Jurnal Ekonomi dan Industri yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JEI mulai dipublikasikan sejak bulan Januari 1996 oleh Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan Ekonomi (P3M) Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. Jurnal Ekonomi dan Industri terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam setahun, yakni pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember, yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian ekonomi dan bisnis sesuai isu-isu yang berkembang saat ini. Diharapkan hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JEI dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu ekonomi dan bisnis, sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya, dan bagi praktisi didalam menentukan strategi dan bisnis. Fokus dan ruang lingkup pada Jurnal ini adalah Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini.

Abstract

Competition in the business world is getting tougher, companies are competing to find and improve the quality of their resources in order to achieve the desired goals of the company efficiently and effectively. This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. SLS Bearindo. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis using primary data by distributing questionnaires given to PT.SLS Bearindo employees with a sample of 92 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed a positive and significant effect simultaneously between work discipline and motivation on employee performance. partially between work discipline on employee performance has a significant effect and between motivation on employee performance has a significant effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and motivation on employee productivity of PT. Astra International Daihatsu, Tbk Cibubur. The research method uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis, the analysis model used is linear regression both simply and multiple. The study population of all employees of PT. Astra International Daihatsu, Tbk Cibubur, amounting to 57 employees. The sampling technique of this study uses saturated sampling, which is the technique of determining the sample when all members of the population are sampled. Result competence and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the Employee Productivity of PT. Astra International Daihatsu, Tbk Cibubur, both partially and simultaneous.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of competence and motivation in improving the performance of employees of PT. Antam Tbk UBPP Logam Mulia. The number of samples taken in this study were 102 respondents. Based on the results of hypothesis testing shows that competence and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Antam Tbk UBPP Logam Mulia.

Abstract

To determine the effect of company image and service quality on member satisfaction Kospin Jasa. The research method uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis, the analysis model used is linear regression both simply and multiple. The study population was all 116 members of the Kospin Jasa. The sampling technique of this study used simple random sampling. This study uses a sample size with the Slovin formula and obtained as many as 55 respondents. Result the of company image and service quality have a positive and significant effect on satisfaction of Kospin Jasa members both partially and simultaneous.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions of Honda Beat motorcycles simultaneously and partially on Honda Jatiwaringin consumers. In addition this study also aims to determine whether there are differences in consumer perceptions on the independent variable of the study when viewed from demographic factors (age, gender, income). Purposive Sampling is a sampling technique in this study. Research data were obtained by distributing research questionnaires about product quality, prices and purchasing decisions to 100 respondents. Multiple regression analysis, F test, T test is a data analysis technique in this study using the IBM SPSS Statistics 23 application. The results of the study show that (1) Product quality and price have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions, (2) Product quality and price influence partially on purchasing decisions, (3) there were no differences in consumer perceptions on each of the independent variables of the study when viewed from demographic factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on job satisfaction of employees PT. Astra International Daihatsu, Tbk Narogong. The research method uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis, the analysis model used is linear regression both simply and multiple. The study population of all employees of PT. Astra International Daihatsu, Tbk Narogong with 93 employees. The technique used is simple random sampling using Slovin formula obtained a sample of 75 employees. Result compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Astra International Daihatsu, Tbk Narogong both partially and simultaneous.

To determine the effect of reward and punishment on the performance of the employees PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk Jakarta. The research method uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis, the analysis model used is linear regression both simply and multiple. The study population of all employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk Jakarta marketing department which numbered 175 employees. The sampling technique of this study used simple random sampling. This study uses a sample size with the Slovin formula and obtained as many as 64 respondents. Result reward and punishment have positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk Jakarta both partially and simultaneous.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and brand image on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Perum Pegadaian Timur Bekasi Branch. The study was conducted at Perum Pegadaian Timur Bekasi Branch. Sampling of research using probability sampling and simple random sampling methods. Data analysis uses path analysis. Based on data analysis, it is known that partially each of the independent variables is service quality, brand image and customer satisfaction has an influence on customer loyalty at Perum Pegadaian, East Bekasi Branch. Then the results of the analysis of customer satisfaction variables as intervening variables can be proved perfectly that customer satisfaction variables indirectly influence the service quality variable on customer loyalty and brand image variables on customer loyalty. This statement can be proven by the magnitude of the indirect effect (service quality on customer loyalty and brand image on customer loyalty) through customer satisfaction identified as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of advertising appeal and discounts on impulsive purchases at TikTok Shop at the Faculty of Economics, Krisnadwipayana University. This research is included in the category of associative research using a quantitative approach. The population of this study were users of Tiktok Shop, Faculty of Economics, Krisnadwipayana University. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using the accidental sampling method. Analyzed using simultaneously and partially linear regression methods. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously and partially the appeal of advertising and discounts have a positive and significant effect on impulsive purchases of Tiktok Shop, Faculty of Economics, Krisnadwipayana University.
