Abstract

In the midst of individualist nature and materialistic lifestyles that are increasingly thickening, islamic boarding schools are still consistent with presenting an educational system that is able to bridge the physical (physical) and mental spiritual (spiritual) needs of humans. The uniqueness of the role of pesantren is certainly inseparable from the professionalism and intelligence of the kyai in leading the pesantren education community. It was at this point that the main reason for the study was raised. The main focus in the discussion is Situational Leadership Skills Kiai which focuses on skills in terms of diagnosis, flexible leadership style and partnering towards success. It is a qualitative research with its type of approach that has a phenomenological pattern. Data collection techniques with observations, interviews, documents and audiovisual materials. Data analysis techniques with condensation data, display data and conclusion drawing/verifiying. The results of this study include Kiai's skills in diagnosing by providing potential tests to the pesantren community which aims to determine their abilities and commitment. Flexible skills in various leadership styles depend on the competence and commitment of the pesantren community. Meanwhile, the skill of partnering towards success is characterized by building communication and building teamwork.

Abstract

Learning strategies are very important for an educator to use when teaching. The use of learning strategies should be a part that must get the attention of educators / facilitators in every learning activity. Therefore, educators need to learn and even develop how to set learning strategies in order to effectively achieve learning objectives in the teaching and learning process in the classroom, one of which is the application of appropriate learning strategies. This study uses a qualitative method in the form of descriptive. Data collection methods include interview, observation and documentation methods. Researchers acting as participants and informants of this study were the Head of Curriculum, Al-Quran Hadith teacher, and several seventh grade students. For the sample technique using purposive sampling. The validity of the data is done by triangulation of sources. For data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing/verification. Based on the results of interviews and observations that have been made by the researcher, it was found data stating that the application of the inquiry learning strategy includes lesson planning, implementation of learning strategies consisting of observation, formulating problems, analyzing hypotheses, analyzing data, and drawing conclusions. The last stage is the closing and evaluation stage. In addition, it was also found that there was a process of compiling problems using the question and answer method and when delivering conclusions using the lecture method.

Abstract

Islamic educational institutions face various problems such as management, leadership, human resources, financial, and institutional. Therefore, continuous efforts are needed to improve the quality of Islamic educational institutions by applying quality management theories and practices. The purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive overview of the quality of education in Indonesia, especially in the context of Islamic education, as well as provide practical solutions for improving the quality of education through effective internal quality assurance. This type of research uses qualitative research, and the focus of literature research is to find various theories, principles, or ideas used to analyze and solve the research formulated by the researcher and the nature of this research is descriptive analysis. The quality of education is a dynamic concept that requires the same understanding among all stakeholders and must be in accordance with the National Education Standards (SNP). Many educational units have not understood or violated the SNP, such as the maximum number of students in the class, which affects the quality of learning. Education quality assurance involves all components, such as teaching materials, methodologies, infrastructure, and administrative support, to create an effective and enjoyable learning atmosphere. The quality of education is measured by academic results and non-academic achievements such as honesty, politeness, sports, and the arts. The quality assurance cycle includes setting standards, mapping quality, preparing quality fulfillment plans, implementing quality fulfillment, and evaluating or auditing quality. This process must be carried out continuously by involving all stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement in the quality of education.

Abstract

This study focus to describe the role of aqidah moral teachers in overcoming student delinquency at MTs Al Fatah Sragi. Then the purpose of this research is to describe the steps of the Aqidah Akhlak teacher in overcoming student delinquency at MTs Al Fatah Sragi. The type of research used in this research is to use a descriptive qualitative approach, while the data collection procedure uses three techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The process of data analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Then to check the validity of the data using source triangulation. Based on the results of the study it was found that the teacher of the moral creed has a role as an educator. The role of the moral creed teacher as an educator is to train attitudes and mentality by giving responsibility, setting an example by giving an example of how to look neat, speak politely and be kind, building an open attitude by maintaining good communication with students, cultivate the nature of discipline by making rules in the classroom with penalties if students violate them, providing moral values ​​by making habituations such as getting used to practicing good morals. While the steps taken by the teacher of aqidah morals in dealing with student delinquency are conducting supervision of students, routine guidance and counseling for students, and special approaches to children who are already showing symptoms of delinquency.

Abstract

Child education is family, nation and country's future investment. Sometimes the women's role is too dominant in child education, Since women are known as the first madrasah (School) for children. This research aims to explore how the distribution of responsibility in child education on women working as educator. This research is a descriptive qualitative reserach with case study approach. The researvh subject is 5 women who works as educator, the data was collected with few techniques, which is observation, indepth interview, and documentation, and the main instrument on this research is the researchers. The data analysis consists of data reduction, data study and verification or conclusion withdraw. The results show that the distribution of child education duty is done by functional equality and ta'awun principal. A father is the chief of a family. Husband and wife shares the same responsibility, but has to be dobe situationally, where the wife and husband can take decision by communicating each other. The contribution of this research is to build the equality of man and woman in educating children. The status quo is women tend to have more responsibility thus men suppose to be the support in lightening the responsible.

