It provides an academic platform for teachers, lecturers, and researchers to contribute innovative work in the field. Edumaspul: Jurnal Pendidikan is first published in March 2017 and covers much research in all levels of education (primary, secondary, and higher education). Beginning from Vol. 1 No. 1 (2017), all articles will be published in the English version and Indonesia version. The publication frequency is twice a year in March and October. Abstract

Learning of Arabic grammar in Aliyah madrasahs in Indonesia has not yet achieved the objectives stated in the Decree of the Minister of Religious Affairs number 183 of 2019. There are at least 2 main orientations designed to be mastered by students in Madrasah Aliyah, namely religious and communication orientations. This research examines the causes of this gap and tries to offer solutions based on relevant theories. The method used is literature research, because, with this method, problems can be traced based on research conducted and published over the past 5 years. The sources of data in this writing are journals, books, and other sources that are considered relevant to research. The causes of not achieving the objectives of learning Arabic, especially Arabic grammar in Indonesia include student background, motivation, teaching materials, teacher ability, and teacher tendency in teaching Arabic. The learning of Arabic grammar in the madrasa aliyah has not yet achieved the goals formulated. The solutions offered related to these problems include: increasing the allocation of learning time, using ideal and sustainable teaching materials, increasing teacher competence, and reviewing and simplifying the formulation of Arabic learning objectives in madrasahs..

Abstract

In this global era, like it or not, we have to deal with technology, especially information technology. This is because the technology has affected our daily lives. Therefore, we should not 'stutter' technology. Many research results show that those who are late in mastering information, then it is too late to get opportunities to advance. This is as stated by Alfin Toffler that those who do not master science and technology, then their position will be marginalized and they will be blown away by the wave of globalization which is full of competition. In this modern era, information and communication technology has developed so rapidly. Information and communication technology has penetrated and penetrated so deeply into various aspects of human life. The application of information technology in education is a real and factual challenge. It is undeniable that advances in information technology have had a positive impact on the advancement of education today. Especially computer and internet technology, both in terms of hardware and software, provide many offers and choices for the world of education to support the learning process. The advantage offered lies not only in the speed factor for obtaining information but also in multimedia facilities that can make learning more interesting, audiovisual and interactive. In line with the development of internet technology, many learning activities can be carried out by utilizing this technology.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the effect of social media marketing, electronic word of mouth (EWOM), and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for MSME products sold online. This study uses a type of quantitative research with a sample of 127 student respondents in the city of Tangerang. The hypothesis is tested using structural equation modeling. Data processing uses the SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study show that electronic word of mouth (EWOM) and Lifestyle all influence the purchasing decisions of MSME products. Meanwhile, social media marketing has no positive or significant effect on purchasing decision variables. This study contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence about the effect of electronic word of mouth (EWOM) and lifestyle on purchasing decisions. The results of this study also provide evidence that student consumers are more rational and unaffected by social media marketing in making purchasing decisions. The results of this study can also be used by MSME management to attract potential market share in the student segment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan upaya meningkatkan kemampuan guru PAI dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi menggunakan metode coaching dan media google sites di era kurikulum merdeka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ternyata guru masih belum memahami tentang pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, dan kepala sekolah pun masih kesulitan bagaimana melaksanakan supervisinya. Untuk itu maka dilakukanlah pendampingan implementasi dan supervisi dengan menggunakan metode coaching dan media Google Sites. Coaching yang dilakukan menggunakan model GROW dan Google Sites digunakan sebagai panduan bagi guru dalam membuat perencanaan sekaligus tempat untuk mendokumentasikan produk dan proses pembelajaran. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan bahawa guru dapat melaksanakan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan kepala sekolah juga mampu melaksanakan supervisi kelas dengan baik. Satu hal yang masih harus ditingkatkan adalah keterampilan guru dalam menyusun instrumen penilaian dan melaksanakannya di kelas.

