Jurnal Ekonomi dan Industri yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JEI mulai dipublikasikan sejak bulan Januari 1996 oleh Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan Ekonomi (P3M) Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. Jurnal Ekonomi dan Industri terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam setahun, yakni pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember, yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian ekonomi dan bisnis sesuai isu-isu yang berkembang saat ini. Diharapkan hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JEI dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu ekonomi dan bisnis, sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya, dan bagi praktisi didalam menentukan strategi dan bisnis. Fokus dan ruang lingkup pada Jurnal ini adalah Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at the San9a Galaxy coffee shop. The research method used for data collection is through primary data by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that together it is known that the variables of service quality and price have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction of the San9a Galaxy coffee shop. Based on the partial test, both service quality and price variables have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction of the San9a Galaxy coffee shop consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and communication on employee performance PT. Dyandra Promosindo. The research method uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis, the analysis model used is linear regression both simply and multiple. The study population of all employees of PT. Dyandra Promosindo. The sampling technique of this study used simple random sampling. This study uses a sample size with the Slovin formula. Result work discipline and communication have positive and significant effect on the employees performance of PT. Dyandra Promosindo's, both partially and simultaneous.

The research method uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis, the analysis model used is linear regression both simply and multiple. The study population of all employees of PT. Jingga Langit Media. This research sampling technique uses census sampling, where all members of the population are sampled. Training and work commitment have a positive and significant effect on work productivity at PT. Jingga Langit Media, both partially and simultaneous.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of product diversity, price and place on customer satisfaction in the Paperclip Book Store at Kota Kasablanka Mall. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were costumers who arrived at the Paperclip bookstore. The sampling technique in this study used a probability sampling or random sample, using the formula of Slovin. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression.

Abstract

Along with the changing times, company leadership must be able to bring the company to be more developed and able to compete in changing times. In this case, company leaders must find the right strategy to achieve the goals they have set. To achieve a goal requires effective and efficient employee performance. Several factors can improve employee performance through the work environment and work motivation. This research was conducted to determine whether there is an influence of work environment and work motivation on employee performance simultaneously or partially at PT Bintang Kemakmuran cabang Hankam-Bekasi. This research method was conducted with 42 respondents, data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The test results showed that the work environment and work motivation simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, the work environment and work motivation partially also have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Cipta Niaga Universe. The research method using descriptive analysis, linear regression analysis both partially and multiple The findings are that Leadership can encourage employee performance improvement, this can be seen from the ability to analyze the leader to supervise the work of subordinates, can provide direction, dare to rebuke subordinates if there are errors in work, the leader is willing to accept opinions and suggestions from subordinates, the leader is firm in his duties and faces subordinates. Work motivation can encourage improvement in employee performance, where a good work environment, salaries received by employees as expected, there are incentives for those who excel, there is work protection and company recognition of employee work performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial skills and business experience on entrepreneurial success (Case study of the food and beverage sector in Bojong Rawalumbu village). The number of population used was 158 taken from the food and beverage sector entrepreneurs in the Bojong Rawalumbu village and the number of samples used in this study was 97 respondents. This research is a quantitative study, using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study were obtained simultaneously showing a positive and significant effect of entrepreneurial skills on entrepreneurial success and simultaneously business experience had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial success. Partially, there is a positive and significant influence of entrepreneurial skills and business experience on entrepreneurial success. And there are suggestions given, namely in the Bojong Rawalumbu village so that entrepreneurs in the food and beverage sector are more concerned with holding routine skills development training programs in order to gain more business experience, to achieve entrepreneurial success.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer loyalty in herbalife drinking bottles at Pondok Gede Barat. The research method uses descriptive analysis of linear regression both partially and multiplely. The findings suggest that service quality can encourage increased customer loyalty, this can be seen from the reliability of employees in handling the needs of customer orders by paying serious attention, sending orders quickly and guaranteeing a sense of security and maintaining a good relationship with customers. Prices encourage increased customer loyalty, this is because the prices offered can be affordable that are tailored to the ability of customers with quality products that are in accordance with extraordinary prices and benefits.

Abstract

This Study aims to control the quality of power house production found in the Bantar Gebang Integrated Waste Management Unit (UPST). The Problem Faced is that there is still damage to the intercooler due to water entering the pipeline, so there is damage to the engine so that methane can not be produced into electricity. The method used is a statistical method and a quality control tool that is seven tools. The statiscal tools used in this study are : control charts and cause and effect diagram (fish bone).

Abstract

This research was made to determine the relationship between the quality of courier services and buying interest in online transactions. Multivariate statistics are used to answer this problem. The results of this study prove that Logistic Service Quality has a positive influence on buying interest. This shows that the services provided by logistics services have an impact on people's buying interest to shop online.
