Abstract

Tujuan penelitian dari penelitian ini, ialah hanyalah ingin mengetahui pada strategi kepala sekolah dalam menanamkan nilai keagamaan dalam kurikulum merdeka di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Depok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sehingga dengan metode ini dapat menginterpretasikan objek penelitian sesuai dengan situasi yang terjadi di lapangan. Kemudian untuk pengumpulan data yang diperlukannya, maka penulis menggunakan dua metode. Pertama, penulis melakukan wawancara dengan kepala sekolah SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Depok, serta guru-guru disana yang berperan sebagai narasumber. Penulis tetap mengadopsi pendekatan wawancara terbuka dalam proses ini. Metode kedua adalah pencatatan lapangan yang melibatkan data hasil wawancara dan observasi terhadap objek penelitian. Selanjutnya untuk analisis data yang digunakan oleh penulis, ialah menggunakan pendekatan yang berisfat mereduksi data atau menyederhanakan data untuk kemudian menguraikan informasi yang terkandung dalam data tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang digunakan oleh kepala sekolah dalam menanamkan nilai keagamaan dalam kurikulum merdeka di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Depok terdapat lima hal. Pertama Integrasi Nilai-Nilai agama dalam Materi Pelajaran. Kedua Pengembangan Mata Pelajaran Keagamaan. Ketiga pengembangan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler berbasis agama. Keempat kolaborasi dengan Komunitas Keagamaan. Kelima terakhir, ialah adanya pembinaan karakter melalui bimbingan dan konseling dan penanaman etika dan sikap positif

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the ability of ppkn teachers in implementing an independent learning curriculum, the obstacles faced by ppkn teachers in implementing an independent learning curriculum and to find out the efforts made by ppkn teachers in overcoming the obstacles to implementing an independent learning curriculum at SMA Negeri 2 Gunungsitoli in the 2022/2023 academic year. This research uses a descriptive approach with qualitative methods. The purpose of using a descriptive approach is to find meaning starting from facts by making observations recording all facts in a holistic scientific manner with the problems observed. The research instrument used in this research is the researcher himself by using a cellphone as a tool to record all conversations, pictures as real evidence, and a notebook that serves to record conversations with data sources or informants. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research and discussion concluded that: First, the ability of Civics Teachers in implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum at SMA Negeri 2 Gunungitoli is the ability to manage independent learning, the ability to use varied and diverse learning methods and strategies, the ability to identify students' interests and needs, the ability to assist and guide students and the ability to manage classes. Second, the obstacles faced by Civics Teachers in implementing the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum are that teachers and students' understanding of the concepts and principles of the independent learning curriculum is still limited, the necessary resources are still very limited and minimal, including teaching materials such as incomplete textbooks, formative and authentic assessments. Third, the efforts made by Civics Teachers in overcoming obstacles are by participating in various trainings, webinars, and workshops organized by schools and the government regarding the implementation of the independent learning curriculum, utilizing the internet to find learning resources, evaluating and adjusting the learning strategies used to be in accordance with the principles of the independent learning curriculum.

Abstract

Moral reasoning is a person's ability to weigh alternative decisions and determine the possible direction of action that must be carried out in dealing with certain social situations, and the level of development of this ability. This research is motivated by problems caused by the submission of recipients of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in the implementation process, there are deviations from government regulations and policies related to PKH during the implementation of the plan. The submission of recipients of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Mazingo Tanose'o Village, Hiliduho District, Nias Regency has not been based on Moral Reasoning. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of moral reasoning in the application of PKH recipients, the reasons for submitting the names of PKH recipients not yet based on Moral Reasoning and the efforts made so that the application of PKH recipients does not deviate from the rules. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach and with a total of 9 informants. The submission of PKH recipients has been based on the application of moral reasoning, but in its implementation the Village Head only has the authority to submit data on prospective PKH recipients. Efforts made so that the submission of PKH recipients does not deviate from the rules are that the Village Facilitator or the Social Service always updates the data, the Village Facilitator routinely conducts home visits to ensure the actual situation, as a community must provide original data to the Social Service and use PKH funds specifically for children's health and education.

