Jurnal Ekonomi dan Industri yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JEI mulai dipublikasikan sejak bulan Januari 1996 oleh Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan Ekonomi (P3M) Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. Jurnal Ekonomi dan Industri terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam setahun, yakni pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember, yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian ekonomi dan bisnis sesuai isu-isu yang berkembang saat ini. Diharapkan hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JEI dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu ekonomi dan bisnis, sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya, dan bagi praktisi didalam menentukan strategi dan bisnis. Fokus dan ruang lingkup pada Jurnal ini adalah Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini.

Abstract

This research is aims to determine the effect of competency and compensation on employee performance, the effect of compensation on employee performance taking this sample using the simple random sampling method. The data is then analyzed using regression, based on data analysis, it is known that the competency and compensation variables have a significant effect on employee performance. This means that competence and compensation affect employee performance simultaneously. Partially competency variables affect significant employee performance. This means that the competency variables have a significant effect on employee performance. The compensation variable partially affects significant employee performance.

Abstract

Stock price is the value of a stock that reflects the wealth of the company that issued the stock, where changes or fluctuations are largely determined by the strength of supply and demand that occurs in the stock market (secondary market). The more investors who want to buy or save a stock, the price goes up, on the contrary more and more investors want to sell or release a stock, the price moves down. This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity and profitability simultaneously on the stock prices of manufacturing companies in LQ-45; analyze the liquidity of the stock price of manufacturing companies in LQ-45 and analyze profitability against the stock price of manufacturing companies in LQ-45. The sample in this study were 8 companies during the period 2013 - 2017. The analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that liquidity and profitability simultaneously influence stock prices, which means that the higher the company's liquidity and supported by increased profitability can increase the stock price of manufacturing companies in LQ-45. Partial liquidity partially affects stock prices, which means that the high level of liquidity of the company has an impact on the high and low stock prices of manufacturing companies in the LQ-45. Partial profitability partially affects stock prices, which means that high profitability is a consideration for investors in investing their funds on the stock exchange so that it has an impact on the increase in manufacturing company's stock prices on LQ-45.

Abstract

This type of research uses quantitative research. The data sources used in the study are secondary data. The data analysis method used is hypothesis testing namely f test and t test. The results of this study indicate that Price Earning Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Equity simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices. Partially Price Earning Ratio, and Return On Equity do not have a significant effect, while Debt To Equity Ratio partially has a significant effect on the stock price of PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk. To get the data, researchers used the website of PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk, and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). By conducting financial data research during the 2013-2017 period which was analyzed using SPSS 24.0

Abstract

Hutama Karya (Persero) runs its business in the construction field, of course it has goals and targets to be achieved. Achievement of company goals can not be separated from what is given or the contribution of the work of each individual employee in it. Discussing a person's performance according to Payaman (2005) there are three factors that affect the performance of employees or employees, namely individual factors, organizational support, and management support. Research by Riri, and Anita (2016) and I Wayan Sutya Kumara and I Wayan Utama (2016) revealed that training affected employee performance. Then Watie (2016) and Fernanda M.B, Christoffel, and Frederik G. (2017) revealed that motivational training is also important for shaping employee performance.

Abstract

Stock valuation is a valuation tool to knows the fair price or intrinsic value of a stock, so it can be used to predict potential losses and profits to be received by investors, the method used in this study is to use the P / E ratio or PER. ROE, DPS and EPS are important components that are used to calculate intrinsic value in this study. Using financial statement data from a total of 26 companies that distributed dividends and joined the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) during the 2018 period, this study found that there were 12 companies included in the undervalue category and 14 companies included in the overvalued category. From total of the 12 companies that are categorized as undervalued, there are 5 companies that have a small PER value. The use of the P / E ratio method in this study can be used as an alternative method that is well used in investment decision making by investors.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the use of features and best practices of social media on the Enhancement of E-Commerce, especially Instagram, which can support current trends in online purchasing. In this research is descriptive quantitative. The number of samples used using simple random sampling. The results of this study provide results on Instagram best features and practices that can contribute greatly to the digital economy, e-commerce. Instagram is the perfect social media platform for running an online business, because Instagram has functional features in displaying products, connecting with target customers, and developing broader discussions that make their brands able to offer their ideal customers and by implementing best practices can encourage consumer engagement

Abstract

This research use descriptive research with quantitative approach. There are five variables that are used in this research: co-creation, currency, communal activity, conversation, and consumer journey. The collection of data obtained through online questionnaires, which were distributed randomly for six days. The sample in this research was 100 respondents. The sampling technique of this research is random sampling. The data analysis uses descriptive analysis and multiple linear regressions. The results in this research showed that co-creation, currency, communal activity, conversation simultaneously affecting consumer journey significantly. The other results showed that co-creation and conversation partially affecting consumer journey significantly. Otherwise, currency, and communal activity partially were not affecting consumer journey. Based on the result of this research, it’s better for a marketer or a company to maintain conversation and develop product with involvement of the customer to strengthen consumer journey.

Abstract

A positive condition for the company is believed by the government in 2018 to help build infrastructure in several major cities in Indonesia such as toll roads and the development of ports and airports. On the other hand the achievement of targets given by the company to employees cannot be achieved maximally, where in general employees feel dissatisfaction in their work. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence both simultaneously and partially compensation and motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Bukaka Teknik Utama, Tbk Bogor. This research is a quantitative research involving 30 employees. The analysis technique uses simple and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study are there are influences both simultaneously and partially compensation and motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Bukaka Teknik Utama, Tbk Bogor.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact before and after the spin-off of the Sharia Business Unit into a Sharia Commercial Bank on profitability. The data used in this study are ROA, ROE, and EPS which are divided into two periods, namely before the spin-off (2003-2009) and after the spin-off (2011-2017). Paired sample t-test and descriptive analysis of profitability performance are used to analyze data. The results of the study stated that there was a significant difference in ROE before and after the spin-off. However, there were no significant differences in ROA and EPS in the same two periods.
