Abstract

Pendekatan teoritis dalam sosiologi hukum melalui analisis teori fungsionalisme, multikulturalisme, dan perspektif konflik dalam proses sosialisasi hukum di masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana ketiga pendekatan tersebut memandang fungsi hukum, proses internalisasi norma, serta relasi antara hukum dan dinamika sosial. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan konseptual dan studi kepustakaan melalui analisis berbagai literatur, jurnal ilmiah, serta karya para ahli sosiologi hukum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan fungsionalisme menempatkan hukum sebagai alat menjaga stabilitas sosial, pendekatan multikulturalisme menekankan pentingnya pengakuan keberagaman budaya dalam sosialisasi hukum, sedangkan perspektif konflik memandang hukum sebagai arena pertarungan kepentingan dan relasi kekuasaan. Ketiga pendekatan tersebut saling melengkapi dalam memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif mengenai efektivitas hukum dalam kehidupan masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menganalisa Kerajaan Allah menurut Injil Matius. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kepustakaan (library research). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui Studi dokumentasi dan penelusuran literatur, baik secara manual maupun melalui database online seperti Google Scholar, portal jurnal nasional, dan repository akademik tentang Kerajaan Allah dalam Injil Matius. Hasil kajian didapati bahwa tema utama dalam Injil Matius dan menjadi pusat pengajaran serta pelayanan Yesus Kristus. Dalam Injil Matius, Kerajaan Allah sering disebut sebagai Kerajaan Surga, yang pada dasarnya memiliki arti yang serupa, yakni menunjuk pada pemerintahan, kuasa, dan kedaulatan Allah yang hadir dalam kehidupan manusia. Kerajaan Allah bukanlah kerajaan duniawi yang bersifat politis atau geografis, melainkan realitas rohani yang dinyatakan melalui kehadiran Yesus, ajaran-Nya, mukjizat-Nya, serta panggilan-Nya kepada manusia untuk bertobat dan hidup menurut kehendak Allah. Hal ini selaras dengan isi makalah yang menegaskan bahwa Kerajaan Allah hadir “masa kini” sekaligus akan mencapai kepenuhannya di masa depan.

Abstract

The Education 4.0 era demands a comprehensive transformation in the education system, including communication patterns in school leadership. This study aims to analyze the communication strategies of school principals through the implementation of digital-based feedback techniques to improve management efficiency and the quality of learning. The method used is a qualitative approach with a literature study and document analysis related to technology integration in schools. The results of the study indicate that the use of digital platforms (such as Learning Management Systems and communication applications) enables school principals to provide timely, measurable, and effective feedback to both teachers and students. Effective communication strategies involve strengthening a digital vision, developing technological literacy competencies among educators, and fostering a collaborative culture of innovation. However, challenges such as limited infrastructure and gaps in digital literacy remain major obstacles in its implementation. This study concludes that strong digital leadership through technology-based feedback mechanisms is crucial to ensure sustainable, adaptive, and transparent educational administration in the Industry 4.0 era.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji perkembangan refleksi Kristologi pada zaman modern, meliputi latar belakang, tokoh-tokoh, analisis kritis, serta relevansinya bagi generasi masa kini. Kristologi sebagai cabang teologi yang membahas pribadi dan karya Yesus Kristus mengalami perubahan signifikan dari pendekatan dogmatis klasik menuju pendekatan yang lebih kontekstual, historis, eksistensial, dan lintas budaya. Munculnya Kristologi modern dipengaruhi oleh Pencerahan, metode historis-kritis, filsafat modern, serta perubahan sosial-politik seperti kolonialisme dan ketidakadilan sosial. Tokoh-tokoh penting seperti Rudolf Bultmann, Karl Barth, Elizabeth A. Johnson, Volker Küster, dan Abraham van de Beek menawarkan beragam perspektif, mulai dari demitologisasi dan interpretasi eksistensial hingga teologi feminis dan lintas budaya. Analisis kritis menunjukkan bahwa Kristologi modern memiliki kelebihan dalam relevansi kontekstual namun juga menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga objektivitas iman dan keilahian Kristus. Meskipun demikian, Kristologi modern sangat relevan bagi generasi masa kini dalam menghadapi penderitaan, krisis identitas, dan ketidakadilan sosial. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa Kristologi harus terus berkembang secara seimbang antara relevansi kontekstual dan kesetiaan terhadap tradisi apostolik.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the Mastery Learning model on students’ problem-solving ability and mathematical literacy ability in seventh-grade junior high school students. This study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The population consisted of all seventh-grade students totaling students. The sample used was total sampling, namely class VII-A as the experimental class consisting of  students and class VII-B as the control class consisting of  students. Data were collected through pretest and posttest instruments. The results showed that the Mastery Learning model had an effect on improving students’ problem-solving ability and mathematical literacy ability. Based on the N-Gain results, the average problem-solving ability in the experimental class was , which was higher than the control class at . Meanwhile, the mathematical literacy ability in the experimental class obtained an average score of , while the control class obtained . Hypothesis testing showed that the problem-solving ability had a one-tailed significance value of . The mathematical literacy ability showed a one-tailed significance value of . Therefore, it can be concluded that the Mastery Learning model had a significant effect on both problem-solving ability and mathematical literacy ability.