Abstract

Keberhasilan pembelajaran ditentukan oleh beberapa komponen, salah satunya adalah penilaian. Penilaian merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Kesalahan guru dalama memberikan asesmen kepada siswa akan berdampak pada hasil pembelajaran yang diberikan. Sehingga guru sebelum melakukan pembelajaran membuat lesson plan sebagai patokan untuk mengajar di dalam kelas dan di dalam komponen assessment tersebut dimuatkan assessment yang akan digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, peneliti menemukan bahwa asesmen yang dilaksanakan di sekolah tidak sesuai rubrik yang tertuangkan di dalam buku guru kurikulum 2013 dari kementerian pendidikan dan kebudayaan, pemberian asesmen kepada siswa dilakukan berdasarkan pengamatan dan penafsiran saja tanpa melalui prosedur yang sebenarnya. Fokus penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana penilaian siswa dalam lesson plan, dan 2) Apa saja kesulitan siswa dalam penilaian keterampilan speaking di dalam pelajaran bahasa Inggris. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari wawancara dengan guru bahasa Inggris dan wawancara dengan 32 siswa kelas VIII-A SMP Negeri 1 Somlomolo. Data wawancara dianalisis untuk menentukan jawaban dari pertanyaan penelitian. Setelah menganalisis jawaban, temuan penelitian menyimpulkan asesmen sangat mempengaruhi tingkat keberhasilan siswa di dalam proses pembelajaran karena dengan asesmen yang baik dan sesuai prosedur maka dapat diambil langkah yang tepat apa hal yang perlu dilakukan untuk mengoptimalkan hasil belajar siswa. Tapi pada kenyataannya asesmen yang diberikan guru jauh dari yang diharapkan Selain itu, ada juga beberapa factor yang membuat siswa kesulitan selama penilaian yaitu siswa kurang kosa kata, tidak percaya diri, takut diejek sehingga hal inilah yang membuat mereka tidak bisa mendapatkan hasil yang optimal. Akhirnya, peneliti menulis beberapa saran: guru bahasa Inggris disarankan untuk berlatih dan membiasakan diri untuk memberikan penilaian yang sesuai dengan rubrik dan membuat suasana pembelajaran yang inovatif dan kreatif pada saat melakukan penilaian sehingga siswa tidak merasa takut, dan punya semangat untuk praktik belajar bahasa Inggris.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of Arabic Language teacher and the language skills of MTs Ira Tembung students. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method with primary data sources in the form of interviews with MTs Ira Tembung's Arabic teacher. The results of this study indicate that the role of the class VII Arabic teacher at MTs Ira Tembung as an educator is able to become a figure, role model, and identification for students and their environment. When the teacher teaches patiently and diligently, his efforts will be seen by the students. They will make their teacher as a role model in the future. The Teacher As Trainer, the education and learning process requires skill training, both intellectual and ability, so that it requires the teacher to act as a trainer. Therefore, the class VII Arabic teacher at MTs Ira Tembung provides training to train students who are not yet able and involve students in many activities and competitions. The development of students' Arabic language skills in Class VII Students of MTs Ira Tembung uses the method of repeating words or sentences (Taqrîr). This initial method is very suitable for low grade students, namely class VII because they are an early stage class who do not understand what Arabic is, so they only need to hear the teacher pronounce new vocabulary and then be followed by class VII students of MTs Ira Tembung and not only the ability to hear the ability to speak (Mahārat Al-Kalām) is the most important ability in language learning because the ability to speak is a basic skill in learning a foreign language. Abstract

