Jurnal Ekonomi dan Industri
Jurnal Ekonomi dan Industri yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JEI mulai dipublikasikan sejak bulan Januari 1996 oleh Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan Ekonomi (P3M) Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. Jurnal Ekonomi dan Industri terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam setahun, yakni pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember, yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian ekonomi dan bisnis sesuai isu-isu yang berkembang saat ini. Diharapkan hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JEI dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu ekonomi dan bisnis, sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya, dan bagi praktisi didalam menentukan strategi dan bisnis. Fokus dan ruang lingkup pada Jurnal ini adalah Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini.

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the level of potential bankruptcy of a company. In this study, the company under study is coal mining sector listed on the IDX SMC Liquid. The companies include PT Adaro Energy Tbk (ADRO), PT Indika Energy Tbk(INDY), PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (ITMG) and PT Bukti Asam Tbk (PTBA). To research the company, researchers use 2 methods, namely the method of Altman and Grover and as a first step in knowing the bankruptcy signal of the company early. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data source used is secondary data. Population in this research is coal mining on IDX SMC Liquid issuer amounting to 4 coal mining company in period 2017-2020. The sample of research is using probability sampling method. The results of this study indicate that there are 2 methods used and generally have differences in the results of calculations, as well as publicly listed coal mining companies doesn’t have the potential to experience bankruptcy. Of the 2 methods used that are most accurate in determining the prediction of freedom is the Grover method.]]>

<![CDATA[Dcika Prima Mahkota is engaged in Cake & Bakery which is known as D'Cika Cakes & Bakery. We are a growing company, currently we have 13 branches in Jakarta and Bekasi with professional experts in their fields. This study aims to analyze the simultaneous effect of price and promotion on increasing sales, analyzing the partial effect of price on increasing sales and analyzing the partial effect of promotion on increasing sales. The analysis technique uses path analysis and multiple regression. The results of the analysis show that the price and promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on increasing sales, which means that the more affordable the price is and the more attractive the promoted product can increase sales. Price has an effect on increasing sales, this shows that the more affordable the price offered to consumers can increase sales. Promotions are increasingly interested in promotions that can improve purchasing decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[To determine the effect of service quality and product diversification on customer satisfaction Bank BRI at the Jakarta Branch Office Veterans. The research method uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis, the analytical model used is linear regression, simultaneous and partially. The research population is Bank BRI customers at the Jakarta Branch Office Veterans who visit from April to June 2021. Result the simultaneous, service quality and product diversification have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank BRI Jakarta Veterans Branch Office. Partially service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and partially product diversification has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analize the effect of communication, job environment, and job load on job satisfaction of the PT. Kreasicipta Aksesdasisindo, Jakarta. Primary data was obtained from employee of the PT. Kreasicipta Aksesdasisindo, Jakarta through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. Data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. And simultaneously net profit margin, debt to equity ratio, and interst rates simultaneously. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the relationship between price earning ratio, dividend payout ratio, trading volume, and exchange rate on stock price volatility in building construction companies listed on the Stock Exchange, where this study uses a qualitative and quantitative design. Partially Dividend payout ratio has no significant effect on stock price volatility. Price earning ratio has a significant effect on stock price volatility. Trading volume has no significant effect on stock price volatility. The exchange rate has a significant influence on the volatility of stock prices. Simultaneously, price earning ratio, dividend payout ratio, trading volume and exchange rate have a significant influence on stock price volatility.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to: 1) To find out the steps of implementing In House Training activities in the Preparation of Learning Implementation Plans and Syllabus of the 21st Century 2013 Curriculum to improve the professional competence of teachers in implementing learning. 2) To find out the improvement of teacher competence in the Preparation of Learning Implementation Plans through In House Training activities. The subjects of this study were all teachers of SMP Budi Darma Bekasi City. This research is a School Action Research covering the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research was conducted at Budi Darma Junior High School, Bekasi City. The data analysis technique used is comparative descriptive. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) The steps for implementing In House Training in order to improve the professional competence of teachers in the Preparation of Learning Implementation Plans at SMP Budi Darma Bekasi City are by conveying, preparing to teachers about the preparation of Learning Implementation Plans with In House Training without disturbing Learning Activities; and 2) In House Training can improve the professional competence of SMP Budi Darma Bekasi City teachers in preparing Learning Implementation Plans, this is indicated by the increasing professional competence of teachers both in the preparation and implementation stages.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out the level of financial literacy of students at Darma Persada University. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that uses a population of all students of the Faculty of Economics at Darma Persada University Jakarta. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed and analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The financial literacy of Darma Persada University students is in the good category. The results showed that age, sex and education, partially had no effect on the financial literacy. While the income variable affects the financial literacy variable Simultaneously, the age, gender, education and income variables affect the financial literacy variable.]]>
