Abstract

The process of shaping students' character is the responsibility of all teachers, including guidance and counselling teachers. Counsellors or guidance and counselling teachers according to the Joint Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture and the Head of the National Personnel Administration Number 25 of 1993, cannot be separated from the roles and duties related to character education. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of guidance and counselling teachers in the character building of class VIII students of SMP 4 Enrekang through personal-social guidance. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study are the role of counselling guidance teachers in shaping the character of honesty of class VIII students of SMP 4 Enrekang through personal-social guidance is carried out through an exemplary approach, a habituation approach to each extracurricular activity, which aims to shape the character of students. The character values resulting from the objectives, materials, strategies, approaches and methods carried out by the 8th grade counseling teacher include several important points, namely: First, students' attitudes and behaviour towards God show a change in behaviour that begins to grow in students, which is manifested by their obedience and belief in Allah SWT. This obedience can be seen from students' awareness in their daily lives which is marked by honesty, obedience to worship, dhikr, reading the Qur'an, always praying and thanking Allah, fasting fully in the month of Ramadan, and giving (charity) because of Allah. Secondly, students' attitudes and behaviour towards fellow humans appear to be quite polite and courteous, honest, loyal, forgiving, and have high discipline and good character.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how high the confidence level of the Tirtajaya Vocational High School is in participating in taekwondo extracurricular activities. This study uses a quantitative approach. If viewed from the type of data presented, the method in this study is a survey research using a questionnaire. The sample used was a total sampling of 25 students. The results of the research on the level of confidence of Tirtajaya Vocational High School students in participating in taekwondo extracurricular activities obtained the lowest score (minimum) 48.8, the highest score (maximum) 72.8, the average score (mean) 59.3 and the standard deviation (SD) 6,9. Based on the results of calculations by processing research data, it can be concluded that the Confidence Level of Tirtajaya Vocational High School students in participating in Taekwondo Extracurricular Activities is in the LACK category with an average percentage of 59.34%.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the use of Quizizz-based digital learning media affects the level of motivation and student learning outcomes. The type of research used is pseudo-experimental research (quasi), with a paired sample t-test research design. The subjects in this study were Level I Economics Education. The research data collection technique used in this study was a test to measure learning outcomes, as well as an observation instrument to see the level of student learning motivation. The research data analysis technique used the t test. Based on the results showed that the research hypothesis was accepted, this was indicated by the coefficient t count> t table. So that the hypothesis which states that there is an average difference between pretest and posttest learning outcomes, there is an effect of using quizizz-based digital learning media in improving student learning outcomes is accepted. As educators in the millennial era, it is important to use technology in the learning process. Technology-based education that is packaged in an attractive and innovative way will certainly involve more active participation from students, so that they are able to develop their potential according to the demands of education in the digital era. Keywords: Digital Quizizz Media, Learning Motivation, Learning Outcomes Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran digital berbasis Quizizz terhadap tingkat motivasi dan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi), dengan desain penelitian paired sample t-test. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Tingkat I Pendidikan Ekonomi. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa tes untuk mengukur hasil belajar, serta instrument observasi untuk melihat tingkat motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data penelitian menggunakan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hipotesis penelitian diterima hal ini ditunjukkan dengan koefisien thitung > ttabel. Sehingga hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat perbedaan rata-rata antara hasil belajar pretest dengan postest, ada pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran digital berbasis quizizz dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa diterima. Sebagai Pendidik di era milenial penting untuk menggunakan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Pendidikan berbasis teknologi yang dikemas secara menarik dan inovatif tentu akan lebih banyak melibatkan partisipasi aktif dari para mahasiswa, sehingga mampu mengembangkan potensi sesuai tuntutan Pendidikan di era digital. Abstract

This study aims to improve the mathematical problem-solving skills of fifth grade students of UPT SDN 004 Pulau Terap for the 2022/2023 academic year, with a total of 15 students. This type of research is Classroom Action Research which is carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle being held in 2 meetings. Data collection was carried out by testing problem solving abilities. Teacher and student observation sheets as the level of implementation and achievement in using the Auditory Intellectually Repetition learning model. The results of problem solving abilities can be seen from the results of the pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II tests. In the pre-cycle test the average score was 57.72 with a learning completeness percentage of 33.33%, in the first cycle test the first meeting increased with an average student score of 65.99 with a learning completeness percentage of 53.33% and in the first cycle the second meeting also experienced an increase with an average score of 74.21 with a learning completion percentage of 66.67%. In the second cycle the first meeting experienced an increase with an average score of 77.93 with a learning completeness percentage of 73.33%, and in the second cycle the second meeting experienced an increase with an average value of 85.38 with an 80% learning completeness presentation. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the Auditory Intellectually Repetition learning model can improve students' mathematical problem solving abilities in spatial construction material in class V UPT SDN 004 Pulau Terap. Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Based on the problem, the purpose of the research is to know the function, strategy and mode of expressive speech acts of teachers in the process of learning Indonesian language in Class VIII SMPN 5 Satap Palakka.) The forms of expressive speech act functions of teachers in the process of learning Indonesian in Class VIII SMPN 5 Satap Palakka include, expressive speech acts of greeting, insinuating, criticising, angry, and praising; 2) The teacher's strategy in applying expressive speech acts towards students in Indonesian language learning in Class VIII SMPN 5 Satap Palakka is direct and indirect expressive speech act strategies; 3) The mode of expressive speech acts applied by teachers towards students in Indonesian language learning in Class VIII SMPN 5 Satap Palakka Bone Regency includes optative, interrogative, and imperative.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan karakter peduli lingkungan di SD Negeri 1 Cijoho. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengembang Kurikulum, Guru dan siswa. Pendidikan karakter peduli lingkungan merupakan upaya pencegahan kerusakan pada lingkungan alam dan sekitarnya, serta mengembangkan upaya-upaya untuk memperbaiki kerusakan alam yang sudah terjadi, sikap peduli lingkungan tujuan dari pendidikan karakter peduli lingkungan ini salah satunya di lingkungan sekolah yaitu untuk pembiasaan memelihara dan menjaga kebersihan serta kelestarian di lingkungan sekolah. Deskripsi hasil penelitian disajikan dalam uraian kata-kata. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses implementasi pendidikan karakter yang dilakukan oleh guru di SD Negeri 1 Cijoho dilakukan oleh guru melalui kegiatan pembelajaran, Kegiatan Kajian Jum’at dan program sekolah, didukung dengan sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung peduli lingkungan, guru memberikan pemahaman, pengarahan dan menjadi teladan kepada siswa melalui pengulangan atau pembiasaan kepada siswa. Pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter peduli lingkungan di SD Negeri 1 Cijoho telah mencapai tahapan tindakan moral pada siswa. Namun, tindakan tersebut belum sepenuhnya menjadi kebiasaan semua siswa karena masih ada siswa yang berperilaku tidak peduli lingkungan, sehingga perlu arahan dan pengajaran yang dilakukan terus menerus.