Curriculum management is a comprehensive, systemic and systematic cooperative system for realizing curriculum achievement. This research was designed as a qualitative approach and took the research location in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Yusuf Abdussatar Kediri, West Lombok Regency. Observation, interviews, and documentation carry out data collection procedures. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Meanwhile, data validity is checked by extending participation, observation diligence, triangulation of peer reviewing data and using sufficient references. Research findings show that 1) how curriculum management on the quality of graduates is: a) forming a curriculum development team, b) making the basic framework of the curriculum, c) analyzing the context in the curriculum, d) analyzing the characteristics in the curriculum made, e) organizing the curriculum so that the curriculum has a regular structure in the curriculum itself, f) preparing an appropriate learning implementation plan to achieve the expected goals, and g) curriculum evaluation; 2). How are the curriculum management steps towards the quality of graduates, namely: a) implementation of the right curriculum so that the quality of graduates is achieved, b) carrying out extracurricular activities in the curriculum, and c) carrying out appropriate intra-curricular activities by the curriculum made.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is, first, to find out the various medical traditions of the people in Aikmel. Second, gain knowledge about implementing Islamic educational values in the tradition of community medicine in the Aikmel District. This research uses qualitative methods with a qualitative descriptive approach. The study was conducted on primary data sources: treatment actors and patients. Secondary data sources are books and reference books related to the value of Islamic education, the Sasak community's medical traditions, and the ruqyah's implementation. Observation, interviews, and documentation carry out data collection techniques. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the medical tradition of the Aikmel people was still maintained. Medical traditions include the Belian Sasak tradition, prayer water, and ruqyah. Of the three medical traditions, it is inseparable from the values of Islamic education. The values of Islamic education contained in the medical traditions of the Aikmel community include the value of aqidah/faith, tawakkal, patience, effort, worship, and moral values in the Aikmel District area. There are no medical traditions that deviate from Islamic teachings.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the performance of elementary school teachers in Galis Subdistrict that is not aligned with the growing workload and the impact on the work life quality of these teachers. The aim of this study is to determine the influence of (1) Workload on Performance, (2) Work life quality on performance, (3) Financial compensation on Performance, (4) Workload on financial compensation, (5) Work life quality on financial compensation, (6) Workload on teacher performance in Galis Subdistrict through financial compensation as an intervening variable, (7) Work life quality on teacher performance in Galis Subdistrict through financial compensation as an intervening variable. The data used as samples in this research are the results of observations and questionnaires using the random sampling method. The questionnaire values are disclosed using a Likert scale of 1-5. The analysis method in this research employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS application. The results of this study indicate that (1) Workload has a positive and significant impact on performance. (2) Work life quality has a positive and significant impact on performance. (3) Workload has a positive and significant impact on financial compensation. (4) Work life quality has a positive and significant impact on financial compensation. (5) Financial compensation has a positive and significant impact on performance. (6) Workload has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance in Galis Subdistrict through financial compensation as an intervening variable. (7) Work life quality has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance in Galis Subdistrict through financial compensation as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fluctuating employee performance of the Surabaya City Electoral Commission (KPU) that does not synergize with the working motivation and work environment conditions of the Surabaya City KPU employees. The aim of this study is to determine the influence of (1) work motivation on performance, (2) work environment on performance, (3) work motivation and work environment simultaneously on performance, and (4) work motivation as the dominant variable affecting performance. The data used in this study were obtained from observations and questionnaires using random sampling methods. The questionnaire values were disclosed using a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. The analytical methods used in this research are t-test analysis, F-test analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that (1) work motivation has a positive and significant influence on performance, (2) work environment has a positive and significant influence on performance, (3) work motivation and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on performance, and (4) work motivation is the dominant variable among the two variables influencing performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect size of mobile learning on students' 21st century skills. This type of research is a meta-analysis research. The research sample came from 13 national and international journals. Data sources came from google scholar, ScienceDirect, Eric, Wiley and ProQuest databases. Data collection techniques in this study were direct observation and documentation. The process of selecting data sources was carried out carefully and systematically. Inclusion criteria are national and international journals indexed by SINTA and Scopus, research must use experimental or quasi-experimental methods, research must have experimental classes with mobile learning models and conventional controls and research has complete data on the value of n, f and t. The data analysis technique is quantitative statistical analysis with the help of the JSAP application. The results of this study concluded that the average effect size value (ES = 0.853) and the N-gain value of 0.60 These findings indicate that the mobile learning model has a high influence on students' 21st century thinking skills. This finding shows that the mobile learning model has a high impact on students' 21st century thinking skills.