Abstract

Writing is the most complex and challenging subject. These are believed to occur because they have trouble rephrasing statements and placing suitable words, especially in writing recount text. As known, recount text has the social function of retelling events for information or entertainment. This study tried approaching the EFL students to explore deeply about their distressing experience writing a recount text. This study applied a qualitative case study approach. Six students participated in this study. The participants were selected in two stages purposely with several considerations. In the data collection, the researchers used semi-structured to elaborate data based on students’ responses. The interview questions were developed or adapted from Norrish and Richard’s opinions about the causes of writing errors. The researchers used data analysis by employing a descriptive qualitative analytic technique from describing, illustrating, and evaluating. The study found two primary reasons students make grammatical errors in their recount writing. The first cause was transferring pupils' English grammar and language structure knowledge into Indonesian. Because of this, they could not finish their papers with the correct sentence structure. In addition, the impact of the first language is due to the influence of the Indonesian system. However, intra-language also caused contributed to grammatical errors in terms of an overgeneralization, insufficient application of the rule, and ignorance of rule restriction. In other words, intra-languages and inter-language information were the primary cause of the grammatical errors. For this reason, it suggested that all teachers do corrections about grammatical errors made by students that need more practice and an explanation, as well as comments regarding whether students successfully learned English writing material.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat strategi pembelajaran Al-Quran Hadits di MTs Ex PGA Univa Medan baik secara kelompok maupun individu. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif, dalam proses pengumpulan data penulis menggunakan beberapa metode yaitu observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Adapun analisis datanya, penulis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu berupa penyajian data secara tertulis mengenai data-data terkait, baik tertulis maupun lisan dari objek penelitian di instansi tersebut, dalam hal ini penulis menggambarkan secara keseluruhan tentang keadaan yang sebenarnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di MTs Ex PGA Univa Medan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran yang berbeda sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan searah dengan perkembangan teknologi, dimana banyak sekali kekacauan dan kurangnya moral dimasyarakat. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari banyaknya kasus-kasus seperti tawuran, korupsi, kejahatan sosial, pencurian dan berakhir pada pembunuhan. Hal ini tentu saja tidak boleh dibiarkan oleh karena itu perlu adanya perbaikan moral di masyarakat tersebut. Pada kajian penelitian ini metode yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang dilakukan secara deskriptif. Dasar atau teori dari pada pembahasan kali ini didapat dari hasil studi literatur atau kepustakaan yang didapatkan dari beberapa sumber-sumber yang relevan seperti buku, jurnal, dan artikel. Penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam Pancasila sehingga mendapatkan cara untuk mengurangi kekacauan dan kerusakan moral di masyarakat. Pancasila sebagai ideologi negara yang memiliki nila-nilai seperti ketuhanan, kemanusiaan, persatuan, kerakyatan, dan keadilan merupakan cara untuk mengurangi kerusakan moral di masyarakat. Pelaksanaan dan pengimplementasian nilai Pancasila harus ditanamkan sejak berada di bangku sekolah dasar sehingga dapat membentuk suatu karakter dan moral yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas bangsa Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the integration of ethnomathematics in the culture of the Mandar tribal community in Polewali Mandar Regency and Majene Regency in elementary mathematics teaching material supplements. This qualitative research uses research with an ethnographic approach. The ethnomathematics obtained relates to elementary mathematics materials, among others, namely, Addition and Subtraction of numerical numbers up to 99, Simple Flat Buildings and Simple Spaces, Simple Fractions, Length of Time of an Event (unit of time), Multiples of a Number and Multiples of Communal Numbers, Folding Symmetry and Rotary Symmetry, Nonstandard Measurements (units of length, units of content, units of weight), Perimeter of Flat Buildings (Square, Long Square, and Triangle), Presentation of Data, Position of Objects Against the Wind.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of learning materials in supporting learning processes and outcomes. This study aims to develop Cooperative Management Learning Materials in the Digital era. The research method used is the Borg and Gall R & D Model. The instruments used in this study were check lists, questionnaires, pretest and post test and expert test. The data analysis technique used is the post test results, the average student score, the results of validation by experts and field trials. The results of this study indicate that 1) The results of the UPBJJ UT Location Category of UPBJJ UT Bandung 21.1%, UPBJJ UT Bogor 36.8%, UPBJJ UT Purwokerto 5.3%, UPBJJ UT Serang 15.8%, UPBJJ UT Surakarta 15.8% , Yogyakarta 5.3%, 2) the results of the Main Field Testing Model for the Design of Cooperative Management Learning Material Development in the Digital Era stated that the average was good/positive and very good/very positive, and 3) The results of the expert review stated the description of the material easy and understandable teaching.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of educational strategic planning due to curriculum changes. This study aims to describe the strategic planning of education. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Using observation data collection techniques, documentation, and open interviews in a semi-structured manner. The results of this study explain that educational planning can be obtained from understanding the nature of educational planning itself by teachers and all stakeholders. Understanding of educational planning is also obtained from socialization and training on the latest educational discoveries or advances that can allow schools to adapt to the needs and developments of the times in accordance with educational laws and the school's vision and mission. Educational planning is also obtained from the willingness of the leadership and all stakeholders in preparing educational strategic planning and carrying out several approaches, one of which is the manpower planning approach. The employment approach or the Manpower Planning Approach is very suitable for use in Vocational High Schools because the employment approach will focus on the link and match of school graduates. So that stakeholders, especially school principals, teachers and parents of students participate in helping to increase the competitiveness of graduates.
