Jurnal Ekonomi dan Industri yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JEI mulai dipublikasikan sejak bulan Januari 1996 oleh Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan Ekonomi (P3M) Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. Jurnal Ekonomi dan Industri terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam setahun, yakni pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember, yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian ekonomi dan bisnis sesuai isu-isu yang berkembang saat ini. Diharapkan hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JEI dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu ekonomi dan bisnis, sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya, dan bagi praktisi didalam menentukan strategi dan bisnis. Fokus dan ruang lingkup pada Jurnal ini adalah Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of service innovation and standard operating procedures on service quality at the Pulogadung District Health Center, East Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 50 employees. The sampling technique in this study used the census sampling type. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple and simple linear regression. The research results show that: 1) Together, service innovation and standard operating procedures have a positive influence on service quality; 2) Service innovation has a positive effect on service quality; dan 3) Standard operating procedures have a positive effect on service quality at the Pulogadung District Health Center, East Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of operating expenses and operating income on return on assets. This research study was conducted at one of the healthy sectoc companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), namely PT Kalbe Farma Tbk. Dana analysis using multiple and partially linear regression analysis. The research findings indicate that operational factors namely operating expenses and operating income have a significant simultaneous effect on return on assets at PT Kalbe Farma Tbk. Partially, operating income has a positive and significant impact on return on assets. Conversely, operating expenses have a negative and significant effect on return on assets

Abstract

To determine the effect of workload and work stress on the performance of the emplyoyees migrant worker protection agency. The analysis model used is linear regression both simply and Simultaneously.The results of the study indicate that workload has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Indonesian Migrant Workers Protection Agency, while work stress has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of employees at the Indonesian Migrant Workers Protection Agency. Simultaneously, workload and work stress have a positive effect on the performance of employees at the Indonesian Migrant Workers Protection Agency

Abstract

The porpose to analyze the influence of convenience and Security on Shopee Pay Later user satisfaction in Bekasi. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were Shopee Pay Later users in Bekasi. The sampling technique used incidental sampling technique. The analytical method uses simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that in simultaneous and partially ways convenience and security have a positive and significant effect on on Shopee Pay Later user satisfaction in Bekasi

Abstract

This study aims to obtain factual and conceptual information about the effect of Product Quality and Service Quality on Customers of PT. Anzindo Gratia International. Questions is structured using a Likert Scale. Samples taken were 40 respondents. The sampling test technique uses the census method and data collection techniques including validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test. The results of the study, variable product quality and service quality have an influence on simultaneously, the two predictor variables have a fluctuating linear effect on customer satisfaction with a good level of significance. From the hypothesis test known that F count > F table, this shows that the variables Product Quality and Service Quality together have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Likewise, the variables of product quality and service quality partially contribute significantly to customer satisfaction. From the partial hypothesis testing of each variable namely product quality and service quality it is known that t count > t table, from this shows that the variables Product Quality and Service Quality partially have a significant effect on changes in the value on customer satisfaction at PT. Anzindo Gratia International.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain both factual and conceptual information about the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at the Jakarta Branch BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia) Sunter. This research used observation or survey technique by using a questionnaire to measure customer’s satisfaction. The sampling method used Probability Sampling with participation of 100 customers as the respondents. The results of this research are simultaneous, both product quality and service quality do have a positive, relatively strong and significant effect on customer satisfaction by 62%. The remaining 38% are influenced by other variables outside the model. Partially the product quality has a strong and positive effect on customer satisfaction by 57% while partially the service quality has a strong, positive, and significant effect on satisfaction by 59%.

Abstract

This research intended to further examine whether firm financial performance and economic macro indicators such Book Value, Debt to Equity Ratio and Gross Domestic Bruto have a positive or negative impact Earning Per Share in PT.Unilever Indonesia,Tbk. During period 2006-2015, with the analysis of data using multiple regression with F test to analyze the effect of simultaneous. The research showed that Book Value, Debt to Equity Ratio and Produk Domestik Bruto has significant influence toward Earning Per Share.

Abstract

The aim of the company is to get a profit, so the company can be run properly as it should. The management of the company cannot necessarily do various ways to achieve this goal by itself, there are internal and external interests that will directly or indirectly affect the management. Companies are required to follow applicable rules to minimize conflicts of interest within the company. These rules are outlined in the Implementation of Corporate Governance. It is expected that with the implementation of Good Corporate Governance, it will improve the company's performance, especially the financial performance and performance of the company's shares. Therefore, this study aims to look at the influence of good corporate governance on financial performance and the performance of the company’s shares. This research used a purposive sampling method in selecting samples and research samples are 45 companies indexed by LQ45 shares in the period of August 2016 - January 2017. Data used are secondary data and the variables used in this study are the financial ratios of DAR, DER, NPM, ROA, ROE, EPS, and PBV. In addition, the variables of Good Corporate Governance consist of Size of Commissioners, Independent Commissioners, Concentrated Ownership, and Proportion of Independent Commissioners. The relationship between variables of Corporate Governance, Financial Performance, and Stock Performance was tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results found that Corporate Governance did not have a significant effect and positively related to the Financial Performance and Stock Performance of the LQ45 index company for the period of August 2016 - January 2017. While the Financial Performance significantly affected the direction of the positive relationship to Stock Performance

The purpose of this research is to know is there any influence between in Fixed Cost and Variable Cost to Probability of PT. Pecel Lele Lela International, Branch 17, Tanjung Barat, south Jakarta Data resources in this research are changes of the income statement between 2009-2014, changes of financial position statement or balance between 2009-2014, The result of this research show a significant influence between the fixed cost and Variable Cost to Propability of PT. Pecel Lele Lela International, Branch 17, Tanjung Barat, South Jakarta. Based on result, there is a significant negative influence between fixed cost and variable cost to propability, In partial there is a significant negative influence between in fixed cost and variable cost to propability and The result of the changes in interest expense bank, exchange rate changes and changes in import quota are together significantly influence to probalilty

Abstract

Achievement in work is one of the needs that everyone wants to achieve at work. One of the factors that can affect one's work performance in achieving work targets by placing the right employees in accordance with the abilities and skills possessed and support from the work environment around the employees. This study aims to analyze the presence or absence of influence both simultaneously and partially placement and work environment on employee performance at PT. Archipelago Sea Exploration Jakarta involving 100 respondents. The results of the study indicate that there are influences both simultaneously and partially in the placement and work environment of the work performance of employees at PT. Nusantara Sea Cruising Jakarta.