Abstract

Penilaian autentik merupakan penilaian yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur hasil belajar siswa pada aspek pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan. Kenyataannya, dalam penerapan penilaian autentik dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris oleh Guru Bahasa Inggris kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli Idanoi, masih terdapat kendala dalam penerapannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan penilaian autentik, untuk mengetahui jenis penilaian autentik yang digunakan oleh guru bahasa Inggris, dan untuk mengetahui masalah yang dihadapi oleh guru bahasa Inggris dalam menerapkan penilaian autentik di kelas sepuluh SMA Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli Idanoi pada tahun 2022/2023. Dalam melakukan penelitian, peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis datanya dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Setelah dilakukan analisis, hasil penelitian ini adalah: penerapan penilaian autentik pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli Idanoi belum sepenuhnya terlaksana dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru Bahasa Inggris melakukan penilaian autentik sejalan dengan proses pelaksanaan penilaian autentik dengan persentase 80% dan 60%. Kemudian, ada beberapa jenis penilaian autentik yang digunakan oleh guru bahasa Inggris, yaitu: penilaian tertulis, penilaian wawancara lisan, observasi, dan penilaian kinerja. Selain itu, guru bahasa Inggris memiliki beberapa kendala dalam menerapkan penilaian autentik, seperti kondisi dan situasi yang berbeda serta waktu yang terbatas.

Abstract

Bivalvia is an invertebrate animal that has a high level of diversity and a marine biological resource that has significant economic value. This research was conducted in November 2021, aiming to determine bivalve diversity, mapping of manrove land and the potential for bivalve diversity, the relationship between the results of analysis of the presence of water on bivalves diversity in the Pulau Dua Nature Reserve and the implications of research results in the field of education. The method used is the roaming method to determine bivalves diversity and remote sensing methods to map areas of potential bivalve diversity in Pulau Dua Nature Reserve. The results of observations found that the diversity of bivalves in Pulau Dua Nature Reserve was included in the medium diversity category with a value of 1.085. The results of the relationship between bivalve diversity and MNDWI are classified as having a strong relationship, namely the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.668. In the Pulau Dua Nature Reserve, it was found that areas with a high potential for bivalve diversity were found at coordinates 106.198956 6.018374. The results of this research were then carried out to analyze the material at KD 3.10 and KD 4.10 for class X SMA at school.

Abstract

The issue discussed in this study is the problem of low reading ability in students. Therefore, an in-depth analysis of the obstacles that affect the students' reading ability is needed. The aim of this research is to determine the elements that hinder students' reading abilities. The method used in this research is a descriptive approach within a qualitative research framework. Several students from SDN 03 Bilah Barat were the focus of this research. Data was collected in two ways, namely through direct observation (observation) and face-to-face conversation (interview). The results of this research indicate that students' lack of interest and motivation to develop reading skills is the main cause of students' reading difficulties. Besides that, Lack of learning support and attention from parents or family also influences efforts to overcome children's reading difficulties. Educators have taken steps to overcome problems in students' reading learning. This includes providing students with regular assignments, facilitating access to books through loans, providing praise and encouragement to increase enthusiasm for learning, and organizing extra sessions or tutoring for students who face reading difficulties.

Abstract

The most significant criterion for the success of the Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan course at Universitas Muhammadiyah Parepare is improvements in student behavior, attitudes, and mentality. The AIK test model created is not just for exams, but also as a motivator for pupils to replicate exemplary behavior in society. The purpose of this research is to look into the rise in student worship experience using the Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan Competency Tests. This is a qualitative study, and the method employed is a phenomenological approach. This study took about 2 (two) months to complete, and it included observations, interviews, and written tests. According to the findings of this study, the AIK exam model at Universitas Muhammadiyah Parepare involves three levels of exams that students must pass: taharah, practical worship, and Muhammadiyah. If a participant is disqualified, he or she must attend guidance in the AIK Lab with a designated lecturer/instructor. This cycle is repeated until the student is declared to have passed all three phases of the exam and is awarded a graduation certificate
