Abstract

Permasalahan di perusahaan merupakan hal yang lumrah terjadi, dan akan selalu ada selama terjadi suatu perbedaan pendapat yang dilakukan oleh pekerja atau konsumen terhadap perusahaan. Oleh sebab itu, kemampuan negosiasi menjadi sangat penting bagi perusahaan agar dapat menyelesaikan berbagai masalah tersebut. Salah satu permasalan tersebut adalah kasus wanprestasi yang dapat dialami oleh konsumen perusahaan jasa pendanaan. Perusahaan yang menjadi fokus dalam kasus yang dibahas adalah PT Trihamas Finance, yaitu sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang jasa pembiayaan kendaraan bermotor. Kasus yang terjadi dan menjadi topik pembahasan artikel ini adalah kasus wanprestasi yang dilakukan oleh debitur R dengan PT Trihamas Finance, dimana ia mengalami kebangkrutan sehingga gagal membayar angsuran mobil yang ia beli dengan pembiayaan dari pihak kreditur. Namun pihak debitur justru menjual mobil yang diangsur tersebut kepada pihak ketiga, melanggar perjanjian yang dibuat pihak R dengan PT Trihamas Finance. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode studi kasus dengan metode analisis deskriptif, serta metode pengambilan data menggunakan tinjauan pustaka. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan adalah, pada prosesnya, PT Trihamas Finance melakukan negosiasi dengan pihak pembeli mobil, yaitu pihak ketiga. Pada saat negosiasi, terjadi perubahan strategi yang dilakukan oleh pihak PT Trihamas Finance, dimana pada awalnya menggunakan win-lose menjadi win-win solution dengan adanya pemahaman bersama diantara kedua belah pihak, sehingga menghasilkan kesepakatan yang menguntungkan kedua belah pihak. Ditemukan pula dua peranan kunci dalam kasus negosiasi ini, yaitu pemahaman bersama, serta fleksibilitas strategi negosiasi yang digunakan.

Abstract

PT Bridge Marketing Indonesia is an advertising company and has products in the form of cassava chips and yogurt. Based on the observations, it was stated that in providing information to consumers and public, PT Bridge Marketing Indonesia currently only uses social media in the form of Instagram and does not have its own website yet. This project aims to create an information media for PT Bridge Marketing Indonesia which contains a lot of information in it and can build trust from the public. This project was created using the waterfall method as a website creation design and using WordPress as website content management. The result of this project is a company profile website that can be used for PT Bridge Marketing Indonesia as an information medium. This website includes some information starting from home, about, information, product, contact and there is an order button as a link to the marketplace. This website has been tested for website quality using the webqual method and obtained an average result of 4.432 with very good criteria. It is hoped that this website can continue to be improved both in terms of features and appearance so that it can become an attractive website.

Abstract

This research based on the developments of technology on payment system which replaced the use of cash as a medium of exchange into the non-cash system. The use of e-money as a non-cash system was made to actualize less cash society by the increase of the use of instrument and non-cash channel. However, the government had made a rule by required various costs to use e-money. As the used of e-money seemed forced by a rule, therefore, costumers might have a bad perception toward it. Hence, this research made to know the factors that affected costumers' perception toward e-money in Indonesia. The method used in this research was quantitative method with type of descriptive and causal research. The variables used in this research are benefits (X1), trust (X2), self-efficacy (X3), ease of use (X4), security (X5), and consumers' perception (Y). The samples are 400 respondents and using the technique of non-probability sampling which covered purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The data analysis was using multiple linear regressions. The research showed that the factor of self-efficacy and security in partial didn't significantly affect the consumers' perception toward e-money in Indonesia, while the factors that significantly affected partially are factors of benefits, ease of use, and trust. However, simultaneously, all factors of Benefits (X1), Trust (X2), Self-efficacy (X3), Ease of Use (X4), and Security (X5) significantly affected consumers' perception (Y) toward e-money in Indonesia.

Abstract

Currently, Telkom University students have begun to build a startup, one of which is Ketringan. Ketringan is an application-based catering service and a site that connects restaurant vendors with customers. The phenomenon found in startup Ketringan is based on two services offered, namely Daily Catering and Events found considerable sales gap between the two services so that it is associated with the statement from the CEO of Ketringan that they have not served the University of Telkom students thoroughly. This research will reveal the needs and desires of customers by formulating the consumer profiles of Alexander Osterwalder and Yves Pigneur through the identification of customer jobs, pains, and gains. This research uses a qualitative method of descriptive with semi-structured interview data collection techniques, non-participant observation, and documentation. The results of the research and discussion are what consumers do, including ordering meals online, looking for catering information from friends. As for the things that are disturbing to the informant, such as prices are not comparable to the quality, the postage is expensive. Then, the consumer wishes to catering services that include variation of the menu, fast food delivery, review feature on the application, good communication with customers.

