Abstract

The quality of Indonesian education based on UNESCO data in Global Education Monitoring (GEM) 2016, education in Indonesia ranks 10th out of 14 developing countries. This shows that the quality of school principals is also low, because school principals play a very important role in influencing the quality of education The purpose of this study is to determine the Personality Competence of school principals in Islamic Education from the perspective of Tafsir Al-Qur'an. This research is a library research, with qualitative analysis descriptive method. Researchers describe the Principal's Personality Competence in Islamic Education, then analyze it in detail and in depth with the perspective of Tafsir Al-Qur'an. That is the book Tanwir Miqbas Min Tafsir Ibn Abbas, Tafsir Jalalain, Tafsir al Qur'an al Azim, Tafsir Al Qurtubi, Tafsir Alkassaf. The results of the research on the Competence of the Principal in the Perspective of the Qur'an are as follows: Personality competence in Islam: (1) The traits of a believer: khusyu´ and keep his prayer; abstain from (actions and words) that are useless; pay zakat; and those who keep their genitals; people who keep their trusts and promises. Abstract

Researchers found problems in SLB BC YPNI Pameungpeuk Regency during the current covid-19 pandemic. Namely, there is no family-based tutoring program for children with mild mental retardation in the covid-19 era. Therefore, researchers conducted a study at SLB BC YPNI Pameungpeuk Bandung Regency regarding a family-based tutoring program for children with mild mental retardation in the covid-19 era. The purpose of this study is to make a family-based tutoring program for children with mild disabilities in the covid-19 era feasible. The research method used is design based research (DBR) method with qualitative approach. Data collection used is observation, interview, documentation and validation. The results of this study are family-based tutoring programs for children with mild disabilities in the covid-19 era in the form of programs. This follow-up of the family-based tutoring program for children with mild disabilities in the covid-19 era can be used by the school and can also be used as a basis for further research by subsequent researchers. The researcher hopes that the family-based tutoring program for children with mild mental retardation in the covid-19 era can be used in SLB BC YPNI Pameungpeuk Bandung Regency as a research site but can also be used by other schools that have the same problems as the problems at the research site.

Abstract

This study aims to apply the Problem-Solving method to improve students' ability to write narrative paragraphs. This research is classroom action research carried out in 2 cycles. The subjects in this study were class studentsXI MAN 4 Boneswhich totaled 30 students. The analysis technique in this study used quantitative and qualitative analysis. Data collection techniques in this study were tests, observations, and interviews. While the object of this study is the application of the Problem-Solving method in improving the ability to write narrative paragraphs. In the pre-action students' writing results obtained an average value of 71.13. Cycle I as many as 17 students with a percentage level of 56.7% reached the complete category while those who did not complete 13 students with a percentage level of 43% obtained an average value of 72.7 thus this study continued to the second cycle because the frequency of completeness had not reached 70% of the indicator setting. In cycle II as many as 26 students were categorized as complete with a percentage level of 87% while the number of students who had not reached completeness was 4 students with a percentage level of 13% so the results of the implementation of cycle II obtained an average value of 79.93. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the Problem-Solving method in improving the ability to write narrative paragraphs of class studentsXI MAN 4 Bonescategorized as very good.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) to find out whether or not the use of dual-meaning pictures can build up students’ English-speaking skills; (2) to find out whether or not the use of dual-meaning pictures is interesting in studying English speaking. The researcher applied the Quantitative Method. The sample was chosen using random cluster sampling and assigned two experimental and control groups. Each group consisted of 25 students. In conducting the research, the researcher employed three instruments: a speaking test to see students' speaking skills and a questionnaire to see their interests. The result shows a significant difference in the students' speaking skills between the experimental and the control groups. It was proven by the result of descriptive and inferential statistical analysis of the student's scores. It can be concluded that using dual-meaning pictures is practical, can build up students' speaking skills, and is an exciting medium for teaching English Speaking skills.

Abstract

Educational ethics is a moral foundation in developing students' character. In this context, teachers are responsible for guiding students not only in academic aspects, but also in ethical values, integrity and social responsibility. Educational ethics includes the development of positive attitudes, morality, and interpersonal skills, all of which are important for forming a balanced person and contributing positively to society. In this process, teachers must pay attention to moral principles, justice and empathy in order to create a learning environment that supports the growth of good character in students. Teachers need to be role models in implementing ethical values, along with providing thought-provoking teaching. critical and moral reflection on students. The application of educational ethics also includes fair treatment of all students, without discrimination based on background or ability. In addition, learning should promote respect for diversity of cultures and views, helping students understand universal values, such as tolerance and cooperation. The importance of educational ethics lies in the formation of strong character in students, so that they can become responsible citizens and have integrity. In an ever-changing global context, teachers need to continually update their approaches in line with relevant ethical values to ensure that education is not just about knowledge, but also the formation of good character for future generations

Abstract

Adapun tujuan dari penelitian saya ini yaitu agar mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari pada proses manajemen sarana dan prasarana di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Cendikia, yang masih belum sesuai dengan standar sarana dan prasarana. Peneliti menemukan bahwa pada proses manajemen sarana dan prasarana di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Cendikia sudah berjalan, namun belum sesuai sebagaimana mestinya. Dapat dilihat dari sarana dan prasarana yang belum memadai, misalnya kurangnya sarana dan prasarana pada praktik pembelajaran, ruang guru, lapangan olahraga, musala dan sarana lainnya. Salah satu faktor untuk meningkatkan prestasi akademik maupun non akademik di Sekolah yaitu dengan mengadakan sarana dan prasarana belajar Siswa yang dikelolah dengan efektif dan efisien. Jenis penelitian saya ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, yaitu bersifat deskriptif dan cenderung mengarahkan pada analisis dari temuan lapangan. Berdasarka data serta pembahasan maka disimpulkan bahwa proses manajemen sarana dan prasarana di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Cendikia sudah berjalan namun belum efektif dan efisen.

