Edumaspul: Jurnal Pendidikan
Edumaspul: Jurnal Pendidikan is concern in publishing the original research articles, review articles from the contributors and the current issues related to multidisipline of education. Edumaspul: Jurnal Pendidikan focuses on the following topics: Curriculum development, teacher education and professional development, teacher training, cross-cultural studies, learning, evaluation, English language teaching, counseling, management, quality of education, and the use of communication and information technology, at various levels of education and how to deliver learning. It provides an academic platform for teachers, lecturers, and researchers to contribute innovative work in the field. Edumaspul: Jurnal Pendidikan is first published in March 2017 and covers much research in all levels of education (primary, secondary, and higher education). Edumaspul: Jurnal Pendidikan become a CrossRef Member since the year 2019. Therefore, all articles published will have a unique DOI number. Beginning from Vol. 1 No. 1 (2017), all articles will be published in the English version and Indonesia version. The publication frequency is twice a year in March and October. This journal has been accredited in Grade 4 (Sinta 4) based on the Director General of Higher Education, Research and Technology No. 158/E/KPT/2021, December 27, 2021.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kemampuan siswa dalam menulis teks factual report dengan menggunakan mind mapping di kelas sebelas SMK Swasta Kristen BNKP Gunungsitoli. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 18 siswa. Peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan data adalah tes menulis dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti menemukan ada empat (4) siswa memiliki nilai Sangat Baik (22%), Lima (5) siswa mendapat nilai Baik (27%), enam (6) siswa mendapat nilai Rata-rata (33%), dan tiga (3) siswa mendapat nilai Buruk (18%), Dalam kemampuan mereka dalam menulis teks factual report dengan menggunakan mind mapping. Kemudian, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan siswa dalam menulis teks laporan faktual dengan menggunakan mind mapping didominasi oleh faktor kepribadian terutama dari faktor domain afektif. Akhirnya, berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa kelas sebelas SMK Swasta Kristen BNKP Gunungsitoli masih belum mampu menulis teks paragraph dengan baik dan faktor yang mempengaruhi siswa dalam menulis adalah faktor kepribadian, terutama dari faktor domain afektif.

Early creativity is important to stimulate because it contributes to various aspects of development, including cognitive skills, adaptability, self-expression, social skills, motor skills and children's imagination. The study in the research intends to review the effectiveness of the iron blanket technique in the application of ecoprinting using natural materials as media on the creativity of children aged 5-6 years. The posttest only nonequivalent control group design was used in this type of quantitative research with data collection techniques in the form of tests and observations. The sample amounted to 28 early childhood students. Descriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis are the data analysis techniques chosen. Teachers generally do not present exercises for students to think creatively because each exercise given is only result-oriented regardless of how the process is carried out by students. Therefore we need the right learning approach to improve students' creative thinking skills. An approach that can be used to improve students' creative thinking skills in learning is by providing open-ended questions. The purpose of this study was to obtain a description of (1) the mathematical creative thinking abilities of male students in solving open-ended questions on straight-line equations and (2) the mathematical creative thinking abilities of female students in solving open ended questions on straight line equations. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Data was collected using test methods and interview methods. The written test in this study was in the form of a Mathematical Ability Test (TKM) which was adapted from validated SMP National Exam questions with a selection of questions covering material for grades VII and VIII in odd semesters. Apart from that, the written test in this study was also a Problem-Solving Test (TPM) containing open-ended questions on straight-line equations. While the interview method was carried out after the students who were selected as research subjects took tests. The data collected was then analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that female students were only able to meet the fluency creative thinking ability indicators. However, female students did not meet the flexibility and novelty indicators. Thus, female students are included in the less creative category based on the level of students' mathematical creative thinking ability according to Siswono. Meanwhile, male students met the fluency and novelty mathematical creative thinking ability indicators. Thus, male students are included in the creative category based on the level of ability to think creatively mathematically according to Siswono.

Sickle kick is a kick technique that is not easy for a martial arts athlete to do, this kicking technique is more difficult compared to direct kicks or straight kicks. The sickle kick requires flexibility and speed, as well as proper practice. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of agility ladder training method on the sickle kick speed of pencak silat athletes PerFraternity Setia Hati Terate (PSHT) Ngawi Regency. This type of research is a pseudo-experimental research that uses a non-equivalent posttest only control group design. The sample used in this study was 10 athletes divided into experimental and control classes. This data collection technique uses tests and measurements of sickle kick speed, the data that has been collected is processed and analyzed with descriptive statistics and uses t-tests to determine the results of research hypotheses. The results of this study have found that there is an effect of agility ladder training on sickle kick speed. This is indicated by a significant value (2-tailed) 0.004 < 0.005 then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Scores from the sickle kick speed test results were average for the experimental group of 25 and for the control group of 20. So this means that the average experimental group > control group, so it can be concluded that the agility ladder training method can have an influence on the speed of the pencak silat sickle kick of the Brotherhood of Loyal Heart Terate Ngawi Regency

The aim of this research is to created a product in the form of a sports physiology textbook for physical education and health students at the Faculty of Sports Science, State University of Malang. This research and development method includes: needs analysis, expert evaluation, small and large group product trials. Data analysis in this study used qualitative and descriptive quantitative percentage. The results of the evaluation by subject matter experts 79.6% good category, the results of small group trials 94.6% very good category, the results of large group trials 95.1% very good results. The conclusion obtained is that the sports physiology textbook product is suitable and can be used in courses in the department of physical education and health.