Abstract

Sinar Jaya Megah Langgeng is a transportation company that prioritizes inter-city inter-island services (AKAP). PT. Sinar Jaya Megah Langgeng has 36 years of experience and is one of the biggest companies in the transportation sector. In this study, the writer tries to see what business plan is being developed by PT. Sinar Jaya Megah Langgeng is seen from the theory of business elements on the business model canvas proposed by Osterwalder in his book entitled Business Model Generation. The author uses the canvas model in the analysis of the business plan of PT. Sinar Jaya Megah Langgeng because the canvas model is a simple model and has a flexible nature that is easy to modify while still providing a comprehensive view of the business model. The results of the study show that the Customer Segment are segmented model, Value Propositions which is given max value of Performance, Price, Accessbility and Convenience, Channels is used private vehicle, Customer Relationship developed is maintaining good relationship with the consumer, Revenue Stream comes from ticket sales, Key Resource which are owned by PT. Sinar Jaya Megah Langgeng are intellectual (SIUP), human (employees) financial and strategic locations, Key Activity is deliver customer to their destinations, Key Partners are ticket sales agent and online, Cost structure in this company are worker salary, maintenance cost, fuel cost, driver salary and sales commisions.

Abstract

This study examines the brand attitudes of smartphone user. In particular, it examines how users self-image congruence can affect their brand attitudes towards smartphone products. Previous research indicates that self-congruence can facilitate positive behavior and attitude towards products. This research used cross-sectional survey explanatory method and structural equation modelling approach to test the hypothesis. A questionnaire was sent to 200 smartphone users in Bandung. Abstract

The rapid development of technology in the digital era is driving changes in the way things work from manual to computerized. Changing the platform to computerization in administration is very helpful for companies, one of which is in cloud computing-based data storage through the use of the Dropbox application. The approved technology will provide benefits consisting of costs incurred, approved operational, and optimization of resources for the company. The purpose of this research is to study the process of implementing incoming mail and distributing mail using the Dropbox application and the benefits that come after distributing mail using the Dropdox application. The research method used is descriptive discussion. Data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews with branch unit secretaries, and literature studies from books, journals, and documents relating to the discussion of research. The results of the study show that research and distribution of incoming mails using Dropbox conducted by BPJS Employment Cimahi in the digital era is currently facilitating work processes and internal communication between employees and encouraging new goals for companies that can be used quickly.

Abstract

The COVID-19 virus causes social restrictions that make people minimize the use of cash when shopping. E-money is one of the payment instruments whose use during the early 2020 period decreased. The study was conducted to determine and analyze attitudes toward use, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use. The research uses quantitative, descriptive, and causal methods. The population is the people of Bandung city who have E-money, while the data collection is done by cluster sampling with 385 questionnaire results obtained through an online survey using google form. Multiple linear analysis is used to process data with known results, perceptions of benefits and convenience play a role in user attitudes either partially or simultaneously. The results of the study are expected to be a recommendation for E-money providers to pay attention to the benefits and convenience of services to improve usage attitudes in adopting E-money services

Abstract

Balai Besar Pengembangan Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Vokasi Bidang Mesin dan Teknik Industri (BBPPMPV BMTI) as an organisasi dan Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan is an institution tasked with implementing education and training programs in the field of machinery and industrial engineering. Based on problem identification, information is obtained that BBPPMPV BMTI's social media needs to be optimized. This is indicated by the low engagement rate value. In an effort to increase the engagement rate value, the institution's social media content development is carried out, namely Facebook (Bbppmpv BMTI Kemdikbud), Instagram (@bmti.kemdikbud), and Twitter (@bmti_kemdikbud). The purpose of this project is to conduct planning, implementation, and evaluation on social media. The data collection method used in this project is the key informant interview method and STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Postioning) analysis analysis. The results of this project are 8 (eight) social media content and Instagram template designs from June 2023 to December 2023 accompanied by an e-manual book. The project success test through engagement rate analysis shows that after the content development is carried out, audience interaction with BPPMPV BMTI social media is in the above average or high category with the engagement rate value for Facebook is 6.72%, Instagram 4.42%, and Twitter 20.5%.

Abstract

Successful learning outcomes are determined by the best learning materials forging the students' profiles after graduation. To this end, it is imperative for lecturers or teachers conducting a study in accordance to the issue of learning materials. This research is not the exception. It tries to investigate the students' preferences of the learning materials used. This study is performed inside the language laboratory in one academy of secretary located in the heart of Bandung City, West Java, Indonesia. There are thirty seven students, all of them are women, from two different classes participating in this study. They are fourth semester students taking the English listening skill course which followed by them for sixteen sessions. This study uses a mix method as its approach with case study as its design. The instrument of data collection is questionnaire. The data taken from this study is analysed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results demonstrate that first audio-video becomes the most preferred form of learning material. By this, it brings its own implication like learning is more real, motivating and enjoyable. Second, the use of different forms of learning material would harvest various end goals. Third, for secretaries, the goal of learning English is the proficiency of using the four language skills. Finally, this research opens the way to the understanding of the preferences of students while learning English listening skill course in an academy of secretary.
