Jurnal Ekonomi dan Industri yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JEI mulai dipublikasikan sejak bulan Januari 1996 oleh Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan Ekonomi (P3M) Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. Jurnal Ekonomi dan Industri terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam setahun, yakni pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember, yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian ekonomi dan bisnis sesuai isu-isu yang berkembang saat ini. Diharapkan hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JEI dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu ekonomi dan bisnis, sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya, dan bagi praktisi didalam menentukan strategi dan bisnis. Fokus dan ruang lingkup pada Jurnal ini adalah Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini.

Abstract

The background of this research was examined the influences of trust and affect on increasing likelihood to purchase luxury brands. The objectives of this research was analyzed the effect of utilitarian value on brand loyalty, the effect to hedonic value on brand loyalty, the effect of customer experience on brand loyalty, the effect of brand trust on brand loyalty. A sampling with purposive sampling techniques of fourty four customer of Sony Vaio as the respondents provided the data that were analyzed for this study. Using a sub-set of the sample consisting of fourty four customer of Sony Vaio was used to test four hypothesized relationships in the model. The result of this research conclude that the effect of positively and significantly utilitarian value, hedonic value, customer experience, brand trust toward brand loyalty on Sony vaio consumer.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze influence of organizational motivation and commitment on the performance of SMK Negeri 1 Bekasi teachers, the partial influence of motivation on the performance of SMK Negeri 1 Bekasi teachers. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Bekasi City. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling with a sample size of 100 teachers. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that simultaneous organizational motivation and commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Bekasi. Partially, motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Bekasi. Partially organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Bekasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: The effect of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk KCU Matraman. This research is a causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were employees at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk KCU Matraman as many as 63 employees. Collecting using questionnaires and interviews while data analysis is done using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study at a significance level of 5% indicate that: (1) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk KCU Matraman, (2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk kcu Matraman, (3) work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk KCU Matraman.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Tri Putra Mandiri. This study uses 2 independent variables, namely work discipline and compensation for employee performance. This research uses census method with 35 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression and simple. Based on the analysis of statistical data, the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. In testing classic assumptions, the regression model is problem-free multicollinearity, does not occur heteroscedasticity, and is normally distributed. The results showed that the work discipline variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the compensation variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This research is expected to bring benefits to companies, and for academia and for future researchers to be developed by looking at other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine to which extent local communities are involved and play a role in the development of Toba Caldera Geopark (TCG) in the Silahisabungan geosite, Silahisabungan Sub-district, Dairi Regency, North Sumatra Province. The research method was conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach, by conducting literature studies, and field observations. The researcher acts as a participant-observer. This study found that the local communities of Silahisabungan generally did not understand about geopark, and its role in the development of Silabisabungan TCG geosite. This was mainly due to the lack of public knowledge about geopark and geosite. On the other hand the government is still reluctant to commit to allocate budgets in order to empower local communities. As TCG proposes to UNESCO Global Geopark, the Silahisabungan geosite has the potential in terms of geological, cultural and biological diversity that can be seeded. Therefore, the government and other parties concerned, it is very important to fully support the development of Silahisabungan geosite. Local communities should receive assistance and counseling on how to maximize the potential of their region with the principles of sustainable tourism.

Abstract

Cash for Work in the Village (CfWV) is one of the Village Fund revitalization programs conducted to empower rural communities, especially the poor and marginal, who are productive by prioritizing the use of resources, labor, and local technology to provide additional income, reduce poverty, and improve people's welfare. This study aims to analyze the implementation of CfWV policies in West Java and Riau Provinces. The method used is by conducting observations and interviews with stakeholders in the village which are categorized as Disadvantaged Villages or Very Disadvantaged Villages with a high number of poor people. In addition, a policy implementation approach which formulated by George C. Edward III was used to describe policy implementation variables, such as communication, resources, attitudes / dispositions, and bureaucratic structures. The findings of this study include: a tendency to decrease the spirit of mutual cooperation, the provision of a 30% minimum Working Day (HOK) Day is not fully suitable, and this program has not been able to permanently improve community welfare due to the temporary nature of its activities. Although this program is worth continuing, there needs to be some improvements, including the selection of activities that are more flexible in accordance with village needs and the expansion of community empowerment activities.

Abstract

The increasing demand for two-wheeled motorized vehicles, is an opportunity that continues to be considered to win the existing market competition. Customer loyalty is the key to winning an automotive competition. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction simultaneously or partially on customer loyalty of PT. Astra Honda Motor Narogong Bekasi. This study involved 84 respondents. The results showed that service quality and customer satisfaction both simultaneously and partially on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The position of human resources as an organizational partner can be realized through the extent to which the company or organization is able to develop the capabilities and skills of all members in the organization or company. This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of training and placement on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Oerlikon Balzers Artoda Indonesia. This study involved 42 respondents. The results showed that training and placement had a partial and simultaneous effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance PT Askrindo East Jakarta. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The research population amounted to 50 people, the sampling technique used a saturated sample, all members of the population were used as samples totaling 50 employees of PT Askrindo East Jakarta. The research method uses simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that in simultaneous or partially ways, work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Askrindo East Jakarta.