Life skills education must be taught from an early age, not only as a provision for children to live their daily lives but also to face future life challenges. This study aims to determine the process of implementing a life skills-based curriculum and to find out how the development of aspects in children with the application of a life skills-based curriculum at Didaktika Uswatun Khasanah Kindergarten. The research was conducted from January 1 to February 1, 2023, at Didaktika Uswatun Khasanah Kindergarten, Beji Village, Kedungbanteng District, Banyumas Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The life skill-based curriculum implemented at Didaktika Uswatun Khasanah Kindergarten aims to prepare students who have an attitude of independence and hone plural intelligence and responsibility by the stage of child development so that children can master basic skills at the age stage of the child. The success of this life skills-based curriculum results from cooperation between students, teachers, and school community members and mutual support in implementing learning programs.

Employee performance appraisal is an important process in organizational performance management, including in the public sector. Goal-setting appraisal is an increasingly popular performance appraisal method in the public sector. The purpose of this research is to describe the goal-setting appraisal strategy in increasing employee motivation in public sector organizations. This research was conducted through a literature study that collected and analyzed the results of previous research on the impact of goal-setting appraisal on employee motivation, the factors that influence it, along with strategies for determining goal-setting appraisal. The results of this study indicate that goal-setting appraisal has a positive and negative impact on employee motivation. Factors that influence goal-setting appraisals on work motivation include goal certainty, organizational commitment, social support, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction. In addition, there are several strategies that can be implemented by organizations in determining effective goal-setting appraisals. increasing employee motivation and organizational performance. This research can provide recommendations for practitioners and managers in the public sector to develop more effective performance management policies and practices.

This study aims to determine how the management of education financing according to the Qur'an and Hadith. The research method used is a literature review method sourced from previous studies published in journals, then analyzed and reformulated how to manage education financing according to the Qur'an and Hadith. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that 1) The input of education financing management from the perspective of the Quran and Hadith is Rabani, namely the management of education financing whose concepts, principles and foundations are taken and concluded from the Quran, which is a holy book for all humans, especially Muslims, which Allah Almighty revealed to the Prophet Muhammad SAW; 2) Output, namely a) management of educational financing perspective of the Quran and Hadith is Ubudiah (mahdhoh worship and ghoiru mahdhoh worship); b) akhlaki, which is having morals (ethics) or being moral. In managing and managing education costs, in addition to being aimed at the success of activities and programs, morals are also needed in its management so as not to cause damage and loss. The akhlaki management of education financing in the Qur'an and Hadith is redacted with the word "la tabkhosū or la tukhsiru."

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of project-based learning on digital literacy skills and concept understanding in an online-basedflipped classroom environment. Methods used by researchers quantitative research methods. The methodological steps used by researchers are. First, researchers designed a learning design that is in accordance with the concept of PBL and online-based flipped classrooms. The research location is at STKIP PGRI Situbondo. For the population and research sample, researchers used a saturated sample of 105 students. Next, the data will be collected using test instruments. Instrument trials include: validity, reliability, difficulty, and differentiating power and continue with hypothesis testing. The results of this study are based on the results of the analysis and discussion of Project-Based Learning (PBL) learning methods that affect digital literacy skills and concept understanding in an online-based flipped classroom environment with a score of 0. 02 and 0. 03 < 0.05 then it can be concluded that there is an influence of variable X on variables Y1 and Y2. These findings also prove temporarily that PBL is suitable for use in learning through the digital world, in accordance with the main purpose of PBL whichprioritizes constructivist learning which involves the use of classical and digital books and activities in the field.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam membaca pemahaman dengan menggunakan strategi Think Pair and Square (TPS). Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan melalui Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). SMP Negeri 2 Botomuzoj tahun ajaran 2022/2023 khususnya kelas VIII-1 yang berjumlah 26 siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Setiap Siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan Setiap pertemuan terdiri dari rencana, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi Kemudian peneliti menggunakan lembar observasi, lembar evaluasi dan catatan lapangan untuk mengumpulkan data. Peningkatan tersebut meningkat dari Siklus I ke Siklus II. Pada Siklus I tidak ada satupun siswa yang melakukan semua kegiatan. Nilai rata- rata siswa adalah 66,15. Terdapat 15 siswa yang tidak lulus dan 11 siswa yang lulus KKM Dikarenakan adanya beberapa kelemahan pada siklus ini, maka penelitian dilanjutkan ke Siklus II Pada Siklus II, mayoritas siswa melakukan semua kegiatan. Nilai rata- rata siswa adalah 88,65 Semua siswa berhasil melewati Kriteria Kompetensi Minimum. Dengan kata lain, kemampuan siswa dalam membaca pemahaman meningkat dengan menggunakan Strategi Think Pair and Square (TPS). Peneliti menyarankan: (1) Guru bahasa Inggris di SMP Negeri 2 Botomuzoi dianjurkan untuk menerapkan Strategi Think Pair and Square (TPS) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam membaca pemahaman. (2) Dalam pembelajaran membaca dengan menggunakan Strategi Think Pair and Square (TPS), guru sebaiknya memilih bahan bacaan untuk siswa agar mereka tertarik dan aktif dalam proses belajar mengajar. (3) Untuk mencapai minat siswa yang tinggi dalam belajar bahasa Inggris khususnya dalam pemahaman membaca sebaiknya menerapkan beberapa strategi yang efektif dan tepat (4) Harapan lebih lanjut bagi peneliti berikutnya dan guru untuk menggunakan Strategi Think Pair and Square (TPS) di mengajar membaca dalam keterampilan lain