Abstract

This study examines the meaning, role, and application of educational philosophy in teaching and learning activities, as well as studying various educational thoughts to understand current challenges and developments. This study aims to determine how educational philosophy can become a basis for improving the competence of teachers and educational practitioners. The method used is a qualitative research method through a literature study approach, which is carried out by collecting data from books, journals, and other scientific sources, then conducting descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that understanding educational philosophy can help teachers and educational practitioners to think more critically and wisely in making decisions during learning. In addition, educational philosophy can also improve professional attitudes, strengthen ethical values, and encourage innovation in the teaching and learning process. This study also found that the application of educational philosophy can help create learning that is more valuable, directed, and appropriate to the needs of students. Thus, educational philosophy certainly has a very important role in strengthening the competence of teachers and educational practitioners to be able to face these various challenges that continue to develop

Abstract

The lack of public understanding regarding tayamum, funeral management, and hajj rituals in accordance with islamic teachings still often leads to mistakes in their implementation. This study aims to understand the concepts, procedures, and applications of tayamum, funeral management, and hajj rituals in daily life. The method used in this study is qualitative research with a library research approach through collecting data from books, scientific journals, and various relevant literature sources. The collected data were then analyzed descriptively. The results of the study indicate that public understanding of these three aspects of fiqh worship still needs to be improved. The low level of public understanding is influenced by limited education, restricted learning resources, and the lack of direct practical experience. Therefore, a more practical and easily understood fiqh learning approach is needed so that the implementation of worship can be carried out properly in accordance with islamic law

Abstract

Educational philosophy plays a crucial role in providing a foundation for thought, direction, and values ​​in the implementation of education, particularly in the modern era marked by technological developments and globalization. This study aims to analyze the role of educational philosophy in addressing the various challenges of modern education. The method used is a literature study by reviewing various relevant literature sources. The results of the study indicate that modern education faces various challenges, such as disparities in access to education, a cultural identity crisis, the negative impacts of technological development, and a decline in students' moral values. In this context, the philosophy of education functions as a basis for thinking that can be used as a guideline, filtering out the negative impacts of developments, and strengthening moral and spiritual principles in the educational process. Furthermore, educational philosophy also helps shape educators who possess moral responsibility and critical thinking skills. Therefore, educational philosophy remains highly relevant and necessary to maintain the quality and goals of education in the modern era

Abstract

Research abstracts play a crucial role in scientific communication because they concisely summarize the main elements of a study. However, inconsistencies in abstract structure are still frequently found in educational research writing. This study aims to analyze structural inconsistencies and abstract writing strategies in Classroom Action Research (CAR) reports and educational research articles. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to synthesize prior research on abstract structure and rhetorical strategies in academic writing. Literature was sourced from the Scopus, ScienceDirect, Web of Science, and Google Scholar databases, covering publications from 2020 to 2025. Selected articles were analyzed using genre analysis and rhetorical move analysis, focusing on the five main components of an abstract: background, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions. The results indicate that inconsistencies primarily occur in the presentation of research objectives, methods, and conclusions, which are more frequently found in classroom action research reports. This study contributes to the field of academic writing and offers recommendations for improving the clarity and consistency of research abstracts.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas keragaman penghayatan Kristologis dalam Alkitab, khususnya dalam Perjanjian Baru, dari perspektif teologi dogmatika. Kristologi merupakan pokok ajaran sentral dalam Kekristenan yang berfokus pada pribadi dan karya Yesus Kristus. Namun, kajian mendalam terhadap Alkitab menunjukkan bahwa penghayatan iman terhadap Yesus Kristus tidak disajikan dalam bentuk yang seragam. Setiap penulis Perjanjian Baru menghadirkan penekanan yang berbeda sesuai dengan konteks historis, latar belakang jemaat, serta tujuan teologis masing-masing. Injil Matius menampilkan Yesus sebagai Mesias yang menggenapi nubuat Perjanjian Lama, Markus menekankan Kristus sebagai Hamba yang menderita, Lukas menggambarkan Yesus sebagai Juruselamat universal, dan Yohanes menegaskan Yesus sebagai Logos yang ilahi. Selain itu, surat-surat Paulus memperkaya pemahaman ini dengan menekankan keselamatan melalui kematian dan kebangkitan Kristus. Dalam perspektif teologi dogmatika, keragaman ini tidak dipahami sebagai pertentangan, melainkan sebagai kesatuan iman yang saling melengkapi. Konsili Nicea (325 M) dan Konsili Khalsedon (451 M) merumuskan bahwa Yesus Kristus adalah sungguh Allah dan sungguh manusia dalam satu pribadi. Pemahaman ini memberikan landasan penting bagi orang percaya untuk hidup dengan sikap terbuka, saling menghargai, serta beriman secara utuh kepada Kristus.