Abstract

Data analysis is a useful part of research problems in order to provide data that has meaning and meaning as objective answer information. The use of tools in the analysis is largely determined by sharpness and accurate accuracy in drawing conclusions. For this reason, there needs to be insight and understanding in various analytical techniques. Data analysis techniques are generally divided into two parts, namely quantifiable research data analysis and qualitative research data analysis. Quantitative data analysis techniques consist of descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Descriptive presentation can be presented in the form of diagrams, tables, modes, mean, median, standard intersections and ranges in a number value. For inferential analysis consists of correlation test, chi square test, linear regression and comparative testing. While qualitative, namely interpretative approach, social anthropological approach and collaborative social research approach. Testing the validity of data in qualitative research includes tests of credibility, transferability dependability and confirmability.

Abstract

The research was conducted to: (1) determine the effect of using flashcard on the early reading skills of the first-grade elementary school students in the Pandeglang District; (2) assess the effect of using flashcard on the early writing ability of the first-grade elementary school students in the Pandeglang District; and (3) find out the difference in the impact of with and without using flashcard on the early reading skills of the first-grade elementary school students in the Pandeglang District. The current research employed quantitative approach with experimental methods. Data collection techniques were pre-test and post-test and observations. The population was all elementary schools in the Pandeglang sub-district, and the sample of the study was four elementary schools that were randomly selected, namely SD Negeri Pandeglang 9, SD Negeri Pandeglang 7, SD Negeri Pandeglang 10, and SD Negeri Pandeglang 11 for the 2018/2019 academic year. The data analysis technique was through statistical analysis with prerequisite analysis tests, namely normality and homogeneity tests, then hypothesis testing through paired T-test. The results showed a significant effect of using flashcards on the ability to read and write at the beginning of the first-grade elementary school students in the Pandeglang District. There were differences in the effect of student learning outcomes with and without flashcard on the ability to read and write at the beginning of the first-grade elementary school students in the Pandeglang District, Pandeglang Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the performance of Class VI teachers at SDN Sukaharja I, Karawang Tengah Regency in 2021/2022. This research will use Action Research, which is a type of research where people do something (in this case teacher guidance) and then study the results. Based on the results of the action research there was an increase in the performance of Class VI teachers from the beginning before the action was 58.3%, after the action in Cycle I it became 72.2%, and after the action in Cycle II it increased again to 94%. As for the learning outcomes of students there was a sharp increase from the initial conditions to learning outcomes after the action in cycle I, and there was also an increase after the action in cycle II, although the increase was not too sharp. The results of individual supervision action research on Class VI teachers are proven to provide an increase in the performance of Class VI teachers which in turn has an impact on improving student learning outcomes. Individual supervision can improve the performance of Class VI teachers in the lesson planning and learning implementation components. The increase in the performance of Class VI teachers has an impact on improving the learning outcomes of other subjects.

Abstract

Abstract In studying the philosophy of science, of course, there are three objects of study that are always found as the main pillars of every philosophical study that should not be missed, namely known as ontology, epistemology and axiology. These three objects of study are interconnected with each other, but in understanding these three objects in the scientific shutter, there are differences in Western and Islamic effectiveness in interpreting them. This difference in perspective often makes Muslims mistaken and even blind to the understanding that the science in Islamic effectiveness is very special. For this reason, it is necessary to examine more deeply the differences between these two perspectives, which later hopefully readers, especially Muslims, will no longer be blind to the beauty of the Islamic perspective on Science. Starting from what is studied, how and what the science was created for. By using the library research method or literature review, the author obtains the results of the research that. There are very deep differences between the two perspectives of both Western and Islamic perspectives. Keywords : West and Islam, Ontology, Epistemology, Axiology of Science. PERSFEKTIF BARAT DAN ISLAM TERHADAP ONTOLOGI, EPISTEMOLOGI DAN AKSIOLOGI SAINS Abstrak Dalam mengkaji filsafat ilmu tentunya ada tiga objek kajian yang selalu ditemui sebagai pilar utama setiap kajian filsafat yang tidak boleh terlewatkan, yaitu dikenal dengan istilah ontologi, epistemologi dan aksiologi. Ketiga objek kajian ini saling berhubungan satu sama lain, namun dalam memahami ketiga objek ini dalam rana keilmuan, terdapat berbedaan persfektif Barat dan Islam dalam memaknainya. Perbedaan cara pandang ini sering kali membuat umat Islam keliru dan bahkan buta pemahaman bahwasanya ilmu dalam persfektif Islam sangat istimewa. Untuk itu maka perlulah dirasa untuk mengkaji lebih dalam mengenai perbedaan kedua cara pandang ini, yang nantinya diharapkan pembaca khususnya umat Islam tidak lagi buta akan indahnya cara pandang Islam terhadap Ilmu. Mulai dari apa yang dikaji, bagaimana caranya dan untuk apa ilmu itu diciptakan. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian library research atau kajian pustaka, Penulis memperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa. Terdapat perbedaan yang sangat dalam mengenai kedua cara pandang baik dari persfektif Barat maupun Islam. Kata Kunci : Barat dan Islam, Ontologi, Epistemologi, Aksiologi Sains.