Abstract

The learning method is one of the important components needed in learning because it becomes a means of interaction between educators and students. Because learning methods are not always in accordance with the conditions of students and learning materials, it is necessary for the competence of an educator to determine appropriate and appropriate learning methods. This study aims to describe the implementation of the everyone is a teacher here method in improving students' public speaking skills in class X SKI at SMA NU Genteng Banyuwangi. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive qualitative research. Data collection by interview, observation and documentation methods. The researcher as the main instrument, the subject of this research is SKI teacher, and several students of class X science. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The validity of the data is done by triangulation of sources. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of interview data and observations that have been made by researchers that the implementation of the everyone is a teacher here method includes planning, namely lesson plans, syllabus. The implementation is the teacher delivers the material, distributes paper, makes questions, the paper is collected randomly, students submit questions and answers, other students give responses, take turns until they are finished. Evaluation is closing and assessment. The supporting factors are adequate school facilities, students play an active role, train thinking power, questions attract students' attention, ability to think, self-confidence. While the inhibiting factors are that it takes a long time, students feel afraid and lack confidence, it is difficult to make questions that are according to students' abilities, requiring exposure of the material first.

Abstract

The purpose of learning Arabic in general is so that students can master Arabic properly and correctly. Learning maharah qiro'ah in Arabic at MA Madinatunnajah Sukabumi is part of the existing learning in Arabic which aims to make students able to read texts correctly according to the rules of Nahwu Sharaf, makhraj and their tajwid, able to translate and answer questions according to the text. This research uses qualitative research methods, data collection methods use interviews, observation, questionnaires, tests and documentation, to analyze the data that has been collected the author uses descriptive analysis methods. The results of this study are the implementation of Al-Qiro'ah learning activities at MA Madinatunnajah Sukabumi including objectives, curriculum, teachers, students, and methods. There are problems in learning including linguistic and non-linguistic problems, the solution to existing problems is that the teacher must have the ability to master the qiro'ah learning method and make preparations before teaching begins so that students are motivated in learning al-qiro'ah so that learning is effective and running well.

Abstract

K.H. Imam Zarkasyi provides evidence of the success of Islamic boarding school education, namely; The results of his scientific and spiritual education are in the form of mental provisions that will be used as capital for life, and with strong spiritual and mental capital, obtained while studying at madrasas and Islamic boarding schools, it is proven that he has the courage to live and find his own way of life; as farmers, traders, businessmen, teachers, preachers, officials and others. The courage to live encourages him to like work, without waiting for job opportunities provided by others. On the spiritual and mental aspects, namely Faith and Piety are invaluable driving forces for fulfilling the aspirations of the nation, and it would be better if these mental capitals were accompanied by adequate skills. But keep in mind, that a person's ability and enjoyment of work does not lie in the skills he already has, but in the underlying mentality and being the driving force. History records that many heroes have fallen from madrasas and Islamic boarding schools, and those who are still alive do not expect rewards or service stars

Abstract

The development of technology in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 makes teachers have new challenges, especially in learning activities. This study aims to explain the use of learning media using digital technology media, namely the nearpod application or platform. This research uses descriptive qualitative. Data obtained from observations, field notes and interviews from one of the teachers at the Madrasah. The research subjects were 9 students at MI Tholabiyah. Meanwhile, the research object is the use of the nearpod application or platform in learning Indonesian with event material. The data source is obtained from learning conducted online by utilizing the nearpod platform. Based on the results and discussion that has been described, learning that is carried out using the nearpod application or platform can create a creative, innovative and fun learning atmosphere for elementary school students. Because the nearpod application has features that are needed by teachers and is easy to use.

Abstract

Multiculturalism education has been widely studied with different scientific perspectives. Islamic boarding schools as educational organizations have an alternative side in completing their learning cycle, which lies in the framework that is implemented, including perceiving diversity (pluralism, respecting equality/balance, creating resilience, and respecting human qualities. This multicultural learning is basically a learning system designed to create an informed and educated society, not the general public which avoids existing cultural and son''social factors. The model applied by Islamic boarding schools in multicultural learning among students is very varied. Multicultural education in Islamic boarding schools varies greatly. The kiai's insights and ideas regarding Islam that is inclusive, tolerant, moderate, and harmonious bring pesantren and their students to obtain Islam that is friendly and rahmatan lil'alamin, not an Islam that is rigid and radical towards adherents of other religions and also towards developing cultures. around the boarding school.
