word wall media effectively shifts the paradigm of vocabulary memorization from a cognitive burden to an interactive and enjoyable visual activity..

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between social support and subjective well-being in Buddhist adolescents and young adults using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Fifty relevant scientific articles were systematically analyzed to identify patterns of empirical findings, methodological variations, and levels of cultural sensitivity in measurement. The results indicate that social support, particularly from family, peers, and the religious community (sangha), is consistently positively related to subjective well-being. However, most studies are still dominated by quantitative, cross-sectional designs and the use of Western instruments that are less sensitive to the values ​​and meanings of happiness in Buddhist culture. Measurement of subjective well-being primarily emphasizes cognitive and affective aspects, while the eudaimonic and spiritual dimensions receive relatively little attention. The limitations of longitudinal, qualitative, and mixed-methods approaches also limit our understanding of the temporal and contextual dynamics of well-being. Therefore, future research is recommended to develop culture-based instruments and employ more diverse methodological designs to produce more comprehensive and culturally relevant findings.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the pedagogical competence of Buddhist teachers through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Fifty authoritative journal articles published in the past five years were systematically analyzed. The results indicate that interactive teaching strategies, conducive classroom management, and assessment aligned with learning objectives contribute significantly to increased student engagement and motivation. Furthermore, the continuous development of teachers' pedagogical competence is a crucial factor in improving the quality of Buddhist learning. This study emphasizes the need to strengthen teachers' pedagogical competence to support effective and meaningful Buddhist learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Human Resource Development (HRD) in implementing transformational leadership through an indirect leadership mechanism in human resource management at Widuri Indonesian Restaurant. The study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through in-depth, semi-structured interviews with the HRD as the main informant. The data were analyzed using qualitative techniques, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that HRD does not exercise leadership through direct operational involvement, but rather functions as a strategic and functional leader by formulating human resource policies, developing standard operating procedures and job descriptions, planning and controlling manpower, and mentoring outlet leaders. The leadership practices observed reflect the four dimensions of transformational leadership—idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration—which are implemented systematically through organizational systems, formal communication mechanisms, and structured delegation. This study concludes that transformational leadership at Widuri Indonesian Restaurant is exercised in an indirect form, where leadership values, vision, and direction are transmitted through organizational structures and work systems rather than through daily direct interactions. These findings contribute to the literature on transformational leadership, particularly in the context of HRD functions within the restaurant industry.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the organizational structure of PGRI DKI Jakarta and its role in managing grant funds for private school teachers in 2018. The research employs the historical method through four stages: heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. Data were collected from policy documents, technical guidelines of the grant program, organizational archives, and academic literature on educational finance management and public financial governance. The findings indicate that PGRI DKI Jakarta played a strategic role as a mediator between the provincial government and private school teachers, as an administrative executor in the data collection and verification process, and as an internal supervisor in the distribution of grant funds. Although the organizational structure supported program implementation, challenges were identified in transparency, reporting systems, and administrative capacity. The grant program contributed positively to improving the welfare of private school teachers, albeit as supplementary income. This study highlights the importance of strengthening accountability and transparency principles in involving professional organizations in public fund management to ensure effective and sustainable educational policy implementation.

Abstract

The guidance and counseling curriculum is a crucial component of the education system, aiming to support optimal student development. In its design, the guidance and counseling curriculum must be grounded in psychological foundations as a reference for understanding the needs, characteristics, and dynamics of individual development. This article discusses in depth the contributions of psychological theories, such as developmental psychology, educational psychology, and personality psychology, in developing a relevant and effective guidance and counseling curriculum. The research method used in this study is library research, with journals as primary sources.

Abstract

  Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan tantangan yang dihadapi siswa SD dalam memahami operasi dasar matematika dengan menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Operasi dasar dalam menghitung, termasuk penjumlahan, pengurangan, perkalian, dan pembagian, adalah materi krusial yang menjadi landasan untuk pembelajaran matematika di tingkat selanjutnya. Akan tetapi, pada kenyataannya masih banyak pelajar yang menemui kendala dalam memahami materi itu. Studi ini memanfaatkan sumber data berupa artikel jurnal ilmiah yang diperoleh dari Google Scholar dalam rentang tahun 2020–2025 dan diseleksi berdasarkan relevansi dengan tema penelitian. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa hambatan belajar siswa mencakup beberapa aspek, antara lain kesulitan dalam memahami konsep, masalah dalam keterampilan berhitung, serta tantangan dalam memecahkan masalah. Di samping itu, terungkap bahwa tantangan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal seperti minimnya minat dan motivasi dalam belajar, serta faktor eksternal seperti teknik pembelajaran yang tidak menarik dan kurang bervariasi. Beberapa studi juga mengategorikan kesulitan belajar ke dalam rintangan belajar seperti learning obstacle, epistemological obstacle, dan didactical obstacle. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tantangan dalam belajar matematika untuk siswa SD adalah masalah yang rumit dan memerlukan solusi yang tepat. Karenanya, inovasi dalam pembelajaran sangat penting, seperti pemanfaatan media yang menarik dan pendekatan kontekstual agar siswa dapat lebih mudah memahami konsep matematika. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi pertimbangan bagi guru dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran matematika di tingkat sekolah dasar
